High-speed railway train control system has high safety level, various equipment components, complex functional structure and interface relationship, and great difficulty in dynamic inspection. By using the simulation test technology, it will completely rely on the on-site integrated commissioning and test, and be completed through the implementation of simulation test. It can further improve the test coverage and reduce the impact on transportation. On the basis of researches on the necessity of project construction, construction objectives and technical solutions, specific researches are carried out on ground equipment, on-board equipment, simulation system plan, etc. Through comparison and selection, the ground equipment of simulation testing platform for train control system engineering of the high-speed railway adopts the semi-physical and semi-simulation structure, and uses the cloud platform technology, which has better scalability and economy. The on-board equipment adopts the completely real equipment, which improves the credibility and authenticity of the test. Through the construction of simulation testing platform and the verification based on the simulation environment of Huzhou -- Hangzhou High-speed Railway, the research results show that compared with the field test, the simulation test has completed more scenarios, cases and route tests, and their numbers have increased by 275%, 336% and 442% respectively, which can further improve the quality, depth and breadth of the train control system test. The objective of this study is to examine the process of land-use change through the lens of the preferences of local actors in the Kırcami Agrihood. Our main focus is to investigate whether the decision-making mechanisms used in the Kırcami development plan (i) are carried out in accordance with deliberative democracy and (ii) whether they are true, systematic, and typical tools of deliberative democracy. To do so, in-depth interviews were conducted with local actors, namely residents, investors, and local government, and their preferences and views regarding urban agriculture and the decision-making process were examined through discourses. Our first finding is that very few tools of deliberative democracy are used in the making of the Kırcami development plan, and they are not idealised tools. Our second finding is that less than half of residents and investors participate in these flawed democratic decision-making processes; thus, the transformative power of deliberation does not function in the Kırcami case. Finally, deliberative democratic tools are not incorporated into Turkish legislation at both local and national levels. We conclude that these three issues should be addressed, and genuine tools of deliberative democracy should be used to make the Kırcami development plan more sustainable and legitimate. Construction projects play a vital role in fostering development by creating essential infrastructures, attracting private sector investment, and promoting sustainable growth. However, issues such as non-compliance with development strategies, cost and time overruns, and poor quality implementation can hinder progress. To address these challenges, it is crucial to analyze the current state of construction plans and devise appropriate strategies to achieve desired outcomes. This study employs a mixed-method research approach, combining thematic analysis in the qualitative section and a survey of relevant stakeholders in the quantitative section. The study analyzes 33 indicators of strength, 11 indicators of opportunity, 8 indicators of weakness, and 12 indicators of threats across seven dimensions, including financing, structure, system, process, stakeholders, leadership, management, human capital, and culture. The findings suggest that the current state of construction plans is in the defensive area based on the situation assessment matrix and strategic measures. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners to adopt appropriate strategies to move towards the desired outcomes in construction projects.

As Internet technology sharply improves, the social outlook has been greatly improved. However, in the process of exploring market economy, the problem of credit missing has become prominent. The market economy is a credit economy, so market dishonesty will seriously corrode the market order and hinder the healthy development of the economy. Therefore, this paper, based on the correlation coefficient algorithm, calculated and analyzed the way civil and commercial law improves the construction of the social credit system in depth. The research results show that the construction degree of civil and commercial law definition is 56% in credit system. The construction degree of the characteristics of civil and commercial law is 67%. In addition, the unsound legal system leads to the difficulty of constructing a social credit system is as high as 78%, and the incomplete government mechanism leads to the difficulty of constructing a social credit system is 56%. This means that the complexity of positive information determines the role of public credit service departments in the credit service system.

