In this study, a user–interactive computer programme generating CNC part programme according to dialog method has been developed. The design of programme has been prepared like a CAM programme structure. The part programme was established by required parameters asking to the user with a specific order. Subsequently, this parameters are used to create M and G codes, and these codes are showed at a different page on the screen. In addition, these code pages can be stored with "txt" format. This program includes basic processes and the programme design has been prepared for milling machine working according to Fanuc system. The computer programme was written by using Delphi 6 programming language., Bu çalışmada, diyalog metoduna göre CNC parça programı üreten kullanıcı etkileşimli bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir. Program tasarımı CAM programları mantığı ile hazırlanmıştır. Parça programının oluşturulması, başlangıçtan sona kadar belli bir sıra ile, ilgili bilgilerin kullanıcıdan istenerek M ve G kodlarına dönüştürülüp program üzerinde ayrı bir sayfada gösterilmesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca oluşturulan kod sayfası "txt" uzantılı olarak saklanabilmektedir. Program tasarımı, Fanuc işletim sistemine göre dik işleme merkezi için temel işlemlere yönelik gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bilgisayar programı Delphi 6 programlama dili ile hazırlanmıştır.

Bu çalışmada, freze tezgahlanndaki talaş kaldırma işlemleri sırasında oluşan, kesme kuvvetlerini ölçebilecek bir dinamometre tasarımı, imalatı ve bilgisayar bağlantısı yapılmıştır. Dinamometrenin imalatında, germim ölçer teknolojisi kullanılmış ve kuvvetlerin algılanabilmesi için, malzemelerin elastik deformasyonundan yararlanılmıştır. Ölçme köprülerinden (Wheatstone köprüsü) elde edilen gerilim farkları çok küçük olduğundan, operasyonel amplifikatörü (OPAMP) kullanılması gerekli olmuştur. Ölçme köprülerinden alınan analog sinyallerin kazancı OPAMP ile yükseltilerek, 12 bit'lik çevirici yardımıyla sayısala dönüştürülmüştür. Çalışma başlangıcında, öncelikle literatür araştırması yapılmış, talaş kaldırma teorisi, gerinim ölçer teknolojisi ve dinamometrenin imalatı için gerekli kriterler incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonunda, kesme parametrelerindeki değişimlere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan kesme kuvveti değişimleri grafiklerle gösterilerek tartışılmıştır. Milling machines are among the most important machine tools in chip removal operations. In this study, design, manufacturing and computer connections of a dynamometer that can measure the cutting forces that occur during the chip removal operations on a milling machine have been done. In the manufacturing of the dynamometer, strain gage technology was used and elastic deformation of materials was used for the sensing of forces. Since the analog signals gained from the measurement bridges ( Wheatstone Bridge ) were too low, the use of operationals amplifiers ( OP AMPS ) were needed. The analog signal received from the measurement bridges were amplified with an OPAMP and converted to digital signals by using a 12 bit analog/digital converter ( 12 bit A/D C ). At the beginning of the study, first of all the literature survey has been made and theory of metal cutting, strain gage technology and criteria for manufacturing of the dynamometer have been investigated. At the end of this study, the variations in the cutting forces depending on the variations in the cutting parameters have been explained and discussed by means of graphics.
