Desarrollo de un Seniors Club y Centro Comunitario destinado al bienestar, inclusión, ayuda y apoyo de los adultos mayores, basándose en cifras que demuestran y ponen en evidencia la vulnerabilidad de dicha población, el diseño propondrá espacios dedicados a la comodidad del usuario, y actividades culturales y de bienestar. Se integrará y articulará a un Centro Comunitario dedicado de igual forma a personas de la Tercera Edad, junto con zonas comunes entre el Senior´s Club y este. El proyecto arquitectónico se ubicará de forma estratégica en la Localidad de Usaquén, en la Ciudad de Bogotá, ya que las estadísticas del Atlas de Salud Pública del Hospital de Usaquén publicado en el año 2014 dicen que la población mayor a 60 años equivale al 14% (71.442) de la totalidad de la población de la localidad de Usaquén, y entre las UPZs Country Club y Usaquén se concentra entre el 2.94 y 8.54 por ciento de la población mayor a 60 años. Dado estas cifras mencionadas, en el sector de Usaquén se encuentran pocos sitios para la ayuda e integración de las personas adultas mayores por lo cual se plantea, ¿De qué manera se pueden generar espacios adecuados que Incluyan y presten ayuda a esta comunidad? Por esta razón el proyecto estará ubicado frente a la Av. Cra Séptima y de esta forma tendrá una mejor movilidad y punto de llegada, como también estará cercano a zonas verdes del sector creando así un enfoque sostenible y teniendo una conexión de áreas verdes, puentes ecológicos y siendo un articulador urbano entre arquitectura y paisaje., Development of a Seniors Club and Community Center aimed at the well-being, inclusion, help and support of older adults, based on figures that demonstrate and highlight the vulnerability of this population, the design will propose spaces dedicated to the comfort of the user, and cultural and wellness activities. Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un plan parcial enfocado para unidades habitacionales que se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Villavicencio- Meta. El lote para trabajar se encuentra ubicado en uno de los puntos de futuro crecimiento más importantes de la ciudad (entre la carrera 1 y calle 35), esto presenta una oportunidad de adelantarnos al futuro y crear la infraestructura que será demandada en los próximos 3 a 5 años. En primer lugar, se presenta un análisis urbano de orden cualitativo para hallar las oportunidades y amenazas que hay hoy en día para este proyecto. En segundo lugar, se realizará una evaluación de viabilidad para definir el tipo de proyecto que se llevará a cabo. Por último, se presentará una búsqueda de fundamento teórico y conceptual que será utilizado en el diseño y construcción de este. En base a todo este proceso se logrará el planteamiento de un plan parcial, de la cual se realizará el proceso ilustrativo y constructivo de la primera unidad de actuación urbanística, el cual presentará más a fondo el desarrollo de unas unidades de vivienda que darán solución a la futura demanda., This document presents the development of an partial plan focused on housing units that will be carried out in the city of Villavicencio-Meta. Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un proyecto de eco - Lodge sostenible, cuyo planteamiento se lleva a cabo en el municipio de Leticia - Amazonas que se encuentra ubicado en el extremo sur del país, las principales características de este territorio es que posee una de las mayores biodiversidades del planeta, por ella también recorre el segundo río más largo y caudaloso del planeta el río amazonas y sus hermosos paisajes. Para el abordaje del proyecto se tienen en cuenta las condiciones actuales en las cuales se encuentra el municipio como son: 1 problemáticas sociales, culturales y ambientales, 2 el turismo de masas, 3 problemas con la preservación de recursos hídricos. Mediante el análisis de estas variables se llegara primero a una propuesta urbana en la cual se llevaran a cabo estrategias de conexión mediante la proyección de regular las actividades, el diseño de las zonas consideradas en peligro, luego de esto se llegara al planteamiento del proyecto de eco - Lodge donde se ubicara este proyecto sostenible, el proyecto se enfocara en el fortalecimiento de la cultura y la sensibilidad ambiental amazónico, De acuerdo con lo anterior el proyecto ofrece a sus usuarios espacios para realizar actividades de desconexión, descanso avistamiento de aves y entre otras actividades., This document presents the development of an eco - sustainable lodge project, whose approach is carried out in the municipality of Leticia - Amazonas which is located in the extreme south of the country, The main features of this territory is that it has one of the largest biodiversity on the planet, through it also travels the second longest and largest river on the planet the Amazon River and its beautiful landscapes. In accordance with the above, the project offers its users spaces within the eco-lodge to carry out activities such as disconnection, bird watching and other activities.

