Abstract Background: the escalating influx of patients with temporomandibular disorders and the challenges associated with accurate diagnosis by non-specialized dental practitioners underscore the integration of artificial intelligence into the diagnostic process of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) as a potential solution to mitigate diagnostic disparities associated with this condition. Objectives: In this study, we evaluated a machine-learning model for classifying TMDs based on the International Classification of Orofacial Pain, using structured data. Methodology: Model construction was performed by the exploration of a dataset comprising patient records from the repository of the Multidisciplinary Orofacial Pain Center (CEMDOR) affiliated with the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Diagnoses of TMD were categorized following the principles established by the International Classification of Orofacial Pain (ICOP-1). Two independent experiments were conducted using the decision tree technique to classify muscular or articular conditions. Both experiments uniformly adopted identical metrics to assess the developed model's performance and efficacy. Results: The classification model for joint pain showed a relevant potential for general practitioners, presenting 84% accuracy and f1-score of 0.85. Thus, myofascial pain was classified with 78% accuracy and an f1-score of 0.76. Both models used from 2 to 5 clinical variables to classify orofacial pain. Conclusion: The use of decision tree-based machine learning holds significant support potential for TMD classification.

Abstract Background This study aimed to explore the facilitators and barriers to the elimination of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis, and hepatitis B transmission based on the perspectives of mothers living with HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B. Methods This study employed a descriptive, qualitative design. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with mothers living with HIV, syphilis, and/or hepatitis B virus. A total of 25 participants were included in the study. This study used a triangulation method conducted by members to enhance the validity and dependability of the findings. The study was conducted at referral hospitals and community health centers between September 2022 and February 2023. Data analysis utilized deductive content analysis and categorized themes based on a socio-ecological framework. Results The findings revealed facilitators and barriers across five levels of the socio-ecological framework and 21 subcategories. The findings included the following: (1) At the policy level, facilitators were mandatory testing programs, and barriers were separating testing services from antenatal care facilities. (2) At the community level, facilitators included the involvement of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and cross-sector support. Barriers included challenges faced by non-residents and fear of stigma and discrimination. (3) At the healthcare system level, facilitators included tracking and follow-up by midwives, positive relationships with healthcare providers, and satisfaction with healthcare services. Barriers included prolonged waiting times, insufficient information from healthcare providers, and administrative limitations. (4) At the interpersonal level, facilitators included partner and family support, open communication, and absence of stigma. Barriers included the reluctance of sexual partners to undergo screening. (5) At the individual level, facilitators included the desire for a healthy baby, adequate knowledge, self-acceptance, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle; barriers included the lack of administrative discipline. Conclusion Mothers living with HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis B require tailored healthcare approaches. Healthcare professionals must understand and meet the needs of mothers within a comprehensive care continuum. The findings of this study advocate for the development and implementation of integrated care models that are responsive to the specific challenges and preferences of affected mothers, aiming to improve health outcomes for both mothers and their children.

The ‘affective domain’ supports students’ moral development, shaping their character. The research aims to investigate the music learning process in Indonesia, the Netherlands, and France and determine its contribution to the affective domain. The study adopted a mixed methods approach with sequential designs. In the first phase, qualitative data were collected through observations of learning processes as well as through interviews and document analysis. These qualitative data informed the development and administration of instruments for the second phase that measured aspects of the music learning process expected to contribute to the affective domain. Based on the analysis of 74 music learning processes, this research showed differences between the three countries in song choices and methods for developing the affective domain through music learning. Song choices in the Netherlands and France were based on the song’s potential to touch students’ feelings, while those used in Indonesia were selected to build moral character and foster national pride. In the Indonesian music learning context, persuasion and intervening were predominant methods – as they were (although to a lesser extent) in France. In contrast, the Netherlands made greater use of inculcation and, along with France, habituation.

