Exclusive photoproduction of heavy $J/\psi$ meson is performed within handbag factorization method. The General Parton Distributions (GPDs) for gluons which are an essential ingredient here, are constructed using double distribution (DD) representation. The calculated cross section for few sets of gluon GPDs $H_g$ describe fine $J/\psi$ production experimental data from HERA to LHC energies. Based on this approach we estimate $J/\psi$ spin asymmetries determined by $E_g$ and $\tilde{H}_g$. The GPDs factorization approach can be employed to analyse heavy vector meson production in electron-proton scattering. We investigate the valence quark distributions of pions at a low initial scale ($Q^2_0$) through the application of Tsallis entropy, a non-extensive measure adept at encapsulating long-range correlations among internal constituents. Utilizing the maximum entropy approach, we derive the valence quark distributions at elevated resolution scales via a modified DGLAP equation, which integrates GLR-MQ-ZRS corrections for the $Q^2$ evolution. Our findings indicate that the resulting $Q^2$-dependent valence quark distributions yield an optimal fit to experimental data, with an inferred parameter value of $q$ ($q = 0.91$), diverging from unity. This deviation highlights the significant role that correlations among valence quarks play in shaping our understanding of pion internal structure. Additionally, our computations of the first three moments of pion quark distributions at $ Q^2 = 4 \, \mathrm{GeV}^2$ display consistency with alternative theoretical models, thereby reinforcing the importance of incorporating valence quark correlations within this analytical framework., Comment: 11 pages, 3 figures

A novel approach for describing the evolution of nucleon structure from the low-$Q^2$ regime to the high-$Q^2$ asymptotic region is proposed. This infrared-safe scheme modifies the parton distribution evolution equations to incorporate the corrections from emergent hadron mass mechanisms and parton-parton recombination at low $Q^2$. The effective parton mass, generated by dynamical chiral symmetry breaking, slows the evolution of parton distributions in the infrared region, causing the DGLAP evolution to freeze when $Q^2\ll M_{\rm q/g}$. Notably, this scheme renders the high-$Q^2$ parton distributions insensitive to the choice of input hadronic scale. The parton-parton recombination effect is crucial in suppressing the rapid growth of parton distributions at small $x$, consistent with experimental data. When applied to three valence quark distributions derived from a quark model, our scheme yields parton distributions that agree well with deep-inelastic scattering data in both large-$x$ and small-$x$ regions, providing a unified description of nucleon structure across the entire $Q^2$ range., Comment: 10 pages, 5 figures

Investigation of decay and scattering processes of particles in a vortex state offers a novel and promising approach for probing particle structure. Our study reveals distinct properties of vortex neutron decay, which deviate from those of classical plane-wave neutron decay. We present the energy-angle distributions of the final-state electron and antineutrino in unpolarized vortex neutrons, as well as angle distributions integrated over their energies. Notably, we provide theoretical calculations of the decay behavior of neutrons with varying vortex cone angles and initial energies. We propose that identifying the vortex state of the initial neutron can be achieved by analyzing the angular and energy distributions of the final-state particles, introducing new degrees of freedom for studying weak interactions and neutron decay kinematics that have been previously overlooked in particle physics. In this study we demonstrate the application of the Maximum Entropy Method (MEM) to determine the valence quark distribution of exotic hadrons. Our investigation yields three key findings. Firstly, we observe a significant shift towards smaller Bjorken scale $x$ in the peak position of the valence quark distribution for hadrons with an increasing number of valence quarks, consistent with previous results by Kawamura and Kumano. Secondly, assuming that the $Z_c(3900)$ initially consists of four valence quarks, we employ MEM to determine its initial valence quark distribution, estimating a radius of $r_c=1.276$ fm at an extremely low resolution scale $Q^2$. Furthermore, we identify a notable discrepancy between our computed charge form factor $G_c(q)$ at leading order and the outcomes of hadron molecular state calculations. We propose that this form factor can be extracted from the QCD counting rule cross-section, which is grounded in Generalized Distribution Amplitudes (GDA) linked to the multi-quark states., Comment: 7 pages, 7 figures

