Abstract

The article examines how U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR) is meeting operational needs in a multinational environment. According to the authors, USAREUR is utilizing a knowledge management (KM) strategy to deal with many of its mission-command challenges. The authors add that the KM strategy has enabled USAREUR to define goals, objectives, and activities that drive the command toward full spectrum collaboration.