The construction of the Strait Passage is an important part of improving the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, one of the important strategic tasks of promoting the construction of a transportation power, and of special significance for China to construct a new production pattern. This paper focuses on the preliminary study of the Qiongzhou Strait cross-sea channel project, combs the research achievements of the Qiongzhou Strait channel over the years, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the Qiongzhou Strait channel construction. The study of the construction scheme of the Qiongzhou Strait channel, comparison and selection of the channel alignment, bridge and tunnel schemes, and highway and railway schemes respectively recommend to "plan once, construct by stages, and build the railway first" and construct midcourt railway of double-line in advance (reserve highway channels), and adopt the four hole parallel scheme of "double hole highway tunnel+single hole double line railway tunnel+service tunnel". It also puts forward suggestions for the construction of the Qiongzhou Strait from the aspects of construction opportunity, financing mode, construction concept, operation and maintenance plan, thematic research, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the development of China's society and economy, the demand for the construction of cross-sea channel project is becoming more and more urgent, especially the Bohai Strait Channel Project, which has attracted wide attention from all parties in recent years. In order to promote the construction of the Bohai Strait Channel Project, this paper summarized the research results of the Bohai Strait Channel over the years, analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the Bohai Strait Channel construction, studied the construction of the Bohai Strait Channel. Conclusion: (1) The Bohai Strait Channel is an important part of the north-south coastal corridor in China's comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network planning. It can save more than 1 million tons of fuel oil and reduce carbon emissions by more than 8 million tons of carbon oil every year. The construction of the Bohai Strait Channel project is necessary for energy conservation and emission reduction and optimizing the regional spatial layout; (2) In recent years, China has developed rapidly in the field of transportation infrastructure construction, and has the technical and equipment conditions for the construction of the Bohai Strait channel; (3) It is suggested to adopt the construction of railway channel in advance, reserve the highway channel scheme, and adopt passenger and freight mixed transportation. The speed target value of passenger cars is 250 km/h, and the traction mass of trucks is 5 000 t; (4) It is suggested to use the tunnel through the Bohai Strait and use the roadmachine method for construction. With the development of urban construction, deep foundation pit projects have been extensively studied. This paper firstly briefly explains the inverse method and then introduces the construction plan and site monitoring plan in a deep foundation pit project in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The deformation of the surrounding soil of the deep foundation pit was monitored. It was found that the maximum deep horizontal displacement of the foundation pit was 18.39 mm on the north side, 22.98 mm on the south side, 22.67 mm on the east side, and 18.14 mm on the west side; the displacement on the southeast side was larger than that on the northwest side under the influence of the traffic road, and the displacement kept growing with the progress of the construction; the settlement of the surrounding ground surface was between 0 mm and 10 mm; when the soil of the second floor underground started to be excavated, the ground surface settlement accelerated, and the maximum settlement value was - 8.93 mm, which was smaller than the prewarning value. The results verify that the inverse construction method has a small influence on the deformation of the surrounding soil and can be widely applied in actual projects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

At present, the biggest safety risk and accident source of pipeline systems can be attributed to the lack of sensing ability of buried pipelines to a large extent. For this reason, a method of laying pipelines in underground space was put forward, so that the buried pipelines could be observed, monitored and accessed directly with the present detection, monitoring and sensing technologies. The sensing ability of critical pipeline sections can be enhanced fundamentally by the full range data acquisition and intelligent monitoring technology, and further the safety level of the pipelines can be improved greatly. By referring to the laying mode of municipal rainwater and sewage pipelines and urban utility tunnels, the underground space structure of semi-prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped pipe culvert with cover plate was proposed, where the pipelines are installed at the bottom of the pipe culvert with the support of metal bracket or concave cement pipe holder. Meanwhile, the intelligent video monitoring, optical fiber sensing, combustible gas sensing, external detection of pipeline defects or stress and other fixed or movable sensing means should be provided in the underground space. In addition, the risk factors of pipeline laying in underground space were analyzed preliminarily, and it was conservatively estimated that the overall risk could be reduced by more than 34%. Moreover, the economy of pipeline laying in underground space was also analyzed. It is expected that the construction cost of pipeline sections laying in underground space will be increased by about 7.5% to 25%, but the pipeline operation and maintenance cost, as well as the accident loss, will be reduced by more than 30%. Therefore, it is suggested that the relevant feasibility study and engineering tests should be performed in the pipeline idustry in future.(5 Figures, 22 References)

[Introduction] With the rapid development of offshore wind power in China, large diameter monopile foundation is be widely used. At the same time, the scour of foundation is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, to select a reasonable and suitable scour prevention scheme is of great significance for offshore wind farms' economic benefits and stable operation in the a long-term. [Method] Various scour protection methods for offshore wind farms have been presented in this paper. Scour development and various protection measures have been examined. The principles, parameters, design and construction plans of using chemically solidified sediment on an offshore wind project have been analyzed in this work. [Result] It has been shown that chemically solidified sediment improved the scour protection around tested monopile foundations at the wind farm site after two-year vessel based scanning and diver investigation. [Conclusion] Chemically solidified sediment shows great potential for scour protection at offshore wind farm sites with similar conditions.

