Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) is an autosomal dominant inherited genodermatosis disease and tumor susceptibility syndrome with a prevalence of 1/6000–1/3000 reported in most epidemiological studies and 1/3333–1/2558 in live births. NF1 is caused by pathogenic variants in the NF1 gene on autosome 17q11.2, and characterized by abnormal pigmentation of the skin，such as café-au-lait macules (CALM), freckles in the armpits or groin area. Additionally, NF1 patients frequently have optic path-way gliomas (OPG), Lisch nodules, plexiform neurofibromas, skeletal abnormalities (dysplasia of long bones, scoliosis), learning and behavioral disabilities, autism spectrum symptoms, seizures, sleep disorders, vasculopathies (moyamoya syndrome, renal artery stenosis) and non-neurological cancers (breast cancer, pheochromocytoma). Among tumors involving the nervous system, peripheral nerve sheath tumors (cutaneous and plexiform neurofibromas) predominate, and 8–13 % of plexiform neurofibroma patients developing malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. We report a case of NF1 with initial symptom and manifestation in low jaw in this paper and review the relevant literature to introduce the epidemiological characteristics, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, latest diagnostic basis and follow-up of NF1.

In our industry, active disturbance rejection control already has been used to enhance the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo systems, despite the fact that electro-hydraulic servo systems are usually reduced to first-order and second-order systems. The aim of this paper is to extend the application of active disturbance rejection control to high-order electro-hydraulic servo systems by introducing a new tuning method. Active disturbance rejection control is transformed into two separate parts in the frequency domain: a pre-filter H(s) and a controller T(s). The parameters of the pre-filter and controller can be tuned to satisfy the performance requirements of high-order electro-hydraulic servo systems using quantitative feedback theory. To assess the efficacy of the proposed tuning approach, simulations and an application of a third-order electro-hydraulic servo system have been carried out and the stability of the application with an improved active disturbance rejection controller is analyzed. The results of simulations and experiments reveal that the new tuning method for high-order electro-hydraulic servo systems can obtain a better performance than the bandwidth tuning method and other methods.

Objectives: Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent form of programmed cell death, which affects the prognosis of many cancers. Some long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) can affect the prognosis of cancer by regulating the process of ferroptosis. However, the role of ferroptosis-related lncRNA (frlncRNA) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is not yet clear.Materials and Methods: The data of OSCC patients were downed from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). After univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis, the prognosis-related ferroptosis-related lncRNAs were obtained to construct a prognostic model. Calculated the risk score to divide patients into high and low risk groups, and evaluated the predictive ability of the model and the differential expression of immunity in the high and low risk groups.Results: The prognostic model for OSCC was constructed based on 8 prognostic-related frlncRNAs which co-expressed with 25 mRNAs. Kaplan-Meier analyses displayed that the risk score is inversely proportional to patient survival. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and decision curve analysis (DCA) indicated that the risk score is superior to other clinical characteristics, and independent prognostic analysis demonstated that risk score is independent factor for the overall survival (OS) rate. The results of immunological analysis showed differences in immune cells, functions, immune checkpoints, and m6A expression between high and low risk groups.Conclusion: We constructed an OSCC patients prognosis model based on 8 frlncRNAs, which can provide prognostic evaluation and immune analysis for OSCC patients, and provided new direction for OSCC targeted therapy.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of individualized parotidectomy to reduce the incidence of postoperative facial paralysis for primary benign parotid tumors. Methods: A total of 154 consecutive patients who underwent individualized parotidectomy for benign parotid gland neoplasms were retrospectively reviewed. We analyzed the incidence and the significant risk factors associated with postoperative facial paralysis after individualized parotidectomy. Results: Postoperative transient FP was observed in 25 patients (16.2%). None of the patients developed a recurrence or permanent facial paralysis. Grade II facial nerve function was predominant (92.0%) and no patient had grade VI. Among the 25 patients, the facial nerve function of 93.6% of patients recovered in 3 months, and function had recovered in 100% of patients in 6 months. Tumor location, tumor size and surgery extent were the significant and independent risk factors associated with postoperative facial paralysis after individualized parotidectomy. Conclusion: Individualized parotidectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative facial paralysis and shorten the recovery time of facial nerve injury for primary benign parotid neoplasms.