The relationship between QCD and the string model offers a valuable perspective for exploring the interaction potential between quarks. In this study, we investigate the restoration of chiral symmetry in connection with the Unruh effect experienced by accelerating observers. Utilizing the Schwinger model, we analyze the critical point at which the string or chromoelectric flux tube between quark-antiquarks breaks with increasing separation between quarks. In this study, the critical distance for quark-antiquark chromoelectric flux tube or string breaking is determined to be $r_c=1.294\pm0.040$ fm. The acceleration and Unruh temperature corresponding to this critical point signify the transition of the system's chiral symmetry from a broken to a restored state. Our estimates for the critical acceleration ($a_c=1.14\times 10^{34}$ cm/s$^{2}$) and Unruh temperature ($T_c=0.038$ GeV) align with previous studies. We study the influence of analytical regularization used in the generalized function (distribution) space to the Tikhonov regularization procedure utilized in the different versions of Moore-Penrose's inversion. By introducing a new analytical term to the Tikhonov regularization of Moore-Penrose's inversion procedure, we derive new optimization conditions that extend the Tikhonov regularization framework and influence the fitting parameter. This enhancement yields a more robust and accurate reconstruction of physical quantities, demonstrating its potential impact on various studies. We propose that the signal of dark photons can be found in the decay channel of $\eta$, and that a certain number of events of dark photon leptonic decay can be observed in the double-photon collision process of heavy-ion ultra-peripheral collisions (UPC). We estimate the total cross-section for producing dark photons in ultra-peripheral $PbPb$ collisions at existing and planned future hadron colliders, as well as the number of signal events. Our results support the search for dark photon signals in ultra-peripheral $PbPb$ collisions. We consider the recent signals of $\eta$ decays produced in LHC $pp$ collisions and estimate the number of dark photon events from the same number of $\eta$ decays from CMS. Based on CMS results, we estimate that there will be at least 1000 signal events of dark photons observed for the mass $m_{A^\prime}$ less than 500 MeV. Within the confining color flux tube picture, we assess the color electric field generated by quark-antiquark pairs within the framework of the Schwinger model and estimate its impact on the chiral condensate. We observe differences in the distribution of the color flux tube generated by quark-antiquark pairs at different separation distances, leading to discrepancies in the partial restoration of chiral symmetry. Furthermore, we suggest incorporating the color magnetic field in the calculation of chiral condensate, leading to quantum entanglement effects, and proceed to compute the entanglement entropy. We observe that the entanglement entropy increases with the distance of the color source (the separation distance between quark and anti-quark), and the magnitude of the color electric field and chiral condensate restoration after spatial integration also increases with the distance of the color source. The GLR-MQ equation is a nonlinear evolution equation that takes into account the shadowing effect, which tames the growth of the gluon at small-$x$. In this study, we analytically solve for the first time the nonlinear GLR-MQ equation using the homogeneous balance method. The definite solution of the GLR-MQ equation is obtained by fitting the MSTW2008LO gluon distribution data. We find that the geometric scaling is an intrinsic property of our analytical solution and the gluon distribution functions from our solution are able to reproduce the MSTW2008LO data. These results indicate that our analytical solution from the homogeneous balance method is valid to describe the gluon behavior at small-$x$. Moreover, the saturation scale $Q_s$ has been extracted from our analytical solution, we find that the energy-dependent saturation scale obeys the exponential law $Q_s^2\,\propto\,Q_0^2 e^{\lambda Y}$., Comment: 13 pages, 3 figures

