Orientador: Maria Evelyna Pompeu do Nascimento Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Faculdade de Educação Resumo: Essa dissertação tem como objetivo o estudo da política pública de educação infantil (creches e pré-escolas), cujo objeto é a organização da pré-escola na Secretaria Municipal de Campinas entre 1969 e 1988. Considera-se como política pública um programa de ação de um dado governo, visando um processo de mediação social, tendo como alvo a correção de desajustes. A política de atendimento à infância em Campinas configurou-se pela expansão de equipamentos em consonância com a política nacional, implementando programas que procuravam atender a demanda da população para este segmento. Utilizando-se a análise documental, a recuperação da cultura escolar desta fase, a memória dos atores políticos e a análise histórica e bibliográfica, os indicadores apresentados demonstram que apesar de haver a fragmentação do atendimento através do diferentes equipamentos que surgiram no decorrer do período, a cidade apresentou preocupação com a demanda pré-escolar e buscou, ainda que com dificuldades, imprimir qualidade nos serviços oferecidos Abstract: The objective of this paper is to study the public policy for infant education (nurseries and pre-schools), whose aim is the organization of the pre-school of the Campinas Municipal Department between 1969 and 1988. Acompanha: Criando jogos para o ensino da astronomia Esta dissertação tem como objetivo identificar as potencialidades da criação e do uso de jogos para o ensino de Astronomia, a fim de promover, por meio da ludicidade, a compreensão de conceitos científicos dessa ciência nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. A pesquisa está organizada em quatro capítulos: Fundamentação Teórica, que apresenta a definição de jogos sob a perspectiva de Piaget e Huinziga, o desenvolvimento cognitivo da criança com base na epistemologia genética piagetiana para ensino da Astronomia e os percalços da formação docente dos professores dos anos iniciais; Revisão de Literatura, trazendo pesquisas dos últimos 10 anos que versaram sobre o jogo no ensino da Astronomia; Criando Jogos para o Ensino da Astronomia, apresentando o processo da criação do produto de mestrado profissional, que constitui em um manual para incentivar e dar suporte para o professor criar seus próprios jogos com base na metodologia Mechanics, Dynamics and Aesthetics – MDA (Mecânicas, Dinâmicas e Estéticas), fazendo uma relação entre elementos do designer de jogos com as características científicas da Astronomia; e a Visão dos Professores sobre a Criação e o Uso de Jogos para o Ensino de Astronomia, que consiste no levantamento de dados com base na aplicação de um questionário com questões abertas a respeito do uso e da criação de jogos para o ensino da Astronomia nos anos iniciais. Como resultado de pesquisa, conclui-se que o uso e a criação de jogos são atividades que potencializam o ensino da Astronomia, uma vez que possibilitam o desenvolvimento de conceitos astronômicos e despertam a busca do criador por conhecimentos específicos a respeito dessa temática. This dissertation aims to identify the potential of creating and using games for teaching Astronomy, in order to promote, through playfulness, the understanding of scientific concepts of this science in the early years of elementary school. The research is organized into four chapters: Theoretical Background, which presents the definition of games from the perspective of Piaget and Huinziga, the child’s cognitive development based on Piagetian genetic epistemology for teaching Astronomy and the mishaps in the teacher training of teachers of the years initials; Literature Review, bringing research from the last 10 years that dealt with the game in the teaching of Astronomy; Creating Games for Teaching Astronomy, presenting the process of creating the professional master’s product, which constitutes a manual to encourage and support the teacher to create their own games based on the Mechanics, Dynamics and Aesthetics – MDA (Mechanics, Dynamics and Aesthetics), making a relationship between game designer elements with the scientific characteristics of Astronomy; and the Teachers’ Vision on the Creation and Use of Games for the Teaching of Astronomy, which consists of data collection based on the application of a questionnaire with open questions about the use and creation of games for the teaching of Astronomy in the early years. As a result of research, it is concluded that the use and creation of games are activities that enhance the teaching of Astronomy, as they enable the development of astronomical concepts and awaken the creator’s search for specific knowledge about this theme.