Orchidaceae is a family of flowering plants esteemed in numerous countries globally, so they are a promising subject for further exploration. The evolution of Orchidaceae research over the past decade is a foundation for identifying areas warranting deeper investigation. bibliographic analysis based on the Scopus database was used to elucidate the advancements in research over a decade. We brought data on an increasing number of publications between 1943 to 2023. About 7139 documents were found about orchid research, and 59% were in agriculture filtered by subject area, from around 2013 until 2023. America and Asia have the most significant number of Orchidaceae species, approximately 12000. However, China stands out with many publications with a high citation rate. Regarding the organization that publishes the journal, from 16204 organizations, the University of Chinese Academy is a prominent contributor characterized by substantial collaboration in advancing orchid research. Furthermore, the co-occurrence and all keywords indicating genetics, biodiversity, and taxonomy have been used as basis research topics in the last ten years. With additional analyses and reviews, this bibliometric analysis demonstrates that the research on Orchidaceae, specifically in agriculture, thrives every decade. Hence, we recommend future orchid conservation and research that should focus on the current gaps in knowledge and practice, including species distributions, management of species, and threats of extinction for developing or creating new cultivars to intensify a high potential commercial value.

Abstract Purpose To evaluate the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for jawbone assessment compared to reference-standard measurements in the literature. Materials and methods An electronic database search was conducted in PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library in June 2022, and updated in August 2023. Studies evaluating the accuracy of MRI for jawbone assessment compared with reference-standard measurements (histology, physical measurements, or computed tomography) were included. The outcome measures included bone histomorphometry and linear measurements. The risk of bias was assessed by the Quality Assessment Tool for Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS-2). The review was registered in the PROSPERO database (CRD42022342697). Results From 63 studies selected for full-text analysis, nine manuscripts were considered eligible for this review. The studies included assessments of 54 participants, 35 cadavers, and one phantom. A linear measurement error ranging from 0.03 to 3.11 mm was shown. The accuracy of bone histomorphometry varies among studies. Limitations of the evidence included heterogeneity of MRI protocols and the methodology of the included studies. Conclusion Few studies have suggested the feasibility of MRI for jawbone assessment, as MRI provides comparable results to those of standard reference tests. However, further advancements and optimizations are needed to increase the applicability, validate the efficacy, and establish clinical utility of these methods.

The influence of developments over time has caused traditions and culture in society to begin to be marginalized because they are considered unreasonable or pre-logical. However, currently many parties are starting to revive the tradition, including the government through tourism and involving writers. Apart from that, writers also express traditions through literary works. This can be seen in the novels Puya ke Puya and Natisha Persembahan Terakhir. The traditions described are people's beliefs about the rambu solo and parakang ceremonies. However, the traditions depicted have been influenced by developments over time so that the traditions depicted are no longer traditions that are believed to be considered sacred like previous societies. Therefore, we can see the depiction of the existence of a tradition through a literary work. The research method used is the literary anthropology approach which discusses the relationship between literature, anthropology and culture. This research aims to see how traditions and culture exist in literary works. The result of this research is that there is a simulakra process of Sulawesi culture in the literary works of the two authors. Apart from that, there is criticism conveyed by the author towards the culture that develops through the response of society as depicted in the characters. Thus, it can be concluded that the culture presented in literary works through the simulakra process does not just introduce culture, but also criticizes society's response to cultural developments.

Perubahan iklim dan keberlanjutan merupakan tantangan besar dalam produksi pangan, yang didominasi sumber pangan biji-bijian yang rentan terhadap perubahan iklim. Sumber karbohidrat umbi dianggap lebih tahan dan mudah beradaptasi dengan tantangan tersebut. Talas merupakan salah satu potensi besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dengan nilai gizi yang tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan dosis bahan organik terhadap karakter morfologi talas, dan hubungan karakter morfologi dan umbi yang dihasilkan, serta menentukan dosis yang tepat untuk budidaya talas di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktor tunggal yaitu dosis bahan organik, dengan lima ulangan. Dosis bahan organik terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0,25 kg tanaman-1, 0,5 kg tanaman-1, 0,75 kg tanaman-1, dan 1 kg tanaman-1. Bahan organik (BO) meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif, umbi atribut dan produksi bibit. BO meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif kuantitatif. Dosis sekitar 0,5 - 1 kg lubang-1 diidentifikasi sebagai dosis yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan vegetatif, umbi atribut dan produksi bibit talas. Ada korelasi positif antara pertumbuhan vegetatif, atribut umbi dan produksi bibit. Tinggi tanaman, ukuran daun, dan diameter batang sangat penting untuk menentukan perkembangan umbi, dan selanjutnya menyebabkan tingginya produksi bibit.

