One of the foundations of the organization's management is to ensure its security. Currently, the topic of personnel security is increasingly interested in managers, directors, managers who use scientifically based methods of personnel management in their work. In this regard, for the normal functioning and development of a pharmaceutical organization, it is important to identify the most urgent threats to personnel security, analyze the causes of their occurrence, determine their level and assess the current state of personnel security of a pharmaceutical organization, as well as the formation of a methodology for their prevention or leveling. The purpose of this work is to study threats to personnel security, identify the main threats to the personnel security of pharmaceutical organizations, establish their significance, and develop a methodology for assessing the level of personnel security. As a result of the research, we formulated the concepts of personnel security of pharmaceutical organizations and threats to personnel security of pharmaceutical organizations. The main threats to the personnel security of pharmaceutical industry organizations have been identified, a quantitative expert assessment of the significance of threats to personnel security has been carried out, numerical values of the weighting coefficients of threats to personnel security have been calculated.

The article discusses methods for the mathematical description of morphometric parameters of solid particles of a welding aerosol based on data about their flat images obtained by scanning electron microscopy using the image analysis method. The proposed methods for describing morphometric characteristics make it possible to estimate the volumetric parameters of particles, which allows to determine their dispersion factor. The dispersion factor is the value of the inverse stability of a substance, that is, it characterizes their chemical and physical activity, which is important when developing a technology for capturing these particles, developing personal protective equipment against their effects and for assessing the health risks of workers whose work is associated with direct contact with these particles in the air of the working area.

The tasks of grouping, classifying, and clustering data are widely encountered nowadays in different areas of activity. These tasks need to be solved in librarianship and even in social networks. One of the complex and important tasks is a grouping of normative and reference information. Solving this problem will allow us to perform complex operations with the normativereference information: building a hierarchical structure from scratch, adding new entities or groups to the existing, and combining several lists of normative-reference information independently of the original hierarchical structure presence. This article includesdescription of using DBSCAN as an agglomerative-iterative clusterization algorithm. The iterative part of this algorithm is necessary forfull entity list clusterization on every hierarchical level. Clustering metrics such as adjusted Rand index, Jaccard index, Foulkes-Mallows index are considered. A new metric based on the previously mentioned metrics has been proposed. A combination of Word2Vec and TF-IDF algorithms is used to convert the textual names of objects to numerical form.

The study was carried out in 2013-2015 in the Republic of Mordovia on leached medium deep heavy loam chernozem. In a field experiment the effect of pre-sowing application of mineral nitrogen fertilizers (N60) in combination with dressing-applied (N30) on yield and grain quality of covered varieties of oats (Gorizont, Krechet, Eclipse) was studied. The average yield of spring oat varieties without mineral fertilization varied from 2.58 to 2.84 t/ha. Early application of nitrogen mineral fertilizers under cultivation (N60) contributed to the increase in the seed productivity of spring oat varieties by 0.02-0.49 t/ha (Least Significant Difference LSD 0.5=0.12). The combination of pre-sowing application with dressing-applied nitrogen at the tillering stage (N30) led to increase in grain yield of spring oats by 0.18-0.43 t/ha (LSD 0.5=0.20) as compared to the variant without mineral fertilization. On the average in the experience the test weight of oat grain was 480-573 g/l. Nitrogen application for early-spring cultivation provided the increase of this index by 3-84 g/l (LSD 0.5 =6.5), mineral dressing at tillering stage - by 31-74 g/l (LSD 0.5=6.9) At the same time such parameters as the mass of 1000 grains and the degree of grain uniformity were not influenced by the rates of nitrogen fertilizers. Krechet variety proved to be the best among the cultivars studied. It showed almost as high seed productivity as standard Gorizont variety.

Improving the interfaces in molecular graphics applications, making them more natural and easy to use, is an important task, given the current complexity of the displayed objects and of modeling operations. Clicking near an atom center is the usual method of atom selection. However, this method has certain disadvantages when working with images composed of different atomic representations such as sticks, CPK, or dotted surfaces. We propose another technique allowing the user to obtain the correct answer when he or she clicks on any element of the atom image.

The experimental research of influence of low-frequency vortical magnetic field on Wistar rat organism has been carried out. The influence of the field with right and left rotations of vortex on proteolytic activity of pepsin was investigated. The results showed that the influence of the right rotatable field increases pepsin activity, and the influence of the left rotatable field oppresses pepsin activity. The possible mechanisms of dynamics of pepsin activity have been considered., Исследовано воздействие вихревых магнитных полей (ВМП) на живой организм на примере крыс линии Wistar. Объектом исследования является изучение изменения протеолитической активности пепсина при воздействии ВМП с правым и левым (£>и Ч-формы киральности) направлением вращения вихря. Это имеет важное значение как в плане теоретической биофизики и биомеханики, так и для клинической практики: с точки зрения создания новых методов немедикаментозного лечения (магнитотерапия) столь распространенных гастроэнтерологических заболеваний типа язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Проанализированы основные механизмы регуляции протеолитической активности пепсина при воздействии ВМП, исходя из биохимических свойств фермента пепсиногена. Выполнены экспериментальные исследования магнитной установки авторской разработки и гастростомической трубки-катетера в авторской модификации введения. В результате экспериментов установлено, что после воздействия D-ВМП активность пепсина значительно возрастала, а после воздействия L-BM1I также заметно снижалась. Численная оценка при обработке проб желудочного сока (по методу Туголукова и по методу Анисона-Мирского в модификации Черникова) показала, что результаты являются достоверными.
