Straipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas, atliktas siekiant išryškinti edukacinės aplinkos mokymo(si) proceso ir socialinių-psichologinių sąlygų charakteristikas, susijusias su aukštesniais IX-X klasių mokinių matematikos mokymosi pasiekimais. Tyrimo metu gauti duomenys leido nustatyti, su kokiais mokytojo taikomais mokymo(si) metodais ir būdais susiję matematikos mokymosi rezultatai ir kaip juos lemia matematikos mokytojų bendravimo su mokiniais pobūdis. Aukštesni mokinių matematikos mokymosi rezultatai susiję su tokiomis edukacinės aplinkos mokymo(si) proceso charakteristikomis: IX klasėje – klasės draugo arba suolo kaimyno darbo patikrinimas ir vertinimas, klasės arba namų darbų pasitikrinimas kelių mokinių grupėje, darbas kompiuteriu namie atliekant matematikos užduotis; X klasėje – matematikos istorijos elementų pateikimas. Aukštesni matematikos mokymosi rezultatai IX klasėje susiję su mokytojo dėmesiu mokinių interesams ir jų savijautai klasėje, išklausymu iki galo, kai jie atsakinėja, teikiama pagalba, kai mokiniai jos prašo, tikėjimu mokinių geranoriškumu ir gerumu, maloniu bendravimu su mokiniais, mokinių skatinimu būti pareigingiems; X klasėje svarbus mokytojo dėmesys mokinių gerovei ir interesams. This paper presents a study carried out for the purpose to highlight the characteristics of social-psychological conditions of educational environment associated with higher math learning outcomes of the IX–Xth form students. The study obtained data allowed to determine teachers’ teaching and learning methods and techniques are related with mathematics learning outcomes, and how they are determined by the nature of mathematics teachers’ communication with students. Higher mathematics learning outcomes are associated with such teachers’ teaching and learning methods and techniques: in the IXth grade – the checking and assessing of classmates’ work, check oneself class work or home work in the group of students, working with a computer at home; in the Xth grade-presentation of elements of the mathematics history. Higher mathematics learning out comes in grade IXth are related with teachers’ attention to student’s interests and emotions in the classroom, with listening to the end, when they are answering, the teachers’ assistance when the students requested it, believing in benevolence and kindness of students, pleas ant interaction with the students, the promotion of students to be dutiful; in the grade X-teachers’ attention to student well-being and interests.

Siekiant tobulinti vidurinės mokyklos matematikos mokytojų rengimą, tikslinga atlikti dabartinės matematikos mokytojų rengimo situacijos analizę, studentų profesinių kompetencijų ugdymo(si) teorinių studijų ir pedagoginės praktikos metu aspektais. Remiantis konstruktyvistine ugdymo paradigma, kuri suponuoja besimokančiojo profesinės patirties formavimosi veiksmingumą, jam naujose situacijose pritaikant anksčiau įgytą patirtį, straipsnyje analizuojamas kai kurių funkcinių pedagoginių kompetencijų tobulinimas pedagoginės praktikos metu. Atliekant tyrimą buvo keliamas tikslas išryškinti būsimų matematikos mokytojų profesinio pasirengimo raidos ypatybes, jiems tobulinant minėtas profesines kompetencijas baigiamajame teorinių studijų etape ir pedagoginės praktikos metu. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad absolventų apsisprendimą dirbti matematikos mokytojo darbą labiausiai lemia patirtis, įgyjama pedagoginės praktikos metu, kai studentai įsitikina turį pakankamą teorinį dalykinį ir metodinį pasirengimą. In order to improve the training of secondary school mathematics teachers, it is appropriate to analyze the current situation in mathematics teacher education. The paper analyzes the improvement of students’ pedagogical competencies through theoretical studies and teaching practice. Training students’ ability to develop mathematics teaching methodology, which comply with the current understanding of the educational process, it is necessary to give due attention to the functional competencies – planning and development of course content, learning process management. The article analyzes the differences (prior to teaching practice and get it done) in students’ attitudes on the work in the school. The objective of the investigation was to highlight the features of the development of students’ pedagogical competencies which they are improving in the final stage of theoretical studies and teaching experience during practice at school. The investigation revealed that: almost three-quarters of students said after practice teaching intend to choose teaching careers; a quarter of all students, which have been negatyve to the teacher profession prior the practice, decided to choose a teaching career when get practice done; teaching practice helped students to make sure of the eligibility of their subject knowledge; the studies of mathematics didactics and teaching practice effectively helped students develop their competencies of lesson planning and teaching process management; the experience gained during the teaching practice, when the students are satisfied with sufficient theoretical and methodological preparation, determinated students’ choosing of teaching career largely. The study also revealed some opportunities of the development of pedagogical education: it is worth to enhance studies coupled with a high school math subjects taught; it should be strengthen practical studies of pedagogy, psychology and mathematics didactics; as many students notes, the overmuch requirements of reporting consuming too much time and does not focus on the immediate practical work in school, does not allow for creativity to prepare lessons, so lecturers of pedagogy, psychology, health education and mathematics didactics should be consider on the optimal number of tasks; save time allotted reporting for all departments, can help the requesting of reports into a single folder.

