Необходимость формирования концептуальных основ психологической работы с осужденными за терроризм, а тем более системного проектирования подготовки пенитенциарных психологов к такому виду работы очевидно актуальна. Анализ существующих и реализуемых на практике программ повышения профессиональной квалификации психологов уголовно-исполнительной системы, а также программ (планов) их служебной подготовки в направлении работы с лицами, осужденными за терроризм, определяет необходимость их оптимизации. В качестве их серьезных недостатков необходимо отметить то, что эти программы не определяют типологические психологические характеристики осужденных рассматриваемой категории, вместо них в программах присутствуют лишь гипотетические предположения в отношении таких характеристик. В качестве педагогических технологий по подготовке пенитенциарных психологов не используются инновационные технологии, все ограничивается традиционными лекциями и семинарами. Следствием такого положения явилась необходимость разработки концептуальных основ системного проектирования подготовки пенитенциарных психологов к работе с лицами, осужденными за терроризм.В статье рассматриваются определенные автором концептуальные основы системного проектирования подготовки пенитенциарных психологов: раскрытые определения, а также категории, связанные с этим проектированием (стратегия, объект (его структура), этапы, цель и т.д.) и принципы., The necessity of forming the conceptual basis of psychological work with persons convicted of terrorism, and even more so, the systemic design of training penitentiary psychologists for this type of work, is obviously relevant. The analysis of existing and practically implemented programmes of professional development for penitentiary system psychologists, as well as programmes (plans) of their official training in working with persons convicted for terrorism, determines the need for their optimization. Their serious drawbacks include the fact that these programmes do not define the typological psychological characteristics of inmates of the category in question, instead the programmes contain only hypothetical assumptions regarding such attributes. No innovative technologies are used as pedagogical techniques for the training of penitentiary psychologists, everything is limited to traditional lectures and seminars. This article examines the content of media educational models by L. Masterman, A. Silverblаtt, K. Bazalgette, D. Buckingham and E. Hart, as well as J. Potter. The purpose of the survey is to characterize the theoretical foundations of media education and analyze the basic models of media education in leading European countries to further develop a media educational model for the formation of media literacy and media competence of future foreign language teachers in Ukraine. Noted that media education ought to be one of the components of training in higher educational institutions. To prove the need for media education, higher educational students must first understand what is the media education, how it differs from informational education and what skills a higher education applicant can develop during studying it. Therefore, it is important to study the experience of European countries, where close attention to media education is explained by the continuous growth of media consumption, the need to compensate for the effects of manipulative media influences, media dependence, the urgency of media security issues, the demand for media skills, connecting with the media sphere, democracy and active citizenship. During the work the author concludes that the most typical models are media educational models, which are a synthesis of socio-cultural, educational and informational, and practical-utilitarian models. Simultaneously, media educational models, like the British ones, are currently the most widespread and supported in most countries of the world, in particular in Ukraine., Розглядається сутність і зміст медіаосвітніх моделей Л.Мастермана, А.Сілверблета, К. Метою розвідки є характеристика теоретичних засад медіаосвіти та аналіз базових моделей медіаосвіти провідних європейських країн із тим, щоб у подальшому розробити медіаосвітню модель для формування медіаграмотності та медіакомпетентності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови в Україні. У ході роботи автор доходить висновку, що найтиповішими є медіаосвітні моделі, що являють собою синтез соціокультурної, освітньо-інформаційної та практико-утилітарної моделей. При цьому медіаосвітні моделі, на кшталт британських, на даний час мають найбільше поширення та підтримку в більшості країн світу, зокрема в Україні.

The article is focused on the problems of diagnosis of personality disorders which are solved slightly differently in DSM-5 and ICD-11. It is shown that the current dimensional models are eclectic and do not provide a sufficient explanation of personality disorders, especially their course and dynamical changes. Alternative models of temperament and its neurobiological basis seem to be needed. The alliance between categorical and dimensional approaches is considered as the best way for understanding human personality and the causes of human behavior. The conceptual basis of personality supposes an analysis of personality disorders at different levels, including those which are predominantly based on biology or social influences. The systemic bottom-up and top-down approaches in analysis are considered as promising.

