Currently, there is a transition to a new stage of globalization – informational-digital one. It is not deglobalization that is taking place, but the formation of a globally-digital neo-economy, in which the previous historical types of economic relationships are transformed into forms of digital flows and are subordinated to them. Under conditions of the genesis of neo-economics, it is becoming increasingly urgent to improve the efficiency of international digital flows (IDF)-management both in economic and social aspects. At the same time, the global level of governance is contradictory to other descending social levels. The problem of global economic efficiency is complicated by the modern imperatives of digital sovereignty, which is especially evident in the context of geopolitical and regional conflicts. The formalization of the analysis does not eliminate the causes of conflicts, but allows for a fuller understanding their mechanisms and ways of overcoming. In this regard, a model of morphological synthesis and ranking of alternatives of the IDF-flows managing tools based on a fuzzy multi-attribute selection system is presented. The model provides an opportunity to effectively take into account the multidirectional and mutually compensating aspects of digital flow management.

A method for solving grid equations in areas with geometry "stretched" along one of the spatial directions is proposed. Method proposed for model includes pollutants whose concentration in the Azov Sea, according to the analysis of scientific publications and environmental databases, exceeds the maximum permissible concentration (MPC). The mechanism of the preconditioner formation is described. The estimation of the minimum and maximum eigenvalues is performed. Using object-oriented analysis and design, a class library has been implemented to solve the problem of impurity propagation in a shallow reservoir. The architecture of an information system to support scientific research capable of functioning in conditions of using heterogeneous computing environments is described. The system is based on the requirement of the maximum possible use of free software in order to minimize capital and operational costs. The system uses classes that allow you to read and write information about the geometry of the object under study and the parameters of the calculated grid. Numerical experiments were carried out using the developed software package, including the proposed mathematical model, focused on the multiprocessor computing system (MCS). The dependences of the SLAE solution time on the number of diagonals and the order of the matrix are obtained. The number of iterations for solving grid equations has been experimentally determined depending on the ratio of the number of nodes in spatial coordinates.

The paper covers the modeling of hydrodynamic processes in shallow waters in the presence of pollutants of various types, as well as areas covered with plastic waste, including nano- and microplastics. The simulation performed using new and effective mathematical instruments, including assimilation methods of measurement data, restoration of the state function, diagnostics of quality of the developed models, the research the sensitivity of models to variations in input data, the integration of models with various scales. Interrelated non-stationary, spatially inhomogeneous mathematical models of hydrodynamics and biological kinetics of shallow waters were developed and numerically implemented. They describe non-linear processes of hydrophysics, biogeochemical cycles, transport and transformation of suspensions and sediments with microplastic particles and other pollutants, absorption of it by zooplankton and fish, movement of plastic particles through food, the forecast of their impact on the main hydrobionts of shallow waters of the Azov-Black Sea basin, including the Azov Sea, Taganrog Bay, Gelendzhik Bay. The models take into account the heat and salt transport; the complex, dynamically changing water geometry; friction on the bottom and wind stresses; turbulent and advective heat and mass exchange in three coordinate directions; the Coriolis force; river flows; evaporation, temperature and oxygen regimes. They make it possible to improve the accuracy of hydrophysical processes modeling in shallow waters, to detect vortex structures of currents that can be a natural pollution traps, including microplastic. Based on a supercomputer, a complex of application has been designed and adapted for solving predictive problems of water ecology and water resources management.

Software has been developed in the C++ programming language using the MPI parallel programming technology, designed for mathematical modeling of the transport of substances in coastal systems. When calculating the dynamics of the spread of a pollutant, the decomposition of the computational domain was carried out to organize the computational process on a multiprocessor computer system K-60 in KIAM RAS. To solve the system of grid equations obtained as a result of the approximation of the problem, iterative methods were used, with a triangular preconditioner.

The work is devoted to the construction of a model of turbulent exchange in shallow water bodies using the results of expeditionary measurements. The Kalman filter algorithm was used to filter field data. An algorithm for calculating the coefficient of vertical turbulent exchange, which decisively affects the heat and gas exchange of the coastal system, has been developed, which has made it possible to significantly reduce the effect f noise in the experimental data used. As a result of the numerical implementation of the developed algorithm, the coefficient of microturbulent exchange in the vertical direction was obtained for a three-dimensional mathematical model of hydrodynamics of coastal systems.

The paper presents currently used approaches to the assessment of water pollution by various types of pollutants. Based on the existing criteria, an algorithm for assessing risks and vulnerability to anthropogenic impacts is proposed. The software package obtained on their basis makes it possible to model the processes of the spread of pollutants in the studied water area, to detect and evaluate the power of sources of pollutants and manage them, to assess risks and vulnerabilities in relation to anthropogenic impacts, to carry out zoning of the water area of a shallow water body in accordance with the levels of anthropogenic loads, to carry out environmental design from the standpoint of sustainable development.