Vykdant Lietuvos švietimo pertvarką, mokykla skatinama pereiti nuo reprodukcinio įvairių mokomųjų dalykų mokymo, kai prioritetas teikiamas žinioms, prie interpretacinės pedagogikos, orientuojančios pedagogą mokymo(si) procese sutelkti dėmesį į mokinių asmenybės ugdymą. Matematikos mokytojams iškilo sudėtingas uždavinys, kadangi matematikos mokymo procesas nuo seno tradiciškai rėmėsi realizmo didaktika, pabrėžiančia žinių svarbą. Straipsnio tikslas – išryškinti mokytojų taikomos mokymo(si) V–VI pagrindinės mokyklos klasėse metodikos kaitos tendencijas. Taikyti šie tyrimo metodai: anketinė respondentų apklausa, statistinė duomenų analizė, lyginamoji analizė. Atliktų tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad V–VI klasių koncentre mokytojai dažniausiai taiko tradicinius, labiau į mokytojo veiklą orientuotus mokymo metodus. Išryškėjo tendencijos dažniau organizuoti mokinių savikontrolę ir taikyti informacines komunikacines technologijas. 2004, 2006, 2008 ir 2010 metais atliktų matematikos mokymo(si) proceso V–VI klasėse tyrimų rezultatai liudija, jog matematikos mokytojų dėmesys interpretacinės pedagogikos mokymo(si) metodams palaipsniui auga, tačiau jie atskleidė ir ganėtinai lėtą matematinio ugdymo paradigmų – nuo mokymo link sąveikos ir mokymosi – kaitą pirmajame pagrindinės mokyklos koncentre. Mokytojams rekomenduotina dažniau organizuoti mokinių darbą porose ir grupėse, sudaryti didesnes darbo variantų ir užduočių pasirinkimo galimybes, dažniau supažindinti mokinius su matematikos istorijos elementais ir rengti matematines ekskursijas. During the Lithuanian education reform, schools are being encouraged to transition from reproductive teaching of various subjects, when the priority is given to knowledge, to interpretational pedagogy, which lead an educator to focus on the personal development of students in teaching and learning process. Teachers of mathematics encounter a difficult task as the process of teaching mathematics is traditionally based on didactic realism, emphasizing the importance of knowledge. The aim of this article is to highlight the change of tendencies in teaching and learning methods applied in 5th and 6th grades of secondary schools. The following research methods were applied: the survey of respondents, statistic data analysis, comparative analysis. Results of the research show that teachers of 5th and 6th grades usually apply traditional teaching methods, more oriented towards the teacher‘s work. The tendencies are to organize students‘ self-check and to apply communicative information technologies more often. The results of researches on learning and teaching processes in 5th and 6th grades held in 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010, suggest that the focus of teachers of mathematics on the methods of interpretational pedagogy is gradually rising. Nevertheless it shows a rather slow change in mathematical education paradigms from teaching to interaction and learning in the first concentre of the secondary school. Teachers are advised to organize students‘ work in pairs and groups more often, to provide a wider choice of work options and exercises, to introduce students with the elements of history of mathematics more often and to arrange mathematical school trips.

