9. Process Development for obtaining functional layers for solid oxide fuel cells from liquid precursors using plasma sputtering technology

Abstract

The paper proposes a method for producing nanostructured solid oxide fuel cells by liquid injection plasma spraying. Two different methods of creating nanostructured functional layers by plasma deposition are discussed. First, in suspension plasma spraying (SPS), nanopowders are introduced into the plasma in a solvent. The second method is represented by solution precursor plasma spraying (SPPS), which injects liquid precursors directly into the plasma flame. The issues of differences in the microstructure of cross sections and SEM images obtained by different coating methods are considered. The advantages of the SPPS method for obtaining coatings with high stoichiometric flexibility and high porosity are indicated. The advantages of SPS methods for obtaining dense layers that are most suitable for thin electrolytes are indicated. The paper investigates the effect of using different injection methods from suspensions or liquid precursors on the pulse of the injected droplets, and considers how differences in the pulse of the injected droplets affect the deposition efficiency. It is pointed out that both methods have a huge potential for application in the production of high-performance SOFCs. The issues of control and management of the technical process of forming SOFCs layers by liquid injection plasma spraying are considered.

Abstract

The microwave method for determining the thermophysical characteristics of multilayer building structures and products is proposed in the article, which allows nondestructive testing of such thermophysical characteristics of the studied objects as thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity through the use of non-contact heating by microwave electromagnetic energy. The proposed method is accurate enough for the technological control of the thermophysical characteristics of building materials and products, which allows it to be used in the practice of thermophysical measurements, in building heat engineering and various industries.

Abstract

The article features the main factors that influence risk formation in oil and gas companies within the development of the quality management system. The influence of such factors as management costs, staff motivation and organizational environment on the development of the risk management system in oil and gas companies was described. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of a risk-based approach in management while following the requirements of the quality management system in the companies in question. The main problems in the management of oil and gas companies were identified. Information on the economic, human resources and strategic indicators of oil and gas companies was presented making it possible to carry out the necessary analytical studies. The main indicators of the quality management system in oil and gas companies operation today were analyzed. Abstract

The implementation of the new requirements of the ISO 2001-2015 standard has become a priority for modern industrial enterprises. The quality management system is becoming closer to real business: it is transforming from a system of rules for controlling product discrepancy, corrective actions, internal audits, documentation and records to the business management system as a whole. Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of means and ways of modelling the comic effect in contemporary ironic media texts as well as to characterizing the method of their linguistic description in the linguistic pragmatic aspect. Special attention is paid to the ways of linguistic analysis of the conflict in ironic media text, which is the object of a court case. Within the complex linguistic analysis, including the semantic analysis to reveal the "semantic aspects," and on the material of the editions Kommersant and Moskovsky Komsomolets, the authors described the signals of irony as language play and as a socially marked way of communication, defining their stylistic variety. On the example of ironic media text which is the object of a court case, it is established that the basic way to model the comic (ironic) subtext in contemporary media texts is the contrast used both at textual and subtextual levels. The article draws the conclusion that the comic form of presentation of the ironic text content cannot be the object of a court case because it is connected with the evaluation and expression of the author's own opinion. 18. Concentration of nano-sized objects in plasma-chemical material: estimation by tunnel resonance method

Abstract

A new tunnel resonance method to estimate the concentration of nano-sized objects in the product obtained by plasma-chemical synthesis compared to pure fullerene is proposed. We have complied tunnel resonant structure (TRS) which includes two barrier layers (silicon oxide and silicon monoxide) with nanosized particles layer between them, placed on the surface of silicon plate and covered by copper layer. The obtained TRS is connected to power supply circuit, current recorder and voltage register. Based on measured current-voltage characteristic the local current maxima and resonant potentials have been determined. The concentration of nano-sized objects in the synthesis products was estimated from the current amplitude for the corresponding resonant potentials. The article provides theoretical substantiation of the proposed methodology and considers its practical implementation.
