We demonstrate that angular momentum selectivity of particles traversing chiral environments is not limited to the quantum regime and can be realized in classical scenarios also. In our classical variant, the electron spin, which is central to the quantum chirality induced spin selectivity (CISS) effect, is replaced by the self-rotation of a finite-volume body. The latter is coupled to the center of mass orbital motion of the body through a helical tube via wall friction that acts as a dissipative spin–orbit coupling term. As a specific example, we study C60 molecules that are initially spinning in opposite senses and investigate the effect of various external control parameters on their spatial separation when driven through a rigid helical channel. We highlight resemblances and inherent differences between the quantum CISS effect and its classical variant and discuss the potential of the latter to formulate a new paradigm for enantio-separation. Background: Perineal massage, as a preventive intervention, has been shown to reduce the risk of perineal injuries and may have a positive impact on pelvic floor function in the early postpartum period. However, there is still debate concerning the best period to apply perineal massage, which is either antenatal or in the second stage of labor, as well as its safety and effectiveness. Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effect of implementing perineal massage in antenatal versus the second stage of labor on the prevention of perineal injuries during labor and early postpartum pelvic floor function in primiparous women. Methods: We searched nine different electronic databases from inception to April 16, 2024. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) we included assessed the effects of antenatal and second-stage labor perineal massage in primiparous women. All data were analyzed with Revman 5.3, Stata Statistical Software, and Risk of Bias 2 was used to assess the risk of bias. Subgroup analyses were performed based on the different periods of perineal massage. The primary outcomes were the incidence of perineal integrity and perineal injury. Secondary outcomes were perineal pain, duration of the second stage of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and flatus incontinence. Results: This review comprised a total of 10 studies that covered 1057 primigravid women. The results of the analysis showed that perineal massage during the second stage of labor reduced the perineal pain of primigravid women in the immediate postpartum period compared to the antenatal period, with a statistical value of (MD = -2.29, 95% CI [-2.53, -2.05], P < 0.001). Additionally, only the antenatal stage reported that perineal massage reduced fecal incontinence (P = 0.04) and flatus incontinence (P = 0.01) in primiparous women at three months postpartum, but had no significant effect on urinary incontinence in primiparous women at three months postpartum (P = 0.80). Conclusions: Reducing perineal injuries in primiparous women can be achieved by providing perineal massage both antenatally and during the second stage of labor. The direct hydrogenation of greenhouse gas CO2 to higher alcohols (C2+OH) provides a new route for the production of high-value chemicals. Due to the difficulty of C-C coupling, the formation of higher alcohols is more difficult compared to that of other compounds. In this review, we summarize recent advances in the development of multifunctional catalysts, including noble metal catalysts, Co-based catalysts, Cu-based catalysts, Fe-based catalysts, and tandem catalysts for the direct hydrogenation of CO2 to higher alcohols. Possible reaction mechanisms are discussed based on the structure–activity relationship of the catalysts. The reaction-coupling strategy holds great potential to regulate the reaction network. The effects of the reaction conditions on CO2 hydrogenation are also analyzed. Finally, we discuss the challenges and potential opportunities for the further development of direct CO2 hydrogenation to higher alcohols. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Previous research has demonstrated heterogeneous adaptive outcomes across the autism spectrum; however, the current literature remains limited in elucidating turning points and associated factors for longitudinal variability (chronogeneity). To address these empirical gaps, we aimed to provide a finer‐grained characterization of trajectories of adaptive functioning from early childhood to adolescence in autism. Methods: Our sample (N = 406) was drawn from an inception cohort of children diagnosed Autistic at ages 2–5. Adaptive functioning was assessed with Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (VABS, 2nd Edition) across 6 visits from the time of diagnosis by age 18. Parallel‐process latent growth curve modeling were used to estimate domain‐level VABS trajectories, followed by latent class growth analysis to identify trajectory subgroups. Child characteristics at diagnosis, family demographics, and participation outcomes at adolescence were compared across subgroups. Results: Piecewise latent growth models best described VABS trajectories with two turning points identified at around ages 5‐6 and 9–10, respectively reflecting transitions into school age and early adolescence. We parsed four VABS trajectory subgroups that vary by level of functioning and change rate for certain domains and periods. Around 16% of the sample exhibited overall adequate functioning (standard score >85) with notable early growth and social adaptation during adolescence. About 21% showed low adaptive functioning (standard score ≤70), with decreasing slopes by age 6 followed by improvements in communication and daily‐living skills by age 10. The other two subgroups (63% in total) were characterized by adaptive functioning between low and adequate levels, with relatively stable trajectories entering school age. These subgroups differed most in their cognitive ability at diagnosis, household income, and social participation in adolescence. Conclusions: We identified key individual and family characteristics and time windows associated with distinct adaptive functioning trajectories, which have important implications for providing timely and tailored supports to Autistic people across developmental stages. Understanding triggering mechanisms of slope failure is of great importance to the stability analysis and safety warning of waste landfill. This paper presents a centrifuge model test on slope failure induced by elevated gas pressure in wet landfill. The formation process of liquid level and gas pressure in the landfill is simulated by means of liquid and gas injections under a centrifugal acceleration of 66.7 g. The injected liquid contains surfactants, which allow it to generate foam in the waste pores when mixed with the injected gas. The pore gas and liquid pressures under two-phase flow condition are monitored separately to clarify the instability process. It is found that the continuous gas injection makes the pore gas pressure increase to peak values of 83.0 kPa–100.8 kPa, which are higher than the peak liquid pressures of 61.3 kPa–75.6 kPa. The formation of high gas pressure zone is attributed to the low gas permeability, which is affected by high liquid saturation as well as foam generation. The slope failure occurs when the pore gas pressure increases to the peak value and the corresponding shear strength decreases to the critical value. Although the gas injection raises the liquid level, the factor of safety of landfill slope will be overestimated if only considering the effect of liquid pressure. According to the response curves of displacement to gas pressure rise, the critical ratios of gas pressure to earth pressure are determined to be 0.74–0.84, which fall within the range of the prototype landfill. Objectives: The study aimed (1) to evaluate the site and severity of facial asymmetry in Class III patients before and after bimaxillary surgery, and (2) to identify the influence of initial severity and positional jaw asymmetry on residual facial asymmetry. Materials and methods: Preoperative and postoperative cone-beam