Straipsnyje pristatomi rezultatai žvalgomojo tyrimo, kurį atliekant buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti faktorius, lemiančius alternatyvių matematikos vadovėlių V klasei charakteristikų vertinimą. Tyrimo metu buvo apklausti Pietryčių Lietuvos regiono mokyklų V klasėse dėstantys ir su visais alternatyviais vadovėliais susipažinę matematikos mokytojai. Mokytojai vertino tokias skirtingų vadovėlių pagrindines charakteristikas: bendras vadovėlio vaizdas; vadovėlio turinio metodiniai ypatumai; teksto, kaip mokinio veiklos objekto, didaktinės ypatybės; vadovėlio panaudojimo galimybės. Matematikos vadovėlių trijų charakteristikų vertinimą, lemiantys faktoriai buvo išryškinti taikant statistinę ir lyginamąją gautų duomenų analizę. Nowadays in the period of the educational reform the centre of development of education tends to improve the quality of assessment of textbooks and training aids content. It initiated the search of new assessment of textbooks. That is why it is important to find out the criteria which are used by teachers to evaluate textbooks and other training aids. Executing the research, we tried to find out factors which determined the assessments of some characteristics of alternative textbooks of mathematics for the V form. For this reason, we questioned the teachers of the students of the V form who got acquainted with such textbooks from the southeast regions of Lithuania. Analyzing the information of the research, we scrutinized the assessment of different textbooks characteristics, for instance, the common view of the textbook, the methodical features of the content of a textbook, and the possibilities to use a textbook for individual work of students, for differentiation of work and for the development of student's competence. It is revealed that textbooks assessment is influenced by such factors as the opportunities of individual work, practical works, integration, the variety of signs of information and esthetics, development of competence of mathematical communication and incentive for individual learning. According to the data analysis of the questionnaire of the teachers, we have formulated recommendations for schools how evaluate and choose a textbook which is the most suitable for practical aims of the school.

Beveik du Nepriklausomybės dešimtmečius pertvarkant Lietuvos švietimą, ypač daug dėmesio buvo skiriama ugdymo turiniui — modernioms Bendrosioms ir egzaminų programoms rengti, visų mokomųjų dalykų nacionaliniams vadovėliams leisti. Per šį laikotarpį Lietuvoje yra parengta nemažai alternatyvių matematikos vadovėlių įvairioms klasėms (pavyzdžiui, V klasei jau siūlomi net šeši vadovėliai). Kadangi kriterijai, kuriais remdamiesi mokytojai vertina alternatyvas, nėra išryškinti, yra aktualu atlikti matematikos vadovėlių vertinimo analizę. Apklausiant penktų klasių matematikos mokytojus ir IV bei V klasių mokinius buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti, kaip mokytojai vertina įvairių vadovėlių dalykinį turinį, pedagogines, didaktines savybes ir kaip mokiniai renkasi vadovėlį, iš kurio norėtų mokytis matematikos V klasėje. Mokinių apklausa parodė, kad jeigu būtų numatytas tyrimo metu išryškintas ergonominis vertinimo kriterijus, vadovėliai būtų patrauklesni vaikams, patogesni nešiotis ir kuprinių svoris atitiktų higienos reikalavimus. Mokytojų apklausos duomenų analizė leidžia suformuluoti rekomendacijas, kaip atlikti apibendrinamąjį vadovėlio vertinimą. In two following decades of Independence changing the education of Lithuania great attention was paid to the content of education, to be more precise, modern and general programs of examinations and national textbooks of teaching subjects were made. During such period of time in Lithuania there are made many textbooks of alternative mathematics for different forms. For instance, sixth textbooks are suggested for the fifth form now. Criteria, which are used by teachers in order to evaluate alternatives, are not emphasized, that is why the evaluational analysis of textbooks of mathematics should be made. The teachers of the fifth forms and the students of the fourth and the fifth forms were questioned to find out, how the content and pedagogical and didactical features of different textbooks are evaluated by teachers. What is more, attention was paid to pupils' choose of the mathematics' textbook for the fifth form. The questionnaire revealed that students evaluate textbooks according to variety of visual material. Also the material is more acceptable which is based on pupils' practical life, context and practical criteria such as weight, size, form of the textbook, type of the cover, illustrations and quality. Students' questionnaire showed that textbooks would be more attractive, more convenient to carry and the weight of bags would be standard if the practical criterion of evaluation was highlighted during the investigation. Teachers' data analysis of the questionnaire makes recommendations how to evaluate a textbook. Looking at the results of investigation, we can recommend evaluating textbooks according to pedagogical, psychological and ergonomical criterion. Moreover, choosing a textbook students point of view should be considerate.

