Este proyecto plantea el desarrollo de un videojuego en ensamblador para Game Boy. El objetivo es entender el funcionamiento de la consola al detalle a la vez que se aplican de forma práctica los conocimientos adquiridos. El juego desarrollado se trata de una plataforma en scroll lateral codificado bajo la arquitectura ECS (Entity-Component-System). Este tipo de proyecto es ideal para formar parte del portfolio, ya que las empresas de videojuegos que demandan profesionales con buenas cualificaciones técnicas valoran muy positivamente estos contenidos.

Este documento se corresponde con el Trabajo de Fin de Grado del grado en Ingeniería Multimedia del alumno Sergio Conejero Vicente. El presente trabajo, titulado “Experiencia de usuario como clave del éxito en proyectos interactivos” realizado en el curso 2020-2021, ha sido supervisado y tutorizado por el Doctor en Ingeniería Informática Faraón Llorens Largo. Este trabajo busca incluir la Experiencia de Usuario (User Experience) (UX) en el desarrollo de un ”videojuego de mesa”. El análisis de los elementos que tiene en cuenta un usuario al interactuar con un producto permite a los desarrolladores conocer la percepción del usuario en etapas tempranas del desarrollo, permitiéndoles usarla para optimizar su producto. Metodologías como Design Thinking y Sprint Design señalan que hay que tener en cuenta a los usuarios desde la fase de ideación y bocetado, por lo que es necesario el testeo con usuarios para identificar los puntos fuertes o mejorables del producto y poder iterar en ellos. En este proyecto se han aplicado estas metodologías para el desarrollo de un ”Videojuego de mesa”, que es un juego de mesa clásico apoyado en un dispositivo multimedia. En este caso, se decidió basarlo en juegos de rol, ya que existe una problemática con respecto a la carga cognitiva que sufre el jugador que dirige la partida, la gran cantidad de tiempo que se requiere para practicar esta modalidad, y a que existen muchos tiempos muertos. Se efectuaron dos iteraciones en total, por lo tanto se obtuvieron dos prototipos, el primero con el diseño del juego de mesa y el segundo añadiendo la parte tecnológica. Durante la primera fase de cada iteración se efectuó una revisión bibliográfica, mientras que en la segunda se procedió con la propuesta de diseño y desarrollo del prototipo. Por último, en la tercera fase de cada iteración se efectuó la validación y se obtuvieron resultados y conclusiones. The InSight (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport) mission landed on the surface of Mars on November 26, 2018. One of the scientific instruments in the payload that is essential to the mission is the SEIS package (Seismic Experiment for Interior Structure) which includes a very broadband and a short period seismometer. More than one year since the landing, SEIS continues to be fully operational and has been collecting an exceptional data set which contains not only the signals of seismic origins, but also noise and artifacts induced by the martian environment, the hardware on the ground that includes the seismic sensors, and the programmed operational activities of the lander. Many of these non-seismic signals will be unfamiliar to the scientific community. In addition, many of these signals have signatures that may resemble seismic events either or both in time and frequency domains. Here, we report our observations of common non-seismic signals as seen during the first 478 sols of the SEIS data, i.e. from landing until the end of March 2020. This manuscript is intended to provide a guide to scientists who use the data recorded on SEIS, detailing the general attributes of the most commonly observed non-seismic features. It will help to clarify the characteristics of the seismic dataset for future research, and to avoid misinterpretations when searching for marsquakes.

The InSight (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport) mission landed in Elysium Planitia on Mars on 26 November 2018 and fully deployed its seismometer by the end of February 2019. The mission aims to detect, characterize and locate seismic activity on Mars, and to further constrain the internal structure, composition and dynamics of the planet. Here, we present seismometer data recorded until 30 September 2019, which reveal that Mars is seismically active. We identify 174 marsquakes, comprising two distinct populations: 150 small-magnitude, high-frequency events with waves propagating at crustal depths and 24 low-frequency, subcrustal events of magnitude Mw 3–4 with waves propagating at various depths in the mantle. These marsquakes have spectral characteristics similar to the seismicity observed on the Earth and Moon. We determine that two of the largest detected marsquakes were located near the Cerberus Fossae fracture system. From the recorded seismicity, we constrain attenuation in the crust and mantle, and find indications of a potential low-S-wave-velocity layer in the upper mantle. © 2020, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Limited.

Many hypotheses have been advanced to explain how viroid infection might alter host gene expression to produce the symptoms seen on diseased plants. Only recently, however, has a series of technological advances allowed these hypotheses to be tested experimentally. The first section of this chapter describes changes in the host proteome following viroid infection. Next, we describe changes at the transcriptional level as measured by microarray analysis and other genomics-based approaches and evidence for both pre- and posttranscriptional regulation. Interactions between proteins and nucleic acids result in formation of molecular networks, and identification of these “interactomes” allows integration of results obtained by transcriptomic and proteomic approaches. The final section describes interactions between viroids and several host proteins, outlining possible directions for future systems-based research.
