In view of the difficulty of accurate measurement of P-band electromagnetic parameters of wave-absorbing materials, this study was based on the relationship between electromagnetic parameters and reflectance in the theoretical model of reflectance calculation of wave-absorbing materials, and used genetic algorithm to continuously adjust the electromagnetic parameters of magnetic materials until the calculated values of magnetic reflectance were consistent with the measured values. The effects of population size，mutation probability，and iteration number on electromagnetic parameter solving in genetic algorithms were explored. It was found that setting upper and lower limits of （0，100） for unknown solutions，population size of 1000-2000，iteration number of 100，and mutation probability of 0.1 can balance the solution speed and accuracy. The difference between the measured and calculated reflectivity values of four different thicknesses of magnetic materials was summed up，and exponential processing was performed to get the objective function. Referring to the electromagnetic performance of the front and rear frequency points，the electromagnetic parameters with the smallest error and relatively stable set of solutions could be obtained. Finally，a new sample including magnetic film and graphene was made for experimental verification. The results show that the error between the calculated value of reflectivity and the measured value decreases from 58.8% to 7.5%，which can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization method of electromagnetic parameter.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are broadly transcribed in the genome of human and play critical roles in the progression of multiple diseases. Long non-coding HOXB cluster antisense RNA 1 (HOXB-AS1) is a tumor exciter in various cancers. This study aimed to investigate the involvement of HOXB-AS1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In the following study, HOXB-AS1 was unveiled to be highly expressed in HCC tissues as opposed to normal tissues. Silencing of HOXB-AS1 led to the loss of proliferation, migration, and invasiveness of HCC cells, namely Hep3B and Huh7. Moreover, the data showed that expression levels of HOXB-AS1 contribute significantly to the patient’s survival rates. Otherwise, HOXB-AS1 levels in the serum of patients proved HOXB-AS1 as a biomarker for analysis and treatment of HCC. In summary, this study highlights HOXB-AS1 as key upregulated lncRNA in HCC which being an oncogene can cause proliferation and metastasis of HCC cells. The results also highlighted HOXB-AS1 as a promising biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis of patients with HCC.

Graphene is widely considered a promising candidate for microwave absorbing materials in the future due to its unique dielectric properties, high specific surface area, low density and other outstanding properties. However, the single component graphene has poor microwave absorbing properties, so graphene-based microwave absorbing composites have become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, microwave absorbing mechanism and characteristics of graphene and its composites were introduced. Accordingly, it indicates that dielectric graphene microwave absorbing composites have the potential to become lightweight, high-intensity, broadband, and thin-layer microwave absorbing materials.The research progress in dielectric graphene microwave absorbing composites was reviewed from two aspects of graphene matrix and dopant.Finally, it was pointed out that developing new dielectric dopants with strong loss ability, constructing microwave absorbing composites with multiple components, establishing common design methods, as well as exploring large scale preparation methods would become the research trends in the future.

Understanding the near-ground vertical and temporal photochemical O 3 formation mechanism is important to mitigate O 3 pollution. Here, we measured the vertical profiles of O 3 and its precursors at six different heights, ranging from 5 to 335 m, using a newly built vertical observation system in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region of China. The net photochemical ozone production rate (P (O 3) net) and O 3 formation sensitivities at various heights were diagnosed using an observation-based model coupled with the Master Chemical Mechanism (MCM v3.3.1). Moreover, to assess model performance and identify the causative factors behind O 3 pollution episodes, the P (O 3) net was measured at 5 m above ground level with a custom-built detection system. In total, three O 3 pollution episodes and two non-episodes were captured. The identified O 3 pollution episodes were found to be jointly influenced by both photochemical production and physical transport, with local photochemical reactions playing a major role. The high index of agreement (IOA) calculated by comparing the modelled and measured P (O 3) net values indicated the rationality of investigating the vertical and temporal variability in O 3 formation mechanisms using model results. However, the measured P (O 3) net values were generally higher than the modelled P (O 3) net values, particularly under high-NO x conditions, which may indicate a potential underestimation of total RO 2 by the model. Throughout the measurement period, the contribution of different reaction pathways to O 3 production remained consistent across various heights, with HO 2 + NO as the major O 3 production pathway, followed by RO 2 + NO. We observed that P (O 3) net decreased with an increase in measurement height, which was primarily attributed to the reduction in O 3 precursors, such as oxygenated volatile organic compounds (OVOCs) and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs). The O 3 formation regimes were similar at different heights during both episodes and non-episodes, either being located in the VOC-sensitive regime or in the transition regime that is more sensitive to VOCs. Diurnally, photochemical O 3 formation