Studentų pasirengimas profesinei veiklai yra svarbus studijų kokybės dimensijos, įvardijamos kaip studentų mokslo pasiekimų gerinimas, tobulinimo kriterijus. Straipsnyje analizuojami pedagoginių studijų kokybę neigiamai veikiantys veiksniai: nepakankama studentų motyvacija dirbti matematikos mokytojais ir jų požiūris į kai kuriuos studijų programą sudarančius dalykus, mokyklinio matematikos ugdymo turinio ir aukštojoje mokykloje dėstomų dalykų turinio neatitikimas. Tyrimu siekta išsiaiškinti studentų patiriamų sunkumų priežastis, jiems nagrinėjant mokyklinės trigonometrijos kurso turinį, ir išryškinti dalykinio matematikos mokytojo parengimo tobulinimo galimybes. Tiriamieji – 40 kursą studijuojančių studentų ir 38 juos vidurinėje mokykloje mokę mokytojai bei 668 X ir 689 XI klasių mokiniai iš 38 mokyklų, esančių 28 skirtinguose Lietuvos miestuose ir miesteliuose iš visų, išskyrus Šiaulių, apskričių. Aptariant tyrimo rezultatus, buvo išryškintos kai kurios mokytojo rengimo tobulinimo galimybes. Matematikos mokytojus rengiančioms institucijoms tobulinant matematikos specialybę studijuojančių studentų profesinį rengimą, būtų tikslinga daugiau dėmesio skirti dalykinių metodinių būsimų mokytojų kompetencijų ugdymui. Sudarant sąlygas mokyklinio matematinio parengimo spragų turintiems studentams ugdytis būtinas kompetencijas, vertėtų ieškoti galimybių individualizuoti mokymą, leidžiant studentams pasirinkti iš platesnio spektro laisvai pasirenkamų dalykų kursų. Student's professional development is important assessment criteria for the improvement of higher education quality. This article analyses negative factors having an influence on pedagogical education quality: students' insufficient motivation to become mathematics teacher and unsatisfactory opinion about some subjects of the education curriculum, in adequacy of the content of school mathematics subject teaching in school and at the university. The objective of this research was to expose the causes of the difficulties of students' school trigonometry studies at the university and to ascertain the possibilities of mathematics teacher professional development. The research employed the following methods: questioning of university students and school mathematics teachers, analysis of references, documents and students' test, statistical analysis of the data collected. The rezults of the research have shown that the greater part (around 67 percents) of in questing university students were motivated to study mathematics, but they weren't intend to teach at school because of teacher's lose society prestige; more than half of students group study trigonometry at university pursue one's object to systematyze their trigonometry knowledges, various level of student's skills depend on school teacher's allot time for practice; low level of university student's trigonometry knowledges depend on insufficient skills getting in the school. Try to attain mathematical education quality improvement at pedagogical university is necessary to pay more attention to training of student's methodics competences, individualization of teaching, possibilities to choose various school mathematics courses.

Straipsnyje analizuojami paauglių, laikinai „netekusių“ tėvų globos jiems išvykus dirbti į užsienį, emocinės būsenos ir elgesio ypatumai mokykloje bei namuose. Siekiant išsiaiškinti dviejų skirtingų paauglių grupių - „netekusių“ tėvų globos ir gyvenančių su tėvais - savijautos mokykloje bei namuose skirtumus, atliktas 5-10 klasių moksleivių tyrimas. Anketinėje apklausoje dalyvavo 1241 mokinys iš įvairių Lietuvos rajonų pagrindinių ir vidurinių mokyklų bei gimnazijų. Su abiem tėvais gyvena 84 procentai tyrime dalyvavusių paauglių, 16 proc. paauglių vienas arba abu tėvai išvykę į užsienį. Gautų rezultatų analizė atskleidė, kad paaugliai, kurių tėvai išvykę dirbti į užsienį, dažniau negu su abiem tėvais gyvenantys paaugliai ir mokykloje, ir namuose jaučiasi vienišesni, daugiau išgyvena baimės ir nerimo, niekuo nesidomi, dažniau jaučia būseną, apibūdinamą žodžiais „būna, kad nesinori gyventi“. „Netekę“ tėvų globos paaugliai namuose yra pasyvesni, jie dažniau skambina į jaunimo ar vaikų liniją, dažniau liūdi ir laukia, kol kas nors grįš, rašo laišką ar dienoraštį, skambina tėvams ir kitiems artimiesiems. Abiejų tiriamųjų grupių paaugliai dažniausiai, kai jiems liūdna, pasipasakoja draugams, tėvams, broliams ar seserims, seneliams. Paaugliai, kurių vienas ar abu tėvai išvykę į užsienį, dažniau pasipasakoja kitiems artimiesiems, dalis jų visai neturi kam pasipasakoti. Tėvų globos „netekę“ paaugliai statistiškai reikšmingai dažniau kaltina dėl neteisingo elgesio su jais kitus artimuosius. Parent emigration is an undoubtedly negative factor that affects children's psycho-social development. When children remain without parent care even for a short period of time, they often feel neglected, abandoned, and rejected; they tend to become more aggressive, sad, and closed inside. According to some studies of these issues (Malinauskas, 2006; Pileckaite-Markoviene, Lazdauskas, 2007), children experience the negative effect due to separation from their parents: some children undergo the emotional crisis of separation, they also find it more difficult to study at school. The existing problems encouraged us to conduct a study, and we chose the emotional state of teenagers as the object of our study. The aim of the study was to highlight the peculiarities of the emotional state of teenagers, whose one or both parents have gone abroad as economic emigrants. The sample of our study were 1241 students in forms 5 to 10 in the basic, secondary, and gymnasium type schools; 1043 teenagers (85 per cent of all students) lived with both parents in different towns and regions of Lithuania; 198 students (they made up 15 per cent) had either one or both parents in emigration; 38 students (19 per cent of all respondents) had both parents in emigration; 117 teenagers (59 per cent) had their father abroad; 43 teenagers (22 per cent) had their mother abroad. Study was done on the basis of the questionnaire that had been approved of by a group of experts. The study allowed us to establish that those teenagers, whose parents were in the situation of economic emigrants, experienced anxiety, fear, and loneliness both at school and at home more frequently in comparison with the teenagers, who lived with their parents together.

