With the continuous innovation of online education and the continuous rise of computer assisted language learning (CALL), it is very critical to apply it to social life, especially classroom teaching. However, for present purposes, few studies have systematically commented on how much it has changed social life and research fields other than education, what benefits or defects it has caused to learners, and what attitudes and views nearly all walks of life have towards it. In order to settle this issue, this paper refers to more than 50 literatures and summarizes the research on computer network education and learning in foreign authoritative journals in the past ten years. The main purpose of this study is to review these authoritative theses in order to comprehend (1) the attitudes of students and parents towards the use of mobile application software (2) the impact of tools developed by network technology on language teaching models and methods (3) the impact of computer-aided development tools on second language acquisition, translation, Chinese, philosophy and other fields. CALL has promoted the development of modern education and some other fields, and has been recognized by the society. Last but not the least, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of CALL.

Objective. As an important content of the modernization of college physical education, the intelligent physical education in colleges and universities is a main form of the progress and development of college physical education. The authors studied the influencing factors, design ideas, and model choices of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, aiming at promoting the reform, innovation, and information management of college sports. Methods. The related problems of the construction of intelligent sports in colleges and universities were studied by the methods of literature and logical analysis. Results. Smart sports in colleges and universities is a new type of college sports based on information technology. At present, the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities is still in its initial stage, and there are many problems. The construction of smart sports in colleges and universities not only highlights the charm of college sports and expands and enriches the connotations of college sports but also shapes the brand image of college sports with health. The influencing factors of the development of smart sports in colleges and universities mainly include macro development environment, decision-makers’ behavior, and government support. In the process of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, the overall planning and design should follow certain overall ideas and specific ideas, and new development models of smart growth, demand, integrated governance, and integrated development can be chosen. Conclusion. As a refined management method of college sports, smart sports in colleges and universities is of great significance to innovate and deepen the reform of college sports. We must always pay attention to the development dynamics of relevant factors and understand the development trend of smart sports in colleges and the change of influencing factors, so as to seize the opportunity, timely adjust and change the development model of smart sports in colleges and universities, accurately improve the physical health of college students, and promote the intelligent development of college sports.

The surged systemic vascular inflammation after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) aggravates the atherosclerotic endothelial injury. To explore roles of miR‐499 released from cardiomyocytes during AMI in endothelial injury. Using qPCR and ELISA, we discovered that patients with AMI had significantly increased plasma miR‐499, which was directly correlated with serum thrombomodulin, a marker for endothelial injury. Plasma of AMI patients, when incubated with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), significantly increased the expression of endothelial injury markers, which could be abrogated by antagomiR‐499. In vitro, neonatal rat cardiomyocytes subjected to hypoxia/reoxygenation (HX/R) released miR‐499 that could be internalized into rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (RPMECs), worsening the high glucose‐induced injury. In silico analysis demonstrated that CHRNA7 encoding α7‐nAchR is a target of miR‐499, which was validated in cell lines expressing endogenous α7‐nAchR. In high glucose‐induced RPMECs injury model, miR‐499 aggravated, whereas forced CHRNA7 expression ameliorated the injury. Moreover, the perfusate from Langendorff perfused rat heart subjected to HX/R contained higher level of miR‐499 that significantly impaired the Bradykinin‐mediated endothelium‐dependent relaxation in both conduit and resistance arteries, which could be partially abrogated by antagomiR‐499. Finally, the correlation between plasma miR‐499 and endothelial injury was further confirmed in another cohort of AMI patients. We conclude that miR‐499 released from injured cardiomyocytes contributes to the endothelial injury by targeting α7‐nAchR. This study implies that miR‐499 may serve as a potential target for the treatment of the surged vascular inflammation post‐AMI.

