Rpose of the study. To study the relationship between fatal cardiovascular events and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) among the population of the Irkutsk region. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Irkutsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medicine. The object of the study was the medical documentation - “The autopsy report”. Results. To study the possible relationship, a retrospective analysis of the results of 2220 autopsies performed over 3 years was carried out: 2010-2012. in the pathological department. Signs of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease according to morphological studies were identified in 271 cases. Conclusions. 1.In patients with NAFLD, body weight can be equally normal and increased. Among patients with increased body weight, women predominate. 2. In men, there is a moderate positive correlation between the thickness of the subcutaneous fat and the mass of the liver; in women, this connection was not found. 3. Morphologically, coarse fatty degeneration of the liver is more common. 4. Every second patient with NAFLD (49%) died of CVD. Among the dead, men reliably predominate. The dominant cause of death is cardiovascular disease (AMI), followed by impaired cerebral circulation. Mortality peaks in middle and old age. 5. The total mortality from CVD for 3 years according to the pathology department of the Irkutsk Regional Clinical Hospital was 423 cases (19%) (n = 2220). Among all deaths from CVD, one in three (133 cases (31.4%)) had fatty changes in the liver. Conclusion: the results obtained confirm the hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between NAFLD and CVD, which is based on disorders of fat metabolism that develop as a result of impaired normal function of hepatocytes against the background of their fatty lesions. In accordance with this statement, it is necessary to think about considering NAFLD as a component of metabolic syndrome.

We present a 128 GBd high baud rate record unrepeatered experiment with 39 channels carrying DP-16-QAM with offline post-processing over 291 km of low-loss high effective-area optical fiber, applying co-Raman propagation and third-order counter-Raman amplification.

In a market economy, a salary are an important element of the labor market, formed due to the interaction of labor demand and supply and expresses the market value of the use of hired labor. Various aspects of social and labor relations affect salaries and incomes. Salaries of teachers, compared to other sectors of the publish institutions, have certain features: regulated by many special regulations, is a guaranteed amount of income, paid mainly for mental work, depending on the level of their qualifications. Holidays are payments to employees for the unworked time while maintaining a job and average earnings, ensuring the fundamental constitutional right to rest. All relations between employers and employees on issues of remuneration and leave are regulated by labor legislation: regulations, general, sectoral, and regional agreements, collective agreements. This study is devoted to the theoretical and methodological issues and problems of the organization of holiday accounting, determining areas for improvement. This article analyzes the features of the calculation, accounting and payments of salaries and holidays in general secondary education. According to the current legislation, the characteristics of different types of vacations are given. The main issues of granting and paying annual leave to teachers and determining their size, unused holiday pay cases, and payment of monetary compensation are considered. In accounting for such calculations, various transactions occur, made out by primary documents recorded in reporting forms. Failure to comply with the non-compliance with current legislation on the granting and calculating leave threatens sanctions and fines imposed on both responsible persons and the institution itself. The main elements that need to be disclosed in the Order on Accounting Policy in terms of payments to employees of educational institutions are listed. An algorithm for calculating the average daily wage with the inclusion of individual payments to the employee's total income in the calculation period by type of leave has been developed and proposed for use.

The aim: To compare the efficiency of analgetic action of Ultrasound-guided FICB and prolonged EA as the components of perioperative multimodal analgesia in ERAS-structure in obese patients undergoing THR. Materials and methods: The retrospective study included 80 patients with obesity, who underwent elective anterolateral THR under conditions of low-flow inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane in combination with PEA (n1=38) or with FICB (n2=42). Primary endpoints: VAS pain level during the first postoperative day. Results: Static and dynamic VAS pain scores were similar in both groups during the first 6 hours. Since the 8th postoperative hour, there was a statistically significant increase in both static and dynamic VAS pain scores in the FICB group. A significant difference in static and dynamic VAS pain scores was obtained with a trend toward an increase in the PEA group within 48 hours (p < 0.05). Conclusions: USG- FICB is an effective, practically feasible, minimally invasive and safe regional method for eleclive anterior-lateral THR and can be an alternative to PEA in obese patients.

The interaction of mono- and diimidate hydrochlorides with dialkyl chlorophosphates in the presence of triethylamine without the release of free imidates was studied. A combined method for obtaining N-phosphorylated derivatives of imidic acids with potential biological activity has been developed.