The connotation of green mine in China is deeply interpreted from the development process, the substances and the latest policies. According to the research of 661 national green mine pilot units in the original four batches which are selected between 2011 to 2014 and 953 national green mine units which are newly selected in 2019, the characteristics of green mine construction are analyzed and the main problems existing in green mine construction are summarized. Based on the introduction of a bauxite mine current situation, the overall plan of green mine construction and the key projects are formulated. The construction effect evaluation results show that the mine has reached the national green mine construction standard. Based on complex and harsh offshore construction conditions and special requirements, the Hongkong-Zhuhai- Macao Bridge non-navigable hole bridge pier adopts factory prefabrication and on-site installation process. The pier platform installation adopts three construction schemes, namely the double -locking steel box cofferdam without internal support structure, the separate capsule flexible water stop structure and the large cylinder dry method are used for the overall installation of the pier. The three schemes are studied and analyzed from the aspects of construction scheme, ergonomics and engineering cost. The characteristics and applicability of the three schemes are proposed, which provides basis for the subsequent installation decision of the sea-crossing bridge piers in China. Strengthening capacity building of gas storage and peaking regulation is an important part of promoting the construction of natural gas production, supply, storage and sales system. As soon as possible, the formation of the gas storage capacity which is adapted to the domestic consumption demand and the formation of a perfect peak regulation and emergency mechanism are the necessary requirements for ensuring the stable supply of natural gas, increasing the proportion of natural gas in the primary energy consumption, promoting the energy production and consumption revolution in China, and building a clean, low carbon, safe and efficient energy system. The field survey and investigation of gas pipeline network length, gas storage capacity and gas management enterprises in Liaoning Province have been done. Gas consumption data from 14 cities in Liaoning Province has been collected. Combined with the use of natural gas in Liaoning Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period as well as comparison of peaking and storage facilities of natural gas, the results show that natural gas from the production side, the supply side and the demand side in Liaoning Province has formed a more complete natural gas industry chain through the long transmission pipeline, gas field stations and pressure grade pipelines. It is feasible to build the LNG tank container gas storage facility considering of technical, safety and advancement. Land development and construction activities influence adversely on the ecological environment, in most circumstances. However, the growing awareness of sustainable development and peoples’ willingness to pay for natural landscapes enable developers to gain rather than lose profit from land conservation activities. Therefore, confronting the conflict of land development and land conservation, it is important to understand the relationships between construction plan and its conservation implications as well as economic benefits. This study proposed a framework of conservation construction plan model (CCPM), and three parts of the model framework were represented. Literatures of landscape features and their relationship with housing prices were reviewed, as the basis of model design. This study contribution to the body of knowledge with a set of factors, related to land use structure, landscape environment, conservation value, residential development characteristics, construction density, housing price, etc. which were identified and considered in the model. It also contribute the CCPM to show construction plan scenarios with different land use structures and patterns and to compare the scenarios with changes in economic and environment values, etc. The model framework would contribute to creative construction plans, as a supporting tool for making scientific decisions, preserving land ecological value and maximizing the integrated utility of land resources. The construction of industrial park in the current development model of circular economy has been widely regarded as one of the important modes of macroeconomic exploration all over the world. Therefore, the research on the application of multi-project management theory based on circular economy in the construction of industrial park was proposed in this paper. First, the circular economy and multi-project management theory were expounded in detail. Then, the geographical location of multi project management in Qingyuan recycled plastic industrial park in Guangdong Province and the distribution of each building community were explained. And on this basis, the construction of the park's production, plant areas, residential areas and the planning objectives after completion were analyzed in detail. On the basis of analysis, the multi project management model used in the park was explained. It is pointed out that the construction of the park should be based on its own planning and practical needs, and the appropriate multi project management model should be chosen. Based on the analysis of the key technical problems of water and land formation of the second basin in Tongzhou Bay of Nantong Port, we studied the key contents of the plane layout program of the land formation combined with dock, the combination of dredging and landfill, the overall implementation plan of water and land formation, and put forward recommended advices of the approach bridge layout, zoning and sub-soil filling, around construction while filling.