computed tomography of 65 patients with Class III facial asymmetry who underwent bimaxillary surgery were evaluated. Five midline and 14 paramedian facial soft tissue landmarks were identified to assess facial asymmetry. The outcomes were compared to a control group consisting of 30 age- and gender-matched Class I subjects. The postoperative positional jaw asymmetry (i.e., shift, roll, yaw) of each osteotomy segment (maxilla, mandible, chin, ramus) was also measured. Results: Before surgery, the asymmetry was more severe at the chin, middle and lower contour. Bimaxillary surgery effectively corrected facial asymmetry, particularly in achieving normalization of chin deviation. However, significant asymmetry persisted postoperatively in the middle and lower contour (p < 0.001 and p < 0.01, respectively), which was affected by the positional ramus asymmetry in the roll and shift. Conclusions: Deviation of the chin, middle and lower contour contributed significantly to overall facial asymmetry in Class III asymmetry. Despite normalization of the chin deviation after bimaxillary surgery, asymmetry persisted at the middle and lower contour, primarily as the result of insufficient correction of the positional ramus asymmetry. Clinical relevance: Understanding the residual asymmetry after bimaxillary surgery is important for minimizing deviation and optimizing the surgical planning for its correction. Objective: Segmental Le Fort I osteotomy through the cleft is a common strategy to narrow the alveolar cleft in adults. This study compared skeletal stability between single and segmental Le Fort I osteotomies in patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP). Materials and methods: This retrospective analysis examined 45 adults with complete UCLP-associated class III deformities who underwent bimaxillary surgery with either single (n = 30) or segmental (n = 15) Le Fort I advancement. Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans of the facial skeleton were acquired before surgery, 1-week postsurgery, and at follow-up. Measures of landmarks from the CBCT images for the two treatment groups were compared for translation (left/right, posterior/anterior, superior/inferior) and rotation (yaw, roll, pitch). Results: Postsurgery, the downward movement of the maxilla was larger in the segmental group than the single group. At follow-up, the maxilla moved backward in both groups, and upward in the segmental group. The mandible moved forward and upward and rotated upward in both groups. The amount of upward movement and rotation was larger in the segmental group than the single group. Conclusions: Two years after bimaxillary surgery in patients with UCLP-associated class III deformity, greater relapse was found after segmental Le Fort I osteotomies in vertical translation of the maxilla and mandible, and pitch rotation of the mandible compared with single Le Fort I osteotomies. Prediction of gas pressure development within municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills is of great importance for the stability analysis and design of gas collection systems. This study presents a fully coupled bio-hydro-chemical model for the gas pressure development in landfills. The reduction of foam on the relative gas permeability and the variation of the intrinsic permeability with degradation degree are considered. The source terms in the governing equations of two-phase flow and solute transport are chosen from the biodegradation process of MSW. Both one-step landfilling and multi-step landfilling are calculated to compare the differences. It is found that the fast hydrolysis of fresh MSW produces most of the volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and leachate within the first 2 months. During multi-step landfilling, the VFA and leachate produced from fresh MSW in the top flow downward to the bottom, leading to high gas production and high leachate saturation in the deep. Meanwhile, the high concentration of VFA reduces the surface tension of the leachate, enabling it to generate foam and further reduce gas permeability. Owing to the high gas production and low gas permeability, the excess gas pressure is easily developed in the deep layer. The maximum gas pressure of multi-step landfilling is about 2·5 times that of one-step landfilling. Case studies of the laboratory column test and in situ borehole test verify the accuracy of the model in predicting the temporal and spatial distribution of gas pressure. The application of ICESAT-2 altimetry data in river hydrology critically depends on the accuracy of the mean water surface elevation (WSE) at a virtual station (VS) where satellite observations intersect solely with water. It is acknowledged that the ATL13 product has noise elevations of the adjacent land, resulting in biased high mean WSEs at VSs. Earlier studies have relied on human intervention or water masks to resolve this. Both approaches are unsatisfactory solutions for large river basins where the issue becomes pronounced due to many tributaries and meanders. There is no automated procedure to partition the truly representative water height from the totality of the along-track ICESAT-2 photon segments (portions of photon points along a beam) for increasing precision of the mean WSE at VSs. We have developed an automated approach called "auto-segmentation". The accuracy of our method was assessed by comparing the ATL13-derived WSEs with direct water level observations at 10 different gauging stations on 37 different dates along the Lower Murray River, Australia. The concordance between the two datasets is significantly high and without detectable bias. In addition, we evaluated the effects of four methods for calculating the mean WSEs at VSs after auto-segmentation processing. Our results reveal that all methods perform almost equally well, with the same R2 value (0.998) and only subtle variations in RMSE (0.181–0.189 m) and MAE (0.130–0.142 m). We also found that the R2, RMSE and MAE are better under the high flow condition (0.999, 0.124 and 0.111 m) than those under the normal-low flow condition (0.997, 0.208 and 0.160 m). Overall, our auto-segmentation method is an effective and efficient approach for deriving accurate mean WSEs at river VSs. Introduction: Well-calibrated models for personalized prognostication of patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms (GINENs) are limited. This study aimed to develop and validate a machine-learning model to predict the survival of patients with GINENs. Methods: Oblique random survival forest (ORSF) model, Cox proportional hazard risk model, Cox model with least absolute shrinkage and selection operator penalization, CoxBoost, Survival Gradient Boosting Machine, Extreme Gradient Boosting survival regression, DeepHit, DeepSurv, DNNSurv, logistic-hazard model, and PC-hazard model were compared. We further tuned hyperparameters and selected variables for the best-performing ORSF. Then, the final ORSF model was validated. Results: A total of 43,444 patients with GINENs were included. The median (interquartile range) survival time was 53 (19–102) months. The ORSF model performed best, in which age, histology, M stage, tumor size, primary tumor site, sex, tumor number, surgery, lymph nodes removed, N stage, race, and grade were ranked as important variables. However, chemotherapy and radiotherapy were not necessary for the ORSF model. The ORSF model had an overall C index of 0.86 (95% confidence interval, 0.85–0.87). The area under the receiver operation curves at 1, 3, 5, and 10 years were 0.91, 0.89, 0.87, and 0.80, respectively. The decision curve analysis showed superior clinical usefulness of the ORSF model than the American Joint Committee on Cancer Stage. A nomogram and an online tool were given. Conclusion: The machine learning ORSF model could precisely predict the survival of patients with GINENs, with the ability to identify patients at high risk for death and probably guide clinical practice. In this study, an array of environmentally friendly and heavy-duty anticorrosion composite coatings were prepared. The synthesis involved amine-capped aniline trimer (ACAT) produced