Improving the carrier separation efficiency plays a decisive role in designing and constructing a high‐efficiency photocatalysis reaction system. Derived from providing a directional transport channel for photogenerated carriers, three‐dimensional (3D) nanostructures greatly improve the charge separation efficiency. Herein, TiO2/ZnO (TZ)/g‐C3N4 3D hierarchical nanostructure was constructed to artificially simulate photosynthesis of green plants. The optimal TZ/g‐C3N4 photoanode exhibits a photocurrent density of 1.46 mA/cm2 at 1.23 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode potential, 1.6 times that of pure TiO2 (0.9 mA/cm2). Moreover, under constant illumination (100 mW/cm2), the hydrogen production reached 80 μmol/cm2 within 180 min. It is worth noting that the TZ/g‐C3N4 photoanode shows surprising stability, which is an important indicator for the practical application of the photoelectrode. The excellent photoelectrochemical performance benefits from the following two aspects: TZ nanotree structure provides a directional transport channel for photogenerated carriers, and the modification of TZ by g‐C3N4 extends the response range to the visible region. [Purpose/Significance] In the current context of economic globalization, innovation ecosystem has become an important driving force to promote enterprise innovation development in China, the article interprets the knowledge management standard ISO30401 released in 2018 and tries to provide ideas for the construction and optimization of the innovation ecosystem of Chinese enterprises. [Method/Process] This paper began with an interpretation of the new global standard for knowledge management, ISO30401, and took the enterprise knowledge management system as an entry point, attempting to introduce the new knowledge management system into the construction of China's innovation ecosystem in terms of the establishment of a knowledge management system, changing the form of knowledge organisation, clarifying leadership roles and responsibilities in enterprise knowledge management, technological and infrastructural innovation and promoting the formation of a knowledge management culture within the enterprise. [Result/Conclusion] Knowledge in the innovation ecosystem flows in a continuous cycle among innovation subjects, the establishment of the knowledge management system will help enterprises to form a systematic and standardized knowledge management ability, effectively use the knowledge cycle, obtain knowledge advantages and competitive advantages, and constantly enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.

Background and Aims: The outcomes of HBV infections are related to complex immune imbalances; however, the precise mechanisms by which HBV induces immune dysfunction are not well understood. Methods: HBV transgenic (HBs-Tg) mice were used to investigate intrahepatic NK cells in two distinct subsets: conventional NK (cNK) and liver-resident NK (LrNK) cells during a chronic HBV infection. Results: The cNK cells, but not the LrNK cells, were primarily responsible for the increase in the number of bulk NK cells in the livers of ageing HBs-Tg mice. The hepatic cNK cells showed a stronger ability to produce IL-10, coupled with a higher expression of CD69, TIGIT and PD-L1, and lower NKG2D expression in ageing HBs-Tg mice. A lower mitochondrial mass and membrane potential, and less polarized localization were observed in the hepatic cNK cells compared with the splenic cNK cells in the HBs-Tg mice. The enhanced galectin-3 (Gal-3) secreted from HBsAg+ hepatocytes accounted for the IL-10 production of hepatic cNK cells via ITGB1 signaling. For humans, LGALS3 and ITGB1 expression is positively correlated with IL-10 expression, and negatively correlated with the poor clinical progression of HCC. Conclusions: Gal-3-ITGB1 signaling shapes hepatic cNK cells but not LrNK cells during a chronic HBV infection, which may correlate with HCC progression. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Summary: A coupled inductor based on dual switches buck‐boost converter is proposed in the article, which can be used in renewable energy applications. A wide conversion ratio can be realized by regulating turns ratio of the coupled inductor and the duty cycle. The topology has a quadratic‐like voltage gain, and the low voltage stress and current stress. Combing the passive clamping circuit to recover leakage energy, the voltage spikes of power switches are suppressed, improving the efficiency. Moreover, it has the merits of continuous input current and common ground. To demonstrate the superior performances of the presented converter, the principle of operation and steady‐state analysis are presented in detail. At last, a 100‐W experimental prototype was designed to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, with a maximum efficiency of 95.7% in step‐up mode and 96.8% in step‐down mode.
