A commercial building has a sign that reads "A.M. Miller & Co." Several men stand in front of the store at the left. The entrance to the bridge is at the left, behind the building. An overhead sign reads "20 Dollar Fine / For Trotting [on the?] Draw." Another commercial building or warehouse is at the far left. A factory with a smokestack and part of a boat or barge are in the right background. The left wheel of a cart or wagon is in the right foreground.

Part of the façade of Center Congregational Church is on the right, with a façade with an Ionic portico, and finials on the roof. Gold Street is immediately to the left, with the roofs of two small commercial buildings beyond. The roofs of other buildings, some with water tanks, some with laundry hanging from clotheslines are in the background. The Connecticut State Capitol is in the distance. The top of Soldiers and Sailors Monument is visible at the far right above the church.

Shows a two-story, brick, Romanesque Revival influenced, symmetrical building with semi-circular arched windows, belt courses and an inset entrance in a three-story tower. The brick walls have been stuccoed. The former armory is part of the Curtis Park-Champa Street Historic District and now houses Scientific Site Inc.

View of the George Humburger Block (1891; Architect-Richard Phillips; builder-Hallack and Howard) located at 2199 Arapahoe Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The late nineteenth-century, three-story, commercial, brick building has a flat roof, and a bracketed cornice. There is a cast iron storefront on the ground level of the facade. The building houses Saverino, a restaurant. Signs on the building read "Paris Hotel" and "Saverino."

View of the J.L. Hohnstein Block at 200 East Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, Colo. The building has a large Coca Cola ghost sign located on the east wall. Commissioned by Mary B. and Jess Angell, who operated a deli at the location, the sign was painted by local artist Dan Brown, owner of the Brown Sign Company, in 1958 for $400. In 2011, through a Colorado State Historical Fund Grant, the City of Fort Collins hired conservator Deborah Uhl to restore and protect the sign.

View of the J.W. Green Mercantile located at 17706 Jefferson County Road 96, Buffalo Creek, Colo. The simple, two-story, stone building with two-feet thick walls shows little change from when it was constructed in 1898. Built using chunks of granite from the nearby Serrie and Geddes Quarry, the store has been used as a community center, post office, polling place, dance hall, gas station, and ticket office for the Colorado & Southern. The building is listed on the National Register.

View of the of the Rossonian, formerly the Rossonian Hotel, now an office building, at 2650 Welton Street in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. Built in 1912 as the Baxter Hotel, it is a Beaux-Arts style building with a brick exterior and decorative bracketing. Prominent quoins, keystones, lintels, and sills are on the exterior. A metal awning is hung over the entrance and neon lights read: "Rossonian," on the awning and side of the building. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and in the Welton Historic District.

View of Lincoln Hall building (1880) at 1415 Larimer Street in the Union Station neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a three-story brick commercial structure in the Second Empire style. The third floor of the building is made to look like a mansard roof and has three arched topped dormers and a pedimented parapet with brackets and a shield. Windows on the second floor are bracketed. The ground floor has a cast iron double storefront with large display windows, square pilasters and three recessed entries. Signs on the shop windows read: "Circa 19 Hundred" and "Better Sweaters, Inc." A banner which hangs over the street reads: "Larimer Square."

View of the Gallup-Stanbury Building (1873) at 1445-1451 Larimer Street in the Union Station neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a three-story red brick commercial building in the Italianate style. The storefront along the first floor is cast iron. The decorative trim on the second and third floors is stone. The windows on the second and third floors have lintels and keystones, those on the second floor have segmental arches while windows on the third floor have basket handle arches. Other notable features of the building include a flat roof, an elaborate cornice, a shaped parapet spindles, and first floor awnings.

The brick building has decorative terracotta molding and brick pilasters on the upper level, and the lower ground level has stenciled borders on the shop windows. The middle of the upper level just under the roofline has the name "Sandusky" carved into the stone facade. A street lamp is in front of the store with a sign that reads: "The Gift Connection Open."

Shows a seven-story vernacular, Richardsonian Romanesque, rusticated stone building. The first two floors are granite and those above are rhyolite. There are secondary cornices at the bases of the third, fourth, and seventh stories that add horizontal contrast to the verticality created by the fenestration bays. The parapet has crenelated moldings and turrets and is broken by a pediment over the slightly protruding main-entrance bay. On the ground floor, the office building has a grand entry arch springing from polished granite half columns. Charles M. Kittredge developed the building.

Built in 1891, this three story brick flat-iron shaped building has two wrought-iron balconies on the southwest side of the building and one on the facade. The building has a shaped parapet, a cornice with multiple small pediments. Lettering in the pediment reads: "1891." The first story has three entrances as well as two large display windows and a garage door. The transom windows are painted white.

The building is decorated, with simple straight lines and white trim, segmental arched bays accented by radiating voussoirs and stone sills. Letters carved on the second floor reads:"18 Twitchell 90." A clock is mounted above a door and "Jeweler" is painted on a storefront window. A large mural is painted on the building that shows a circular picture of snowcapped mountains, and the slogan: "Say Yes to Chaffee County- Poncha Springs- Buena Vista- Salida." The building was constructed in 1880.