by an oxidative coupling reaction and graphene oxide (GO) prepared based on Hummer's method, and later, the waterborne epoxy thermoset composite (WETC) coatings were prepared by thermal ring-opening polymerization of EP 147w, a commercial waterborne epoxy resin, in the presence of ACAT and/or GO with zinc dust (ZD). A synergistic effect was observed by replacing a significant amount of the ZD loading in the WETC by simultaneously incorporating a small amount of ACAT and GO. The electrochemical corrosion measurements of the as-prepared WETC coatings indicated that incorporating 5% w/w ACAT or 0.5% w/w GO separately replaced approximately 30% w/w or 15% w/w of the ZD, respectively. Moreover, the WETC coatings containing 5% w/w ACAT and 0.5% w/w GO simultaneously were found to replace 45% w/w of the ZD. A salt spray test based on ASTM B-117 also showed a consistent trend with the electrochemical results. Incorporating small amounts of ACAT and GO in WETC coatings instead of ZD not only maintains the anticorrosion performance but also enhances adhesion and abrasion resistance, as demonstrated by the adhesion and abrasion tests. Understanding the complex flow behavior along a rough-walled fracture under complex chemical conditions is of great significance to deep rock engineering in carbonate rocks. This study investigates the influence of acid dissolution on the nonlinear flow behavior of rough-walled limestone fractures. Fracture flow tests are performed under different flow rates to obtain the correlation between pressure gradients and flow rates before and after acidizing. The fitting results indicate that both the Forchheimer equation and the Izbash equation are suitable for characterizing the flow nonlinearity caused by inertial effects after acidizing. The generation of dominant etching channels is a key factor that influences the change in the nonlinear flow properties along the rough-walled fracture surface. The change rate of nonlinear coefficient B after the formation of the dominant etching channel is affected by the combined effect of the acid injection rate and the fracture roughness. For the acidized fracture without generating the dominant etching channel, the variation of microscale roughness after acidizing changes the local vortex area and the inertial resistance of the flow field, and thus influences the nonlinear flow behavior along the limestone fracture. Highlights: The correlation between pressure gradients and flow rates before and after acidizing along rough-walled limestone fractures is captured. The generation of etching channels exerts a significant influence on the flow nonlinearity along rough-walled fracture surfaces. The change rate of the nonlinear coefficient increases with the increase of the acid injection rates. The fracture flow nonlinearity is affected by the combined effect of the acid injection rate and the fracture roughness. Turbine blisk used for aerospace engines withstands harsh working environments and requires multiple materials suited for different function requirements. Laser-directed energy deposition (L-DED) is ideal for manufacturing of multi-material turbine blisk. This study investigates the L-DED manufacturability of two dissimilar nickel-based superalloys K477 and GH4169 used for multi-material turbine blisk. K477 is prone to produce defects such as cracks and pores because of its high Ti and Al compositions, and the bimetallic transition zone of the multi-material turbine blisk is also easy to generate cracks. Therefore, the effects of process parameters (laser power PL, scanning speed v, and powder feed rate mp) on the defects during L-DED of the single materials (i.e., 100% K477 or 100% GH4169) and the transition zone material (50 wt% K477 + 50 wt% GH4169) are assessed. The internal defect optimization of K477 fabricated by L-DED is achieved by using the Taguchi orthogonal experiment design. The optimized results show that unfused defects and cracks of K477 disappear, and a high cross-sectional density up to 99.98% is obtained, which indicates the possibility of controlling internal defect through the proposed process parameter optimization method. Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistors, known for their high sensitivity and fast response, find wide applications in national economy, military, aerospace and various other fields. The study of NTC thermistors with linear temperature-resistance is of great significance in streamlining circuit designs and developing high-performance electronic ceramics. This study focuses on the synthesis of a linear thermistor material in x Al 2 O 3 -(1- x)CdSnO 3 system by a solid-phase reaction method. Through the introduction of th high-resistance Al 2 O 3 phase, a three-dimensional conductive network is established with Al 2 O 3 and CdSnO 3 , resulting in the acquisition of linear electrical properties. These properties have exhibited excellent linear NTC variation within the temperature range of 308 K–458 K. Notably, at x = 0.2, the thermistor shows the highest linearity (R 2 = 0.9984). Additionally, the complex impedance spectral analysis has helped build resistive and capacitive conductivity models revealing the linearization mechanisms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We present a numerical and experimental study of polarization singularity arrays, which are generated by the coherent superposition of orthogonal, linearly polarized, even and odd Ince–Gaussian (IG) beams. The generated array consists of multiple polarization singularities of different types. The type of the polarization singularities can be adjusted effectively by switching the linear polarization states of two IG modes and by modifying the relative phase factor. In addition, we study the evolution of the arrays with the ellipticity parameter, which leads to the splitting and spatial rearrangement of polarization singularities. Background: Dual transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) over the bilateral primary somatosensory cortex (PSC) has potential benefits in stroke. In addition, compared with traditional rehabilitation training, sensorimotor training can significantly improve the sensorimotor function of patients. However, the efficacy of dual‐tDCS combined with sensorimotor training in patients with subacute stroke is unknown. Objective: To assess whether dual‐tDCS may enhance the efficacy of sensorimotor training on the upper limb functions in patients with subacute stroke. In addition, this study aims to explore the potential clinical mechanism of this combination therapy. Methods: We randomized 52 individuals with first‐ever, unilateral subcortical stroke into the experimental group (n = 26) and the control group (n = 26). Patients in the experimental group received 20 min of dual‐tDCS over the PSC and 40 min of sensorimotor training each session, while patients in the control group received sham dual‐tDCS. The treatment cycle was a 1‐h session of therapy each day, 5 days per week for 4 weeks. The Fugl–Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity (FMA–UE) subscale, Action Research Arm Test (ARAT), Box and Block test (BBT), Erasmus MC revised Nottingham sensory assessment scale (Em‐NSA), Neurometer sensory nerve quantitative detector (CPT), the Barthel index (BI), and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were used to assess upper limb function, activities of daily living (ADL), and mental health before and after the 4‐week treatment period. In addition, functional near‐infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to explore potential clinical brain mechanisms. Results: Both groups showed significant improvement in all clinical scales (All p < 0.05) after treatment. Compared with sham‐tDCS plus sensorimotor training, active dual‐tDCS coupled with sensorimotor training can significantly improve the FMA‐UE, ARAT, Em‐NSA‐Stereognosis, and CPT‐2K Hz. In addition, dual‐tDCS combined with sensorimotor training can significantly activate the left pre‐Motor and supplementary motor cortex (PM–SMC) and enhance the functional connection between the left somatosensory association cortex (SAC) and RPM–SMC. Furthermore, the