Background Attractive Toxic Sugar Baits (ATSBs) successfully reduced Anopheles mosquito vector populations and malaria parasite transmission in Mali, but application methods need to be improved for wide-scale use, and effects on non-target organisms (NTOs) must be assessed. The goals of this study were to determine on a village level the effect of different outdoor configurations of ATSB bait stations to 1) achieve > 25% Anopheles mosquito vector daily feeding rate for both males and females and 2) minimize the effect on non-target organisms. Methods Dye was added to Attractive Sugar Bait Stations (ASB – without toxin) to mark mosquitoes feeding on the sugar baits, and CDC UV light traps were used to monitor mosquitoes for the presence of the dye. Yellow plates, pitfall traps, Malaise traps, UV light traps, UV tray traps, and sweep nets were used to trap and sample non-target organisms (NTOs) for dye, indicating feeding on the ASB. ASB stations were hung on outer walls of village homes to determine the impact of different densities of ASBs (1,2, or 3 per home) as well as the impact of ASB height (1 m or 1.8 m above the ground on sugar feeding by anophelines. These experiments were carried out separately, on consecutive nights for mosquito and NTO monitoring. Eight villages in the Koulikoro province were chosen as the experimental locations. Results The use of one ASB station per house marked 23.11% of female and 7.11% of male An. gambiae s.l. While two and three ASB stations per house gave feeding rates above the 25% goal, there was no statistical difference in the percentage of marked mosquitoes (p=0.3141 females; p=0.9336 males). There was no difference in sugar feeding on ASB stations when hung at 1.0 and 1.8 m and (p=0.5170 females; p=0.9934 males); however, ASBs at 1.8 m had less accidental damage from village residents and animals, and subsequent invasion of non-targets through rips or holes produced. ASB stations at 1.8 m above ground were fed on by three of seven monitored insect orders. Feeding rates were less than 0.015% of total trap catches and as low as 0.0001%. The monitored orders were: Hymenoptera [ants (Formicidae), bees (Apidae), and wasps (Vespidae)], Lepidoptera (Rhopalocera, Bombyces, Geometroidea, Noctuoidea, Sphingidae, Pyraloidea), Coleoptera (Carabidae, Tenebrionidae, Scarabaeidae, Cerambycidae, and Chrysomelidae), Diptera (Brachycera, Chironomidae), Hemiptera (Cicadomorpha and Heteroptera), Neuroptera (Myrmeleontiformia) and Orthoptera (Caelifera and Ensifera). Using one or two stations limited evidence of NTO feeding to ants (Hymenoptera), Brachycera, Heteroptera, Noctuiodea, Rhopalocera, wasps (Vespidae) and wild bees (Apidae) (both Hymenoptera) and had a significantly reduced percentage of stained individuals compared to three stations which had the highest feeding rates amongst NTOs. The percentages of stained individuals were as follows: 6.84 ± 2.03% Brachycera were stained followed by wasps (Hymenoptera: Vespidae) 5.32 ± 2.27%, and Rhopalocera 2.22 ± 1.79%. Hanging the optimal number of stations per house for catching mosquitoes (two) 1.8 m above ground, limited the groups of non-targets to Brachycera, Chironomidae, Noctuoidea, Rhopalocera, parasitic wasps and wasps (both Hymenoptera: Vespidae). The three most commonly stained non-target insect groups at this height were wasps (Vespidae) (1.65 ± 0.75%), Chironomidae (0.99 ± 0.37), and Brachycera (1.55 ± 0.69%). Feeding at this height only occurred when stations were damaged.Conclusions The goal of marking one quarter of the total Anopheles mosquito vector population per day was obtained using 2 bait stations at 1.8 m height above the ground on the outer walls of houses. This configuration of ATSB stations also had minimal effects on non-target insects: only 0.0001% to 0.013% of specimens (in three orders) were marked. Stations hung 1.8 m above the ground had less accidental damage from passing people and livestock. The minimal marking of non-target insects may be attributed to visual orientation of non-mosquito insects while mosquitoes, are mostly guided by olfactory cues. Furthermore, the bait stations have a membrane cover, which if intact, is impenetrable to most sugar feeding non-target insects but is pierced by the stylets of the mosquito proboscis. Thus, most non-target insects are not exposed to the toxin even if they approach the bait stations.

Moths of Coniesta ignefusalis (Hampson) were collected by automatic light traps on millet field near Bamako in 2018. The light trap data shows three periods of moth flight. The greatest number of moths has been collected in the beginning of September. At the same time, to study the species composition of parasitic hymenopteran, 800 damaged segments of the millet stem were collected, of which a host and its parasitoids were reared in the laboratory for 1.5 month. Eleven species of hymenopteran parasitoids were reared: Tetrastichus atriclavus Waterston, Pediobius furvus Gahan (Eulophidae), Psilochalcis soudenensis (Steffan) (Chalcididae), Eurytoma braconidis (Ferriere) (Eurytomidae), Exoristobia dipterae (Risbec) (Encyrtidae), Pachyneuron sp. (Pteromalidae), Syzeuctus ruberrimus Benoit and S. senegalensis Benoit (Icheumonidae); Stenobracon (Euvipio) unifasciatus (Brulle) and Cheloninae species (Braconidae) and Aphanogmus reticulatus (Fouts) (Ceraphronidae). Three of these species: T. atriclavus (63.3%), S. senegalensis (18.8%) and A. reticulatus (8.0%) make up 90.1% of all specimens reared. Tetrastichus atriclavus is likely the most important hymenopterans regulator of C. ignefusalis. Asynchronous appearance of moths and parasitoids has been found, and is discussed.

