The abbey of Val Notre-Dame was founded in around 1125 near Pontoise, in the north of the diocese of Paris, by monks from Cour-Dieu (diocese of Orléans). Thanks to the close attention of the local aristocracy, it was able to build up a substantial estate by the mid-fourteenth century. Its charter room reflect its wealth, with nearly 1,000 medieval deeds preserved. Following its incorporation into the new Feuillants order at the turn of the seventeenth century, its archives were transferred to Paris, where several inventories were drawn up. In 1693 François-Roger de Gaignières, who witnessed this institutional transformation, wrote a “cartulary” that functioned as a catalogue of the abbey’s titles. In his search for the names of the nobles of the region, he paid particular attention to the oldest deeds (twelfth and thirteenth centuries) and the seals. Including a list of abbots and drawings of burials, his work is a real port of entry to the history of Val Notre-Dame in the Middle Ages.

In the process of investigating and discovering crimes, examining criminal cases in the court session, issues and questions often arise, the solution of which requires the application of specialized knowledge in the field of science, technology, art or craft. These questions are resolved by persons possessing special knowledge and invested with appropriate powers in this respect. The knowledge obtained by certain subjects in the process of practical activity through the special training or professional experience they possess, based on a system of theoretical knowledge in the respective field, is recognized as special. However, the possibilities of forensics in ensuring that the judicial bodies obtain authentic, accurate and objective information regarding the crimes committed are constantly increasing. Currently, the science of forensics is in full development and consolidation. Forensic researchers, in the scientific works developed, make heavy use of modern achievements in various fields of science. This direction of scientific and practical research has become one of the most important in the further improvement of the forensic activity of investigation and detection of crimes. As a result, the creative potential of forensics is continuously expanding, and the arsenal of tools, procedures and methods recommended by it is becoming more and more effective. The Qur'an is a set of divine laws concerning the happiness of mankind in the world and the hereafter. The Qur'an, as it is a universal book, is the last legacy of divine address to humanity. In this context, the Qur'an has established decisive principles for every stage of human life and built society on these principles. The most important principle of the Qur'an, the last divine address, is tawhid. Our work is aimed at demonstrating how the most important principle of this heritage, tawhid, is systematically interspersed with the Qur'an. In this context, tawhid is the focus and concept of the Qur'an. Although it is not included in the Qur'an in the form of "Tevhid", the messages given by the nass take shape around the principle of tawhid. The concept of tawhid, which refers to the unity of Allah as a word, semantically affects the verses. Because some of the focus concepts in the verse passages have been interpreted as tawhid. Tawhid In addition to adding meaning and value to other deeds, The Qur'an also warns people about the concept of shirk, which is the opposite of tawhid, and directs them to tawhid. While the main subjects of the Qur'an are classified by the authors and the commentatör, in addition to the fact that the first mentioned subject is tawhid of all prophets throughout history to their ummah. Therefore, it is noteworthy that tawhid is the main theme in systematic classifications and divine invitations. In the article, we tried to analyze the principle of tawhid, which shaped the message of the nass, in adding meaning and value to other deeds. Another theme targeted in our study is that we try to semantic pattern of meaning that tevhid is the focus subject and concept by identifying some concepts interpreted by the commentatör. The article examines in detail the state of the historiography, revealing the participation of the peoples of Kabardino-Balkaria in the Great Patriotic War in Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Special attention is given to the vexed issues that require additional study: accounting and mobilization activities, the reasons for the restrictive policy of the state regarding call-up, desertion and сollaborationism in the region, the number of conscripts into the Red Army, casualties, the fates of prisoners of war, the feats of the natives of Kabardino-Balkaria during the war.