El 2020 nos enfrentó a una nueva forma de habitar experimental. El 11 de marzo de 2020 la COVID-19 fue declarada como pandemia en una rueda de prensa mundial por Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director general de la Organización Mundial de la Salud. La situación de incertidumbre colmó cada uno de los rincones de nuestro planeta Tierra, sin tener claridad sobre cómo deberíamos enfrentar un enemigo invisible, pero altamente letal. Aunque no fue fácil asimilar esta nueva situación, con gran satisfacción puedo mencionar en esta edición de Mirada Proyectual que tanto alumnos como docentes lograron sacar adelante todos los propósitos pedagógicos necesarios para seguir el camino de la formación académica. A continuación, se recopilan los trabajos estudiantiles del semestre 2020-1 realizados bajo esta modalidad con la que el espíritu Piloto demuestra una vez más una academia experimental de alta calidad. La tecnología ya esta con nosotros y no podemos perderla.

Artisanal fisheries are essential, but for most the status of the stock supporting the fishing activity remains unknown due to lack of data and difficult access to sampling. For example, the artisanal fishery of sea silverside Odontesthes (Austromenidia) regia, in the Los Lagos administrative region of Chile, requires a data-limited approach to determine its status because the fishery administration has not invested in its monitoring. The approach consisted of estimating the spawning potential ratio (SPR) from length-frequency data collected in 2019 using length-based spawning potential ratio (LBSPR) and biological reference points using the only-catch optimized method (OCOM) to catch data covering from 1960 to 2020. In addition, five age-structured sea silverside populations were simulated considering uncertainty in recruitment and utilizing life-history parameters estimated by FishLife. According to LBSPR, the SPR was 0.58 (95% confidence intervals: 0.5-0.7), suggesting a fully exploited fishery status. The OCOM result was inconsistent with the life-history parameters and was discarded as a valid sea silverside stock assessment. The age-structured population simulations indicated evidence of a reduction in the spawning stock biomass close to 75% of the unexploited condition in 1960. Thus, the underexploited status reached a probability close to 49.4%, and the fully exploited status was 41.2%. The framework for a data-limited stock-assessment approach and results obtained here for the sea silverside are starting essential steps that may be emulated in other artisanal data-limited fisheries., Las pesquerías artesanales son esenciales, pero en la mayoría de ellas se desconoce el estado de las poblaciones que sustentan la actividad pesquera debido a la información incompleta y al acceso a los muestreos. Por ejemplo, la pesquería artesanal de pejerrey de mar Odontesthes (Austromenidia) regia, ubicada en la región administrativa de Los Lagos (Chile), requiere un enfoque con datos limitados para determinar su estado debido a que la administración pesquera no ha invertido en su monitoreo. El enfoque consistió en estimar la razón de potencial de desove (SPR) a partir de datos de frecuencia de talla recolectados en 2019, utilizando la relación de potencial de desove basada en la talla (LBSPR) y puntos de referencia biológicos utilizando el método optimizado de sólo-captura (OCOM) sobre los datos de captura entre 1960 y 2020. Además, se simularon cinco poblaciones de pejerrey estructuradas por edad bajo incertidumbre en el reclutamiento y utilizando parámetros de historia de vida estimados por FishLife. Según la LBSPR, el SPR fue de 0,58 (intervalos de confianza del 95%: 0,5-0,7), lo que sugiere un estado de explotación plena. El resultado de OCOM fue inconsistente con los parámetros de historia de vida y se descartó como una evaluación válida de la población de pejerrey de mar. Las simulaciones de la población estructurada por edades mostraron una reducción de la biomasa dedesovante cercana al 75% de una condición no explotada en 1960. Así, el estado subexplotado alcanzó una probabilidad cercana a 49,4%, y el estado de explotación plena de 41,2%. El marco para un enfoque de la evaluación de stock con datos limitados, y los resultados obtenidos aquí para el pejerrey de mar, están iniciando pasos esenciales que podrían emularse en otras pesquerías artesanales limitadas en datos.

