Additively manufactured test specimens made of polyamide 12 (PA 12) by Laser Sintering (LS) as well as of acrylnitril-butadien-styrol (ABS) by Fused Layer Modeling (FLM), were tested with active thermography. For this, two different excitation methods (flash and impulse excitation) were used and compared, regarding the suitability for the detection of constructed and imprinted defects. To increase the quality of the thermograms, data processing methods like thermal signal reconstruction (TSR) and Fourier-Transformation were applied. Furthermore, the long-term stability of the probes towards environmental stress, like UV-radiation, heat, water contact and frost is being investigated in the presented project with artificial weathering tests.

EnglishThe key problem from Monika Rincks Poetology is the concept of Poetology itself. Poetological Poetry is based on the conceptsof reflexivity and reflexion. Their iteration of the same elsewhere is on the one hand contradicting the poststructural text models. On the other hand the concepts themselves got questioned. Donna Harraway und Karen Barad substituted it with the model of diffraction. Rinck is translates this new kind of theoretical thinking and translates it in her Poetology of Diffraction. Her Poem mein denken uses the ambiquity of the german word „leap“ (Sprung) to establish the diffractive Poetology DeutschMonika Rincks Poetologie stellt das traditionelle Modell der Poetologie selbst in Frage. Poetologische Lyrik beruht auf den Konzepten von Reflexivitat und Reflexion. Deren Wiederholung des Identischen an einem anderen Ort, steht zum einen im Widerspruch zu den poststrukturalistischen Texttheorien. Zum anderen sind die Modelle der Reflexion und Reflexivitat selbst in die Kritik geraten. Donna Harraway und Karen Barad bringen alternativ Diffraktion ins Spiel. Pain reduction as well as preservation and improvement in range of motion remain the main aims in the treatment of thumb carpometacarpal (CMC) osteoarthritis (OA). We performed a retrospective outcome analysis of patients with symptomatic stage II-III thumb CMC joint arthritis treated with denervation, joint lavage and capsular imbrication.73 patients with stage II to III OA of the thumb CMC-joint underwent the described technique. A total of 42 patients complied with follow-up assessment and were included in this study. Mean follow-up was 41.2 (range 12-81) months.Mean operative time was 28.4 (±6.5) minutes. The follow-up assessments showed a significant decrease in pain (preoperative Numerical Rating Scale (NRS): 7.5 - postoperative NRS: 1.1) (p 0.0001) and a significant improvement in function of the thumb (preoperative DASH-Score: 46.8; Cooney-Wrist-Score: 35.4; Krimmer-Wrist-Score: 38.3 - postoperative DASH-Score: 18.1; Cooney-Wrist-Score: 73.7; Krimmer-Wrist-Score: 80.0) (p 0.0001).The findings of our study indicate that the presented treatment approach could be a good alternative to more invasive surgical options in patients with stage II-III CMC OA of the thumb, without impairing more invasive surgical options like trapeziectomy or arthroplasty for the future.
