This paper proposes an original algorithm for automatic resolution of a multitude of conflicts in real airspace, the code and the calculation method being explained in detail in this paper. In this proposed new form, the generated algorithm also takes into account the problems that are previously detected and thus proposes a method to solve all these problems that inevitably appeared in the scientific research process. The problem of automating Air Traffic Control is an extremely important problem, which is continuously studied, because it offers a concrete solution in the conditions of exponential growth of air traffic, an increase that is estimated for the next 30 years as a pressing problem that requires early resolution. A fully automated solution will thus increase air efficiency while increasing air traffic safety, while certainly reducing the amount of effort for today's Air Traffic Controllers. The new form of implementation of this algorithm is expected to be much faster and more efficient in successfully resolving all the multitude of air conflicts. Also, the new algorithm can resolve existing conflicts between aircraft and if there is no solution that is strictly based on changing the flight speed of the aircraft considered. This paper focuses on the study of the variability of meteorological elements in space and time existing of the activities in civil aviation. All the limitations applicable to the techniques forecast, but also the limitations due to the way of defining some of these elements, the value specific of these data in a meteorological forecast representing the most probable value that the element is likely to assume during the period in which the weather forecast is made. Due to the continuous growth of the need for global meteorological services, weather organizations carry out an activity that makes a vital contribution to the flight of the aircraft. First action of pilots to every flight it is about knowing all the information's which are most important to the nature of the flight. This study focuses on the development and testing of an air conflict detection and resolution algorithm for unmanned aerial vehicles. Thus, reviewing the story of air conflict detection and resolution is an important step. After a research of the literature, the aim of this study is to develop a CDR algorithm, which is based on the method of the nearest collision point, to prevent air conflicts and to evaluate the performance of the algorithm using a flight simulator. The current period has seen a rapid development of in-flight collision avoidance systems applicable to unmanned aircraft, but there is also a development of air communications technology, trying to eliminate the human pilot and to make numerous unmanned aircraft that are thus completely autonomous. Autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (AUAS) face real problems when they want to fit into FAA airspace. If on a flight path, an AUAS triggers an air conflict involving another aircraft and violates FAA rules, the AUAS must be able to detect and resolve the conflict so that the boundaries of separation occur in complete safety. In this study will be presented in extenso two methods to avoid collision between two or more space objects and a definite answer is formulated to prevent the actual collision. Collision detection and avoidance is a fundamental issue for many areas which consists in knowing whether for any two objects of study there is a non-zero probability as when they are in the immediate vicinity, their trajectories to intersect. Regarding in-flight collision detection methods, the literature records two categories of methods in the discrete domain and the continuous domain. An extensive bibliography on this subject has been studied, which shows that many software products have been developed, and also multiple interactive applications. Some of them implement the Gilbert Johnson Keerthi algorithms in GJK or LinCanny in the I-COLLIDE product, which include the first library for the problem of in-flight collisions. There are also applications that aim to implement dynamics and constraints, so that obstacles must be avoided and there are different objective functions, such as minimum fuel consumption, the minimum time required to reach the destination or the time required to cover the area subject to observation (in the case of UAS). These applications formulate linear programming problems (YALMIP - with Gurobi solver, Mixed Integer Linear Programming - MILP); the objects are characterized by the specified mathematical models. This paper examines the various gust types affecting the specific aircraft studied. These gusts range from discrete to random in nature. Studies have shown that the aircraft can effectively withstand even the severest wind gusts, ensuring the crew enjoys a comfortable journey. The study includes numerical simulations using MATLAB to illustrate methods of mitigating the effects of wind gusts. This requires a deep understanding of the dynamics of the controlled aircraft and its complex interaction with the various flexible modes in flight mechanics. Additionally, this article discusses how regional forecasts can provide comprehensive information on cloud types, general weather conditions, and predict visual meteorological conditions (VMC) over broad geographic areas. This paper studies the methods of integrating all meteorological information obtained from radars in flight dynamics and the importance of using this data continuously and correctly by the pilot to maintain the correct trajectory of the flight plan. The front gust represents a discontinuity surface of the density air and wind, which delimit the outflows from convective air storms warmer around. The aircraft flying on the descent slope will experience a forward shear wind, then when crossing a burst front both in the situation where the front burst moves in the direction of flight of the aircraft, as well as in which the front of the gust moves in the opposite direction to the flight direction of the aircraft. The same type of front wind shear is obtained by changing the flight direction on the aircraft when the boarding procedure is initiated after the take-off of the aircraft. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper it is present the analysis of meteorological data onboard aircraft, because meteorological forecasts are not 100% accurate, therefore, meteorologists, through the careful scientific study carried out with the help of computer equipment they have the capacity to make the prediction of some meteorological models, of the tendencies and features with very good accuracy. Through complex system of meteorological services, government agencies and meteorological observers, as well as pilots but also other types of aviation professionals' benefit from this extensive database in the form of frequently updated weather reports and forecasts.