Negative-pressure wound therapy is widely used in burn populations. Traditionally, negative-pressure devices use persistent vacuum suction, requiring a longer hospital stay. In this study, we applied a novel negative-pressure wound dressing for burn wounds, which eliminates the hospital stay. The medical records of 39 patients with partial-/full-thickness burns treated by negative-pressure wound dressing were retrospectively analyzed. The average burn area, burn degree, healing duration, cost, and incidents during treatment were determined and compared with previous data for conventional therapies. In conclusion, for patients diagnosed with partial-thickness or full-thickness burns and a burn area 2, the negative-pressure wound dressing is a reliable option, especially for burnt children. Moreover, the negative-pressure wound dressing treatment was not only much cheaper than conventional therapies, but also eliminated hospital stay in patients with small-area deep burn wounds.

Hypertrophic scars often cause great pain to patients. It is generally believed that anti-inflammatory scar therapies are the best strategies for treatment because excessive inflammation is observed in hypertrophic scar tissue. However, the results of such treatment are unsatisfactory. In recent studies, immune stimulatory therapies have been suggested to be a preferable method for ameliorating hypertrophic scars. In this study, the expression of the human-specific gene CHRFAM7A, which has been reported to be a promoter of inflammation, was found to be lower in human hypertrophic scars than in normotrophic scars. The CHRFAM7A gene was overexpressed in a hypertrophic scar mouse model using a lentivirus system. Scar fibrosis decreased in the CHRFAM7A transfection group compared to the control group, and the proportion of M2 macrophages decreased at 4 and 8 weeks after establishing the model. We also found that CHRFAM7A increased the activation of the Notch pathway, which eventually attenuated M2 polarization. In the CHRFAM7A-transfected hypertrophic scar mouse group, the number of M1 macrophages increased dramatically in the initial period. Moreover, the expression of the inflammatory gene TNFα was also increased in transfected mice. Our results demonstrate that CHRFAM7A can effectively ameliorate hypertrophic scar formation via regulation of macrophage phenotypic transition. CHRFAM7A might be a therapeutic target for hypertrophic scars.

By the methods of questionnaire research, mathematical statistics, and comparative analysis, this paper takes undergraduate gymnastics teaching class of Chengdu Sport University as the experimental objects and uses multimedia network technology to carry out the experimental teaching research. These results show that the defects of the traditional gymnastics teaching method can be made up through the usage of multimedia network technology in the gymnastics teaching process. Besides, this application can help students to handle the basic gymnastics technology not only easily but also quickly and improve their ability to correct errors, and thus improve the teaching effect and quality. When using this teaching method, teachers should accurately grasp the timing and frequency of network use and correctly solve the safety problem of students without affecting the teaching progress. It is suggested to popularize multimedia network techniques in gymnastics teaching.

The traditional sports industry structure has undergone radical changes under the background of big data. Big data with the top technology level provides numerous sports consumers with more personalized, customized, precise and other services that the traditional sports industry cannot imagine. Big data under the background of development of sports industry should speed up the industrialization of sports work practice, aim at sports market positioning, execution concept updating and solid talent pool, take the initiative to improve sports personalized content customization platform, software and information service as the core to build sports industry chain, industry focus on the core elements to optimize the perfect sports industry development environment, the value of using big data to grasp the sports industry development opportunities.

Mice engrafted with human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD34+ -HSPCs) have been used to study human infection, diabetes, sepsis, and burn, suggesting that they could be highly amenable to characterizing the human inflammatory response to injury. To this end, human leukocytes infiltrating subcutaneous implants of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sponges were analyzed in immunodeficient NSG mice reconstituted with CD34+ -HSPCs. It was reported that human CD45+ (hCD45+ ) leukocytes were present in PVA sponges 3 and 7 days postimplantation and could be localized within the sponges by immunohistochemistry. The different CD45+ subtypes were characterized by flow cytometry and the profile of human cytokines they secreted into PVA wound fluid was assessed using a human-specific multiplex bead analyses of human IL-12p70, TNFα, IL-10, IL-6, IL1β, and IL-8. This enabled tracking the functional contributions of HLA-DR+ , CD33+ , CD19+ , CD62L+ , CD11b+ , or CX3CR1+ hCD45+ infiltrating inflammatory leukocytes. PCR of cDNA prepared from these cells enabled the assessment and differentiation of human, mouse, and uniquely human genes. These findings support the hypothesis that mice engrafted with CD34+ -HSPCs can be deployed as precision avatars to study the human inflammatory response to injury.