The article considers the problem of improving the range of confectionery from the standpoint of satisfaction of consumer demand in functional foods. The analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature on promising directions of improving the range of functional confectionery is given. The article provides information on volumes of staple foodstuffs consumption in the Russian Federation taking into account the consumer basket. Identified is the diet imbalance as far as basic food substances, vitamins, micro- and macroelements are concerned. The structure of confectionery market in Russia and the Kemerovo region, as well as trends of its development is analyzed. The choice of the priority range for the development of functional flour confectionery products that meet modern requirements of healthy eating and Strategies for increasing the quality of food products in the Russian Federation until 2030 is substantiated. Doing their research the authors applied the methods of systematization, analysis and synthesis; sociological andstatistical ones. The research has been carried out on the base of the "Kemerovo technological Institute of food industry (University)". The new data compensating the lack of information about the dynamics and trends of the consumer market of flour confectionery products in Russia and abroad have been obtained. They also helped us to justify the need for innovative approaches to the increase of resource base, and the development of formulations and technologies of functional confectionery to improve their range. The findings have theoretical value and can be used by scientists and practitioners, whose activities are connected with the formation of the product range and the development of functional flour confectionery products.

The purpose of this research is to review peer-reviewed articles on the effects of e-learning on the academic performance of university students. The SCOPUS database was searched for peer-reviewed articles. The data obtained were analyzed using the content analysis method. Twenty-seven articles were found in journals indexed in the SCOPUS database and considered suitable for this study. Two researchers used the content analysis method to determine the effects of the articles reviewed. The results showed that studies in this area have increased in intensity in recent years. These studies were generally conducted over five years. It was found that quantitative methods were predominantly chosen. Researchers published most articles in 2021 and 2022. Most of the studies reviewed used a quantitative design, and only seven articles chose an experimental research design. Most studies were conducted in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Spain, India, Iran, and Turkey. The results show that different measurement instruments or tools were used to measure students' academic achievement. The impact of the peer-reviewed articles on the impact of e-learning on college students' academic achievement was examined in four categories. These categories are detailed in the results. Finally, pedagogical conclusions are drawn in light of the results obtained.

The article is devoted to improving the quality of life in cities by implementing the concept of an “intelligent” city and developing an automated transport infrastructure. The following factors are considered in the work: the traffic intensity of vehicles and the mode of operation of traffic signal regulation. In work, the mode of operation of a traffic light is determined by an adaptive method. The main tool for increasing the capacity is the choice of the optimal ratio of phase coefficients and the optimal cycle time. Considered the influence of capacity on the parameters of road traffic, the environmental load from automobile transport. The dependence of the traffic parameters for different cycle times is established. A change in fuel consumption and in the content of harmful emissions for various traffic light modes is given. The justification is given for the necessity to change the traffic light mode after increasing the number of lanes in the street road network.

In the article the authors propose a theoretical rethinking of the traditional understanding of environmental management and the practical application of the Japanese method of «Lean production» to sustainable development of Russian enterprises allows not only to adapt them to innovative changes based on innovative generations a dynamic and effective global environmental and managerial technologies, and solutions covering the world in recent decades, but also to make changes by ensuring the further sustainable socio-economic development of Russia in line with the transition of the traditional economy to a green economy through the introduction of the international environmental standard ISO 14000. In today’s unstable economic conditions, enterprises constantly expose their environmental potential to the risks of both exogenous and endogenous factors. From our point of view, the key tool for the stable and competitive development of the national green economy is technological green innovations, their development and implementation in lean production processes. It is advisable to use a system of indicators of all the potentials of the enterprise, such as environmental, economic, innovative, human and intellectual, which takes into account the amount of accumulated resources, the degree of use of potential opportunities for implementation in the production lean process.

The article presents the institutional conditions identified by the authors of the real exit of the meso-level from the crisis management model to the innovation development trajectory, conditioned by the transition to a favorable innovation-investment climate (ability to develop, introduction of innovative products and implementation of competitive goods and services). The development of the Russian economy requires large-scale innovation transformations at all levels of the hierarchy. In modern economic conditions, the formation of an appropriate level of innovation economy in Russia is due to the transition of meso-level economic systems to an innovative development path, which helps to identify effective innovation investment opportunities and their further application by one hundred percent. In this regard, in the framework of the study of the economic category of “innovation- investment attractiveness ” attention has been increasing recently not only to the cross-country aspect, but also to the study of mesosystems within countries. In our opinion, for the growth of the national economy of Russia there is a foreign trade with the participants by reducing barriers and risks for the development of entrepreneurial activity. The article is of interest to researchers, specialists in the field of economics and management, teachers, analysts, graduate students, undergraduates and students of economic universities.

This article is devoted to the modeling of three-dimensional currents for narrow shallow water systems like Kerch straight. Model, which is presented in this article, is based on previously constructed 3D discrete model which has used cell filling function and rectangular uniform grids. The effect of rising free surface function has been detected in narrowest part of straight in numerical modelling. The proposed discrete models remain stable at depth differences tens of times, which is an important factor for coastal systems. Also this approach may be applied for wave evolution prediction in narrow straits of complicated bottom relief and coastal line.

