Sustainable Emergency Material Reserve Systems (SEMRSs) are complex frameworks comprising three types of reserves, namely, physical, capacity, and agreement reserves, and involve various stakeholders such as local governments and enterprises. However, multiple stockpiling methods have not been considered in investigations on the influencing factors and inter-factor relationships within an emergency material stockpiling system. In this study, we achieved consensus through a questionnaire, established an evaluation system encompassing various reserve methods and participating entities, and delineated the key factors affecting SEMRSs while analyzing their causal relationships using the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory–based analytic network process. Results reveal that (1) local governments and participating enterprises play crucial roles in ensuring the sustainable supply of emergency provisions; (2) the capacity to guarantee emergency funds serves as a pivotal link among all key influencing factors, emergency funds should be augmented, and the utilization of contingency funds should be rationalized; and (3) the integration of physical, production capacity, and agreed stockpiling methods in the emergency reserve system requires enhancement, and the incorporation of capital reserves should be considered as part of the stockpiling strategy. Even though Indonesia faces significant gender disparities across various sectors, including education, health, employment, and political representation, there remains a dearth of research addressing the barriers and strategic solutions for women's empowerment, which is the aim of this study. A quantitative method driven by the Modified Penta Helix Model (MPM) and the Delphi Analytical Network Process (DANP) was used. On the one hand, MPM was used to establish renewal between the five strategic dimensions and other additional elements such as economic, socio-cultural, and education and training. On the other hand, D-ANP developed indicators based on Focus Group Discussions (FGD) outcomes, in-depth interviews, and structured questionnaires. According to this study, education and training are essential in empowering women. The results of this study indicate the main problems in empowering women, which are divided into eight main dimensions: economic, socio-cultural, education and training, government support, association support, academic support, media support, and private sector support. Education and training were the most critical problems in empowering women. Collaboration between academics, business, community, government, and media is essential to develop effective education and training programs to empower women in Indonesia. Through employing D-ANP and MPM methodologies, this study suggests a model of women's economic empowerment to improve the quality of Indonesian women and Indonesia's position in the Women's Empowerment Index.

Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNS) are proficient in conveying fuzzy information within the realm of multiple attribute decision making (MADM), and The TOPSIS method effectively ranks alternatives in MADM. Attribute weight and distance measurement are important steps in TOPSIS method. The focus of this paper is to propose a new attribute weight determination method in the SVNS environment, namely Decision Laboratory and Experimentation Method - Analytic Network Process (D-ANP). A new single-valued neutrosophic distance measure is also defined, namely single-valued neutrosophic Kulcynksi distance, and the effectiveness of the generalized single-valued neutrosophic Kulcynksi distance is proved. Finally, the proposed D-ANP method and the defined Kulcynksi distance are applied to the TOPSIS method of MADM, and the feasibility of the D-ANP method and Kulcynksi distance is verified through application examples. The goal of this study is maintained as the process of establishing and validating an evidence-based approach for assessing the quality of hospital's wayfinding from an environmental standpoint and creating an evaluation tool for the building's wayfinding performance (WP). To do this, the integrated Multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) technique was utilized to examine the independent linkages between users' movement dynamics based on Factor Analysis and the D-ANP (Decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) based Analytical Network Process (ANP)) method. In this regard, experts gave each model's variable a weight and a significant value. Thus, findings show that experts classified sixteen indicators into three dimensions in the proposed model: physical data (with 50% influence on building wayfinding (BW)), environmental representation data (with 33% influence on BW), and symbolic data of the environment (17% influence on BW). [Purpose/Significance] Consumption is an important aspect of stimulating domestic demand. In the current development stage, the spatial and geographical distribution characteristics of our country indicate that domestic demand has great potential. However, the evaluation of consumption potential in the digital economy is a complex systematic project. Current research does not fully consider the correlation between evaluation indicators, and there are some problems such as low efficiency and too much reliance on the subjective experience of experts, which affect the scientific and reasonable evaluation results of consumption potential. [Method/Process] First of all, starting from each major work link that affects the consumption potential under the background of the digital economy, the preliminary evaluation index was determined through expert consultation and literature research and screening, and the primary evaluation index set of consumption potential under the background of the digital economy wasconstructed. Based on the consumption potential assessment data of Guangxi Zhongyan Industry Co., Ltd. from January to December 2021, the correlation and association rules among the assessment indicators were analyzed by using Apriori association rule mining algorithm, to streamline the assessment indicators and build an assessment index system of consumption potential in the context of the digital economy. The index system includes 11 secondary indicators and 19 tertiary indicators, such as user value, marketing communication effect, marketing ability, user participation, user influence, and channel effectiveness. Combining the influence relationship and influence degree between the quantitative evaluation indexes of DEMATEL and ANP, the weights of the evaluation indexes were calculated by the subjective and objective combination weighting method, to construct a multi-modal evaluation model of consumption potential in the digital economy. [Results/Conclusions] Taking six real dragon cigarette product marketing activities of Guangxi China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. from March to September 2021 as examples, the comprehensive scores of marketing activities in March, April, May, and June are 0.53, 0.52, 0.51 and 0.48, respectively, and the overall assessment result of consumption potential is "medium" level, among which the effect of marketing activities in August and September is better than that in March and June, and the comprehensive scores are 0.57 and 0.63, which are "medium to upper" level. On the whole, the impact of market influence ability, user value and marketing communication effect on the release of consumption potential decreases in turn. The analysis results are in good agreement with the actual situation, which verifies the feasibility and applicability of the multi-modal assessment model of consumption potential. In addition, due to the limited space, this paper only takes the tobacco industry as an example. In our future work, the specific index system can be adjusted according to the actual application needs.