typically remained in the VOC-sensitive regime during the morning and noon, but it transitioned to the transition regime and was more sensitive to VOCs in the afternoon at around 16:00 LT (local time). Vertical and temporal photochemical O 3 formation is most sensitive to OVOCs, suggesting that targeting specific VOCs for control measures is more practical and feasible at the observation site. The vertical temporal analysis of O 3 formation mechanisms near the ground surface in this study provides critical foundational knowledge that can be used to formulate effective short-term emergency and long-term control strategies to combat O 3 pollution in the PRD region of China. Electrosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) based on proton exchange membrane (PEM) reactor represents a promising approach to industrial‐level H2O2 production, while it is hampered by the lack of high‐efficiency electrocatalysts in acidic medium. Herein, we present a strategy for the specific oxygen functional group (OFG) regulation to promote the H2O2 selectivity up to 92 % in acid on cobalt‐porphyrin molecular assembled with reduced graphene oxide. In situ X‐ray adsorption spectroscopy, in situ Raman spectroscopy and Kelvin probe force microscopy combined with theoretical calculation unravel that different OFGs exert distinctive regulation effects on the electronic structure of Co center through either remote (carboxyl and epoxy) or vicinal (hydroxyl) interaction manners, thus leading to the opposite influences on the promotion in 2e− ORR selectivity. As a consequence, the PEM electrolyzer integrated with the optimized catalyst can continuously and stably produce the high‐concentration of ca. 7 wt % pure H2O2 aqueous solution at 400 mA cm−2 over 200 h with a cell voltage as low as ca. 2.1 V, suggesting the application potential in industrial‐scale H2O2 electrosynthesis. Objective To explore the prevention and treatment strategies for pancreatic fistula and pancreatic fistula combined with hemorrhage after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 90 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from August 2019 to December 2022. According to whether postoperative pancreatic fistula occurred, the 90 patients were divided into a postoperative pancreatic fistula group (n = 35) and a postoperative non-pancreatic fistula group (n = 55). Among the 35 patients with postoperative pancreatic fistula, they were further categorized into two subgroups based on the presence of hemorrhage: the pancreatic fistula with hemorrhage group (n = 10) and the pancreatic fistula without hemorrhage group (n = 25). Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test was used for univariate analysis. Variables with statistical differences were selected for stepwise regression variable screening. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for the occurrence of pancreatic fistula and postoperative pancreatic fistula with hemorrhage. Results All 90 patients successfully completed the pancreaticoduodenectomy. The incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula was 38.9% (35/90). Significant differences were observed in pancreatic duct diameter (P = 0.013), intraoperative blood loss (P = 0.045), anastomosis type (P = 0.045), and residual pancreatic texture (P = 0.10) between the two groups (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that soft pancreas texture, pancreatic duct diameter < 3 mm, intraoperative blood loss ≥ 300 mL, and pancreatic-ojejunostomy were independent risk factors for postoperative pancreatic fistula. Among patients with postoperative pancreatic fistula, multivariate logistic regression analysis identified pancreatic fistula volume > 100 mL and duration of postoperative pancreatic fistula > 7 days as independent risk factors for hemorrhage. Conclusions The risk of pancreatic fistula after pancreatoduodenectomy is relatively high. Attention to preoperative pancreatic duct diameter and standardized evaluation of pancreatic texture can help identify postoperative pancreatic fistula. Careful hemostasis during operation and avoidance of early postoperative hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of grade B and C pancreatic fistulas. Patients with pancreatic fistula should be warned of the occurrence of combined hemorrhage when the fistula volume is greater than 100ml and the duration of postoperative pancreatic fistula is greater than 7 days. Motivation High-throughput technologies yield a broad spectrum of multi-omics datasets, which offer unparalleled insights into complex biological systems. However, effectively analyzing this diverse array of data presents challenges, considering factors such as species diversity, data types, costs, and limitations of the available tools. Results Herein, we present ExpOmics, a comprehensive web platform featuring 7 applications and 4 toolkits, with 28 customizable analysis functions spanning various analyses of differential expression, co-expression, Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA), feature selection, and functional enrichment. ExpOmics allows users to upload and explore multi-omics data without organism restrictions, supporting various expression data, including genes, mRNAs, lncRNAs, miRNAs, circRNAs, piRNAs, and proteins and is compatible with diverse gene nomenclatures and expression values. Moreover, ExpOmics enables users to analyze 22 427 transcriptomic datasets of 196 cancer subtypes sourced from 63 projects of The Cancer Genome Atlas Program (TCGA) to identify cancer biomarkers. The analysis results from ExpOmics are presented in high-quality graphical formats suitable for publication and are available for free download. A case study using ExpOmics identified two potential oncogenes, SERPINE1 and SLC43A1 , that may regulate colorectal cancer through distinct biological processes. In summary, ExpOmics can serves as a robust platform for global researchers to explore multi-omics data, gain biological insights, and formulate testable hypotheses.