The current Russian agro-industrial complex is marked by the complexity of business structures, differentiation of regions according to the definitive aspects of development of the enterprises of various business patterns and the efficiency of their economic activity. The essential direction of farming industry efficiency increase is the development of organizational and economic tools and framework, along with the Corresponding institutional environment, which provide positive results of operation of agricultural enterprises of various business patterns in the country’s economy. In this context, there is an objective necessity for in-depth studies to research the most significant factors influencing the activity of national agricultural enterprises. The given paper is dedicated to discussion of the results of such research. The core results of study aimed to clarify and complete the key factors for the development of economic entities of Russian agricultural sector are presented in the paper. These key factors are divided into five groups according to the area of occurrence: political and administrative, economic, technical and technological, natural environmental, socio-demographic. Each group of factors is considered in summary and the basic sources of occurrence along with the influence of each group of factors are identified.

The aim of the study is to search and systematize genes associated with the probiotic properties of strains of the genus Lactobacillus, which are symbionts of the gastrointestinal tract of animals. The following purpose were pursued in the study: to establish the molecular features of the probiotic properties of strains of the genus Lactobacillus; to find the genes associated with probiotic properties of Lactobacillus strains; to systematize the genes found according to the molecular characteristics of their products; to characterize these genes, evaluate perspectives of searching for new and using already found ones. Various genomic and proteomic databases were used to search for information on the genetics of probiotic strains. In the course of the study, genes that provide probiotic activity were found, characterized and systematized. These genes are associated with the ability of probiotics to develop in the digestive tract of animals, the ability to attach to the intestinal walls, nutritional characteristics and antipathogenic activity, which manifests in the synthesis of low and high molecular weight metabolites.

The article presents a model for assessing the effectiveness of the tool for forecasting the timing and direction of the product (product) modernization. The authors gave a justification for the developed model, derived formulas that help determine the timing of modernization, the intensity of allocating resources for it, and make a justified choice of the direction of this modernization.

Modern methods and tools for coastal hydrodynamics modeling indicate the necessity of constructing discrete analogs of models for ones the properties: balance and conservation laws (for mass, flows, impulse), stability, convergence and etc. have been fulfilled. The paper considers a continuous three-dimensional mathematical model of the hydrodynamics of water basins and its discretization. The pressure correction method at variable water medium density was used to solve the problem of hydrodynamics. The considered discrete mathematical models of hydrodynamics take into account the filling of control cells on rectangular grids. This increased the accuracy of the solution in the case of complex geometry by improving the boundary approximation. From the obtained estimates of the components of the velocity vector, it follows that there are no two or more stationary regimes in which all forces are balanced, and the solution to the discrete problem exists and is unique and tends to the solution of the continuous problem upon reaching the stationary regime. Also the balance of the flows for the discrete model has been proved as well as absence of non-conservative dissipative terms.

The article highlights the issues related to the study of physical and mechanical characteristics of bulk materials, namely internal friction coefficients in static and dynamic modes. An innovative device of the carousel type for determining the frictional characteristics of bulk materials is described, which allows to implement the tasks of practical determination of dynamic coefficients of internal friction. Presented the program, methodology and results of research on the practical study of the internal friction coefficient of typical bulk products of agricultural production in the range of linear velocities of displacement of layers from 0 to 2.79 m/s, the reliability of which is not lower than 0.878.

Smartphones facilitate communication, education, information, and entertainment through a diverse array of mobile applications. Excessive smartphone use has become a significant societal issue. The research community has explored both the positive and negative consequences of mobile phone use. The phrase "problematic smartphone use" refers to an excessive pattern of smartphone use that may have negative consequences. Smartphone addiction may present with symptoms that are unique from Internet addiction. Severe sadness, anxiety, and tension are all associated with problematic smartphone use. Numerous negative consequences are discussed, including mental health problems, diminished physical fitness, and poor academic achievement. According to the findings of the literature analysis, there is no inventory that evaluates smartphone addiction in the context of Russia. The goal of this study is to examine the psychometric characteristics of the smartphone addiction inventory (SPAI) in a Russian context. Several Russian Federation universities performed the study during the autumn semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. To enhance the inventory, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were utilized on 209 students. As a result, research on the validity and reliability of the Smartphone Addiction Inventory were done in the Russian setting. The research revealed a brief inventory of 14 items and three factors (functional impairment, anxiety, and compulsive behavior).

The problem of quality control of agricultural machinery parts by means of dynamic non-destructive methods of impact indentation of conical shape indenters is considered. Quality of the crucial parts is considered from the point of view of a set of mechanical characteristics that determine the strength, hardness, wear resistance and deformability. These characteristics must be known and be able to control on all the details promptly and accurately both in the manufacturing process and in operation. The mechanical characteristics of metals are stochastic in nature. For this purpose, an impact indentation device was developed, and the method based on probabilistic laws of dispersion of mechanical characteristics is obtained.