This research takes the training, competition, management and talent database of college sports teams as the entry point, and the cross theory of computer, sports and management as the basis, aiming to build the intelligent service management platform of college sports teams. In order to achieve this goal, this study combined with the survey results and big data analysis, carried out a detailed program design for the training, competition and management of college sports teams. Then, combined with the data collected by wearable devices, an intelligent service management platform for college sports teams is designed and built. The platform is used to help sports teams to carry out competition, training and management in a more convenient, efficient and scientific way, provide data support for scientific decision-making, and provide integrated information resources, interactive information network and personalized information services for scientific training, competition and management of college sports teams. Solve the current cumbersome offline process and work mode of college sports teams, collect all data online, improve the overall control and data accumulation, improve the quality of reserve of college sports teams, and consolidate the foundation of sports reserve talents.

Based on the analysis of the status quo of the development of sports industry, this paper studies the development opportunities and structural changes of sports industry under the background of new information technology. Objective to explore the development opportunities and structural transformation of sports industry under the background of new information technology, broaden the research field of sports industry, and provide references for the development planning or policy formulation of sports industry. According to this study, the current development status of sports industry is not optimistic, which is mainly reflected in the weak willingness of sports consumption, the shortage of sports venues and facilities, the lack of talents in sports industry, and the lack of in-depth integration with new information technology. Under the background of new information technology, the development opportunities of sports industry are mainly reflected in three aspects, that is, new information technology promotes sports industry to seize opportunities and expand markets, innovate the operation mode and operation mode of sports industry, and change the service platform and service system of sports industry. The structural transformation of the development of sports industry is reflected in the new competition system, new technology system, new consumption structure and new business trend. In the context of new information technology, it is necessary to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by the sports industry more deeply, put forward more specific operational development countermeasures, and build a new sports industry development ecosystem and business model, in order to promote its sound development.

The construction of college physical education network teaching resources is based on teaching needs, guided by curriculum innovation, aimed at integrated teaching, and follows relevant national policies to realize the development and sharing of resources. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, data analysis and action research, this paper studies the related problems, expounds the concept, value, significance and basic structure of the network teaching resource database of physical education in colleges and universities, and studies its construction and application status. On the basis of learning from the good practices of other schools and other disciplines, and taking our school as an example, we have established a physical education network teaching resources database with strong pertinence and practicability, namely AI sports. It basically covers the main courses of physical education and can meet the teaching needs of teachers and students. It not only enriches the means of physical education teaching, but also realizes the integration of physical education teaching and plays an active role in physical education teaching.

Human adipose tissue stem cells (ATSCs) can differentiate into various types of cell in response to lineage-specific induction factors. Reprogramming cells using nuclear and cytoplasmic extracts derived from another type of somatic cell is an effective method of producing specific types of differentiated cell. In the present study, the ability of reprogrammed ATSCs to acquire epidermal keratinocyte properties following transient exposure to epidermal keratinocyte extracts was demonstrated. Reversibly permeabilized ATSCs were incubated for 1 h in nuclear and cytoplasmic extracts from epidermal keratinocytes, resealed with CaCl2 and cultured. ATSC reprogramming is demonstrated by nuclear uptake of epidermal keratinocyte extracts. After one week of exposure to extracts, ATSCs underwent changes in cell morphology, cell-specific genes were activated, and epidermal keratinocyte markers including K19 and K1/K10 (markers of stem cells and terminally differentiated keratinocytes, respectively) were expressed. This study indicates that the reprogramming of ATSCs using nuclear and cytoplasmic extracts from epidermal keratinocytes is a viable option for the production of specific types of cell.

