Safety is an important part in using motor vehicles and public transportation, where in 2019 the road transport mode ranks third after the flight mode and cruise mode with a contribution of 24.9%, for that safety can be a safe culture in travel. The purpose of the study was to determine the perception of society related to SWDKLLJ and the level of community satisfaction. The research method is using qualitative descriptive approach with data collection using Gay and Diehl data collection techniques with a sample of 28 respondents, using google form. This data collection was given randomly to respondents and secondary data was obtained from literature and research results to support this study. The results showed that (1) knowledge about iruan SWDKLLJ majority of respondents do not know as much as 51.9%, (2) utilizing the mandatory donation of road traffic accident funds (SWDKLLJ) the majority of respondents are not as much as 88.9%, (3) other insurance funding as a replacement, the majority of respondents answered No 44%, (4) Officer services in making claims using SWDKLLJ, the majority of respondents answered quite satisfied 44%. Further studies are needed to reveal the public satisfaction of swdkllj contribution services and highway safety protection policies.

Background Over the past years, several treatment regimens have been recommended for elderly patients with glioblastoma (GBM), ranging from ultrahypofractionated radiotherapy (RT) over monochemotherapy (ChT) to combined radiochemotherapy (RChT). The current guidelines recommend active treatment in elderly patients in cases with a KPS of at least 60%. We established a score for selecting patients with a very poor prognosis from patients with a better prognosis. In pregnant women, Zika virus (ZIKV) is associated with a congenital syndrome, most frequently involving damage to embryo brain formation and the development of microcephaly. The mechanism(s) by which ZIKV enters the maternal-fetal interface and is transmitted to the fetus remains incompletely determined. We sought to evaluate histologic changes in the placenta of ZIKV-infected pregnant women and to determine if this varied by maternal age. Placental samples were obtained from 66 women, 33 of whom were positive for ZIKV. Histologic evaluations were performed on 4 areas of the placenta: fetal surface, maternal surface, umbilical cord, and membranes. Samples were analyzed by the tissue microarray technique and tested for CD4, CD8, CD20, CD68, FOXP3, and cyclooxygenase-2 expression. Data were evaluated using Fisher exact test. ZIKV infection was more frequent in women less than 18 yr of age (9/11, 81.8%) than in women above 18 yr old (24/55, 43.6%) (P=0.0440). ZIKV detection was associated with neutrophilic chorioamnionitis (P=0.0332) and with septal (P=0.0244) and villous (P=0.0534) calcification. Hofbauer cell hyperplasia (P=0.0260) and cyclooxygenase-2 expression (P=0.0346) were more prevalent in ZIKV-positive women aged 18 yr and below than in the older ZIKV-positive women. ZIKV infection during pregnancy occurs more frequently in adolescents and induces higher rates of damage at the maternal-fetal interface than in older women.

Introduction In patients with cancer, Treg lymphocytes seem to play an important role in promoting tumour growth. The number of circulating Treg cells has been associated with poor survival among patients suffering from various types of cancers. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the changes in the percentage levels of Treg lymphocytes in the blood samples of patients with head and neck cancer during combined treatment with respect to the stage of the disease and the intensity of the radiation reaction as monitored using the Dische scale. Material and methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 20 head and neck cancer patients prior to the combined oncological treatment, during, and then one week after the completion of the therapy. Results A statistically significantly higher percentage of CD3+/CD4+/CD25+/FoxP3+/CD127(-/low) T cells within the CD3+/CD4+ T cell population was detected in patients during radiotherapy (RTH), chemotherapy (CTH), and chemoradiotherapy (CRT) than before the treatment began (p < 0.0001). A statistically significantly higher percentage of CD3+/CD4+/CD25+/FoxP3+/CD127(-/low) T cells within the CD3+/CD4+ T cell population was detected after RTH/CRT than before treatment, with respect to the radiation reaction as evaluated using the Dische scale (p = 0.0150). Conclusions The increase in the percentage of Treg cells correlated with an increase in the intensity of the radiation reaction measured using the Dische scale which indicates the advance of the oral mucositis reaction to RTH. In conclusion, because the role of Treg lymphocytes in cancer patients is complex, it is necessary to monitor the percentages of these cells in patients during combined oncological therapies.

We present a very rare case of a 49-year old woman suffering from Nuck canal cyst reaching and compressing femoral vein. Nuck canal cyst is very uncommon event because the pouch accompanying the gubernaculum during intrauterine descent of ovaries usually obliterates, whereas when it persists a cystic cavity containing citrine fluid develops. A gravid 0 para 0 49 old woman was admitted to Catania University Surgery Department owing to suspected lymphatic tumor compressing right femoral vein and causing groin pain with ipsilateral leg partial stasis. Patient believed right venous stasis was due to fibromatous uterus. Ultrasounds and computed tomography (CT) scan defined size (7.1 × 4.2 × 1.5 cm), structure (cystic) of mass and its relation with femoral vein, although they were not diriment for diagnosing its nature. Color Doppler detected circulatory function of compressed femoral vein. Surgery was challenging and Nuck cyst was removed after accurate separation from the right femoral venous walls. A case of Nuck cyst involving femoral vein has never been reported so far.