Marine biota are redistributing at a rapid pace in response to climate change and shifting seascapes. While changes in fish populations and community structure threaten the sustainability of fisheries, our capacity to adapt by tracking and projecting marine species remains a challenge due to data discontinuities in biological observations, lack of data availability, and mismatch between data and real species distributions. To assess the extent of this challenge, we review the global status and accessibility of ongoing scientific bottom trawl surveys. In total, we gathered metadata for 283,925 samples from 95 surveys conducted regularly from 2001 to 2019. We identified that 59% of the metadata collected are not publicly available, highlighting that the availability of data is the most important challenge to assess species redistributions under global climate change. Given that the primary purpose of surveys is to provide independent data to inform stock assessment of commercially important populations, we further highlight that single surveys do not cover the full range of the main commercial demersal fish species. An average of 18 surveys is needed to cover at least 50% of species ranges, demonstrating the importance of combining multiple surveys to evaluate species range shifts. We assess the potential for combining surveys to track transboundary species redistributions and show that differences in sampling schemes and inconsistency in sampling can be overcome with spatio‐temporal modeling to follow species density redistributions. In light of our global assessment, we establish a framework for improving the management and conservation of transboundary and migrating marine demersal species. We provide directions to improve data availability and encourage countries to share survey data, to assess species vulnerabilities, and to support management adaptation in a time of climate‐driven ocean changes.

Es en este momento donde se empieza una investigación acerca de las categorías del paisaje desde el análisis de la forma. Seguido por el autor Edwin Quiroga (Quiroga, E. (2016). Forma y obra arquitectónica en la proyección y acontecimiento del paisaje arquitectónico. Revista nodo, 11(21), 79- 94.) que nos muestra la obra y forma arquitectónica y la relación que hay entre las partes, esto da lugar a 3 diferentes: “la marche (partes que se relacionan entre sí); la promenade (mantiene la misma estructura) y la errancia (partes autónomas)” (p.83-88). En el presente trabajo se hablara sobre el problema de la desarticulación entre el patrimonio y el contexto urbano, las principales consecuencias de este problema son la desconexión entre el edificio y el patrimonio existente, lo que causa que no haya una lectura continua del paisaje patrimonial, abandono del patrimonio, debido a la carente adecuación de los espacios dentro de este, lo que causa una inhabilitación de los espacios dentro del patrimonio y desconexión entre el patrimonio y el contexto urbano causado por una falta de redes urbanas que lo conecte causado por límites físicos que lo separan de esta manera para intentar solventar con el problema de investigación se trabaja la hipótesis de que entre mayor conexiones urbanas con los nodos, patrimonios, zonas verdes y mayor apropiación por parte de la comunidad, menor abandono deterioro y desconexión. Resulting in an architectural project that is coupled to the social, architectural and patrimonial needs of the sector, which revitalizes the donated sector, it is implemented by generating urban connections and public spaces that invite the population to a place where they participate and appropriate it.