Esophageal cancer related gene-4 (ECRG4) inhibits the malignant phenotype of oral squamous cell carcinoma. However, the molecular mechanisms remain to be explored. Using the tongue carcinoma cell line, TCA8113 as a cell model, we showed that forced expression of ECRG4 down-regulated the expression of the BC200 long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-9 and MMP-13). Restoration of BC200 lncRNA rescued ECRG4-mediated down-regulation of MMP-9 and -13. Furthermore, over-expression of Ecrg4 inhibited cell proliferation and migration, which was abolished by forced expression of BC200 lncRNA in TCA8113 cells. Our results indicate that ECRG4 inhibits the malignant phenotype of TCA8113 cells most likely through suppression of BC200 lncRNA/MMPs signaling pathway, rationalizing that BC200 lncRNA may be a potential target for oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) therapy.

In this paper, based on the methods of documentary, interview, questionnaire and logic analysis, combing large data for broad influence and huge benefits of leisure sports industry, and then analyze its development trend and development strategy. The mega data age is expected to bring about favorable opportunities to leisure sports industry of Sichuan province, such as creating more value, contributing to the flexible distribution of resources and to the trend of new ways of thinking in the research on leisure sports industry. Both the application of mega data technology to and the research on the realm of leisure sports industry are faced with drastic challenges. From wide application, the processing mode, precise marketing and personnel training aspects analyzes the development trend of leisure sports industry in the era of big data. We should take corresponding counter-strategies, which include innovating leisure sports industry, implementing full application of mega data technology, increasing the supply of related professional talents, supporting the informatization of leisure sports industry and establishing a platform of information resource for leisure sports industry.

Aims Innate immune and inflammatory responses are involved in myocardial ischaemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. The interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R)-mediated, MyD88-dependent nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) activation pathway plays an important role in the induction of innate immunity and inflammation. However, the role of the IL-1R–MyD88 pathway in myocardial I/R injury has not been thoroughly investigated. We hypothesized that inhibition of the interaction of IL-1R with MyD88 will attenuate myocardial ischaemic injury through reducing inflammatory responses. Methods and results Male C57BL/6 mice were subjected to myocardial ischaemia (45 min) followed by reperfusion (4 h). In the treatment group, after mice were subjected to ischaemia (45 min), the TIR/BB-loop mimetic (AS-1), which inhibits the interaction of IL-1R with MyD88, was administered immediately before reperfusion. Hearts were harvested and cellular proteins were isolated for immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting. AS-1 administration significantly decreased infarct size by 32.92% compared with the untreated I/R group. Ejection fraction and fractional shortening in AS-1-treated mice were also significantly increased by 18.0 and 25.6%, respectively, compared with the untreated I/R group. AS-1 administration significantly decreased the I/R-increased interaction between IL-1R and MyD88, attenuated the I/R-increased NF-κB binding activity, and reduced levels of inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules in the myocardium compared with the untreated I/R group. In addition, AS-1 administration significantly decreased myocardial myeloperoxidase activity by 23.6% and neutrophil infiltration in the myocardium compared with the untreated I/R group. Conclusion The results demonstrated an important role for the IL-1R-mediated MyD88-dependent signalling pathway in myocardial I/R injury. The data suggest that modulation of the IL-1R/MyD88 interaction could be a strategy for reducing myocardial ischaemic injury.

Radiation therapy is the most widely used and effective treatment for orbital tumors, but it causes dry eye due to lacrimal gland damage. Induced pluripotent stem cell-derived conditioned medium (iPSC-CM) has been shown to rescue different types of tissue damage. The present study investigated the mechanism of the potential radioprotective effect of IPS cell-derived conditioned medium (iPSC-CM) on gamma-irradiation-induced lacrimal gland injury (RILI) in experimental mice. In this study, we found that iPSC-CM ameliorated RILI. iPSC-CM markedly decreased radiotherapy induced inflammatory processes, predominantly through suppressing p38/JNK signaling. Further signaling pathway analyses indicated that iPSC-CM could suppress Akt (Protein Kinase B, PKB) phosphorylation. High levels of midkine (MDK) were also found in iPSC-CM and could be involved in lacrimal gland regeneration by promoting cell migration and proliferation. Thus, our study indicates that inhibiting the p38/JNK pathway or increasing the MDK level might be a therapeutic target for radiation-induced lacrimal gland injury.