Objective To find out the contamination, antimicrobial resistance, virulence gene distribution and genotyping of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in different kinds of marine products in Chengdu. Increase the basic data on the prevalence and risk assessment of foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Chengdu. Methods According to GB 4789.7-2013, suspected strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from different marine products and accurately identified by biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequencing. The antimicrobial resistance test of the isolated strains was carried out by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method. Two virulence genes related to its pathogenicity were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and then the isolated strains were typed by multilocus sequence typing. Results A total of 104 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from 380 seafood samples collected, with an overall detection rate of 27.4%. Antimicrobial resistance test showed that 97.1% (101/104) of the isolates had resistance, of which the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was the highest (95.2%, 99/104). The harboring rate of trh gene among the isolated strains was 12.5% (13/104), and was 0.1% (1/104) for tdh gene.104 isolates were divided into 38 ST types, of which ST1801, ST392 and ST413 were at high level. No epidemic clone group was found in the isolates. Conclusion There were differences in the contamination rate, antimicrobial resistance, and virulence genes distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in different kinds of marine products, which might be related to the breeding environment and transportation conditions.

Delivery robots face the problem of storage and computational stress when performing immediate tasks, exceeding the limits of on-board computing power. Based on cloud computing, robots can offload intensive tasks to the cloud and acquire massive data resources. With its distributed cluster architecture, the platform can help offload computing and improve the computing power of the control center, which can be considered the external “brain” of the robot. Although it expands the capabilities of the robot, cloud service deployment remains complex because most current cloud robot applications are based on monolithic architectures. Some scholars have proposed developing robot applications through the microservice development paradigm, but there is currently no unified microservice-based robot cloud platform. This paper proposes a delivery robot cloud platform based on microservice, providing dedicated services for autonomous driving of delivery robot. The microservice architecture is adopted to split the monomer robot application into multiple services and then implement automatic orchestration and deployment of services on the cloud platform based on components such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins. This enables containerized CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous delivery) for the cloud platform service, and the whole process can be visualized, repeatable, and traceable. The platform is prebuilt with development tools, and robot application developers can use these tools to develop in the cloud, without the need for any customization in the background, to achieve the rapid deployment and launch of robot cloud service. Through the cloud migration of traditional robot applications and the development of new APPs, the platform service capabilities are continuously improved. This paper verifies the feasibility of the platform architecture through the delivery scene experiment.

Enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) is abnormally highly expressed in pancreatic cancer (PC). However, it is not ideal to treat PC by inhibiting EZH2. This study reported that the combined use of pan-peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonist could significantly improve the anti-PC effect of EZH2 inhibitor. In vitro, PC cell lines PANC-1 and AsPC-1 were cultured, and MTT and flow cytometry were performed to observe the effects of pan-PPAR agonist bezafibrate and EZH2 selective inhibitor GSK126 on cell viability and apoptosis. In vivo, CDXs of PANC-1 and AsPC-1 were established to observe the effects of bezafibrate and GSK126 on bearing tumors. Western blotting was performed to detect the protein expressions of H3K27me3, β-catenin, p-β-catenin, cyclin D1, c-Myc, and cleaved caspase 3 in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that bezafibrate significantly improved the effects of GSK126 on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis promotion in vitro and the growth suppression of CDX tumors in vivo. It also significantly enhanced the effects of GSK126 on upregulating the expression level of p-β-catenin and that of cleaved caspase 3 in vitro and in vivo. In parallel, downregulation of the expression levels of H3K27me3, β-catenin, cyclin D1, and c-Myc was also observed in vitro or in vivo. These results suggest that the combination of bezafibrate and GSK126 has synergistic effects on PC, and the molecular mechanism may be related to the enhanced inhibition of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. We believe that targeting the EZH2-PPAR axis is a potential therapeutic pathway for PC.

We present a two-grid finite element scheme for the approximation of a second-order nonlinear hyperbolic equation in two space dimensions. In the two-grid scheme, the full nonlinear problem is solved only on a coarse grid of size H. The nonlinearities are expanded about the coarse grid solution on the fine gird of size h. The resulting linear system is solved on the fine grid. Some a priori error estimates are derived with the H1-norm O(h+H2) for the two-grid finite element method. Compared with the standard finite element method, the two-grid method achieves asymptotically same order as long as the mesh sizes satisfy h=O(H2).

The general formulation of the second-order semi-Lagrangian methods was presented for convection-dominated diffusion problems. In view of the method of lines, this formulation is in a sufficiently general fashion as to include two-step backward difference formula and Crank-Nicolson type semi-Lagrangian schemes as particular ones. And it is easy to be extended to higher-order schemes. We show that it maintains second-order accuracy even if the involved numerical characteristic lines are first-order accurate. The relationship between semi-Lagrangian methods and the modified method of characteristic is also addressed. Finally convergence properties of the semi-Lagrangian finite difference schemes are tested.
