Nowadays promotional activities play a very important role, especially in pharmaceutical sector. This statement is supported by the huge amount of marketing expenses of the top pharmaceutical companies (Olson, 2015). We were interested to investigate the way people choose the analgesic brand and to identify how powerful are advertising features, recommendations or previous experience in the decision making process. Taking into consideration that on the Romanian market are available a limited number of notorious brands and many local brands, we wanted to investigate the attributes of brands and products taking into account in the purchase decision of the pharmaceutical industry. This is a quantitative research of the romanian consumer. We used four focus groups as a research tehnique. The findings reveal that among the most important product features are the quality of the product which is reflected through its quick action (releasing the pain) and no side effects. Because of the fact that most of the analgesics are over the counter drugs (OTC) and they can be bought without prescription, the pharmacists’ recommendation represent one of the key factor in choosing a brand, among previous positive experience and promotional strategies. A good brand is according to the respondents, one which is well promoted on the television. Therefore, the consumer is attracted to powerful brands, effective products and the pharmacist’s recommendation may play an important role because of his authoruty in the field. Powerful brands are those that can afford to promote effectively and those that are notorious or very well known in the local market.

The development is a preamble of the improvement of the quality of life and includes both materials such as infrastructure, housing quality and living standards in general, but also spiritual elements such as education, freedom of expression and cultural manifestation.An important feature of human development reveals the fact that socioeconomic development is performed by people and, therefore, must be created and perfected human potential based on investment in man, namely in the field of education, education and culture, vocational training and health. Their active involvement in the development process is the key to success. Using the documentation and literature review identifies key factors of assessing the present situation of scientific research and European practice. The purpose of this paper is highlighting the existence of correlations between human development and economic growth from a theoretical point of view. The work Is structured as follows: in Section 1, is presented the stage of knowledge of theme proposed for the research, in section 2, we present some theories concerning economic growth; in Section 3, we discuss about the connection between economic growth and human development by using the HDI , and , finally, Section 4 contains the main conclusions of the paper.

Emigrants from Borsa, Romania, display two quite distinct patterns of ties with their community of origin: migration to Italy is discernibly transnational, with a strong reliance on migrant networks; while migration to the UK is more individualistic, with emigrants shunning interaction with compatriots and retaining only weak ties to Borsa. We argue that prevalent theories of cross-national ties fail adequately to explain this divergence. Instead, we draw on systems theory to explain the discrepancy in terms of divergent conditions for societal inclusion. In Italy, incorporation into parallel, unofficial structures of work, welfare and accommodation encouraged a reliance on cultural criteria for maintaining social ties. In the UK, migrants were obliged to integrate into state-sponsored systems, encouraging the relinquishing of ethnic ties in favour of more strategic networking to facilitate societal inclusion. The patients' satisfaction theme plays a very important role in the health care systems in all the developing countries and it also represents a widely debated topic among researchers. This study aims to identify the evolution of the patients satisfaction based on data provided by the Romanian Ministry of Health as results of the implementation of the patient's feedback mechanism in public hospitals. The findings of this study show that most of the indicators analysed have registered an improvement in the last two years and a half since this mechanism was implemented by the Ministry of Health. The analysis of the evolution of the satisfaction amongst patients might indicate further directions that might help the decision making process and the priorities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Heavy metals content in honey represents a decisive factor in estimating its quality. Because their toxicity for human health, EU Standards (European Honey Directive of the European Honey Commission) as well as Romanian Legislation had proclaimed an accepted level of heavy metals in honey. The sources of heavy metals residues were established to be the soil, plant or results from processing and environmental contamination. The heavy metals content in honey is determined by some variables such as weather, season or the flowers botanical origin. The location of the beehives close to roads with heavy car and trucks traffic, industrialized zones or unacceptable materials and equipment of the honey production technology can lead to honey contamination with heavy metals. The purpose of this study is to establish a link between the heavy metal content in honey varieties and