En los últimos años, la ciudad de Villavicencio ha presentado un crecimiento poblacional notable, de acuerdo con el censo realizado por el DANE en el 2005, se registraron 380.328 habitantes y en el 2018 se registraron 531.275 habitantes, esto equivale a un aumento del 39,69%, las condiciones favorables de empleo debido al auge en los precios del petróleo en Colombia han influido en este comportamiento, uno de los mayores productores de petróleo del país es el departamento del Meta, esta condición presenta oportunidades para diferentes servicios y productos. Esta propuesta de emprendimiento incluyo factores diferenciadores e innovadores, haciendo de la misma una opción atractiva que se destaque en su sector. El modelo pedagógico a emplear, integrará dos métodos de enseñanza reconocidos y preferidos por padres de familia según consultas de mercado, como lo son el método Montessori y el método Kumon, se contará con la posibilidad de prestar el servicio en modalidad presencial y virtual. Se usará CrowdFunding como vía de financiamiento, ofreciendo una rentabilidad del 10%, en un periodo de recuperación de 2,62 años, descuentos y bonos de consumo para los servicios prestados por el jardín infantil. La inversión requerida para la creación y apertura es de 200 MCOP, el punto de equilibrio se logra con la prestación del servicio a 39 niños, el VPN simulado a cinco (5) años fue $182 MCOP y una TIR de 29,30%. In recent years, the city of Villavicencio has presented a remarkable population growth, according to the census carried out by DANE in 2005, 380,328 inhabitants were registered and in 2018 there were 531,275 inhabitants, this is equivalent to an increase of 39, 69%, favorable employment conditions due to the boom in oil prices in Colombia have influenced this behavior, one of the largest oil producers in the country is the department of Meta, this condition presents opportunities for different services and products. This entrepreneurial proposal included differentiating and innovative factors, making it an attractive option that stands out in its sector. The pedagogical model to be used will integrate two teaching methods recognized and preferred by parents according to market inquiries, such as the Montessori method and the Kumon method, there will be the possibility of providing the service in face-to-face and virtual mode. CrowdFunding will be used as a means of financing, offering a return of 10%, in a recovery period of 2.62 years, discounts and consumer bonds for the services provided by the kindergarten. The investment required for the creation and opening is 200 MCOP, the breakeven point is achieved with the provision of the service to 39 children, the simulated NPV at five (5) years was $ 182 MCOP and an IRR of 29.30%. Orientador: Paulo Celso Miceli Tese (doutorado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Filosofia e Ciencias Humanas Resumo: Durante quase 50 anos, centenas de meninos pobres, órfãos ou abandonados, viveram internados no Arsenal de Guerra de Mato Grosso, onde estudaram e trabalharam. Analisar esta iniciativa militar de articular trabalho e educação para disciplinar a população livre pobre, na segunda metade do século XIX, em meio a uma sociedade escravista, é o objetivo desta tese. Na primeira parte, após um rápido histórico do Arsenal de Guerra, criado em 1832 na província de Mato Grosso, para armazenar e produzir objetos necessários à manutenção de tropas militares em área de fronteira, apresento sua estrutura burocrática e examino suas finalidades como unidade complexa que reunia armazéns, oficinas, prisão e escola. Nessa trama complexa de relações sociais, os aprendizes interagiram com soldados artífices e mestres de oficina, professores e guardas, presos civis e militares, escravos e serventes aprenderam os oficios de sapateiro, tanoeiro, funileiro, entre outros, mas assimilaram também comportamentos considerados inadequados pelas autoridades imperiais. Ainda na primeira parte, analiso as atitudes contraditórias da população livre pobre, de rejeição e de submissão, ao projeto disciplinar. A inserção dos aprendizes no trabalho das oficinas e o aprendizado dos conteúdos necessários à formação de um trabalhador disciplinado são abordados na segunda parte. A terceira parte examina outros mecanismos de controle utilizados para submeter os aprendizes à disciplina do trabalho e evidencia o êxito da estratégia imperial ao demonstrar que o Arsenal de Guerra conseguiu formar não só bons operários, como também preparar mestres de oficinas. Mas nem tudo foi submissão. Descrevo também os mecanismos de resistência dos trabalhadores à disciplina, destacando as fugas dos aprendizes. Finalmente, evidencio como as atitudes de resistência provocaram o efeito perverso de reiterar o preconceito contra a infancia pobre, por meio da construção das categorias de aprendiz para designar a que se submete à disciplina do trabalho e a de menor para discriminar a criança insubmissa Abstract: For almost 50 years, hundreds of orphaned or abandoned poor children were housed in the War Arsenal ofthe State of Mato Grosso where they studied and worked. To analyse this military initiative of providing work and education to discipline the poor, free population in the second half of the 19th century is the aim of this thesis. In the first part, after a brief history ofthe War Arsenal, which was created in 1832 in the then province of Mato Grosso to store and produce objects necessary for the maintenance of military troops in the border areas, I present its bureaucratic structure and examine its objectives as a complex unit that combined depots, workshops, a prison and a school. In the midst of complex social relationships where the apprentices interacted with trained soldiers and master tradesman, teachers and guards, civilian and military prisoners, slaves and servants; they learnt the trades of shoemakers, tanners and tinkers among others. But they also adopted types of behaviour considered to be inappropriate by the imperial authorities. Still in the first part, I analyse the contradictory behaviour of the poor, free population of rejecting and submitting to the disciplinary regime. The inclusion of the apprentices in the workshops and the learning of the necessary skills to become a disciplined worker are approached in the second part after a brief review of the literature on work and education. The third part examines other control mechanisms used to submit the apprentices to the work discipline regime and shows the success achieved by the imperial strategy by demonstrating that the War Arsenal managed to train not only good workers but also produced master tradesman. But it wasn't alI about submission. I also describe the resistance mechanisms used by the workers against the strict discipline, particularly the escape of apprentices. Finally, I show how this resistance provoked the perverse effect of reiterating the prejudice against the poor children by means of establishing categories for the a.pprenticesto designate those that submitted to the work discipline regime to a higher category and those that refused to a lower category who were thus subjected to discrimination Doutorado História Cultural Doutor em História
