Abstract

Nach Vergiftung mit Benzol in hohen Konzentrationen wurde das Verhalten einiger Enzyme in Mauselebern untersucht. Der Einflus des Benzols wirkt sich in einem Aktivitatsabfall der Bernsteinsaure-Dehydrogenase, der Adenosintriphosphatase und der alkalischen Phosphatase aus. Die Glucose-6-Phosphatase bei gleichzeitigem Leberglykogenschwund erweist einen bemerkenswerten Intensitatsanstieg, der auch die saure Phosphataseaktivitat betrifft.