Straipsnyje analizuojami vienišumo jausmą išgyvenančių paauglių elgesio ypatumai. atlikus tyrimą, kuriame dalyvavo 1443 V–X klasių mokiniai, buvo nustatytas paauglių vienišumo būsenos dažnumas mokykloje ir namuose, išryškinti kai kurie paauglių elgesio būdai, jiems įveikiant šią būseną. Gauti tyrimo duomenys turėtų paskatinti pedagogus ir mokinių tėvus skirti didesnį dėmesį nemažai daliai paauglių, dažnai ir nuolat besijaučiančių vienišais mokykloje ir namuose. In 2007 there was a study carried out with the aim of researching the problem of loneliness in adolescents with 1443 respondents in forms 5 to 10 of secondary schools in Lituania. the study enabled us to establish the frequency of teenager states of loneliness both at school and in home surroundings: we also revealed ways of overcoming the states of loneliness that had been chosen by teenagers. Loneliness manifests itself as a negative emotional state which results in the individual’s experiences of subjective feelings of inner emptiness, isoliation from other individuals and lack of social contacts. Adolescents tend to relate their feelings of loneliness to the feelings of unhappiness, to the fear of separation and the states of remotedness from their parents, relatives and peers, with the inevitable follow-up of experienced sadness, high levels of stress, social anxiety and aloofness as well as a sence of being rejected by peers. the obtained data proved that the states of loneliness at school were most frequently experienced by school learners in forms 9 and 10, also in forms 5 and 6 whereas the school learners in forms 7 and 8 were found to have experienced the state of loneliness somewhat less frequently. In their home surroundings, the learners in forms 9 and 10 felt loneliest of all, and the learners in form 6 also felt in a very similar way whereas the learners in forms 5 and 8 felt least lonely of all. Only the learners in forms 5 and 7 felt lonelier at school than in their home surroundings whereas the learners of remaining forms felt lonelier in home surroundings that at school. About one tenth of all our responents stated that they experienced constant states of lonelines both at school and in home surroundings, there were no significant differences revealed by the study in the experienced feelings of loneliness between girls and boys. tha data of the study also provided evidence about how teenagers handled the states of loneliness, and more than half of all respondents pointed out that at school they seeked contacts with their peers; up to three quarters of all respondents stated that they tried individually to find some kind of occupation. The learners in forms 5 and 9 pointed out that they most commonly busied themselves by watching television or playing computer games. Fifth-formers pointed out that they tended to fight loneliness by reading, taking care of their pets, keeping a diary: but the study also revealed a clearly expressed tendency in adolescents for the need of social contacts which was noticed as increasing with age. In the situations of prevailing states of loneliness, the adolescents chose to communicate with their parents, siblings as well as grandparents and other close relatives. The strongest ties with parents were observed in the fifth-formers’ relationships, but with age, those contacts tended to lose the formerly strong type of relationship, which gradually became replaced by stronger contacts with peers. It is notable that there was also a group of school learners identified by the study who had no one to talk to or share their concerns with.