An approximated solution for gluon distribution from DGLAP evolution equations with NLO splitting function in the small-$x$ limit is presented. We first obtain the simplified forms of LO and NLO splitting functions in the small-$x$ limit. With these approximated splitting functions, we obtain the analytical gluon distribution by using the Mellin transform. The free parameters in the boundary conditions are obtained by fitting the CJ15 gluon distribution data. We find that the asymptotic behavior of gluon distribution are consistent with the CJ15 data, however, the NLO results with the consideration of ``ladder'' structure of gluon emission are slightly better than those from LO. These results indicate that the corrections from NLO is significant and is necessary for a better description of the behavior of the gluon distribution in small-$x$ region. In addition, we investigate the DGLAP evolution of the proton structure function by using the analytical solution of the gluon distribution. We present the gluon distribution functions of pion and kaon in small-$x$ and large-$x$ regions, and compare them with the results obtained from lattice QCD and continuum Schwinger function methods. Whether in the small-$x$ region or the large-$x$ region, our gluon distribution of pion is consistent with the results of lattice QCD and continuum Schwinger function method. In addition, the first four moments of gluon distributions of pion and kaon at different $Q^{2}$ scales are calculated. Furthermore, we present the mass decompositions of pion and kaon with the dynamical parton distribution functions calculated by the DGLAP equation with parton-parton recombination corrections. The Abelian decomposition of QCD reveals two types of gluons: color-neutral ``neurons" and color-carrying ``chromons". This classification does not alter the overall properties of QCD, but the investigation of different types of gluon dynamics is necessary. By employing the Cho-Duan-Ge decomposition theorem, we have derived dynamic evolution equations for two types of gluons by using the time-ordered perturbation theory. We propose that the new equations are compatible with the DGLAP equations, requiring only the separate contributions of neurons and chromons to be summed. Surprisingly, with the evolution to high $Q^2$, the ratio of the number of chromons to neurons is approximately 3:1 in small-$x$ region regardless of the inputs at evolution starting point. Gravitational form factors of hadrons provide information on mass and pressure distributions in the hadrons, and they have been investigated by generalized parton distributions (GPDs). The GPDs also contain information on internal compositions of hadron spins. Understanding on the origin of hadron masses, pressures, and spins is an important topic not only in hadron physics but also as fundamental physics, and it should be clarified by the GPD studies. The spacelike and timelike GPDs have been measured at charged-lepton accelerator facilities, for example, by the virtual Compton scattering and the two-photon process, respectively. In this work, we show the $\pi^\pm$ and $\pi^0$ production cross sections in neutrino (antineutrino) reactions $\nu \,(\bar\nu) + N \to \ell + \pi + N'$ for measuring the GPDs of the nucleon by using the theoretical formalism of Pire, Szymanowski, and Wagner. The $\pi^\pm$-production cross sections are useful for determining gluon GPDs, whereas the $\pi^0$ production probes quark GPDs. In particular, we show the roles of the pion- and rho-pole terms, the contribution from each GPD term ($H$, $E$, $\tilde H$, $\tilde E$), the effects of the gluon GPDs $H_g$ and $E_g$, and the effects of the reaction energy on the neutrino cross sections. The $\pi^0$-production cross section is sensitive to the quark GPDs including the pion- and rho-pole GPD terms in the Efremov-Radyushkin-Brodsky-Lepage region. These cross sections could be measured at Fermilab in future. The potential existence of a fifth fundamental force, mediated by the X17 boson, has generated significant interest. This force can manifest itself as either a vector or pseudoscalar particle. In order to gain insight into the effective potentials produced by the X17 boson for hyperfine interactions in muonic systems, we conduct calculations for both the pseudoscalar and vector hypotheses. Our study reveals that, for muonic atoms with nuclear charge numbers ranging from 10 to 15, the energy shift associated with the fifth force can be as high as 0.61 eV. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the MD-BFKL equation, considering both shadowing and anti-shadowing effects in gluon recombination processes. By deriving analytical expressions for unintegrated gluon distributions through the solution of the MD-BFKL equation, with and without the incorporation of anti-shadowing effect, we offer new insights into the influence of these effects on the behavior of unintegrated gluon distributions. Our results, when compared to the CT18NLO gluon distribution function, demonstrate that the anti-shadowing effect has a notably stronger impact on the characteristics of unintegrated gluon distributions, particularly in regions of high rapidity and momentum. This study delves into the contribution of the strange quark within the proton, which influences several fundamental proton properties. By establishing a robust relationship between the proton's quantum anomalous energy and the sigma term, we successfully extract the contribution of the strangeness sigma term in the proton, obtaining it from parameterized fits of the differential cross-section using exponential and dipole forms. The extracted sigma term values are estimated to be $455.62\pm64.60$ MeV (exponential fit) and $337.74\pm106.79$ MeV (dipole fit). Additionally, we present novel results for the proton trace anomalous energy, observing values of $0.13\pm0.02$ (exponential fit) and $0.15 \pm 0.03$ (dipole fit). Our analysis integrates the novel data from the $J/\psi-007$ and GlueX collaborations, to some extent providing an experimental phenomenological window into the non-zero strange quark content inside proton, with the statistical significances: $7.1\sigma$ (exponential fit) and $3.2\sigma$ (dipole fit), respectively. Furthermore, we discussed the possibility of scheme-independence in the extraction results and examine the uniformity of sigma terms obtained from the datasets provided by the two collaborations. In this study, we employ the homogeneous balance method to obtain an analytical solution to the Balitsky-Kovchegov equation with running coupling. We utilize two distinct prescriptions of the running coupling scale, namely the saturation scale dependent running coupling and the dipole momentum dependent running coupling. By fitting the proton structure function experimental data, we determine the free parameters in the analytical solution. The resulting $\chi^{2}/d.o.f$ values are determined to be $1.07$ and $1.43$, respectively. With these definitive solutions, we are able to predict exclusive $J/\psi$ production, and demonstrate that analytical solutions with running coupling are in excellent agreement with $J/\psi$ differential and total cross section. Furthermore, our numerical results indicate that the analytical solution of the BK equation with running coupling can provide a reliable description for both the proton structure function and exclusive vector meson production., Comment: 14 pages, 5 figures