Pulmonary endarterectomy (PEA), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) therapy and balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA) are currently accepted therapies for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). This international CTEPH Registry identifies clinical characteristics of patients, diagnostic algorithms and treatment decisions in a global context. 1010 newly diagnosed consecutive patients were included in the registry between February 2015 and September 2016. Diagnosis was confirmed by right heart catheterisation, ventilation-perfusion lung scan, computerised pulmonary angiography and/or invasive pulmonary angiography after at least 3 months on anticoagulation. Overall, 649 patients (64.3%) were considered for PEA, 193 (19.1%) for BPA, 20 (2.0%) for both PEA and BPA, and 148 (14.7%) for PAH therapy only. Reasons for PEA inoperability were technical inaccessibility (n=235), comorbidities (n=63) and patient refusal (n=44). In Europe and America and other countries (AAO), 72% of patients were deemed suitable for PEA, whereas in Japan, 70% of patients were offered BPA as first choice. Sex was evenly balanced, except in Japan where 75% of patients were female. A history of acute pulmonary embolism was reported for 65.6% of patients. At least one PAH therapy was initiated in 35.8% of patients (26.2% of PEA candidates, 54.5% of BPA candidates and 54.1% of those not eligible for either PEA or BPA). At the time of analysis, 39 patients (3.9%) had died of pulmonary hypertension-related causes (3.5% after PEA and 1.8% after BPA). The registry revealed noticeable differences in patient characteristics (rates of pulmonary embolism and sex) and therapeutic approaches in Japan compared with Europe and AAO.

Learning methods have an important position in achieving learning objectives. One of the reasons for the slow achievement of the goals that have been set is the inaccuracy in choosing the method. The Audiolingual method as applied by Arabic learning practitioners has been able to improve the quality of Arabic learning processes and outcomes. Therefore, this article explains, reveals, and analyzes in depth the Audiolingual method in theory and practice. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Research data were collected from library sources relevant to the research theme. The research data were analyzed in terms of content analysis by comparing various opinions of experts, the researcher concludes by determining the position among the existing opinions. The result of the research is the Audiolingual method, which is a language learning method that emphasizes understanding what is listened to. This method emerged based on the behaviorism approach. In practice, the Audiolingual method is equipped with exercises on sentence patterns that aim to improve student's communication skills. The findings can be further developed by further researchers by examining the use of the Audiolingual method in various educational institutions through action, development, or research in the form of evaluation.

This study aimed to formulate and determine the sun protection factor (SPF) of sunscreen made from tomato lycopene microemulsion creams. Lycopene was used as the active ingredient with varying concentrations in each formula, namely F1 5%, F2 7.5%, and F3 9%. The preparation of each formula was evaluated by conducting the globule size, polydisperse index, organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, spreadability test, viscosity test, and determination of SPF value. The average globule size was 119 nm which had a uniform size distribution. The physical characteristics test of the cream preparations showed the three had a bright yellow color and lacked odor. The pH test results were 3.2 ± 0.12, 5.54 ± 0.25, 6.48 ± 0.22 for F1, F2, F3, respectively. Viscosity test results were F1 40,893.33 cPs, F2 41,746.67 cPs, and F3 43,106.67 cPs. The values obtained from the dispersion test were F1 6.71±0.63, F2 5.58±0.15, and F3 4.81±0.11. Moreover, F3 with a concentration of 9% tomato lycopene microemulsion met the acceptance criteria for all of the physical properties including low viscosity to promote good spreadability, pH that does not irritate the skin, aesthetic appeal, small particle size, and non-odorous and an SPF value of 4.9. The obtained microemulsion-based sunscreen cream exhibited a good physical property of lycopene besides showing sufficient SPF value.

Area selective deposition (ASD) is a promising IC fabrication technique to address misalignment issues arising in a top–down litho-etch patterning approach. ASD can enable resist tone inversion and bottom–up metallization, such as via prefill. It is achieved by promoting selective growth in the growth area (GA) while passivating the non-growth area (NGA). Nevertheless, preventing undesired particles and defect growth on the NGA is still a hurdle. This work shows the selectivity of Ru films by passivating the Si oxide NGA with self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) and small molecule inhibitors (SMIs). Ru films are deposited on the TiN GA using a metal-organic precursor tricarbonyl (trimethylenemethane) ruthenium (Ru TMM(CO)3) and O2 as a co-reactant by atomic layer deposition (ALD). This produces smooth Ru films (2 3D patterned structures using dimethyl amino trimethyl silane (DMA-TMS) as SMI.

