Mung beans are rich in nutrients, but their dense structure and dense cortex lead to long a maturation time and poor edible convenience. To provide an empirical basis and novel ideas for future research on the pre-ripening of mung beans, this review analyzes pre-ripening, specifically focusing on the pre-ripening process of mung beans and the effects of different processing methods on the edible quality and nutritional components of mung beans. Moreover, the development direction of preripening technology of mung beans is also prospected.

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, Sinopec has been thoroughly carrying out the new energy security strategy of “four revolutions and one cooperation” and the spirit of the important instruction of “powerful promotion of petroleum exploration and development”. Focusing on strategic breakthrough and large-scale reserve increase, the petroleum exploration enhances the theoretical and technological innovation and highlights high-quality exploration battles, so that a series of important petroleum exploration achievements have been gained. In order to accelerate and promote the development of Sinopec's natural gas business, this paper forecasts Sinopec's exploration direction and development potential of natural gas in the future after comprehensively sorting out the achievements and theoretical and technological progresses of natural gas exploration since the 13th Five-Year Plan. And the following research results are obtained. First, since the 13th Five-Year plan, Sinopec has been persisting in the strategic deployment of “balancing marine and continental facies and focusing conventional and unconventional resources”. According to the idea of “extending marine conventional gas, strengthening marine shale gas and optimizing continental tight gas”, Sinopec innovatively develops the hydrocarbon accumulation theory of marine shale gas in southern China, marine carbonate rock in central–western China and tight clastic rock in central–western China. Second, by virtue of researches, a 3D seismic exploration technology with reservoir identification and description as the basis and sweet spot prediction as the core is developed, and several support equipment and tools are integrated, such as deep and ultra-deep drilling and completion, acid fracturing testing, long horizontal well fracturing and high power electric fracturing, and drillable composite bridge plug. Third, a series of natural gas exploration achievements are obtained in three major fields of marine shale, marine carbonate rock and continental tight clastic rock, and new proven natural gas reserves of 1.0068 × 1012 m3 is achieved, which provides Sinopec with high-quality resource guarantee for the fast increase of natural gas production. Fourth, looking forward, there are abundant natural gas resource bases in Sinopec's licenses, and the main development directions of its natural gas exploration are marine carbonate rock in central–western China, tight clastic rock and shale in central–western China, marine deep clastic rock, and deep clastic rock and igneous rock in the mature areas of eastern China. In conclusion, Sinopec's new proven natural gas reserves during the 14th Five-Year Plan is predicted to be 1.16 × 1012–1.36 × 1012 m3, which can provide a solid resources base for the great development of natural gas in China.

As an emerging industry formed by the integration of multiple industries, the e-sports industry contributes to urban development, economic growth, and promotion of urban image owing to the characteristics of low pollution, strong driving effect, and high social influence. However, the e-sport industry is a new industry with limited studies about the general features, evolutionary mechanism, and spatial dynamics. As an e-sports industry center in China, Shanghai has the most complete e-sports industry chain and the largest industrial scale. This study takes Shanghai as a classical case to explore the spatial evolution process, features, and influencing factors of the e-sports industry using the spatial analysis methods, including the kernel density estimation, nearest neighbor index, and the Kriging spatial interpolation analysis based on the data mining of Shanghai e-sports enterprises from 2006 to 2018. The results show that, first, according to factors such as historical background, policy support, and development characteristics, the e-sports industry in Shanghai can be divided into the initial stage from 2006 to 2010, the rapid development stage from 2010 to 2014, and the explosive growth stage from 2014 to 2018. Second, the spatial distribution of the e-sports industry in Shanghai has evolved from a dual-core aggregation to a multi-core aggregation with the characteristics of central aggregation and simultaneous outward expansion. The south and north are the main directions of the expansion of e-sports enterprises. Third, high-capital e-sports enterprises tend to focus on software parks and universities in the surrounding area. There are currently four high-capital hotspots, namely, Zizhu Science Park in Minhang District, Zhaojiabang Road in Xuhui District, Lantian Enterprise Development Industrial Park in Jiading District, and Tiandi Software parks in Putuo District. These hotspots will have more opportunities to extend more competitive e-sports enterprises in the future because spin-off firms can inherit excellent capabilities from the parent firms. Fourth, based on the analysis framework of agglomeration economy—enterprise spin-off—institutional environment, this study analyzes the evolution mechanism of e-sports industry cluster in Shanghai. The agglomeration economy plays a centripetal role, the enterprise spin-off enables new enterprises to inherit successful routines from the parent company, and the institutional environment is conducive to the formation and management of industries. Compared with previous studies which showed that the government plays a smaller role in promoting the cultural industry, the development of the e-sports industry is affected more by the institutional environment. Finally, at an urban scale, government policy planning has a guiding effect on the location selection of the e-sports industry. High-quality human resources, economic development level, e-sports market environment, and transportation convenience are the key factors for the aggregation of e-sports enterprises. In addition, compared with traditional industries, the e-sports industry has the characteristics of competition as a sporting activity. Furthermore, the excitement of competition and the holding of big e-sports events will have a significant impact on the development of the e-sports industry. This study explores the spatial-temporal pattern, evolution process, influencing factors, and evolution mechanisms of the e-sports industry in Shanghai from the perspective of evolutionary economic geography. This study verifies and enriches the theory of evolutionary economic geography from an empirical perspective, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the spatial distribution of the e-sports industry, developing an e-sports industry cluster district, and enhancing the urban cultural brand. It also provides a decision-making reference for other cities to develop the e-sports industry.