The article provides a scientific justification of the methodological basis of accounting policies for deferred income and the features of their recognition over time, taking into account the requirements of IFRS 15 «Revenue from contracts whith customers». A method of recognizing revenue from contracts with customers over time is assessed, assessing progress towards full compliance with the obligation to perform. Approaches to the reflection of modifications of the contract and a significant component of financing are formalized. A conceptual accounting model is proposed to disclose information in the financial statements about contractual assets and liabilities. Prerequisites for harmonization of financial statements with the requirements of international standards have been formed.

Cost estimation in construction project is very critical for avoiding cost overrun in the project. This paper aims to provide a basis for improving cost estimation performance in construction through a systematic review of previous studies for last 31 years. The papers have identified a total of 238 construction cost estimation papers in 23 journals. Only 33 papers focused on factors influencing the performance of cost estimation. These papers were then analyzed, synthesized, and summarized in terms of the distribution across countries and citation influences. The factors of cost estimation performance were clustered to several themes with most of the factors in control themes. The factors in control themes are cluttered based on Organizational Control Theory (OCT). However, control themes provide less conceptual basis and dynamic to explain cost estimation performance and relationship among the factors. Therefore, this study reclassified other factors of cost estimation performance with reference to Contingency Theory (CT) and Task-Technology Fit Theory (TTFT). Hence, a new framework with relationship among the factors and cost estimation performance was developed. Further development and research of using the CT and TTFT frameworks were also discussed.

Applying human biological evolution to solve topical problems of medicine and preventive cardiology was inspired by the realization of the need for clinical and experimental studies of biological (evolutionary) prerequisites in the occurrence of a pathology. Although it has been stated that there is a need to provide a full biological understanding of features, including those that increase an animal’s vulnerability to diseases, unfortunately, in this regard, erectile and associated adaptations to the Earth’s gravity in their physiological and pathological manifestations have not been considered. At the same time, it should be noted that humans, unlike other animal species, have the greatest vulnerability of the cardiovascular system (CVS). The latter is associated with fundamental differences in the functioning and regulation of the CVS by the influence of gravity on blood circulation in humans as upright creatures. Based on a review of comparative physiological, ontogenetic, and clinical studies from an evolutionary perspective, the idea of adaptation to the Earth’s gravity when walking upright in humans is justified as an anthropogenic basis for the physiology and pathology of the cardiovascular system and hemodynamic support systems (physio-anthropology and pathological anthropology).

The article is aimed at forming and substantiating the theoretical and conceptual basis for managing the marketing activities of a network of enterprises according to the proposed elements with the possibility of determining parametric characterizations and their implementation in the practical activities of enterprises, including restaurant business establishments. As a result of thorough research of works of domestic and foreign scholars on the theoretical and methodological principles of formation and development of management of marketing activity, the subject, object and main tasks for the network of enterprises are determined. The defined tasks are proposed to be divided into three blocks, for each of them are distinguished key aspects that the network of enterprises should take into account when managing marketing activities. The theoretical and conceptual basis for managing the marketing activities of a network of enterprises, including restaurant business establishments, is developed, which will strengthen the fundamental foundations of marketing as a science and increase the adaptability of the implementation of management of marketing activities of enterprises to the current conditions of their functioning in the market. As a result of the formed theoretical and conceptual basis, the parameters of marketing management for a network of enterprises that can be implemented in the activities of enterprises of most spheres and types of economic activity, including restaurant business establishments, are determined. Further scientific researches will be concerned with the formation of structured methodological principles for improving the efficiency of the management system of marketing activities of the restaurant business network.

The reform of the state power, both at the level of local self-government and at the level of the state executive authorities, cannot be carried out without reviewing the basic legislative framework, Amendments to the current legislation and the development and adoption of completely new regulations, which will be the legislative basis for the quality implementation of the public administration reform. The work analyzes the current stage of reforming the administrative and territorial structure of our state, which provides for a significant expansion of the sphere of influence and competence in certain areas of local self-government bodies. The reform of local self-government must be carried out on the basis of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, the provisions of the European Charter of Local Self-Government and respect for the basic European principles of democracy. That is why the best example for the implementation of reforms in Ukraine can be the experience of European countries on the implementation of the reform of the new distribution of powers among the authorities. The most practical way for Ukraine will be to apply the experience of reforming the governing bodies of France and Poland. This article contains my developed comparative table of the duties of a newly established body, such as a prefect in Ukraine, as well as the corresponding duties of officials of this type in European countries (Poland and France). The work also investigated the impact of the newly established body on local self-government. The current draft of the Law of Ukraine "About Prefect" is analyzed and the appropriate conclusions are made.