difference of FMA–UE in the experimental group was positively correlated with the functional connectivity of RPM‐SMC‐LSAC (r = 0.815, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Dual‐tDCS over the PSC combined with sensorimotor training can improve upper limb sensory and motor dysfunction, enhance ADL, and alleviate depression and anxiety for subacute stroke patients. Phosphogypsum, which contains toxic components (e.g., heavy metal elements and fluoride), is one of the byproducts of phosphoric acid production, and filling subgrade is one of the recycling methods for it. In this study, phosphogypsum was stabilized by lime to improve the mechanical properties [California bearing ratio (CBR), resilience modulus, unconfined compressive strength, and shear strength], water stability, and harmful substances dissolubility. Combined with scanning electron microscopy, the strength formation and water stability enhancement mechanism of lime-stabilized phosphogypsum (LSP) were explored. The results demonstrated that the mechanical properties of LSP were better with the lime content of 6%–10%. The CBR, resilience modulus, unconfined compressive strength, and shear strength were 3.35 times, 2.46 times, 8.61 times, and 1.39 times that of plain phosphogypsum, respectively. An intensity prediction model with a correlation of 97% was constructed. The CBR and resilience modulus softening coefficient of LSP reached best values when lime content was 6%–8%. The leaching concentration of arsenic, chromium, and lead of LSP with 2% lime met the quality standards of groundwater levels I, II, and IV, respectively. Fluoride and phosphate were not detected in LSP when lime content was greater than 6.0%. The results show that LSP is feasible as subgrade filler. Considering the mechanical properties, water stability, and dissolution of hazardous substances of LSP, it is recommended to add 6%–8% lime content to LSP as highway subgrade filler. Exploring and taming the diffraction phenomena and divergence of light are foundational to enhancing comprehension of nature and developing photonic technologies. Despite the numerous types of nondiffraction beam generation technologies, the 3D deformation and intricate wavefront shaping of structures during propagation have yet to be studied through the lens of nanophotonic devices. Herein, the dynamic conversion of a circular Airy beam (CAB) to a Bessel beam with a single‐layer spin‐selective metasurface is demonstrated. This spatial transformation arises from the interplay of 1D local and 2D global phases, facilitating the 3D control of non‐diffractive light fields. An additional overall phase gradient and orbital angular momentum are introduced, which effectively altering the propagation direction and transverse fields of complex amplitude beams along the optical path. The manifested samples exhibit superior defect resistance, laying a crucial application in micro/nanolithography technologies. This approach expands the in‐plane spin‐selective mechanism and leverages the out‐of‐plane propagation dimension, allowing for integrated high‐resolution imaging, on‐chip optical micromanipulation, and micro/nanofabrication within a versatile nanophotonic platform. The performance of silicone rubber gel elastomers is affected by the composition and structure of the crosslinker. In this work, a two-component addition liquid silicone rubber gel material was developed, and the effects of the contents of two methyl hydro-silicone oils on the compression modulus and breakdown strength of the silicone rubber gel insulating material, as well as the performance change after hot air aging at different times (24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 144 h, 168 h), were studied. The results showed that the breakdown strength and compression modulus exhibited an upward trend with the increase in the hydrogen silicone oil content. The objective of this study is to comprehensively examine the available data on the efficacy and safety of intensive blood pressure lowering (IBPL) compared to standard blood pressure control (SBPC) in patients with acute ischemic stroke following reperfusion therapy. A comprehensive search was conducted using 4 databases, including PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, and Web of Science to collect relevant articles from inception to December 2023. The endpoints were the condition of the patient measured by the modified Rankin scale (mRS, range value from 0 [no symptoms] to 6 [death]) at 90 days, symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage, death within 90 days, recurrent ischemic stroke, and intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). Seven eligible studies involving 4499 participants (2218 patients in IBPL group and 2281 patients in SBPC group) were included in the analysis. Both groups demonstrated similar baseline characteristics. Within the endovascular therapy (EVT) subgroup, the IBPL group exhibited worse mRS than in SBPC group. After EVT, different IBPL targets showed worse outcomes in the mRS for the SBP <140 mmHg and SBP <120 mmHg subgroups, with no difference between IBPL and SBPC groups in the SBP <130 mmHg subgroup. In the intravenous thrombolysis subgroup, although the IBPL group exhibited less ICH, the long-term functional outcomes were not improved significantly. The IBPL group exhibited a less favorable functional outcome after EVT. Moreover, no worse functional outcomes were noticed in the SBP <130 mmHg subgroup after EVT. A second rain belt sometimes occurs ahead of a frontal rain belt in the warm sector over coastal South China, leading to heavy precipitation. We examined the differences in the mesoscale characteristics and microphysics of the frontal and warm sector rain belts that occurred in South China on May 10-13, 2022. The southern rain belt occurred in an environment with favorable mesoscale conditions but weak large-scale forcing. In contrast, the northern rain belt was related to low-level horizontal shear and the surface-level front. The interaction between the enhanced southeasterly winds and the rainfall-induced cold pool promoted the persistent growth of convection along the southern rain belt. The convective cell propagated east over the coastal area, where there was a large temperature gradient. The bow-shaped echo in this region may be closely related to the rear-inflow jet. By contrast, the initial convection of the northern rain belt was triggered along the front and the region of low-level horizontal shear, with mesoscale interactions between the enhanced warm-moist southeasterly airflow and the cold dome associated with the earlier rain. The terrain blocked the movement of the cold pool, resulting in the stagnation of the frontal convective cell at an early stage. Subsequently, a meso-γ-scale vortex formed during the rapid movement of the convective cell, corresponding to an enhancement of precipitation. The representative raindrop spectra for the southern rain belt were characterized by a greater number and higher density of raindrops than the northern rain belt, even though both resulted in comparable hourly rainfalls. Intestinal transplantation (IT) is sometimes needed for patients with CD who develop intestinal failure after multiple intestinal resections resulting from CD-related complications, such as uncontrollable bleeding and penetrating diseases. However, there have been few case reports concerning the endoscopic surveillance of patients with CD after IT. In this article, we present 2 patients with CD who underwent IT because of short bowel syndrome with intestinal failure. We administered posttransplantation immunosuppressants and conducted regular follow-up magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging (ME-NBI). Both cases demonstrated favorable outcomes after surveillance with ME-NBI. In this report, we outline our post-IT follow-up strategies applying the VENCH scoring system, which is based on endoscopic features using ME-NBI to predict graft rejection. Our approach could effectively distinguish between acute cellular rejection and non-rejection, particularly disease recurrence of underlying CD. Sensory-based