This article aims to reveal the factors that affecting the impact of international collaboration papers in the field of social sciences and humanities. Based on resource-based theory and transaction cost theory, we analyzed the articles from a sample of 13,331 listed research papers come from the 42 world class universities in China using descriptive statistics, ordinary least square (OLS) regression, and came to the following conclusions: First, it is the quality rather than the quantity of international collaborator that affect the academic influence of the research outputs. Second, researchers from different backgrounds are conducive to improve the impact of research papers and the collaboration leading by Chinese university perform better. Yet, too much collaborators coming from different institutions would have an adverse impact, which may due to the increase cost of cooperation. Finally, collaborating researchers from developed countries or top universities will significantly improve the research performance because of the abundant resources behind them. Findings from this research suggest that setting up international collaboration should pay more attention to the level of the collaborator and consider the cost behind the whole process.

The presented research deals with the development of comfortable male underwear taking into account the development of pattern block methods and the analysis of the relationships existing between the compression pressure, the knitted materials properties, and some push-up effects. The main aim of this study is to achieve the technical selection of the materials based on KES-FB evaluations.The ease value has been used as the main index to connect the structural design of underwear, on one hand, and the body sizes, on other hand. A “bodyshell” system for testing the soft tissue of male bodies by FlexiForce sensor has been implemented. The pressures under the shells at six different places on the male body with ease changing have been tested.The collected results including maximum-possible pressure and material tensile indexes measured thanks to KES-FB have been analyzed in order to find the most relevant indexes of the material properties. A mathematical equations based on relationships combining theoretical model with practical application have been established. These equations will be helpful for the consumers and designers to select “the suitable knitting materials for male underwear” and they can be used too in the perspective of parameterization in CAD, in order to improve product developments efficiency.

The characteristics of the thermal evolution of aromatic maturity parameters, such as methyl phenanthrene, alkylated dibenzothiophene, dehydroxy-tocopherol and triaromatic-sterane series compounds are discussed on the basis of molecular organic geochemistry and GC-MS analysis of the source rocks in the Dongling area of the Songliao Basin. The distribution characteristics of aromatic hydrocarbon chromatography, the methyl phenanthrene index (MPI), the ratio of β/γ dehydroxy-tocopherol, 4-/1-MDBT, 4,6-/1,4-DMDBT, TASC27 (20R)/C28 (20R), the content of the triaromatic-sterane series and vitrinite reflectance measurements all suggest that the Lower Cretaceous Quantou Formation source rock is in the middle stage of maturity, whereas the Lower Cretaceous Yingcheng Formation and the Upper Jurassic Huoshiling Formation source rocks have reached a high maturity stage.

To investigate the role(s) of Trps1 in non-anastomotic biliary stricture (NABS) following liver transplantation.Immunohistochemical and histological techniques were used to detect Trps1, E-cadherin, CK19, vimentin, α-SMA, and collagen deposition. Human intrahepatic biliary epithelial cells (HIBECs) were infected with a Trps1 adenovirus, or transfected with Trps1 short-interfering RNAs (siRNAs). Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assays and western blotting were used to determine expression levels of epithelial and mesenchymal markers, and Trps1 in HIBECs.Expression of Trps1 and epithelial markers was down-regulated or absent in NABS liver samples. Mesenchymal markers were seen in biliary epithelial cells (BECs), with collagen deposited around the bile duct. Trps1 expression positively correlated with epithelial markers. Expression of epithelial marker mRNAs and proteins in HIBECs decreased with prolonged cold preservation (CP), while mesenchymal marker expression increased. A 12-h CP period led to increased Trps1 mRNA and protein levels. Expression of E-cadherin was increased in HIBECs following Trps1 adenovirus infection and CP/reperfusion injury (CPRI), with vimentin expression levels reduced and CPRI-mediated epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) inhibited. Transfection of HIBECs with Trps1 siRNAs in conjunction with CPRI revealed that E-cadherin expression was decreased, vimentin expression was increased, and CPRI-mediated EMT was promoted.Trps1 is involved in NABS pathogenesis following liver transplantation and negatively correlates with BEC EMT and biliary fibrosis in liver grafts. Trps1 demonstrates antagonistic effects that could reverse EMT.

Under the background of insufficient scientific research funding, evaluating the level of scientific research from the perspective of sustainable development is necessary. The study aims to develop an evaluation index system based on the theories for sustainable competitive advantage (SCA), which could be used to evaluate the sustainable development trend of scientific research in universities. In this study, 42 world-class universities in China are used as examples to calculate their SCA performance in scientific research using the entropy and equal weights methods. The scores of scientific research in different universities in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) in 2021 are used to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system. The results show that the evaluation index system can effectively predict the scientific research performance of universities in the future. It could be deduced from the results that universities with better scientific research performance meet the needs of the external market better and have more valuable, rare, imitable, and ambiguous resources but a lower level of scientific research dynamic ability. The evaluation index system makes up for the lack of emphasis on the potential scientific research capacity of the university in the current evaluation methods. It can help university administrators formulate relevant scientific research management regulations.