Straipsnyje pateikiama dabartinės matematikos pamokos VI ir X klasėje situacijos analizė, atlikta remiantis 2006 m. Lietuvos nacionalinių mokinių pasiekimų tyrimo duomenimis. Atliekant analizę buvo siekiama išryškinti matematikos mokytojų taikomus mokymosi) proceso organizavimo būdus atskirose pamokos dalyse ir išsiaiškinti jų veiksmingumą. Gauti tyrimo rezultatai turėtų matematikos mokytojus rengiantiems universitetams padėti tobulinti būsimųjų pedagogų gebėjimus organizuoti efektyvią mokinių mokymosi veiklą. [...] It has been observed that mathematics teachers usually use different teaching and learning methods in different parts of their lessons and the pupils' level of knowledge is dependent on that. The situation is similar both in sixth and tenth forms. The research has shown that better results are achieved when at the beginning of the lesson pupils are given some time to be involved into the educational process. However, this part of the lesson shouldn't include cross-examination or written checking of pupils' homework. It is also inappropriate to begin the lesson with the introduction of some new concepts. It has been noticed that both sixth and tenth-formers manage to adopt learning material better if it is provided inductively. The key to a good level of all formers' knowledge is their teacher's understanding that a pupil must learn on his / her own as much as possible. It is vitally important to teach pupils to analyze their mathematics textbook, to help and get acquainted students with different recourses searching for any information they need. However, the role of these factors in learning process in sixth and tenth forms is slightly different. Older pupils require more teachers' individual attention than younger pupils, particularly if they face any difficulties in learning mathematics. The research has also shown that better results are achieved when teachers pay enough attention to pupil creativity in applying gained knowledge to practical situations, and help their pupils combine any new experience with the previous one. The conclusions of the article are valuable for mathematics teachers, institutions preparing these teachers, and the authors of mathematics textbooks.

Straipsnyje pateikiama nūdienos (2006/2007 m. m.) matematikos mokymo(si) pagrindinėje mokykloje proceso analizė, atlikta remiantis 1177 V-X klasių pagrindinių ir vidurinių mokyklų bei gimnazijų mokinių apklausos duomenimis. Aptariami tyrimo, kuriuo buvo siekiama nustatyti šiuo metu matematikos mokytojų taikomos mokymo metodikos ypatumus, rezultatai. Tyrimo duomenys lyginami su anksčiau atlikto (2003/2004 m. m.) analogiško tyrimo duomenimis. Nustatyta, kad mokytojai dažniau taiko tradicinius, dalyko specifiką atitinkančius, mokymo metodus ir rečiau naudoja veiklinamuosius mokymo metodus, tačiau paskutiniu metu žymiai dažniau negu anksčiau organizuoja projektinę veiklą ir mokinių darbą su kompiuteriu pamokose ir namuose. Kurdami mokymuisi palankią atmosferą ir konstruktyvius santykius su ugdytiniais, mokytojai nepakankamą dėmesį skiria mokinių interesams ir savijautai, jų orumo ugdymui bei veiklumo skatinimui. Research deals with the analysis of the mathematics teaching situation and his change in the main school during the period from 2003/2004 to 2006/2007 school years. The data of 1177 students of V-X formers in 2006/2007 s.y. were analyzed and compared with the data of 912 students of V-X formers in 2003/2004 s.y. The aims of this research were to ascertain the traits of present mathematics teaching of V-X formers and to compare this results with the results of the formerly research. The research results let draw the conclusions: mathematics teachers applied such traditional methods as independent work, self-control, work with visual manuals; the importance of the independent work was decreased; the frequency of the student's work with computers and the project's making is increasing now; considering peculiarities of human behaviour of teenagers, teachers should be recommended to pay more attention to student's interests and emotions in the classroom and to fostering student's self respect, particulary in the IX-X forms.

Straipsnyje pateikiama dabartinės matematikos mokymo pagrindinėje mokykloje situacijos analizė, atlikta remiantis 912 V-X kl. pagrindinių, vidurinių mokyklų bei gimnazijų mokinių apklausos duomenimis. Aptariami tyrimo, kuriuo buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti šiuolaikinės matematikos mokytojų mokymo metodikos ypatumus bei būdus, taikomus kuriant tinkamus tarpusavio santykius su ugdytiniais, rezultatai. Nustatyta, kad dabartinėje pagrindinėje mokykloje, mokydami V-X klasių mokinius, matematikos mokytojai dažnai naudoja tradicinius, dalyko specifiką atitinkančius, mokymo metodus ir rečiau taiko aktyvaus mokymo metodus. Kurdami mokymuisi palankią atmosferą ir šiltus tarpusavio santykius mokytojai dažniau domisi mokinių interesais ir rečiau – mokinių savijauta; vyresnėse klasėse mažiau dėmesio skirta mokinių humaniško elgesio ugdymui. Tai gali liudyti, kad pagrindinės mokyklos praktikoje mokytojai dar nepakankamai vadovaujasi interpretacinės didaktikos nuostatomis. Tyrimo rezultatai matematikos mokytojus rengiančioms institucijoms turėtų būti paskata daugiau dėmesio skirti studentų gebėjimų kurti šiuolaikinę ugdymo metodiką lavinimui The article presents the analysis of the situation of teaching of modern mathematics in the basic school, carried out on the basis of data of survey which involved 912 pupils of forms 5 to 9 of the basic, secondary and gymnasium schools. It discusses the results of the research which was aimed at clarifying the peculiarities of teaching methodology of the teachers of modern mathematics and the methods applied in establishing proper mutual relations with pupils. It is ascertained that teachers of mathematics teaching pupils of forms 5 to 9 of the contemporary basic school often employ conventional teaching methods that satisfy the specificity of the discipline, but the cases of use of the methods of effective are rarer. By creating the atmosphere favourable to learning and establishing friendly relations teachers more often show interest in pupils’ interests and more rarely in their physical state; in senior forms less attention is devoted to education of human behaviour of pupils, which is evidenced by the fact that in the practice of the basic school teachers insufficiently adhere to the principles of interpretative didactics. The results of the research should stimulate the institutions educating future teachers of mathematics to pay greater attention to development of students’ abilities to formulate modern education methodology.