subtypes among autistic children have been well documented, but little is known about longitudinal sensory subtypes beyond autistic populations. This prospective study aimed to identify subtypes based on trajectories of parent-reported sensory features measured at 6–19 months, 3–4, and 6–7 years of age among a community-based birth cohort (N = 1,517), and to examine their associations with school-age clinical and adaptive/maladaptive outcomes on a subset sample (N = 389). Latent class growth analysis revealed five trajectory subtypes varying in intensity and change rates across three sensory domains. In contrast to an Adaptive-All Improving subtype (35%) with very low sensory features and overall better school-age outcomes, an Elevated-All Worsening subtype (3%), comprised of more boys and children of parents with less education, was associated with most elevated autistic traits and poorest adaptive/maladaptive outcomes. Three other subtypes (62% in total) were generally characterized by stable or improving patterns of sensory features at mild to moderate levels, and challenges in certain outcome domains. Our findings indicate that characterizing children based on early sensory trajectories may contribute to earlier detection of subgroups of children with sensory challenges who are more likely to experience developmental challenges by school age, followed by early targeted interventions for improved long-term outcomes. Tobacco smoking is the leading cause of preventable death and disease. Although there are some FAD-approved medicines for controlling smoking, the relapse rate remains very high. Among the factors that could induce nicotine relapse, stress might be the most important one. In the last decades, preclinical studies have generated many new findings that lead to a better understanding of stress-induced relapse of nicotine-seeking. Several molecules such as α3β4 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, α2-adrenergic receptors, cannabinoid receptor 1, trace amine-associated receptor 1, and neuropeptide systems (corticotropin-releasing factor and its receptors, dynorphine and kappa opioid receptor) have been linked to stress-induced nicotine relapse. In this review, we discuss recent advances in the neurobiology, treatment targets, and potential therapeutics of stress-induced nicotine relapse. We also discuss some factors that may influence stress-induced nicotine relapse and that should be considered in future studies. In the final section, a perspective on some research directions is provided. Further investigation on the neurobiology of stress-induced nicotine relapse will shed light on the development of new medicines for controlling smoking and will help us understand the interactions between the stress and reward systems in the brain. In this paper, we focus on the investigations on the stochastic stability and the stochastic resonance (SR) phenomena for a FitzHugh-Nagumo system with time delay induced by a multiplicative non-Gaussian colored noise and an additive Gaussian colored noise. By use of the fast descent method, the unified colored noise approximation and the two-state theory for the SR, the stationary probability density function (SPDF) and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) caused by different noise terms and time delay are explored. The investigation results indicate that the two noise intensities, time delay and the departure parameter from the Gaussian noise can all reduce the probability density around the two stable states and destroy the stability of the neural system; while the two noise correlation times τ and τ 0 can both improve the probability density around both stable states and reinforce the biological stability of the neural system. As regards the SNR, it is found that the two noise intensities and the departure coefficient can all weaken the SR effect, while time delay α and the correlation time τ of the multiplicative noise will always magnify the SR phenomenon. A self-supported CNT sponge is composed of uniformly twisted CNTs with high aspect ratio that enables the large specific surface area and good carrier conduction to go beyond the conventional carbon-based materials, shedding light on its high electrochemical activity in salt water. Herein, we demonstrate the comparable performance of the CNT sponge as the electrode pair to the most commonly used Ag/AgCl for sensing underwater electric fields. The CNT sponge electrodes exhibit a high electrochemical reactivity in salt water with a low noise of ∼10 nV/rt(Hz)@100 Hz within a wide range of the electric field frequency (e.g., 10–105 Hz), while the frequency response approaches a constant magnitude across the same range of frequency. The performance of the CNT sponge electrodes in ocean electric field sensing is further verified by measuring the electrical signal response curve at various characteristic frequencies within a small water container, and also under a simulated source within the water pool. Topology plays a crucial role in many physical systems, leading to interesting states at the surface. A paradigmatic example is the Chern number defined in the Brillouin zone that leads to robust gapless edge states. Here we introduce the reduced Chern number, defined in the subregions of Brillouin zone, and construct a family of Chern dartboard insulators with quantized reduced Chern numbers but with trivial bulk topology. Chern dartboard insulators are protected by the mirror symmetries and exhibit distinct pseudospin textures, including (anti)skyrmions, inside the sub-Brillouin zone. These Chern dartboard insulators host exotic gapless edge states, such as Möbius fermions and midgap corner states, and can be realized in the photonic crystals. Our work opens up new possibilities for exploring sub-Brillouin zone topology and nontrivial surface responses in topological systems. A Chern insulator has non-trivial bulk topology with a quantized Chern number defined in the Brillouin zone (BZ), yielding robust gapless edge states. To investigate factors that may influence humoral immunity post-vaccination with a COVID-19-inactivated vaccine (SC2IV). A total of 1596 healthy individuals from the Seventh Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University (1217) and Shenzhen Baotian Hospital (379) were enrolled in this study among which 694 and 218 participants were vaccinated with two-dose SC2IV, respectively. Physical examination indices were recorded. The levels of neutralizing antibody (NA), Spike IgG, receptor-binding domain (RBD) IgG, RBD IgG + IgM + IgA, and nucleocapsid IgG of SARS-CoV-2 were measured by a non-virus ELISA kit. Multiple statistical analyses were carried out to identify factors that influence humoral immunity post-vaccination. The two-dosage vaccination could induce NA in more than 90 % of recipients. The NA has the strongest correlation with anti-RBD IgG. Age is the most important independent index that affects the NA level, while basophil count, creatine kinase-MB, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, the ratio of albumin to urine creatinine, and thyroglobulin antibody have relatively minor contributions. Indices that affect the NA level were different between males and females. Antibodies targeting other epitopes of SARS-CoV-2 were detected in recipients without anti-RBD. The factors identified in association with the NA level post-vaccination may help to evaluate the protective effect, risk of re-infection, the severity of symptoms, and prognosis for vaccine recipients in clinical. Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by localized bone loss, general osteoporosis and increased fracture risks. Tumour necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi), non-tumour necrosis factor inhibitors (non-TNFi) biologic, Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) had shown the suppression effects to osteoclast activation and improvement of bone mineral density (BMD). Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (ACPA) is associated with osteoclast activation and the resultant bone loss. However, few studies have compared BMD changes among patients with RA treated with targeted therapies that have different mechanisms of action. Methods: This retrospective study recruited patients with RA who had undergone BMD testing twice. Changes in the BMD were compared using the generalized estimating equation (GEE) in treatment groups that received conventional synthetic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (csDMARDs), TNFi, non-TNFi biologics, and JAKi. Results: In total, 362 patients with RA were enrolled (csDMARDs, n = 153, TNFi, n = 71, non-TNFi biologics, n = 108, JAKi, n = 30). We observed greater changes in femoral BMD (left, 0.06, 95% CI 0.01–0.12, p = 0.016; right, 0.09, 95% CI 0.04–0.15, p = 0.001 by GEE) following JAKi treatment as compared with other treatments. Compared to the ACPA-negative group, patients with ACPA positivity exhibited greater improvement in the femoral BMD (left, 0.09, 95% CI 0.02–0.15, p = 0.008; right, 0.11, 95% CI 0.05–0.18, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Compared to other targeted therapies, JAKi might exert a more potent effect to prevent BMD loss, specifically in ACPA-positive patients with RA, and could be a potential therapeutic option to mitigate generalized bone loss. The local structure and spin Hamiltonian parameters (SHPs) g factors (gx, gy, gz) and the hyperfine structure constants (Ax, Ay, Az) for Cu2+ doped in the LiTaO3 crystal are theoretically investigated by the perturbation formulas for a 3d9 ion under rhombically elongated octahedral based on the cluster approach. The impurity Cu2+ was assumed to occupy the host trigonally‐distorted octahedral Li+ site and experience the Jahn–Teller (JT) distortion from the host trigonal octahedral [TaO6]10− to the impurity rhombically elongated octahedral [CuO6]10−. Based on the calculations, the impurity‐ligand bond lengths parallel and perpendicular to the C2‐axis are found to be R||(≈ 2.305 Å) and R⊥ (≈ 2.112 Å) for the studied [CuO6]10− cluster, with the planar bond angle θ (≈ 78.2°). Meanwhile, the ground‐state wave function for Cu2+ center in LiTaO3 was also obtained. Tumor metastasis is a significant contributor to the mortality of cancer patients. Specifically, current conventional treatments are unable to achieve complete remission of brain metastasis. This is due to the unique pathological environment of brain metastasis, which differs significantly from peripheral metastasis. Brain metastasis is characterized by high tumor mutation rates and a complex microenvironment with immunosuppression. Additionally, the presence of blood-brain barrier (BBB)/blood tumor barrier (BTB) restricts drug leakage into the brain. Therefore, it is crucial to take account of the specific characteristics of brain metastasis when developing new therapeutic strategies. Nanomaterials offer promising opportunities for targeted therapies in treating brain metastasis. They can be tailored and customized based on specific pathological features and incorporate various treatment approaches, which makes them advantageous in advancing therapeutic strategies for brain metastasis. This review provides an overview of current clinical treatment options for patients with brain metastasis. It also explores the roles and changes that different cells within the complex microenvironment play during tumor spread. Patients with advanced liver cancer may benefit from 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) therapy. However, most of them eventually faced drug resistance, resulting in a poor prognosis. The present study aims to explore the potential mechanism of let‐7g/ABCC10 axis in the regulation of 5‐FU resistance in liver cancer cells. Huh‐7 cells were used to construct 5‐FU resistant Huh‐7/4X cells. CCK8, flow cytometry, and TUNEL staining were used to detect the characterization of Huh‐7 cells and Huh‐7/4X cells. Double luciferase report, PCR, and western blot analyses were used to detect the regulatory effects between let‐7g and ABCC10. The levels of biomarkers related to cell cycle progression and apoptosis were detected by western blot assays. The role of let‐7g in 5‐FU sensitivity of liver cancer cells was evaluated in nude mice. Compared with LX‐2 cells, the expression of let‐7g was decreased in Hep3B, HepG2, Huh‐7, and SK‐Hep1 cells, with the lowest expression in Huh‐7 cells. The sensitivity of Huh‐7 cell to 5‐FU was positively correlated with let‐7g expression. Transfection of let‐7g mimics inhibited the viability of Huh‐7/4X cells by prolonging the G1 phase, with the downregulation of ABCC10, PCNA, Cyclin D1, and CDK4. Meanwhile, let‐7g promoted apoptosis to increase 5‐FU sensitivity of Huh‐7/4X by downregulating ABCC10, Bcl‐XL as well as upregulating Bax, C‐caspase 3, and C‐PARP. Dual‐luciferase assay further confirmed that let‐7g inhibited ABCC10 expression by binding to the ABCC10 3'‐UTR region. Furthermore, let‐7g increased the sensitivity of Huh‐7/4X to 5‐FU in vitro and in vivo, which can be reversed by ABCC10 overexpression. Background The Taiwanese government made a concerted effort to contain a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) nosocomial outbreak of variant B.1.429, shortly before universal vaccination program implementation. This study aimed to investigate seroprevalence in the highest-risk regions. Methods Between January and February 2021, we retrieved 10 000 repository serum samples from blood donors to examine for antibodies against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) nucleocapsid (N) and spike (S) antigens. A positive result was confirmed if anti-N and anti-S antibodies were positive. Overall, 2000 donors residing in the highest-risk district and donating blood in January 2021 were further examined for SARS-CoV-2 RNA. We estimated seroprevalence and compared the epidemic curve between confirmed COVID-19 cases and blood donors with positive antibodies or viral RNA. Results Twenty-one cases with COVID-19 were confirmed in the nosocomial cluster, with an incidence of 1.27/100 000 in the COVID-affected districts. Among 4888 close contacts of the nosocomial cases, 20 (0.4%) became confirmed cases during isolation. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 was detected in 2 of the 10000 blood donors, showing a seroprevalence of 2/10000 (95% CI, 0.55–7.29). None of the 2000 donors who underwent tests for SARS-CoV-2 RNA were positive. The SARS-CoV-2 infection epidemic curve was observed sporadically in blood donors compared with the nosocomial cluster. Conclusions In early 2021, an extremely low anti-SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence among blood donors was observed. Epidemic control measures through precise close contact tracing, testing, and isolation effectively contained SARS-CoV-2 transmission before universal vaccination program implementation. Background: While representing a model bacterium and one of the most used chassis in biomanufacturing, performance of Escherichia coli is often limited by severe stresses. A super-robust E. coli chassis that could efficiently tolerant multiple severe stresses is thus highly desirable. Sterols represent a featured composition that distinguishes eukaryotes from bacteria and all archaea, and play a critical role in maintaining the membrane integrity of eukaryotes. All sterols found in nature are directly synthesized from (S)-2,3-oxidosqualene. However, in E. coli, (S)-2,3-oxidosqualene is not present. Results: In this study, we sought to introduce (S)-2,3-oxidosqualene into E. coli. By mining and recruiting heterologous enzymes and activation of endogenous pathway, the ability of E. coli to synthesize (S)-2,3-oxidosqualene was demonstrated. Further analysis revealed that this non-native chemical confers E. coli with a robust and stable cell membrane, consistent with a figurative analogy of wearing an "Iron Man's armor"-like suit. The obtained Iron Man E. coli (IME) exhibited improved tolerance to multiple severe stresses, including high temperature, low pH, high salt, high sugar and reactive oxygen species (ROS). In particular, the IME strain shifted its optimal growth temperature from 37 °C to 42–45 °C, which represents the most heat-resistant E. coli to the best of our knowledge. Intriguingly, this