The development of the technological process in electronics has led to the problem of single event upsets (SEU) in microchips when exposed to neutrons causing loss of information and errors. To evaluate sensitivity of CMOS VLSI to SEU caused by neutrons we propose BGR method. To test this approach we apply BGR method to the data obtained by irradiation of several types of ICs:Artix and Spartan FPGAs (Xilinx) and STM32 microcontroller (ST Microelectronics). Test setup was built using modular devices by National Instruments. In this study, we also consider the areas for which neutron influence evaluation is relevant and present an overview of the available data on neutron induced SEU in CMOS chips. A description of the BGR method and experimental results are given.

Ancylogastra Bassi & Poltavsky gen. n. is described to accommodate Cypholomia amphiaula Meyrick, 1934 (as A. amphiaula, comb. n.) and seven new species, all described and illustrated, as: A. boireaui Bassi & Sáfián sp. n., A. burundiana Bassi sp. n., A. coronata Bassi sp. n., A. endroedyi Bassi sp. n., A. gangraensis Bassi, Sáfián, Müller & †Kravchenko sp. n., A. ghanensis Bassi sp. n., and A. magnifica Bassi sp. n. Cypholomia Meyrick, 1933 is briefly discussed and C. crypsibela Meyrick, 1934 is transferred to Prionotalis Hampson, 1919 as Prionotalis crypsibela, comb. n.

Based on a comprehensive structural-morphometric analysis, Earth remote sensing data and GIS analysis, the evolution of the paleorelief of the right bank of the Middle Dnieper in the recent period is reconstructed. Based on the stepwise morphostructural-neotectonic analysis, morphodynamic and evolutionary trends in the landscape relief of this region are traced. Three morphostructures (Kyiv, Obukhiv, Kanevskaya-Trakhtemirovsky blocks) were identified and characterized. Quantitative indicators of the relief were determined during each stage, and the total oscillation amplitudes were analyzed both over short time intervals and for the entire Neogene-Quaternary period. On the whole, the amplitude of fluctuations in the elevations of the relief of the Middle Dnieper in the Neogene-Quaternary period in the northern part was 100 m, in the southern – 135 m. The differentiated nature of neotectonic movements and the change in their activity over time were reconstructed. It was confirmed that the northern regions of the region had an active upward dynamics of movements in the Neogene era, and the southern ones in the Quaternary.The modern stage marks the opposite phenomenon – the north-eastern regions rise again and the south-western ones fall.The obtained data can serve as a basis for analyzing the influence of tectonic movements on the activation of dangerous geological processes within the Middle Dnieper and forecasting their development in the future.

Purpose: The current situation shows that women, in comparison with men, are a more vulnerable social group. Gender stereotypes lead to an underestimation of the abilities of women and their labor input. Methodology: The paper analyzes two groups of gender stereotypes, which in fact represent barriers that impede the professional development of women in the Russian labor market. The authors established a level of agreement with the influence of barriers on female professional activity in two groups of respondents - women with or without professional experience. Result: The authors identified and compared the leading barriers to female professional activities. In general, in the structure of the female professional mentality, there are certain personal stereotypes that, together with socially determined gender stereotypes, have a complex impact on unlocking the female employment potential. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of barriers in the professional development of women is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

the paper presents a broad investigation of single event effects in ARM microcontroller (MCU) under heavy ion irradiation. Experimental details are presented: device under the test and test setup. The stages of experiments are described: radiation testing using heavy ion accelerator, laser source irradiation and single event functional interrupts simulation campaign. The algorithm of operation of the program injector for conducting campaigns on simulating SEFI is presented. The influence of a real-time operating system on cross-section of SEFI was evaluated. SEFI cross-sections obtained with and without the operating system were compared. A method using fault injection in program and data memory and hardware detection of functional interrupts was tested. The results of SEFI simulation and calculation by engineering model were compared with experimental results. The results obtained differ from each other. Possible explanations of the proposed differences and the correction of the model are proposed. Directions for further research are outlined.

