S'ha realitzat l'estudi morfolbgic dels taxons que comprèn Thuidium abietinum s.1. S'observen, en moltes mostres, diferències pel que fa a les dues varietats: var. abietinum i var. hystricosum, perd alguns exemplars presenten uns caràcters particulars que no coincideixen totalment amb els de les dues varietats citades; corresponen a la fo. intermedium de la var. abietinum. Es destaquen les diferències més importants, com la disposició, forma i mida dels fillidis i la morfologia de la trama cel·lular. Tots els exemplars estudiats són estèrils. Es presenten també dibuixos originals, l'ecologia i la distribució dels tres tàxons en la geografia ibèrica. A comparative morphological study based on the garnetophitic characters of the T. abietinum s.1. taxa has been made. Most samples shows the characteristics of the two varieties: var. abietinum and var. hystricosum but, some species does not conform them. I have recognized the fo. intermedium of var. abietinum in these samples. Here, I show the most importants features about the disposition, shape and size of the leaves and the morphological celular characters. All the specimens are steriles. For each of the taxa, original iconography, the ecology and the current geographical distribution in the Iberian Peninsula are also showed.

This study aims to develop and test software for assessing and reporting doses for standard patients undergoing computed tomography (CT) examinations in a 320 detector-row cone-beam scanner. The software, called SimDoseCT, is based on the Monte Carlo (MC) simulation code, which was developed to calculate organ doses and effective doses in ICRP anthropomorphic adult reference computational phantoms for acquisitions with the Aquilion ONE CT scanner (Toshiba). MC simulation was validated by comparing CTDI measurements within standard CT dose phantoms with results from simulation under the same conditions. SimDoseCT consists of a graphical user interface connected to a MySQL database, which contains the look-up-tables that were generated with MC simulations for volumetric acquisitions at different scan positions along the phantom using any tube voltage, bow tie filter, focal spot and nine different beam widths. Two different methods were developed to estimate organ doses and effective doses from acquisitions using other available beam widths in the scanner. A correction factor was used to estimate doses in helical acquisitions. Hence, the user can select any available protocol in the Aquilion ONE scanner for a standard adult male or female and obtain the dose results through the software interface. Agreement within 9% between CTDI measurements and simulations allowed the validation of the MC program. Additionally, the algorithm for dose reporting in SimDoseCT was validated by comparing dose results from this tool with those obtained from MC simulations for three volumetric acquisitions (head, thorax and abdomen). Es donen a conèixer 33 taxons de molses nous per Andorra així com d’altres interessants per la seva raresa en aquest territori o als Pirineus en general. Destaquem per les escasses citacions als Pirineus: Dicranodontium uncinatum, Hylocomiastrum pyrenaicum, H. umbratum, Encalypta rhaptocarpa, Grimmia alpestris, G. atrata, G. funalis i Sphagnum warnstorfii., 33 taxa of mosses new for Andorra are reported, including comments on other interesting species rare in this country or in the rest of the Pyrenees. Dicranodontium uncinatum, Hylocomiastrum pyrenaicum, H. umbratum, Encalypta rhaptocarpa, Grimmia alpestris, G. atrata, G. funalis and Sphagnum warnstorfii, considered rare in the Pyrenees, are pointed out.

Hem identificat 153 tàxons dels quals 121 són molses i 32, hepàtiques. Mnium hornum entapissa una bona part del sòl de la fageda. Jungermannia subulata és abundant a les parts humides a les vores dels rierols. Els nombrosos epífits sobre faigs o roures formen una bona cobertura i tenen una excel·lent vitalitat. Predominen les espècies de distribució temperada, mentre que les boreals, suboceàniques i oceanicomediterrànies són menys abundants. D'una altra banda, malgrat la proximitat al mar de la zona de la Reserva, les de distribució mediterrània i submediterrània són escasses. 153 species were identified; 121 mosses and 32 hepaticae. Mnium hornum covers the larger part of the beechwood soil. Jungermannia subulata is abundant on the wet stream margins. Epiphytic species grow copiously on beech and oak trees. The temperate species are the best represented and boreal, suboceanic, and oceanic-mediterranean species are also abundant. In spite of the nearness of the sea, mediterranean and submediterranean species are rare.