The problems of strategic and operational management of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of global instability cannot be effectively solved, as in the recent past. New approaches, methods and models are needed that would take into account the complexities of managing industrial enterprises in modern business conditions. Purpose of the study. It is necessary to create a new adaptive approach to the strategic and operational management of industrial enterprises, which would take into account the accelerating dynamics of international markets, as well as the factors of indirect and direct impact on the enterprise, which mainly determine its adaptability. Materials and methods. The main provisions of the conceptual basis of strategic and operational management of industrial enterprises, as well as a set of mathematical models for the implementation of this process are presented. Results. The materials formulated in the article on the preparation and adoption of managerial decisions allow the owners and managers of industrial enterprises to assess all aspects of this process in interrelation and form, in essence, a new paradigm for the functioning of industrial enterprises in conditions of military-political and socio-economic instability in the world, as well as the introduction various sanctions on the part of Western countries in relation to Russian industrial enterprises. At the same time, it becomes possible to take into account the factors of direct and indirect impact on industrial enterprises, which have become especially important in recent years. Conclusion. The approach presented in this article to the formation of the conceptual basis of strategic and operational management of industrial enterprises is, in essence, new and relevant, allowing company shareholders to form promising strategies for the development of industrial enterprises in conjunction with the procedures for operational management of the current activities of enterprises. Thus, the preparation and adoption of decisions on the management of industrial enterprises, both at the strategic and operational levels, becomes possible to carry out on the basis of a holistic algorithm based on the complex of models and methods of strategic and operational management of industrial enterprises developed by the author.

ResumoEste trabalho apresenta uma situação didática voltada para o estudo de projeções ortogonais, auxiliado pelo GeoGebra 3D, em sua versão de aplicativo para smartphone. Para este estudo foi utilizada como base conceitual a Teoria das Situações Didáticas (TSD). O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar como a visualização de projeções ortogonais por meio da construção geométrica 3D auxilia na compreensão e no desenvolvimento da visão espacial do aluno. Para tal, apresentam-se os resultados de uma aplicação para o ensino de Geometria Espacial, desenvolvendo a relação entre a visão 2D e 3D dos alunos, orientada e elaborada com base nas dialéticas da TSD – ação, formulação, validação e institucionalização –, realizada de forma remota, devido ao cenário de pandemia em que o mundo se encontra. Para sua estruturação foi selecionada uma questão do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) sobre o assunto de projeções ortogonais, trabalhada de forma dinâmica e interativa em um encontro virtual na plataforma Google Meet. A aplicação ocorreu com alunos de 3º ano do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública estadual situada em Sobral – CE. Em síntese, aponta-se que a TSD associada ao GeoGebra 3D têm grande potencial para estimular a evolução do pensamento geométrico do aluno, atendendo o que se busca desenvolver nos currículos escolares. AbstractThis work presents a didactic situation aimed at the study of orthogonal projections, aided by GeoGebra 3D, in its version of smartphone application. For this study, the Theory of Didactic Situations (TSD) was used as a conceptual basis. The objective of this work is to show how the visualization of orthogonal projections through the 3D geometric construction helps in understanding and developing the student's spatial vision. To this end, the results of an application for the teaching of Spatial Geometry are presented, developing the relationship between the students' 2D and 3D vision, oriented and elaborated based on the dialectic of the TSD - action, formulation, validation and institutionalization - carried out remotely, due to the pandemic scenario in which the world finds itself. For its structuring, a question from the National High School Examination (ENEM) was selected on the subject of orthogonal projections, worked in a dynamic and interactive way in a virtual meeting on the Google Meet platform. The application occurred with 3rd year high school students from a state public school located in Sobral - CE. In summary, it is pointed out that the TSD associated with GeoGebra 3D has great potential to stimulate the evolution of the student's geometric thinking, attending to what is sought to develop in school curricula. Writing about conflict management is based on the presence of waste pollution both air and water in Ngunter District, Sukoharjo Regency. The pollution waste is in indication of PT RUM, which operates in the field of industrial fiber rayon. Based on this, the author aims to determine the model or method conflict management for Sukoharjo residents regarding waste issues with PT RUM. As a conceptual basis, the writer uses conflict theory and conflict management. Whereas for method study author uses qualitative descriptive as well as with the model research the data using the study of literacy. The results of this study indicate that conflicts that occur between PT RUM and citizens sub district Ngunter , District Sukoharjo including conflict of objectives, things have views of the causes of conflict due to social factors. АNNOTATION The professional orientation of mathematical education as a conceptual basis for teaching mathematics to students of pedagogical specialties is a necessary and sufficient condition for the implementation of a competence approach. This requires consideration of the issues of modeling the PNOM of students in pedagogical specialties and the methodology for its implementation.