Lumican is a dermatan sulfate proteoglycan highly expressed in connective tissue and has the ability to regulate collagen fibril assembly. Previous studies have shown that lumican is involved in wound healing, but the precise effects of lumican on reepithelialization and wound contraction, the two pivotal aspects of skin wound healing, have not been investigated. Here we explored the roles of lumican in fibroblast contractility, a main aspect of skin wound healing, by adopting mice skin wound healing model and the corresponding in vitro cellular experiments. Our results showed that lumican can promote skin wound healing by facilitating wound fibroblast activation and contraction but not by promoting keratinocyte proliferation and migration. Silencing of integrin α2 completely abolished the pro-contractility of lumican, indicating lumican enhances fibroblast contractility via integrin α2. Our study for the first time demonstrated that lumican can affect fibroblast’s mechanical property, which is pivotal for many important pathological processes, such as wound healing, fibrosis, and tumor development, suggesting that lumican might have a potential to be used to modulate these processes.

The aim of this study was to present our experi-ence of patients with penile strangulation. The clinical data of 6 patients (mean age, 36 years; range, 18-72 years) with penile strangulation caused by a metal hoop are provided, where the duration of strangulation was between 3 h and 1 month. Among these patients, the case of a 22-year-old patient with a steel hoop entrapment on his penis for 5 is described; due to days serious injury of the skin at the root of penis, an intermediate split-thickness thigh skin graft was used to repair the skin loss. A review of the literature is also provided in this study, and current treatment options and outcomes are evaluated . In a ll the cases described, the metal hoops were successfully removed, without gangrene of the penis. These patients were discharged 2-27 days later with a satisfactory outcome. Penile strangula-tion is an unusual clinical condition and the consequences may be severe. The choice of method for removal depends on the type and size of metal hoop, incarceration time, trauma grade and availability of equipment. Early treatment is essential to avoid potential complications, including ischemic necrosis and autoamputation.

Hypertrophic scars are characterized by the abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts and an overproduction of collagen. The Sp1 transcription factor is involved in the stimulation of collagen synthesis. A decoy oligonucleotide (ODN) targeting Sp1 was designed and transfected into hypertrophic scar fibroblasts (HSFs) cells using cationic liposomes. The transfection efficiency was determined by flow cytometry and was observed to be 85±7% (n=5). Specific binding of the Sp1 decoy ODN was monitored with an electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Following transfection with the decoy ODN to Sp1, cell viability and cell proliferation, which were examined by the cell counting kit WST‑8, were decreased by 80% compared with untreated cells. Transforming growth factor‑β (TGF‑β) mRNA and collagen mRNA expression were also reduced by 48% in the transfection decoy ODN group. The cell viability of HSFs after 48 h of transfection with 25, 50, 100 and 150 nM Sp1 decoy ODN was 0.9331±0.0203, 0.7479±0.0868, 0.577±0.0347 and 0.4703±0.0147, respectively. Fat embolism syndrome (FES) after liposuction is likely a life-threatening disorder, though its incidence is low. The three chief clinical manifestations include respiratory insufficiency, cerebral involvement, and petechial rash. Although FES is a multisystem disorder, the most seriously affected organs are the lungs, brain, cardiavascular system, and skin. Many laboratory findings are characteristic but nonspecific. The pathogenesis of FES after liposuction has been looked at both mechanically and biochemically. Diagnosis is difficult; Gurd and Wilson’s diagnostic criteria based on clinical examination is still extensively used in clinics at present. There is no specific therapy for FES after liposuction for the moment, so prevention, early diagnosis, and supportive therapies are important. In this article we discuss the clinical presentation, pathogensis, and current methods to prevent FES and, if possible, ways to treat this complication.