A new high dynamic range retarding potential analyzer design is proposed to measure the ion energy distribution in electric propulsion plasma plumes. The main difference between the proposed probe and previous designs is an ion-optical system with a high negative accelerating potential. Applying the principle of acceleration and focusing of the ion flow provides the correct operation of the probe in a dense plasma in which the Debye length can be ten times smaller than the diameter of the grid apertures. As a result, the new probe has high transparency with an extended operating range of measured plasma densities. Another advantage of the probe is its accurately known and time-stable transparency for ions, so the probe can measure the absolute values of the ion current density like the Faraday probe. The analyzer geometry, which provides measurement in the range of ion current densities up to 100 A/m2 at ion energies up to 2000 eV with an error of no more than 2%, was determined using numerical simulation. We present the measurement results of the plasma plume of a Hall effect thruster with a nominal discharge power of 2.3 kW.

Summary Assessment of landslide hazard forecasting and development of preventive measures is impossible without full assessment of causes and determination of failure characteristics of rock complexes, which are based on a set of field measurements, paleotectonic and structural research. Integrated study of structural data with geomorphological and external factors demonstrated that the local paleogeodynamics of the Eastern Carpathians is characterized by its regional uniqueness of such paleotectonic movements as compression and displacement of mountain ranges in the north-eastern direction and the formation of a system of large and small thrust. The angular relations between the main vector of the directions of erosion forms and the orientation of the hypothetical axes of the main normal stresses is not only vertical but also is left-sliding movements of hanging thrust blocks. The paleogeodynamic regularities could be the basis for establishing the structural paragenesis of different stages of thrust formation. The features of the thrusts of the Chornogorski thrust and Krosnenska zone could be used for the study of newest exogenous geodynamics These studies confirm that structural and tectonic factors play an important role in the landslide formation.

At present, issues related to investment activities in Ukraine are very important. Of particular importance is the investment activity related to capital investment, creating a solid foundation for stable, efficient operation and rapid development of each enterprise. Insufficient capital investment can lead to limited opportunities, loss of income, increased production costs, increased production shortages, loss of competitiveness and decline of the enterprise. For effective management of capital investments of the enterprise the system of accounting and analytical support based on reliable definition of their cost, the mechanism of their reflection in the account and the reporting, effective system of the analysis and internal control is important. This study is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and methodological issues and problems of organization of accounting of capital investment accounting, identification of areas for improvement. This article analyzes domestic and international regulations on accounting to determine the nature and composition of capital investments. The issue of formation and differentiation of capital investment costs is considered. The classification of capital investments on various grounds is reflected, which is important for the formation of a proper organization of accounting and control in the enterprise. Sources of capital investment are the company's own funds, the use of budget funds or extrabudgetary funds, other sources of funding. The main sources of financing capital investments today are the own funds of enterprises. Generalized approaches to reflect capital expenditures that are associated with the creation or acquisition of non-current assets, as well as those that are included in the initial cost of such objects, in the accounts. It is proposed to streamline accounting through the introduction of additional sub-accounts that will meet the various information needs for analysis and control of capital investments in the enterprise. To separate the components of capital investments, the characteristics of the new sub-accounts to account 15 "Capital investments" are given. The main elements that need to be disclosed in the order on the company's accounting policy for capital investment are presented.

Summary The ERT studies were carried out in the Kyiv and Carpathian regions, Ukraine. Electrical Resistivity tomography (ERT) using Schlumberger array was conducted to determine the various potentially landslide-prone areas characteristics, the weak zones and places with a high water saturation within in the study areas. Two software applications packages of RES2DINV and Zond2RES have been used to build geoelectric sections. Various data interpretation techniques have been tested. The research results in the elaboration of the technique for measuring and building geoelectric sections that is effective for enables to identify fracture zones and areas with high water saturation, as well as, identify early signs of formation of new displacement. Thus it is possible to confirm the existence of potential sliding zones. Application of ERT has revealed, that weak zones with a high water saturation are characterized by extremely low electrical resistivity.

Summary Geologic studies in the Middle Dnieper basin and adjacent areas have shown that the geological hazardous processes (slides, falls, topples, erosion) there are largely localized along faults that formed during long-continued uplift concurrent with tectonic activity in the Ukrainian Shield during Neogene-Quaternary period. The evolution of different-scale and different-genetic morphostructures of the right bank of the Middle Dnieper Basin has been analyzed on the basis of complex structural-morphometric analysis, remote sensing data and spatial GIS modeling. The analysis of the created structural-morphometric models has allowed to determine the features of morphogenesis and tectogenesis during the Neogene-Quaternary period. Regional and local structures are characterized and the amplitudes of the newest and present movements of the earth’s crust are determined. The type of movements, their spatial occurrence within the Kyiv, Obukhiv and Kaniv-Trakhtemir blocks are characterized. The role of glaciation impact on the formation of relief and tectonic structures is characterized. The close relationship between structural and tectonic processes and the development of geological hazazrds has been determined. This data identifies the regional pattern of natural hazards zones, the causal relation of tectonic movement on denudation and resultant cummulative impacts of landsliding, changes in landforms and cummulative human interface.