The article considers Russian and English figurative words and expressions that demonstrate metaphorization of bakery products images. The cognitive basis of metaphorical projections, universal and specific models of figurative analogies are revealed. The material includes 36 English units metaphorically motivated by 12 names of bakery products (biscuit, bun, cake, cookie, doughnut, dumpling, muffin, pancake, pie, pudding, tart, toast) and 98 Russian figurative units motivated by 16 culinary names (baranka, blin, bublik, bulka, kalach, karal'ka, keks, kovrizhka, krendel', lepeshka, pampushka, pirog, pljushka, ponchik, pyshka, suhar'). The speech material consists of the corpus data and includes 167 Russian and 109 English contexts. The analysis methodology is based on the cognitive metaphor theory, the semasiological theory of lexical and phraseological figurativeness, methods of contrastive analysis, linguocultural commenting and corpus research techniques. Static salient criteria of bakery products were revealed (round, spherical, ring-shaped, flat; specific colour; lush, soft, elastic, crumbly structure; high temperature; sweet, pleasant taste), as well as process and dynamic characteristics associated with cooking and food intake procedures. It is proved that these criteria in both linguistic cultures are grounded at the source of figurative characteristics of some human body parts, figure and hairstyle, social and political life phenomena, animate and inanimate objects. The results of the study contribute to metaphorology, linguoculturology, cognitive semantics and pragmatics, comparative lexicology and phraseology; they can be used in teaching of Russian and English as foreign languages, as well as in lexicographic practice.

The data collection and analysis was based on the experience of creation and publication of own cultural and informational periodical, the search for new ways to develop and promote the achievements of culture, art and professional music education. The materials of the journal give a clear idea of modern culture of Kazakhstan. The focus on articles written by experts of the field of Kazakhstan’s art may get interest students in further research in this area.

The article is devoted to the question of regional digitalization and telecommunication development of Ukraine. The conceptual basis of telecommunication development (TCD) assessment by system analysis methods is provided. The status classification model of the region according to the TCD level was investigated.The forecasting models of the TCD level of the region are developed by Markov chain with discrete status. The regional features have been studied. The homogeneous groups of TCD regions have been formed. Visual analysis of the obtained clustering trees by hierarchical methods allowed to conclude about a stable and high-quality division into three clusters. There are clusters of the high, medium and low level of telecommunication. The dynamics of regional clusters moving is estimated. There is set of regions that have never changed their position all the time. Thus, Volyn region was included in the cluster of regions with the medium TCD level. Kharkiv region was included in the high level TCD cluster. The most regions were characterized by a change in level. We get the opportunity at the next stage of the study to estimate the frequency of transitions of regional systems from state to state and to determine the matrices of transition probabilities for each year separately. The forecast of TCD level has been made by stochastic modeling methods, the probabilities of regions falling into different states in 2021 have been estimated. The status of systems with low TCD are likely to be in the high-level group of regions with a probability of slightly more than 2 %. for two years. The probability that the system with medium level of development for two years will remain in the same group is 61,7%. The probability that the status will worsen is 13,8 %, and that will improve – 24,5 %. The probability that the region is stayed in the same group the next two years is 69.5 %. The probability that the high level TCD region is moved to the medium level cluster of regions is 27,6 %, and probability to the low level TCD is 2,9 %.