The General Parton Distributions (GPDs) are applied to study the hard Pseudoscalar Meson Production (PMP) at high energies. The PMP amplitudes are be obtained within the GPDs factorization. We propose a method to calculate the $q\bar{q}$ light front wave functions (LFWFs) of photon at low-virtuality, i.e., the light front amplitude of $\gamma^*\rightarrow q\bar{q}$ at low $Q^2$, based on a light front projection approach. We exemplify this method using a contact interaction model within Dyson-Schwinger equations formalism and obtain the nonperturbative photon $q\bar{q}$ LFWFs. In this case, we find the nonperturbative effects are encoded in the enhanced quark mass and a dressing function of covariant quark-photon vertex, as compared to the leading order quantum electrodynamics photon $q\bar{q}$ LFWFs. We then use nonperturbative-effect modified photon $q\bar{q}$ LFWFs to study the inclusive deep inelastic scattering HERA data in the framework of the color dipole model. The results demonstrate that the theoretical description of data at low $Q^2$ can be significantly improved once the nonperturbative corrections are included in the photon LFWFs., Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures

Motivated by the two recent observations in the WASA-at-COSY detector, we investigate the $\eta^3$He nucleus with the $\eta NNN$ few body method. We construct the effective $s$-wave energy dependent $\eta N$ potential which reproduce the $\eta N$ subthreshold scattering amplitude in the 2005 Green-Wycech model. It gives the $\eta$ separation energy and decay width of 0.19 MeV and 1.71 MeV, respectively. We also construct various sets of effective $s$-wave energy independent $\eta N$ potentials where the corresponding complex scattering lengths (a) are within the range given in most theoretical models. We obtain the bound $\eta^3$He nucleus with decay width of about 5 MeV when a is (1.0 fm, 0.3 fm), and of about 10 MeV when a is (1.0 fm, 0.5 fm)., Comment: 7 pages, 11 figures

The Short-Range Correlations between nucleons in nuclei is regarded as a complex system. We investigate the relationship between the orbital entanglement entropy of SRCs $S_{ij}$ in nuclear structures and Tan contact $c_{ij}$, and find that the orbital entanglement entropies and Tan contacts corresponding to proton-proton SRC pairs and neutron-proton SRC pairs in nuclei demonstrate a scaling relation. More specifically, the proportionality of entanglement entropy between proton-proton pairs and neutron-proton pairs is directly related to the ratio of nuclear contacts within the atomic nucleus, demonstrating an approximate ratio of 2.0. In this study, we determine the mass radius of $^4$He, a very light nucleus, by examining the near-threshold $\phi$-meson photoproduction data of the LEPS Collaboration. To assess the gravitational form factor of $^4$He, we employ multiple models for the mass distribution, including Yukawa-type, exponential, Gaussian, and uniform functions. The mass radius of $^4$He is measured to be $1.70\pm0.14$ fm, which is approximately equal to the charge radius of $^4$He. Surprisingly, in contrast to the findings of the proton, no noticeable discrepancy between the charge radius and the mass radius is noted for the $^4$He nucleus. The proton and neutron distributions within $^4$He are likely to be identical, confirming its regular tetrahedral structure in a new way. Recently, a new doubly charged tetraquark $T^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^{++}$ and its neutral partner $T^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^0$ at the invariant mass spectrum of $\pi{}D_s$ were observed by the LHCb Collaboration. According to its properties, such as the mass and decay width, the $T^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^{++/0}$ have been suggested to be a compact multi-quark state or a hadron molecule. In order to distinguish the various interpretations of the $T^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^{++/0}$, we investigate the possibility to study the $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$ [the antiparticle of $T^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$] by kaon-induced reactions on a proton target in an effective Lagrangian approach. The production mechanism is characterized by the $t$-channel $D$ meson exchange. Our theoretical approach is based on the assumption that $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$ can be either a $K^{*}D^{*}-D_s^{*}\rho$ molecule or a compact tetraquark state. Using the coupling constants of the $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$ to $KD$ channel obtained from molecule or compact tetraquark picture of the $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$, we compute the cross-sections for the process $K^{-}n\to{}\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^{--}\Lambda^{+}_c$. The $\bar{K}N$ initial state interaction mediated by Pomeron and Reggeon exchanges is also included, which reduces the production of the $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$. Our calculations show that whether $\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)$ is a molecule or a compact tetraquark state, the cross-sections for the $K^{-}n\to{}\bar{T}^{a}_{c\bar{s}0}(2900)^{--}\Lambda^{+}_c$ reaction are of similar magnitude, ranging from approximately 0.075 nb to 0.270 nb.