The power of love and the spirit of love associated with the miracle word “love” can make a great contribution and impact to humanity and the world at large. This paper explores the need and the desire to read the translation of the holy Quran and the total implementation of the wisdom and teachings, the life history of the beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW peace be upon him, so as to know and to love Allah SWT and Ummah. The Prophet Muhammad SAW lifestyle were outlined so that the deeds (amal) can, through the spirit of love unite the Muslim Ummah. For the sake of humanity and the Muslim Ummah such as in educational and economical aspects, we outlined the deeds of LUMU (Love: United Muslim Ummah), may in the course of time, space and the blessings of Allah SWT and our constant remembrance to Rasulullah SAW, Muslim Ummah should be united as long as we are guided by Al Quran and The Sunnah Rasulullah SAW. The ultimate objective of this study is to propose a framework to unite the Muslim Ummah, not only by the power of love, but more so by understanding the concept of love in Islam and build the spirit of love to humanity and Muslims in particular and so shall be appreciative towards the needs of Muslim.

This research aims to shed light on unusual verb structures in Arabic and the justifications provided by the grammarians. It follows a descriptive approach and comes in three topics: The first deals with the unusual structures in the verbs that change the last vowel and the meaning of the subject and predicate (nÉsikh), the second deals with the unusual structures of the intransitive verbs. The third deals with the unusual structures of the verbs with special purposes. Among the most important conclusions of the study: the importance of fundamental studies was felt in this undertaking; the grammatical justifications and interpretation; the unusual structure has its own usage of changing the last vowel of the subject and predicate of the sentence similar to the function of the implicit verbs such as in the exclamation of surprise (taÑajjub), niÑma and bi'sa, ÍabbazÉ and lÉ habbazÉ. The increasing frequency and severity of environmental disasters is cause for concern globally. This comes against the backdrop of widespread criticism of the manner in which most countries handle disaster situations. In this article, South Africa's disaster management is appraised through a scoping review that highlights the 'deeds' undertaken by major protagonists (the state, flood victims, and other non-state actors) prior to, during, and after the April 2022 KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) floods disaster. The review is premised on the actor network theory (ANT) that allows for assessment of the nature of "deeds" performed in actor-network associations. Several gaps in disaster management processes are revealed by the findings, including a lack of disaster preparedness, mitigation, and over subscription to disaster response and recovery with no robust capacity and coordination among key stakeholders. Visualization theory, which is used to explain the determination of the quality and howness of rewarding and punishment of human beings‘ deeds, shows the reality of human deeds in the hereafter. According to many scholars and commentators besides rational arguments, there exist ample anecdotal evidence to support this theory. 95 verses of the Quran alluded to the visualization of deeds. According to their different literary structures, these verses are divided into multiple categories. A group of these verses with different interpretaions and terminology such as the visualizations of deeds, the presence of deeds, the examination of deeds explicitly emphasize the visualizaions of deeds in the hereafter. The other special syntactic structures such as denial of questioning, arrest, and criminal deeds in the hereafter denote to the reality of occuring such procedures. The third set of signs with multiple imaging in the form of simile or metaphor such as metaphors for considering good deeds and acts of believers as light and regarding unbelievers‘ deeds as mirage and darkness portrayed.the innate nature of some of the deeds. This article examineed the literary structures and interpretations in the Quran that could provide evidence in support of the theory deeds‘ visualization.

In this article, a treatise “entitled “fasl fi usul al-iman” that shows some similarities to to the Maturidite views will be dealt with as to whether it belongs to al-Maturidi or not. Therefore, the views put forth in the treatise have been compared with that of Kitab al-Tawhid and Ta’wilat al-Qur’ân. As a result, it hasa been concluded that the terms used in the treatise such as al-irâda al-juz’iyya, al-irâda al-kulliyya and al-ba‘th ba‘d al-mawt have not been used by al-Maturidi in his works. Thus, it has been argued that the treatise in question was written by a Maturidite school long after the date of Maturidi. Besides, it has been emphasized that this treatise sets an example for the fact that the Asharite views had found their places in the Maturidite sources

There remains concern among solicitors about the evidential weight of electronic documents, including document systems that are used to execute high value transactions. This article considers the meaning, in electronic terms, of document, book or paper, instrument, writing, record and map – both in terms of legislation and case law. Consideration is also given to primary evidence, original document and certified copies, the requirement that an agreement or communication be in writing and what is mean by a signature.