non-native chemical also improved E. coli tolerance to a variety of toxic feedstocks, inhibitory products, as well as elevated synthetic capacities of inhibitory chemicals (e.g., 3-hydroxypropionate and fatty acids) due to improved products tolerance. More importantly, the IME strain was effectively inhibited by the most commonly used antibiotics and showed no undesirable drug resistance. Conclusions: Introduction of the non-native (S)-2,3-oxidosqualene membrane lipid enabled E. coli to improve tolerance to various stresses. Microcapsule dosage of 6%, dense suspension structure, smaller nominal particle size and porosity, large asphalt content, healing temperature of 40–50°C, the healing time of 12 h and dry environment were beneficial to the self-healing performance of the mixture containing microcapsules. Understanding historical processes underlying lineage distribution patterns is a primary goal of phylogeography. We selected Gobio rivuloides (Cypriniformes: Gobionidae) as a model to improve our knowledge about how intraspecific genetic divergence of freshwater fishes arises in coastal drainages of northern China via statistical analysis using cytochrome b gene. The time-calibrated phylogeny of G. rivuloides showed the divergence of two major lineages (I and II) at ~0.98 Ma (million years ago). Lineage I can be divided into two sub-lineages (I-A and I-B) with a divergence time of ~0.83 Ma. Sub-lineage I-A inhabits the Amur River, and sub-lineage I-B lives in the Luan River and Liao River. Lineage II is distributed in the Yellow River and Hai River, with close genetic relationships between the two drainages, and can be split into two sub-lineages (II-C and II-D) with a divergence time of ~0.60 Ma. Our findings indicate that the splitting of lineages and sub-lineages could be attributed to geographic isolation caused by the formation of the Bohai Sea, river capture, and the episodic hydrologic closing of a paleolake during the late Lower–Middle Pleistocene. Participation in daily activities is often linked to functional independence and well-being, yet individual variability in participation and factors associated with that variation have rarely been examined among autistic youth. We applied latent profile analysis to identify subgroups of youth based on parent-reported activity participation frequency at home, school and community, as well as associations with youth characteristics, family demographics and environmental supportiveness among 158 autistic youth (aged 11–14 years at baseline). Three-, three- and two-profile solutions were selected for home, school and community settings, respectively; the most prevalent profiles were characterized by frequent home participation (73%), low participation in non-classroom activities at school (65%) and low community participation, particularly in social gatherings (80%), indicating participation imbalance across settings. More active participation profiles were generally associated with greater environmental support, higher cognitive and adaptive functioning and less externalizing behaviour. Latent transition analysis revealed overall 75% stability in profile membership over approximately 1 year, with a different home participation profile emerging at the second time-point. Our findings highlighted the variable participation patterns among autistic youth as associated with individual, family and environmental factors, thus stressing the need for optimizing person–environment fit through tailored supports to promote autistic youth's participation across settings. What people do or engage in in their daily lives, or daily life participation, is often linked to their state of being happy and healthy, as well as potential for living independently. To date, little research has been conducted on daily activity participation by autistic youth at home, at school or in the community. Learning more about individual differences in participation levels and what might influence them can help to create custom supports for autistic youth and their families. In this study, 158 caregivers of autistic youth were asked how often their children took part in 25 common activities at two assessments, about one year apart. The analysis showed three profiles for each of the home and school settings and two profiles for the community setting. These profiles reflected distinct patterns in how often autistic youth took part in various daily activities, particularly in doing homework, school club activities and community gatherings. Most autistic youth were in profiles marked by often taking part at home but less often at school and in the community, and about three-fourths of them tended to stay in the same profile over time. Autistic youth with limited participation profiles were more likely to have lower scores on measures of cognitive ability and daily life skills and more challenging behaviour, and faced more barriers in their environment. Steps were taken to improve the surface and mechanical performance of PLA 3D printed formed parts, reduce the "step texture" produced by the fused deposition process, and improve the quality of 3D printing by means of post-treatment. The PLA 3D formed parts were immersion polished with chloroform solution to investigate the effects of immersion polishing on the surface roughness, surface gloss, mechanical properties, and other factors of PLA formed parts. The results of the pre-experiment showed that 90% of the effect was due to the optimal concentration value of chloroform solution and 10% was the optimization of time for immersion polishing. Under the pre-experimental conditions, the surface roughness of the formed parts was reduced by 87%, and the surface gloss was increased by 510%, the surface quality and gloss were significantly improved, and the "step texture" was significantly reduced; meanwhile, the tensile and compressive ultimate strength of the formed parts were increased by 9.41% and 13.09%, respectively, and the mechanical performance were improved, and the quality of 3D printing post-treatment was significantly improved. This work proposed a novel model to simultaneously reconstruct temperature distribution and soot volume fraction field for two-dimensional thin-slice flames using the knowledge of monochromatic radiation intensities at two wavelengths using a CCD camera. The deduction process and numerical analysis of the model were described. Effects of wavelength combinations and measurement errors on reconstruction accuracy were considered in detail. Numerical results have proven the model's accuracy and showed that the temperature and soot volume fraction fields can be reconstructed well even with noisy input data from flame radiation. In addition, a series of experiments were conducted on a mesoscale combustor to obtain the real thin-slice flames for further experimental reconstruction via the model. The experimental results indicated that the proposed model can successfully reconstruct the flame temperature distribution and soot volume fraction field and the main features of thin-slice flames also can be reasonably reproduced. The proliferation of unsafe behavior in underground-construction sites has been widespread, which leads to accidents in underground construction from time to time. Accidents are not only a threat to the personal safety of construction workers but also cause property losses. Intervention on how to prevent the propagation of unsafe behavior among underground-construction workers in a timely manner, further improvement in the safety-management level of construction enterprises, and ensuring smooth implementation of projects are urgent measures to solve this problem. In this study, an SCIMR (Susceptible-Contacted-Infective-Removed) model was developed to study the spread of unsafe behavior among underground-construction workers. Increase in the improvement, control, and awareness rates could provide a preventive effect on the spread of unsafe behavior among underground-construction workers, whereas increase in the adoption and forgetfulness rates could facilitate increase in unsafe behavior. This work combined the SIR (Susceptible-Infective-Removed) theory with the