Perfluorododecyl iodide (I-PFC12) is of interest for area-selective deposition (ASD) applications as it exhibits intriguing properties such as ultralow surface energy, the ability to modify silicon’s band gap, low surface friction, and suitability for micro-contact patterning. Traditional photolithography is struggling to reach the required critical dimensions. This study investigates the potential of using I-PFC12 as a way to produce contrast between the growth area and non-growth areas of a surface subsequent to extreme ultraviolet (EUV) exposure. Once exposed to EUV, the I-PFC12 molecule should degrade with the help of the photocatalytic substrate, allowing for the subsequent selective deposition of the hard mask. The stability of a vapor-deposited I-PFC12 self-assembled monolayer (SAM) was examined when exposed to ambient light for extended periods of time by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Two substrates, SiO2 and TiO2, are investigated to ascertain the suitability of using TiO2 as a photocatalytic active substrate. Following one month of exposure to light, the atomic concentrations showed a more substantial fluorine loss of 10.2% on the TiO2 in comparison to a 6.2% loss on the SiO2 substrate. This more pronounced defluorination seen on the TiO2 is attributed to its photocatalytic nature. Interestingly, different routes to degradation were observed for each substrate. Reference samples preserved in dark conditions with no light exposure for up to three months show little degradation on the SiO2 substrate, while no change is observed on the TiO2 substrate. The results reveal that the I-PFC12 SAM is an ideal candidate for resistless EUV lithography.

AimThis study aimed to explore the strategies and important components that can be implemented to build adolescent awareness about stunting prevention.MethodsThis study used descriptive qualitative design. The data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs) and semi-structured interviews. Purposive sampling method was employed to select the participants. The FGDs involved adolescents (n = 6) and high school counselling teachers (n = 5), while the semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts frequently involved in overcoming stunting problems in Indonesia (n = 7). The interview results were transcribed in verbatim transcription and analysed by using thematic analysis.ResultsFive themes were identified from the results: 1) Adolescent identity development with three sub-themes: online identity exploration, rebellious stage, and peer influence; 2) Creative and visually appealing website with six sub-themes: interesting appearance, short time span, serial content, story pattern, scenario using adolescent idol's name, and attractive website menu; 3) Nutritional needs for adolescents with three sub-themes: iron and calcium intake, less sugar consumption, and nutritional status; 4) Engaging content for adolescents with seven sub-themes: stunting, reproductive health, anaemia, diet, wellness, early marriage, and physical activity; and 5) Effective communication strategy with two sub-themes: consistency of activities and communicative.ImplicationsIn designing adolescent stunting prevention interventions, multidisciplinary programs utilizing engaging digital health modules and grassroots partnerships should be developed and tested. These programs aim to enhance knowledge retention among youth through appealing online content and interactive community activities. Rigorous evaluation of biopsychosocial approaches can establish integrated best practices across individual, social and policy dimensions for reducing stunting.

Endophytic fungi produce bioactive metabolites that exhibit antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-cancer activity. Rui (Harrisonia perforata (Blanco) Merr.) is a traditional medicinal plant proven to be an antibacterial and anticancer. Endophytic fungi live in plant tissues without damaging or producing chemicals that infect the host cell. Endophytes produce the same and similar compound as an original plant. This study aimed to isolate the endophytic fungi from Rui and determine their antibacterial, antioxidant, and cytotoxic activity. 13 fungal isolates were successfully isolated using PDA for seven days at 30°C. Molecular identification using the ITS1 and ITS4 DNA sequences only revealed six species: Diaporthe sp., Phomopsis sp., Aspergillus tubingensis, Aspergillus viridinutans, Pseudofusicoccum sp., and Daldinia eschscholtz. Seven isolates showed antibacterial activity based on plate assay. Aspergillus tubingensis and RA-1 exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi, with the MIC and MBC starting from 24 to 32 mg/ml. The DPPH assay showed the most increased antioxidant activity in Daldinia eschscholtzii with an IC50 of 98.14±2.39 µg/ml. The Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) showed the highest potential cytotoxic activity, as shown by Aspergillus tubingensis and Phomopsis sp. with LC50 of 7.78±7.48 and 30.83±0.39 µg/ml. In conclusion, our study demonstrates that the fungal extract from Rui could be a source of antibacterial, antioxidant, and cytotoxic agents.