Straipsnyje analizuojami rezultatai tyrimo, kurio metu buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti matematikos mokytojų šiuolaikinės mokymo XII klasėje metodikos bei jų elgesio su moksleiviais ypatybes. Tyrime dalyvavo 860 abiturientų. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo surinkta kognityvinio ir vertybinio lygmenų medžiaga, kuri buvo analizuojama taikant matematinės statistikos metodus. Gauti duomenys rodo, jog abiturientų matematikos mokymo(si) metodikos modernizavimui pedagogai skiria nepakankamai dėmesio. The research deals with the following scientific problem: possibilities to find methods for humanisation of teaching mathematics in year 12. The aim of the research is to define the specificity of teaching mathematics in year 12 and teacher’s methods for maintaining friendly relations. The following peculiarities were established: - Teachers applied such methods as self-control and pair work, emphasised historical elements and independent work. More attention should be paid to organising of group work of the students, as well as to computer work and project activities; - Teachers established friendly relations, based on attentiveness, constancy, honesty, etc. more attention should be paid to stimulating self-respect, confidence and frankness; - The largest number of students is satisfied with their relations with teachers of mathematics.

Straipsnyje analizuojami humaniškumo fenomeno nūdienos ypatumai bei vieta ugdymo procese. Apžvelgiama humaniškumo samprata šiuolaikinių ugdymo paradigmų plotmėje ir apibendrinami humaniškumo ugdymo filosofinių, pedagoginių bei psichologinių tyrimų rezultatai. Atlikta analize išryškinta, kad humaniškumo turinys per visą žmonijos istoriją apsprendžiamas tam tikro istorinio laikotarpio filosofinės idealiojo žmogaus sampratos ir atsiskleidžia bendražmogiškosiomis vertybėmis pagrįstuose santykiuose su savimi ir kitais žmonėmis. Šiuolaikinis humaniškumo turinys dažniausiai apibūdinamas atsakingumo, teisingumo, išmintingumo, laisvės, pagarbos, savigarbos, aktyvumo, kūrybingumo, tolerantiškumo, veiklos, pagalbos, užuojautos sąvokomis. Humaniškumo ugdymo, grindžiamo tam tikro istorinio laikotarpio pagrindinėmis vertybėmis, svarba pažymima kiekvienoje tuo laikotarpiu susiformavusioje ugdymo paradigmoje; nūdienos humanistinės filosofijos keliama atsakomybė už save, kitus žmones ir pasaulį išvystymo būtinybė skatina ugdymo filosofiją atidžiau spręsti humaniškumo ugdymo problemas. Šiuo laikotarpiu humaniškumo ugdymo problemos gali būti sėkmingai sprendžiamos humanistinio ugdymo paradigmos rėmuose. Ugdant humaniškumą yra supažindinama su humaniškumo turiniu, skatinamas humaniškų jausmų išgyvenimas, formuojamas humaniškas elgesys. Dabartiniu laikotarpiu svarbiausiu humaniškumo ugdymo lygmeniu tapo elgsenos lygmuo. Humanity meaning love to a human, social preparation to help, humanness reflects the nature of wishful intercourse of a man. In the article the content of humanity problems is being analysed by historical aspect. The development of humanity in Enlightenment and in Modern epoch is disclosed in the plane of important philosophical views in the formation of paradigms of idealism, realism, reconstructialism, existentialism, pragmatism and humanistic orientated upbringing. The historical discussion of the concept of humanity allows drawing the following conclusions: the content of humanity is determined by the philosophical concept of an ideal man and is reflected in the relationship with himself and other people based on human values: contemporary content of humanity is most often characterised by the concepts of responsibility, justice, sense, freedom, honour, self-respect, activity, creativity, tolerance, help and sympathy; the importance of humanistic upbringing is marked in every paradigm, that is formed at a certain time; at present the problems of humanity upbringing can be successfully solved in the frames of humanity orientated upbringing: while developing humanity, the content of humanity is being introduced, it is stimulated to go through humanistic feelings and humanistic behaviour is being formed.