underground-construction context to enrich the theory of underground-construction safety personnel management, which provides a reference solution and suggestions for construction companies to intervene and predict the proliferation of unsafe behavior and a novel method of planning and direction for safety management. Charge transfer complexes (CTCs) have become a promising and new class of photothermal conversion materials, in which the donor and acceptor can be regulated to control the energy gap, facilitating efficient absorption of near-infrared light. However, the successful co-crystallization of appropriate donor and acceptor pairs to form CTCs remains a challenging endeavor, as it requires addressing crucial issues including structural matching, co-assembly and crystallization conditions. Herein, on the basis of retaining the 'autonomy' of the assembly process, we leverage charge transfer and electron transfer processes of pyridinium building blocks to manipulate the photothermal behaviour in two distinct CTCs. Notably, CTC-1OH exhibits electron transfer initiated near-infrared photothermal conversion, while CTC-2OH has an intrinsic charge transfer-dependent photothermal effect with a photothermal efficiency as high as 35.4%. The stabilities of hafnium and zirconium oxide ferroelectric orthorhombic phases, oIII-phase (Pca21) and oIV-phase (Pmn21), under shear strain are investigated theoretically by atomic modeling with density functional theory calculations. The results indicate that oIV-phase serves as a buffer state preventing oIII-phase from transforming into m-phase (P21/c) under structural distortion caused by shear strain and meanwhile preserves the remanent polarization to some certain degree. Shear strain will also induce the reduction in coercive field of the HZO film due to the distortion of oIII-phase or phase transition into oIV-phase. It is very possible to identify oIV-phase with careful analysis of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and high-angle annular dark-field STEM images at the region having a crystal tilt angle smaller than 86°. The form of community established by early Confucianism, represented by Confucius and Mencius, can be called the Ren Lun (人倫) community. This community order contains two interdependent dimensions: at the ethical level, it is primarily dominated by the parent-child relationship, with filial piety as its core dimension; at the moral level, its essence lies in the consciousness of human nature centered around Ren (仁), Yi (義), Li (禮) and Zhi (智) as its core, which goes beyond a mere universal human nature. This differs from the order of the Zong Fa (宗法) community in the Western Zhou Dynasty, whose axis is the way of brotherhood, with a vertical lineage connecting ancestors and descendants, in order to achieve unity and cohesion among the horizontal brother tribes. In the Zong Fa (宗法) community, morality and ethics are undifferentiated, and there is no distinction between individual and collective virtues, as well as ruling virtues and edifying virtues. The spiritual principle of the Zong Fa (宗法) community is Qin Qin Zun Zun (親親尊尊), which is both continuous and different from Ren Yi (仁義), revered by early Confucianism. Ren Yi (仁義) is extracted from Qin Qin Zun Zun (親親尊尊), but as a value principle, it possesses a higher universality. As a leading cause of death, second only to heart disease, cancer has always been one of the burning topics in medical research. When targeting multiple signal pathways in tumorigenesis chemoprevention, using natural or synthetic anti-cancer drugs is a vital strategy to reduce cancer damage. However, toxic effects, multidrug resistance (MDR) as well as cancer stem cells (CSCs) all prominently limited the clinical application of conventional anticancer drugs. With low side effects, strong biological activity, unique mechanism, and wide range of targets, natural products derived from plants are considered significant sources for new drug development. Nobiletin is one of the most attractive compounds, a unique flavonoid primarily isolated from the peel of citrus fruits. Numerous studies in vitro and in vivo have suggested that nobiletin and its derivatives possess the eminent potential to become effective cancer chemoprevention agents through various cellular and molecular levels. This article aims to comprehensively review the anticancer efficacy and specific mechanisms of nobiletin, enhancing our understanding of its chemoprevention properties and providing the latest research findings. This study investigated the dietary effects of lipid and protein levels on growth performance, feed utilization, body composition, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant capacity of triploid rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss. A 3 × 2 two-factor design was conducted with three crude lipid levels of 4%, 9%, and 14% (L4, L9, and L14) and two crude protein levels of 44%, 49% (P44, P49). Therefore, a total of six diets were prepared as P44/L4, P44/L9, P44/L14, P49/L4, P49/L9, and P49/L14. Triploid rainbow trout (initial body weight 65.0 ± 0.1 g) were fed one of the six diets for 80 days. The results showed that weight gain (WG), protein retention (PR), and protein efficiency rate (PER) significantly increased with increasing the dietary lipid level at the same crude protein level, while feed conversion ratio (FCR) and hepatosomatic index significantly decreased (P < 0.05). At the same lipid level, there was no difference in WG, FCR, PR, PER between 44% and 49% crude protein group (P > 0.05). The P49/L14 group had the highest WG (374.6%) and lowest FCR (1.25), while P44/L14 group had the highest PER (1.80) and PR (25.06%) with similar WG and FCR to P49/L14 group. The crude lipid contents in whole fish were significantly higher in the L14 group than those in the L4 and L9 groups (P < 0.05). Muscle n-3 PUFAs, n-6 PUFAs, and PUFAs levels were positively correlated with dietary lipid level, while n-6 PUFAs was negatively correlated with dietary protein level. Dietary protein, dietary lipid, and their interaction significantly affected hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA) content, aspartate aminotransferase, lipase (LPS), and fatty acid synthase (FAS) activities (P < 0.05). In both P44 and P49 groups, LPS and FAS activities increased with increasing the dietary lipid level. MDA content significantly decreased in the P44 group and increased in the P49 group with increasing the dietary lipid level (P < 0.05). As dietary protein level increased, serum total cholesterol level increased, while hepatic phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase activity decreased. With increasing the dietary lipid level, total superoxide dismutase, catalase, total nitric oxide synthase, and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase activities showed an increasing trend, while the opposite was true for alanine aminotransferase activity. In conclusion, based on growth performance and feed utilization, dietary protein level of 44% and dietary lipid level of 14% (measured value, 43.71% and 13.62%) were suggested for young triploid rainbow trout. This article is devoted to the state estimation issue under probability constraint for a class of time‐varying stochastic complex networks with uncertain inner couplings and cyber‐attacks. To save the communication energy, the dynamic event‐triggered strategy is deployed in each individual sensor‐to‐estimator channel to govern the data transmissions. A multi‐attack model incorporating two different deception signals is considered to describe the phenomenon of randomly occurring cyber‐attacks. The saturation‐type function is involved to reduce the possible innovation outliers resulting from the hostile deception signals. A sufficient condition is first developed to guarantee the probability H∞$$ {H}_{\infty } $$ performance constraint on estimation error dynamics over certain finite horizon, and then the suitable state estimator gains are derived by means of a set of matrix inequalities. Subsequently, a recursive algorithm is put forward for the addressed finite‐horizon state estimator design problem.