Introduction: Developmental delays in children are signs of chronic malnutrition brought on by unfavorable circumstances since birth. Throughout the first 1000 days of life, stunting might increase mortality and disrupt bodily processes. Toddler malnutrition can also result from their culture, traditions, and social food. This study sought to synthesize earlier research that offered an overview of the cultural perspective on stunting prevention. Methods: Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) Guidelines were employed in the research design, and four databases were used for the literature search method (Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, and Google Scholar) To find relevant articles, use the Boolean operator “stunting” OR “stunted” AND “culture” OR “cultural” AND “prevention” OR “prevent” by limiting 2017–2022 in English, full-text articles, and open access. Results: There are 12 papers addressing the cultural perspectives in the prevention of stunting, including parenting cultures on the role of fathers, parenting cultures on the role of grandmothers, and cultures of family empowerment. These studies are cross-sectional and quasi-experimental. Conclusions: Values emerge from interpersonal interaction and become part of the culture. A slightly different approach is required for communicating behavior change, especially in regions where ancestors’ customs and beliefs are still practiced. Stunting can be avoided by using the cultural perspective as a preventative measure. Keywords: culture; health care; prevention; stunting

Introduction: Vaginal discharge can occur in every woman anywhere in the world. Teenage girls are more at risk, though. It's still a challenge to get teenage females to keep their reproductive organs clean as one of their preventative measures against vaginal discharge. This literature review aims to understand the prevalence of vaginal discharge and the factors that influence adolescents' preventive behavior. Methods: The academic databases (Scopus, Proquest, Pubmed, and Garuda), which comprise works published in the 2016–2021 time frame, were searched for relevant articles using a combination of keywords. The framework for this investigation is PICOS. Articles were systematically chosen by reviewing their English and Indonesian, checking for duplication, examining titles and abstracts, determining whether they eligible for full-text reviews, and determining whether they were appropriate for the study's objectives. The study's participants were female teenagers. Results: Ten papers were discovered that satisfied the review's inclusion requirements. While some adolescent females experience vaginal discharge, others think it to be normal and unproblematic. In order to prevent vaginal discharge in adolescent girls, it is essential to have effective personal hygiene. Adolescents' personal hygiene practices are determined by their knowledge, attitudes, and support systems. Conculusion: Most young women are unaware of the serious effects vaginal discharge can have on reproductive health. To improve adolescent girls' understanding and health status, humanistic health promotion about the behavior of preventing vaginal discharge is still important.

Oil palm micropropagation through tissue culture is a technique to provide elite oil palms to meet the desired traits. This technique is commonly carried out through somatic embryogenesis. However, the oil palm’s somatic embryogenesis rate is quite low. Several approaches have been made to overcome this problem, including transcriptome profiling through RNA-seq to identify key genes involved in oil palm somatic embryogenesis. RNA sequencing was applied in high- and low-embryogenic ortets of Tenera varieties based on the somatic embryoid rate at the callus, globular, scutellar, and coleoptilar embryoid stages. Cellular analysis of embryoid inductions and proliferations showed that high-embryogenic ortets resulted in higher embryoid proliferation and germinations than low-embryogenic ortets. Transcriptome profiling showed that there are a total of 1,911 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between high- and low-embryogenic ortets. ABA signaling-related genes such as LEA, DDX28, and vicilin-like protein are upregulated in high-embryogenic ortets. Furthermore, DEGs associated with other hormone signaling, such as HD-ZIP associated with brassinosteroids and NPF associated with auxin, are upregulated in high-embryogenic ortets. This result suggests a physiological difference between high- and low-embryogenic ortets that is connected to their capacity for somatic embryogenesis. These DEGs will be used as potential biomarkers for high-embryogenic ortets and will be validated in further studies.

