Popularization of medical knowledge plays an important role in promoting effective communication and understanding between doctors and patients. Based on the shortcomings of the model of popularization of traditional medical knowledge, such as unidirectional dissemination, insufficient depth of information and difficulty in understanding, this paper explores the types and advantages of innovative models of popularization of medical knowledge by searching the literature. Currently, the main models of community-based popularization of medical knowledge include traditional media (TV, radio, newspapers), lectures, special report, books, brochures, etc., which are limited in terms of the effectiveness of information dissemination, lack of interaction and personalization, as well as continuity and traceability. In this paper, an in-depth discussion was conducted on the innovative model of popularizing the knowledge of critical care medicine in the community, and many new models of popularizing knowledge, including cartoons, animation, virtual reality, augmented reality, and Internet platforms were proposed, and useful community practice was carried out. The results of the practice showed that the number of reading hits and the satisfaction with popularizing science were significantly increased under the innovative models of popularization of knowledge. The innovative model of popularization of knowledge can improve the efficiency of medical knowledge popularization, enhance patient participation, bridge the gap of medical knowledge, and provide customized health management solutions, which is of a significant advantage, however, it also has limitations such as higher dependence on technology and equipment, and the model of popularization of knowledge still needs to be continuously innovated and explored.

To efficiently establish a finite element model that is highly compatible with the intricate microstructure of foam materials, this study carries out simulation and experimental investigations into open cell foams and explores their compression behavior assuming isotropy. Using an in-house algorithm, we optimize the traditional power diagram model, which is widely used in foam finite element simulation. Specifically, a parameterized geometric foam model is developed based on the centroidal and capacity constrained power diagram (CCCPD), which accurately reflects the internal meso-structure of foam materials. The optimized foam model can restore the typical deformation process of foams under compressive load, thus addressing the limitations of existing foam models. The accuracy of the optimized model is validated by conducting uniaxial Quasi-static compression experiments on foamed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material and comparing the experimental results of the 3D printing model with the simulation results of the optimized model. The Chinese Heart Journal published the "Chinese Expert Guidelines for the Prevention of Stroke Associated with Patent Foramen Ovale" (hereafter referred to as "the Guidelines") in 2021. The Guidelines were initiated by Professor Yushun Zhang of the No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and 55 domestic experts participated in their discussion and formulation. The Guidelines focus on eight key issues in the prevention of stroke associated with patent foramen ovale (PFO), including definition and epidemiology, anatomical features, ultrasound diagnosis, clinical screening, and prevention and treatment of PFO-associated stroke. The prevention and treatment of PFO-associated stroke include pharmacological prevention, prevention of PFO with transcatheter occlusion and transcatheter occlusion of PFO. Patients with PFO are at elevated risk of perioperative stroke. In China, lung cancer ranks first in incidence among malignant tumors. The number of lung cancer surgeries is increasing each year, and the incidence of PFO in the population is approximately 25%. Although perioperative stroke in patients with lung cancer due to the presence of PFO has rarely been reported, given the high disability rate of stroke, incidence of PFO, and incidence of lung cancer, herein, we consider the Guidelines for the management of perioperative stroke in lung cancer. Our aim is to provide further perspectives in decreasing the risk of perioperative stroke in patients with lung cancer and PFO, to improve their quality of life and increase the safety of surgery.