En este escrito se aborda la relación del proyecto con el entorno a través del interior con el exterior, características necesarias para comprender lo que es el sitio y dejar un lugar. Este objetivo se logra a través de la proyección de un centro cultural en Duitama que respete la atmósfera del lugar, su identidad y al mismo tiempo que responda a las determinantes presentes, para esto es necesario abordar posturas sobre la reflexión del lugar desde distintos puntos de vista de autores que dan su definición de lo que se presenta y que es el sitio, aspecto clave para desarrollar el proyecto cuyo fin es tratar la relación del interior con el exterior en el espacio propuesto a través del umbral, un campo que funciona como mediador de la relación que existe entre lo colectivo y lo individual para que se de esa mediación y se pueda conformar el proyecto como una unidad, las técnicas que se mencionan en esta discusión son más fáciles de identificar, abordar y aplicar en la indagación de la pertinencia del centro cultural. Condiciones que ayudan en el análisis y también en el proceso creativo a la hora de diseñar el proyecto y abordar temas que finalmente logren un impacto positivo entre la arquitectura y el sitio., This document addresses the relationship of the project with the environment by means of the interior with the exterior, these characteristics are necessary to understand what the place is and leave a new space. This objective is achieved through an intervention that respects the atmosphere of the site, respecting its identity and at the same time responding to the determinants presented, in order to do so it is necessary to address positions from the reflection of the site and points of view from different authors, who give their definition of what is presented and what is the site, key aspect to develop the project whose purpose is to address the relationship of the interior with the exterior in the place proposed through the threshold, a place that works as a mediator of the relationship that exists between the collective and the individual, in order for that mediation to take place and the project can be formed as an unit. The techniques mentioned in this discussion, are easier to identify, address and apply in the inquiry into the relevance of the cultural center. Conditions that help in the analysis and also in the creative process when it comes to design the project and address issues that finally achieve a positive impact between the architecture and the site.

El presente trabajo está enfocado en la línea de la agricultura urbana por medio de edificaciones que pueden implementar los Municipios que tengan un alto índice de actividad agropecuaria, tomando como discusión la existencia de la desarticulación entre la agricultura y la arquitectura puesto que a lo largo del tiempo ha dado un desplazamiento de la agricultura por el alto índice de desarrollo urbanístico generando así un problema en la económica, el paisaje, el patrimonio cultural inmueble y la flora y fauna del sector. Para dar una respuesta a dicho problema se hace una investigación acerca de las formas y maneras adecuadas de las cuales se puede dar una articulación entre la arquitectura y la agricultura y se generó ciertas estrategias que pueden ayudar a mitigar el desplazamiento que se evidencia en los Municipios con dichas actividades., The present work is focused on the line of urban agriculture through buildings that can be implemented by Municipalities that have a high index of agricultural activity, taking as a discussion the existence of the disarticulation between agriculture and architecture since throughout the Time has given a displacement of agriculture due to the high rate of urban development, thus generating a problem in the economy, the landscape, the immovable cultural heritage and the flora and fauna of the sector. To give an answer to this problem, an investigation is carried out on the appropriate forms and ways in which an articulation between architecture and agriculture can be given and certain strategies were generated that can help mitigate the displacement that is evidenced in the Municipalities with such activities.

El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolla en el municipio de Yopal, capital del departamento de Casanare. El punto más importante de conexión del municipio es el terminal de transporte, el cual actualmente presenta un problema de articulación con la ciudad debido a su ubicación en el casco urbano produce dificultad de acceso al peatón, y disfuncionalidad del edificio. Este proyecto desarrolla un equipamiento de terminal de transporte y como este se conecta con la ciudad a través de distintas estrategias tanto urbanas como de diseño teniendo como objetivo principal de esta investigación la realización de un terminal de transporte terrestre regional que genere conectividad con la ciudad a través de la utilización del espacio público como elemento articulador que a su vez integra la naturaleza del contexto de la implantación, con base en posiciones teóricas que sirven de apoyo para la investigación y el diseño de espacios públicos óptimos para el encuentro., This investigation is carried out in the township of Yopal, capital of the department of Casanare. The most important connection point of the township is the transport terminal which at the moment presents an articulation problem with the city due to its location in the midtown causes difficulty of access to pedestrians and dysfunction of the building. This project develops a transport terminal equipment and how it connects with the city through different urban and design strategies. The main objective of this investigation is the realization of a regional transport terminal that generates connectivity with the city through the use of public space as an articulatory element that integrates the nature of the context of the implantation based on theoretical positions as support for research and design of optimal public spaces for meeting.