Abstract To evaluate the feasibility of using a milled polyetheretherketone (PEEK) post and core in endodontically treated teeth with or without a ferrule. Sixty bovine tooth roots were endodontically treated followed by cementation of intraradicular retainers (IR), according to each experimental group: a) non-ferrule glass fiber post (f0FP); b) 2-mm-ferrule glass fiber post (f2FP); c) non-ferrule resized glass fiber post (f0PR); d) 2-mm-ferrule resized glass fiber post (f2PR); e) non-ferrule PEEK post and core (f0PPC); and f) 2-mm-ferrule PEEK post and core (f2PPC). Metal crowns were made and cemented. A periodontal ligament was simulated using polyether. A force was applied to the palatine portion of each sample at 45°, until fracture. Fracture resistance data were submitted to two-way ANOVA and Tukey’s test (α = 0.05). Three-dimensional digital models were developed to calculate the tensions formed in the root using finite element analysis. Models of glass fiber posts and PEEK posts and cores were evaluated with or without a ferrule. The results were analyzed by the Mohr-Coulomb criterion. The type of IR was not influenced by fracture strength (p = 0.243). There were significant statistical differences among the remaining factors. Ferrule groups had greater fracture resistance, and the failure mode of teeth with a ferrule was more catastrophic than the non-ferrule group. A ferrule increases fracture resistance and influences failure mode; the PEEK post and core did not modify the biomechanics of endodontically treated teeth, and resembled the glass fiber post results. The crack initiation point differed between the ferrule and non-ferrule groups.

Introduction: LARC effectively prevents pregnancy; however, its use is still low. Self-efficacy and perception have an impact on the decision to use LARC. This study aimed to determine the relationship between perception and self-efficacy of LARC utilization in women of reproductive age. Methods: Cross-sectional study design. The population of women of reproductive age couples in the Bungah Health Center area. The research sample was 88 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Implications: In designing adolescent stunting prevention interventions, multidisciplinary programs utilizing engaging digital health modules and grassroots partnerships should be developed and tested. These programs aim to enhance knowledge retention among youth through appealing online content and interactive community activities. Background: This study was conducted to describe the prevalence of and evaluate the processes and challenges in implementing the elimination of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B transmission from mother to child in Bali Province, Indonesia. Methods: The research method used is a descriptive approach using indicators and a set of processes by the WHO, quantitative methods using descriptive analysis, and qualitative methods using phenomenological paradigms through in-depth interviews and FGD with healthcare professionals involved in the elimination of mother-to-child transmission (EMTCT) program. Results: The indicators that have successfully met the target for 4 years are antiretroviral therapy (ART) coverage in Badung District (≥95%) and ANC coverage (at least one visit) in Buleleng District (≥95%). The study found low prevalence rates of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B among pregnant women in the three districts. There are some indicators that show improvement from 2019 to 2022, namely, syphilis (60.44% to 86.98%) and hepatitis B (29.03% to 95.35%) screening coverage showed improvements, with increasing screening rates observed in Buleleng District. However, adequate treatment coverage for pregnant women with syphilis decreased in Denpasar City in 2022 compared to 2019 (100% to 71.28%). Despite data on hepatitis B treatment being unavailable, hepatitis B vaccination coverage exceeded the WHO target in all three districts. The utilization of the information system is not yet optimal, and there is a lack of ability to track cases. Furthermore, there is insufficient involvement of the private sector, particularly in screening, and a lack of standardized procedures in the management of referrals for pregnant women with hepatitis B. Conclusion: The prevalence of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B among pregnant women has consistently remained below the Ministry of Health’s target for four years. Despite this, there are a lot of targets, and the indicator EMTCT process has yet to reach the WHO target. The challenges for each district in reaching the WHO target include providing syphilis and hepatitis B reagents and benzatine penicillin; increasing private sector involvement; and strengthening information systems, policies, and guidelines for the management of hepatitis B among pregnant women in line with WHO recommendations to achieve EMTCT.

