The study aims to evaluate and analyze the operational and technical aspects of a compression ignition engine running on biodiesel containing graphene nanoparticles is examined in relation to the geometry of a toroidal piston and a five-hole injector nozzle. A one-cylinder diesel engine was utilized in the experimentation work and performance traits such brake thermal efficiency and pollutants were assessed and compared. The results demonstrate that using a toroidal piston shape and a five-hole injector nozzle increases brake thermal efficiency for Diesel, RBME, RBME30PPMGRAPHENE, and RBME60PPMGRAPHENE at 80% load are 25.6%, 20.4%, 22.4%, and 24.9% respectively, while hydrocarbon found to 42, 60, 48, and 38 ppm respectively, Nitro oxide are recorded as 1080, 650, 942, and 984 ppm respectively and carbon monoxide are 0.12%, 0.34%, 0.2%, and 0.15%, for, Diesel RBME, RBME30PPMGRAPHENE and RBME60PPMGRAPHENE respectively. Overall, the results demonstrate the potential of using a five-hole injector nozzle and toroidal piston geometry in combination with graphene nanoparticle biodiesel the brake thermal efficiency of RBME60PPMGRAPHENE fuel is greater than RBME, RBME30PPMGRAPHENE while the NOx is less in RBME as compared to Diesel, RBME30PPMGRAPHENE and RBME60PPMGRAPHENE.

Background - Systemic diseases like diabetes, hypertension etc are at higher risk of perianal diseases. A complex anal fistula, which is associated with diabetes are high complication rates and healing impairments. Treatment of fistula in ano depends on the location of the fistula, amount of anal sphincter involved in the fistula, and the underlying disease process. Prevention of recurrence and controlling the purulent discharge by surgical method are the definitive treatment of fistula in ano. Here, we present a complex case of Fistula in ano in uncontrolled diabetes mellitus patients which as an extension towards right iliac region and right inguinal region which was treated by surgical intervention. Case presentation – a thirty-year-old diabetic male patient come to us for recurrent fistula in ano with swelling at right iliac and inguinal region. We do surgical intervention and discharged on 9th post operative day. A follow up examination of post operative wound was taken after 2 days interval respectively. After 3 months, fistula track was completely healed. Conclusion: fistula in ano is a complex disease in diabetic patients and imposes challenges to the surgeon. Early diagnosis and appropriate management is the key to success. Proper assessment and mapping of the tract is very important before going in for a definitive surgery.

Experimental investigation were carried out on a single cylinder four stroke direct injection diesel engine operated in duel fuel mode using rice bran oil methyl ester (ROME) and coconut shell derived producer gas. ROME is used as a pilot injected fuel which ignites the producer gas and air mixture when subjected to higher compression ratio. In order to study the effect of nozzle geometry on the performance of dual fuel engine an effort has been made to enhance the performance of a dual fuel engine utilizing different nozzle orifice. In this present work injector nozzle (3, 4 and 5 hole injector nozzle, each having 0.2, 0.25 and 0.3 mm hole diameter and injection pressure (varied from 210 to 240 bar in steps of 10 bar) was optimized.