This paper provides a fundamental critic of the Schumpeterian concept of entrepreneurship. Being one of the most influential economist of the 20th century, Schumpeter inspired many different lines of economic thought. The nexus of his theory, the concept of entrepreneurship, can be seen as his most important contribution to economic theory. A deeper understanding of the complex work of Schumpeter requires to identify the intellectual roots and the core of his thinking. This paper claims that the core in his thinking can be found in the conceptual basis of the German Historical School. It is reasoned that the Schumpeterian entrepreneur is understandable and inherently consistent, if he is interpreted as a representative of the thought system of German historicism. The article analyzes the tools of market diversification. The situation of development of export activity of Ukraine in the conditions of pandemic is investigated. The main threats to foreign economic activity have been identified. The necessity to create a mechanism for diversification of export potential of Dnipropetrovsk region in the conditions of economic and political crisis of Ukraine is substantiated. The article analyzes the problems and prospects of development of export potential of Dnipropetrovsk region. One of the main trends in the export activity of the region is the increasing role of European countries as a trading partner, which was due, among other reasons, to the Association Agreement with the EU and the diversification of energy sources. A problematic aspect of export promotion is the lack of knowledge of WTO rules and conditions for entrepreneurs. The tendencies of export of the Dnipropetrovsk region during the pandemic and the possibility of mixed influence of Russia and cooperation with China have been investigated. There is no legislatively substantiated mechanism of interaction between the state and industry NGOs in Ukraine. Some efforts by the state to build a mechanism of power-business dialogue are not consistent. To promote these processes, structures were needed that could clearly state to the authorities their current requirements and defend the interests of their industries by all constitutionally possible means, that is, could position themselves and defend their interests in the state bodies of the executive power. The possibility of diversification of markets and intensification of promotion of goods to the markets of Asia is investigated.

In recent years, the Digital Twin (DT) concept has surfaced in many areas and landed the approach in top strategic technology trends. However, there seems to be no unique understanding of the concept, and debates about what is a DT are leading to ambiguity on the concrete solution to be developed in a given situation. This paper introduces a unifying reference framework, to both serve as a conceptual basis that disambiguates the concept and a guide to derive custom solutions. It is a technology-agnostic three-layered model, which reconciles existing understandings of DT under a common umbrella. We also derive an operational architecture as a possible implementation of the framework, which we demonstrate on two use cases. The large adoption of such a framework will draw a clear line between what is a DT and what is not, while establishing a high-level standard model for DT engineering.

Dynamic causal modeling (DCM) has long been used to characterize effective connectivity within networks of distributed neuronal responses. Previous reviews have highlighted the understanding of the conceptual basis behind DCM and its variants from different aspects. However, no detailed summary or classification research on the task-related effective connectivity of various brain regions has been made formally available so far, and there is also a lack of application analysis of DCM for hemodynamic and electrophysiological measurements. This review aims to analyze the effective connectivity of different brain regions using DCM for different measurement data. We found that, in general, most studies focused on the networks between different cortical regions, and the research on the networks between other deep subcortical nuclei or between them and the cerebral cortex are receiving increasing attention, but far from the same scale. Our analysis also reveals a clear bias towards some task types. Based on these results, we identify and discuss several promising research directions that may help the community to attain a clear understanding of the brain network interactions under different tasks.

Reticular chemistry of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) deals with the linking of discrete organic molecular building units into extended structures adopting various topologies by strong covalent bonds. The past decade has witnessed a rapid development of COF chemistry in terms of both structural diversity and applications. From the structural perspective, irrespective of our subject of concern with regard to COFs, it is inevitable to take into account the structural aspects of COFs in all dimensions from 1D ribbons to 3D frameworks, for which understanding the concepts of reticular chemistry, based mainly on ‘reticular design’, will seemingly lead to unlimited ways of exploring the exquisiteness of this advanced class of porous, extended, and crystalline materials. A comprehensive discussion and understanding of reticular design, therefore, is of paramount importance so that everyone willing to research on COFs can interpret well and chemically correlate the geometrical structures of this subset of reticular materials and their practical applications. This article lies at the heart of using the conceptual basis of reticular chemistry for designing, modeling, and determination of novel infinite and crystalline structures. Especially, the structure determinations are described by means of chronological advances of discoveries and development of COFs whereby their crystal structures are elucidated by modeling through the topological approach, 3D electron diffraction, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and powder X-ray diffraction techniques., This article describes the conceptual basis of rational design in COF chemistry and comprehensively discusses the crystal structure determination of COFs using the topological approach, X-ray diffraction, and 3D electron diffraction.