Dissertation examined the impact of the application of ICT on IV-th grade students mathematical competence development(sef-development). Disertacijoje nagrinėjamas IKT taikymo poveikis IV klasės mokinių matematinės kompetencijos ugdymui(si).

Šiame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos papildomos informacijos panaudojimo galimybės konstruojant baigtinės populiacijos koreliacijos koeficiento įvertinius. Taikant imties plano svorių kalibravimo metodus sukonstruojami aštuoni nauji koreliacijos koeficiento įvertiniai. Įvertiniams konstruoti panaudotos kelios kalibravimo lygčių ir atstumo funkcijų kombinacijos. Kalibruotieji svoriai išvesti pasitelkiant Lagranžo neapibrėžtųjų daugiklių metodą. Naudojant Teiloro ištiesinimo ir visrakčio metodus sukonstruojami koreliacijos koeficiento įvertinių dispersijos įvertiniai. Darbe taip pat atliekamas matematinis modeliavimas, kuriuo siekiama palyginti naujai sukonstruotus įvertinius tarpusavyje ir su standartiniu įvertiniu. Įvertinių tikslumą lemia pakankamai didelė koreliacija tarp tyrimo kintamųjų ir jų papildomų kintamųjų, o du įvertiniai yra tikslūs ir esant mažai koreliacijai. Tiriama, kaip įvertinių tikslumą įtakoja imties dydis bei koreliacija tarp tyrimo ir papildomų kintamųjų. Matematinio modeliavimo eksperimentai atlikti, naudojant darbo autorės sukurtas MATLAB programas. This master’s thesis analyzes the opportunities of auxiliary information usage while constructing the correlation coefficient estimators of the finite population. By applying the methods of weight calibration of sample design the new eight correlation coefficient estimators are derived. Several combinations of calibration equations and distance measures are used to construct estimators. Calibration weights were derived through Lagrange multiplier method. Using Taylor linearization and jackknife methods variance estimators of the correlation coefficient estimators were constructed. The paper also contains a mathematical simulation aimed at comparing the new derived estimators in between and with a standard estimator. The accuracy of estimators is determined by rather substantial correlation between study and auxiliary variables, whereas two of the estimators are accurate even in the presence of bad correlation. It is tested how sample size and correlation between study and auxiliary variables influences the accuracy of estimators. All the mathemathical simulation tests were performed employing MATLAB programs that have been created by the author of this work.

Įrodyta, kad n-matėje hiperplokštuminių elementų erdvėje su nesimetrine tiesine sietimi maksimalus judesių grupių parametrų skaičius yra parametrai. The present work analyses movements in n-dimensional space of hyperplaine elements . The received results: 1. It was proved that in the n-dimensional space the maximum number of movement groups parameters, number is parameters 2. It was proved that in the n-dimensional space the maximum number of movement groups parameters with asymmetric linear connection is parameters.

Darbe nagrinėjamos simetrinės trečiosios eilės liestinės sluoksniuotės, kurios apibrėžiamos kaip 3 - džetų aibės. Surasta simetrinės erdvės izotropijų grupė, o taip pat jos izomorfijų grupė. Gautos izomorfijų grupės struktūrinės lygtys, surasti erdvės Maurerio – Kartano lygčių analogai, įrodytos formulės, išreiškiančios indukuotosios afiniosios sieties kreivumo tenzorių komponentes izomorfijų grupės struktūrinėmis konstantomis. Taip pat gauta visa eilė tapatybių, siejančių kreivumo objektus ir izomorfijų grupės struktūrines konstantas (apibendrintos Ričio ir Bianchi tapatybės). The paper examined the symmetric third order tangent bundle, defined as 3- jet space. Found symmetric space isotropy group, as well as its isomorphy group. The resulting structural equation of isomorphy group, find this area Maurer - Cartan analogues of equations, an established formula, expressing inducted affines connection component of curvature tensors of the isomorphy group structural constants. Also received identities connecting the curvature objects structural constants of isomorphy group (generalized in Riči and Bianchi identity).
