Currently, the main directions of scientific research in the field of agriculture are related to the issue of environmental protection and the rational use of natural resources. This issue is especially acute in relation to the soil. Its contamination occurs with substances of chemical and biological origin above the maximum permissible concentration (MPC). The main source of soil pollution in arable land is waste from livestock complexes, agricultural chemicals (fertilizers, pesticides), exhaust gases from vehicles, sewage from settlements. The article presents the results of a study of the dependence of the content of heavy metals in livestock products on their concentration in plant feeds. The results of monitoring the content of heavy metals in the main feeds showed that the concentration of metals in the studied plants does not exceed the MPC, with the exception of Cu and Zn in grasses of natural pastures. The content of heavy metals in animal products (milk, sour cream, cottage cheese and meat) it depends on their content in plant feeds, but does not exceed the maximum permissible concentration, with rare exceptions.

The aim of the article is a theoretical study of the essence, evolution and classification of business models for international companies depending on the business processes used. The concepts “business” and “model” are considered. The scientific provisions regarding the understanding of the essence of “business model” are generalized. A business model is proposed to be viewed as a simplified reflection of the mechanism for conducting a certain economic activity related to the manufacturing of products (selling goods, rendering services, performing works) which are valuable to consumers and ensure profit. The key elements of a business model for an international company are presented. The differences between a company’s business model and its strategy are highlighted. Options for applying business models for international companies in practice are presented. A theoretical study of the evolution of an international company’s business processes is carried out. The existence of several classification approaches to the formation of a business model for an international company based on an analysis of scientific research in the field of business modeling is noted. There proposed a classification of types of business models for international companies based on the following criteria: direction of business development, functional area, degree of openness of the business model. The methodological approaches to building a business model of an international company are systematized. The features, advantages and disadvantages of the production-oriented and client-oriented basic business models are characterized. Moreover, business models for an international company based on the functional area and the scale of funds invested to support it are described. There defined new directions for the formation of business models based on the development of modern information technologies, ensuring the creation of new competitive advantages for international companies in the market. The criteria allowing domestic companies to build an efficient, modern business model are given.

The article is aimed at studying the essence of the concept of «image of the state» and substantiating the conceptual model of forming a positive international image of country as a means of enhancing competitiveness in the international market. The essence of the concept of «image of the State» has been defined. The factors influencing the formation of the international image of country have been distributed and systematized. The principles on which the process of formation of country image of modern format, receiving public recognition and adequate international estimation, have been allocated. A conceptual model of formation of positive international image of country, based on the hypothesis of influence of positive image on creation of significant competitive advantages in the international market of goods and services, has been proposed. The key features of the model are defined as: clear distribution of the roles of the stakeholders of national image – subjects of the global economic system, level of their involvement in the process of formation and integration of the State economy into the system of international institutions.

The aim of the article is to present results of the systematization of monitoring types according to different classification criteria. Monitoring is described as a systematic observation realized within the framework of a general system for managing a particular object and providing measurement and comparison of its actual characteristics with the basic ones (planned, normative) in order to develop and implement measures to develop the management object both in the current period and in a long term prospect. There has been given a critical evaluation of existing approaches to the monitoring classification with the focus on the criteria, which are acceptable for using in the organization of monitoring at the enterprise within a general system for managing results of the business entity operation and development. On the basis of generalization of existing approaches, types of monitoring have been grouped by the following main classification criteria: the sphere, scope and obligatoriness of implementation, subject, object, target and level of management objectives, methodological principles and implementation stage, user orientation. For each of the selected monitoring types features of its implementation have been defined. The relationships between different types of monitoring have been revealed.

The article defines a necessity of development of foreign investing into Ukraine. It contains analysis of the process of attraction of direct foreign investments into domestic economy. It considers main problems of worsening the investment climate in the state and offers a system of measures for stimulation of the process of attraction of direct foreign investments and elimination of negative tendencies in the Ukrainian economy.В статье определена необходимость развития иностранного инвестирования в Украине. Проведен анализ процесса привлечения прямых иностранных капиталовложений в отечественную экономику. Рассмотрены основные проблемы ухудшения инвестиционного климата в государстве. Предложена система мер стимулирования процесса привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций и устранения негативных тенденций в экономике Украины.