Objective: To explain the factors related to the implementation of antenatal care in developing countries. Methods: The systematic review was conducted in June 2020 and comprised literature search on Scopus, Cumulated Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, PubMed and Garba Rujukan Digital databases for cross-sectional, survey-based, prospective, mixed-method, correlational, experimental, longitudinal, cohort and case-control studies published after 2015 in either English or Indonesian. The studies included involved pregnant women and discussed the factors of implementing antenatal care in developing countries, and explained the factors related to the implementation of antenatal care in accordance with the World Health Organisation recommendation. The Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes and Study framework was used, and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis guidelines were followed. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics with a narrative approach. Results: Of the 9,733 studies initially found, 50(0.005%) were shortlisted for full-text review, and, of them, 15(30%) were reviewed and analysed. There were 3(20%) each from Pakistan and Ghana, 2(13.3%) each from Nepal and India, and 1(6.66%) each from Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, South Africa and Vietnam. Overall, 10(66.6%) were cross-sectional studies. There were five factors identified regarding antenatal care; behaviour intention, social support, accessibility of information, personal autonomy, and action situations, including economic status, availability of facility and transportation. Conclusion: Antenatal care in pregnant women in developing countries is influenced by several factors, and economic status and the availability of facilities and infrastructure optimise the use of such services. Objective: To assess the factors contributing to the intention to use long-acting reversible contraception among women of reproductive age during the coronavirus disease-2019 pandemic. Method: The cross-sectional study was conducted in Mlajah village, Bangkalan Madura, Indonesia, from May 25 to June 30, 2021, and comprised married women of reproductive age. Attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control and intention to use long-acting reversible contraception were the elements explored using a questionnaire based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour. Data was analysed using Spearman’s Rho. Results: Of the 102 subjects, 46(45.1%) were aged 30-39 years, 51(50%) had college or university education, 43(42.2%) had 2 children and 59(57.8%) were using family planning methods. There was a significant relationship of intention to use long-acting reversible contraception with attitude (p=0.000; r=0.566), subjective norm (p=0.000; r=0.475), and perceived behavioural control (p=0.000; r= 0.691). Conclusion: The intention to use long-acting reversible contraception among married women of reproductive age was significantly associated with attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control. Objective: To investigate factors associated with hypertension in women of childbearing age. Method: The correlational, cross-sectional study was done in Madiun, East Java, Indonesia, in August 2021 after approval from the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia. The sample comprised women of childbearing age who were married and not pregnant. Data was collected using questionnaires, while blood pressure, height and weight of the subjects were measured and noted. Data were analysed using Spearman Rho test. Results: Of the 311 subjects with mean age 32.06±7.10 years, 184(59.2%) were housewives; 153(49.2%) had studied up to the Senior High School level; 166(53.38%) were overweight; 157(50.48%) had family history of hypertension; 99 (31.83%) were exposed to cigarette 1-2 hours a day; 141(45.34%) were using hormonal contraception for >2 years; 94(30.23%) had low physical activity; 148 (47.59%) had high sodium consumption; and 139(44.69%) consumed coffee 2-3 cup/day. Hypertension prevalence was 123(39.55%). BMI (r=0.750), family history (r=0.763), exposure to cigarette smoke (r=0.755), physical activity level (r=-0.806), and sodium (r=0.505) were significantly associated with hypertension (p0.05). Conclusion: Risk of hypertension in women increased for those with high body mass index, family history, high exposure to cigarette smoke, and high sodium intake. Introduction: It is important to reduce the high incidence of anemia in pregnancy globally. Pregnant women need the support of their families to face any difficulties in order to prevent anemia. Design and Methods: This study aims to determine the correlation between family role and anemia prevention in pregnancy. This cross-sectional study was conducted in August 2021 among 60 pregnant women who went for check-ups at two primary healthcare centers in Surabaya, Indonesia, and received iron supplements. Additionally, it was discovered that family role andanemia prevention in pregnancy were evaluated using questionnaires. Result: The Spearman test was used as a test for significance and the results showed that there was a correlation between family role and anemia prevention in pregnancy (r = 0.318; P = 0.013). Also, it was found that informational, emotional, and affirmational support, as well as having a role model were significantly correlated with anemia prevention at (r = 0.311; p = 0.015), (r = 0.265; p = 0.041), (r = 0.400; p = 0.002), and (r = 0.353; p = 0.006), respectively. Conclusions: There was a relationship between family role and anemia prevention in pregnancy, as well as adequate nutrition, adherence to iron supplements, and prevention of worms. Therefore, there is the need for health promotion to the families of pregnant women in order to increase the understanding of anemia prevention in pregnancy.

Introduction: During the transitional period of reproductive function development, adolescents require special attention, one of which is menstrual hygiene management (MHM). Teenagers dealing with menstruation have little information and understanding due to the taboo assumption of being more comfortable communicating with peers. Therefore, this study aims to explain the relationship between knowledge and peer support with MHM in adolescent girls.
