The HDR ultra - low carbon duplex stainless steel forked joint could crack and fail during wire cutting and machining. In this paper, the causes of the above - mentioned cracking were comprehensively analyzed by means of crack macroscopic morphology analysis, analysis on the fracture of impact test sample, chemical composition analysis of substrate, mechanical property testing of cracked area, metallographic structure analysis, fracture microscopic morphology analysis, micro - area energy spectrum analysis and other items. Results showed that the reason for the cracking of HDR forked joint was that the cooling speed of HDR material was too low in the process of solution heat treatment, so a large number of σ phases precipitated at the grain boundaries in the microstructure. The σ phases were brittle, which made the HDR material suffer a sharp decrease in plasticity and toughness, and then cracked in the process of wire cutting and machining.

Paraphlomideae (Lamioideae, Lamiaceae) is a recently established tribe endemic to East and Southeast Asia. It comprises three herbaceous genera: Paraphlomis, Matsumurella, and Ajugoides. Phylogenetic relationships among these genera have not yet been satisfactorily resolved and the monophyly of Paraphlomis was challenged in previous molecular phylogenetic studies. In this study, we performed maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference analyses on complete plastomes and nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer sequences to further resolve the generic relationships within Paraphlomideae. All phylogenetic analyses support the monophyly of Paraphlomideae. Contrary to traditional classifications, both Ajugoides and Matsumurella were deeply nested within Paraphlomis, indicating the need to expand Paraphlomis to include Ajugoides and Matsumurella. Hence, six new combinations and one replacement name are proposed. Morphologically, species of the newly defined Paraphlomis share a rhizomatous or stoloniferous habit, plants with simple hairs, nutlets with a truncate apex, and actinomorphic calyces. In addition, widespread incongruence between nuclear and plastid trees may have been caused by hybridization and incomplete lineage sorting after rapid diversification in the re‐circumscribed Paraphlomis. Purpose: To analyze the composition of abnormal hemoglobin and the relationship between genotype and phenotype by screening abnormal hemoglobin in a subpopulation of Guizhou, China. Patients and Methods: Routine blood evaluation, capillary electrophoresis of hemoglobin, and mutation of α - and β - thalassemia genes were evaluated in 19,976 individuals for thalassemia screening in Guizhou. Sanger sequencing of HBA1, HBA2 and HBB genes was performed in samples with abnormal bands or unexplained increases of normal bands. The types of abnormal hemoglobin were obtained by sequence analysis. Results: Abnormal hemoglobin was detected in 84 individuals (detection rate, 0.42%). Ten types each of α and β globin chain variants were detected, including most commonly Hb E, Hb New York and Hb Port Phillip. In this study, the abnormal Hb Mizuho was identified for the first time in a Chinese population, and a novel abnormal hemoglobin Hb Guiyang (HBA2: c.151C > A) was detected for the first time. Except for Hb Mizuho, other abnormal hemoglobin heterozygotes without thalassemia or iron deficiency had no significant hematological changes. Conclusion: This study enriched the molecular epidemiological data of abnormal hemoglobin in Guizhou, China and provided reference data for genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis of abnormal hemoglobin. Paraphlomis octopus (Lamiaceae), a new species from the limestone area in Guangdong and Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. Molecular phylogenetic analyses based on two nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences revealed that the new species is sister to P. pagantha, and the two species is further sister to P. kwangtungensis. All three species were further embedded within a clade consisting of species with hairy ovaries or nutlets. Morphologically, the new species can be distinguished from P. kwangtungensis in its acute apex of calyx tooth, from P. pagantha in its strongly reflexed lower corolla lip, and from both species in its inflorescence with peduncle-like stalks, and wider upper corolla lip. Based on extensive field survey, we also found that the type locality of P. kwangtungensis has long been misrecorded as eastern Guangdong in floras. The species is now only known from its actual type locality in Fengwan Town, northern Guangdong. A key to all species with hairy ovaries and nutlets is provided. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