the botanical origin of the processing flowers from regions with high or low degrees of pollution in Timiş County. The investigated locations are: Timişoara, Timişoara- near a national road, Chevereşu Mare, Pischia, Otvesti and Sacoşu Mare. The goal of this research was to establish the heavy metals concentration such as lead, cadmium, chromium, zinc, manganese and iron in Linden Tree, Mixed Flowers, Rape, Sunflower, Amorpha and Accacia honey samples proceeded straightly from the bee colonies. The heavy metals content in the honey samples was established by using standard methods, as atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), approved by Romanian STAS 784/2-2009. The obtained results show a variable heavy metal content depending on the floral sources of the honey variety. The highest lead content was established for Linden Tree honey, especially when the hives were located in places with heavy car traffic. The highest chromium content was determined for the Linden Tree honey samples collected from hives placed near a national road. High iron content was measured for the Mixed Flowers honey samples, content which increased for Linden Tree honey samples collected from hives placed near a national road. High cadmium and zinc levels were measured in the Linden Tree honey samples. Placing hives near roads with heavy car and trucks traffic, industrialized areas or unacceptable materials and equipment on the honey production circuit can represent other important sources for honey contamination with heavy metals. The purpose of this study is to link specific variations of the heavy metal content in Linden Tree and Mixed Flowers honey with the location of the beehives mainly from polluted areas and unpolluted ones in Timiş County. The studied locations are: Timişoara, Timişoara-near a national road, Chevereşu Mare and Sacoşu Mare. The main aim of the research was to determinate the content of heavy metals such as chromium, nikel, zinc, cooper, manganese, cadmium and iron in Linden Tree and Mixed Flowers honey samples collected directly from bee colonies. The sample analysis have followed standard methods for detecting heavy metals approved by STAS 784/2-2009 from Romania, using atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The results showed that the heavy metal content altered and depended on the floral sources of the honey variety and the beehives location. The highest lead content was found in Linden Tree honey, especially when the hives were located in places with heavy car traffic. The highest chromium content was established for the Mixed Flowers honey samples, content which increased for Linden Tree honey samples collected from hives placed near a national road. The highest level of iron, was measured for the Mixed Flowers honey samples, content which increased for Linden Tree honey samples collected from hives placed near a national road. Honey and bee products have the image of being natural, healthy and clean. However, today bee products are produced in an environment polluted by different sources of contamination. The main sources for contamination of honey with heavy metals are represented by placing hives near urban areas with heavy car traffic, or industrialized areas and the use on the entire circuit of production, objects or containers made of materials unsuitable (unacceptable). The research from the topic announced was conducted in research laboratory of the Agrochemistry Department from the Faculty of Agriculture. The purpose of the paper is to observe specific variations in the containt of heavy metals of honey, following differentiated location of the hives. We consider 2015 the year when hives were placed in areas with differentiated impact of pollution, making it possible to identify the influence of the pollution sources mentioned on the quality of honey, by identifying residues of heavy metals. Economic philosophy for a given configuration mode of production and consumption, in particular from the post-war period is guilty of environmental degradation and current mutations that have negative consequences on social, economic and morale aspects. The logic that inspired the post-war economic growth and development, according to which environment and natural resources are simple tools made in the service of growth, formed and encouraged excessive and quantitatively consumption behaviour. This type of behaviour, chaotic and wasteful, culminated eventually in the economic crisis of 2007. Its effects are still felt in all branches of the Romanian economy. As a side effect, the labour market was destabilized as a result of the bankruptcy of many private companies and there has been registered a high unemployment rate, especially among young people. Thus, in the current socio-economic context, we ask the question: Could be sustainable entrepreneurship the solution that would reconcile the man with himself and with the nature also and at the same time, this may generate profit? The aim of this study is to perform an analysis, involving the observation of the three dimensions of sustainability, which are: people, profit and planet, an analysis that will lead to a formula of sustainable economic growth in Romania. Starting from this consideration, the present paper aims to examine whether representatives of the generation Y from ◻ tefan cel Mare University of Suceava, have inclination toward entrepreneurship and if it is possible to build sustainable businesses which would lead over time to the creation of a sustainable ecosystem, using Lean Startup method.