The article presents the conceptual basis for institutionalization of economic security of network interaction of economic entities, taking into account their coherence in the aspect of neoinstitutional theory. The study revealed the economic significance and composition of transaction costs of network interaction of economic entities in the context of economic security, which allows us to consider their optimization as one of the main modern directions of ensuring the stability of the formed joint business partnership.

This article examines the cultural conceptualizations of haghighat/vagheyat (‘truth’/‘reality’) expressions in Persian as these are fundamental concepts in life, religion, as well as culture and are used in many commonly used everyday expressions. Therefore, it is important to understand what these expressions really mean and how they compare with equivalent concepts in other languages. To that end, this study investigates haghighat/vagheyat expressions that instantiate cultural conceptualizations in Persian. This is the first attempt at employing the analytical tools of Cultural Linguistics (Sharifian 2011, 2017b) to exclusively focus on exploring such cultural conceptualizations. In order to study naturally instigated expressions, the researcher makes use of multiple sources including an open-ended questionnaire, dictionaries, online sources, and focus group interviews. The study further draws on the author’s intuition as a native speaker and analyzes have been cross-checked by a number of Persian native speakers and experts. Analysis of the data concerns the significant conceptualizations of haghighat/vagheyat expressions, indicating that haghighat/vagheyat functions as the main conceptual basis for many manifestations of truth/reality in Persian. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that a number of sociocultural factors such as religion, history, and literature have a role in shaping the cultural conceptualizations of haghighat/vagheyat expressions in Persian.

Summary. The relevance of the work is due to the need to optimize preventive measures for chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) at the level of a medical institution in a pandemic. Purpose of the study. Scientific substantiation of the conceptual foundations for the development of a functional-organizational model of controlled prevention of chronic non-infectious diseases in the adult population at the level of a medical institution based on the determination of medico-economic factors of influence. Materials and methods. To determine the medical characteristics that affect the controllability of preventive measures, a sample of 376 patients over 18 years old was used. Methods used: statistical, systems approach and analysis, decision classification trees and conceptual modeling. Results. The conceptual approaches to the development of a functional and organizational model of controlled prevention of chronic diseases in the adult population at the level of a medical institution include the principles of controllability (controlled prevention), evidence-based prevention, an innovative design-process approach, vertical and horizontal integration, and the use of an information system. Among the main medical factors influencing the construction of the model is the frequency of the presence and combination of risk factors in patients, among economic factors - the cost of individual programs of primary prevention. Conclusions. The construction of a functional-organizational model of controlled prevention of chronic diseases at the level of a medical institution is ensured by the use of medico-economic and functional-organizational factors and a number of principles that provide a systematic approach to solving the problem.

The research is aimed at increasing the efficiency of grain production by developing the conceptual basis for the development of structures and production of basic models of harvesters based on a three-drum threshing system. The research methods were based on the principles of structural-system analysis and synthesis of grain production systems. Agrotechnical and economic contradictions of grain harvesting technologies with laying of non-grain part of harvest in rolls are noted. The cost of fuel, funds and labor for harvesting of non-grain part is several times higher than the cost of harvesting grain. There is a contradiction in improving the efficiency of harvesting bread due to increased productivity of the thresher. Such dependence complicates efforts to minimize the economic performance of the process, energy consumption, negative impact on soil and the environment. It is noted that grain production remains costly due to excessive use of limited natural resources. Contradictions of incompatibility of economically conditioned methods of grain threshing with combines with high technical level and correspondingly high cost are established. It is advisable to focus on reducing the cost of combines, the service life of their mobile thresher, energy consumption, development of new principles and methods of threshing, full automation and robotization of technological processes. Conceptual bases of grain harvester development in Ukraine on the basis of basic models of mobile threshers with a throughput in ranges of 1.5 kg/s, 3–6 kg/s, 6–15 kg/s and 15–25 kg/s are developed.