We probe the existence of the $^3_{\Lambda_c}$H where the $N\Lambda_c$ potentials are derived from the quark-delocalization color-screening model (QDCSM). The $N\Lambda_c$ system is studied and the $N\Lambda_c$ scattering length so as the effective range are obtained in the QDCSM. We construct effective Gaussian-type $N\Lambda_c$ potentials which reproduce the $N\Lambda_c$ scattering data given by the QDCSM. By solving the $NN\Lambda_c$ three body Schr\"odinger equation with the Gaussian expansion method, we calculate the energies of the $^3_{\Lambda_c}$H with isospin $I=0$, $J^P=1/2^+$ and $I=0$, $J^P=3/2^+$ under different color screening parameter $\mu$. The $J^P=1/2^+$ and $J^P=3/2^+$ states are both bound when the color screening parameter $\mu$ is set to 1.0 or 1.2, where the $J^P=1/2^+$ state is bound by $0.08\sim0.85$ MeV and the $J^P=3/2^+$ state is bound by $0.15\sim1.31$ MeV with respect to the deuteron-$\Lambda_c$ threshold., Comment: 7 pages, 6 gigures

The study of hadronic structure has been carried out for many years. Generalized parton distribution functions (GPDs) give broad information on the internal structure of hadrons. Combining GPDs and high-energy scattering experiments, we expect yielding three-dimensional physical quantities from experiments. Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) process is a powerful tool to study GPDs. It is one of the important experiments of Electron Ion Collider (EIC) and Electron ion collider at China (EicC) in the future. In the initial stage, the proposed EicC will have $3 \sim 5$ GeV polarized electrons on $12 \sim 25$ GeV polarized protons, with luminosity up to $1 \sim 2 \times 10^{33}$cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$. EIC will be constructed in coming years, which will cover the variable c.m. energies from 30 to 50 GeV, with the luminosity about $10^{33} \sim 10^{34}$cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$. In this work we present a detailed simulation of DVCS to study the feasibility of experiments at EicC and EIC. Referring the method used by HERMES Collaboration, and comparing the model calculations with pseudo data of asymmetries attributed to the DVCS, we obtained a model-dependent constraint on the total angular momentum of up and down quarks in the proton., Comment: 12 pages, 18 figures, 3 Tables

The structure of the proton remains a significant challenge within the field of Quantum Chromodynamics, with the origin of its spin and mass still lacking a satisfactory explanation. In this study, we utilize the gravitational form factor of the proton as the foundation for constructing the configurational entropy of the proton energy system. In our approach we choose the holographic QCD model for input thus obtaining a holographic version of the proton energy density. Employing this approach, we are able to determine key mechanical quantities such as the proton's mass radius and pressure distribution. Our analysis yields the root-mean-square mass radius of $\sqrt{\langle r_M^2\rangle}=0.720$ fm and scalar radius of $\sqrt{\langle r_S^2\rangle}=1.024$ fm for proton, which are found to be in excellent agreement with recent measurements from the Hall-C collaboration group at Jefferson Lab. Additionally, we examine the radial distribution of pressure and shear force within the proton. We calculate the leading twist pion unpolarized transverse momentum distribution $f_1(x,k_T^2)$ and the Boer-Mulders function $h_1^\perp(x,k_T^2)$, using leading Fock-state light front wave functions (LF-LFWFs) based on Dyson-Schwinger and Bethe-Salpeter equations. These DS-BSEs based LF-LFWFs provide dynamically generated s- and p-wave components, which are indispensable in producing chirally odd Boer-Mulders function that has one parton spin flipped. Employing a non-perturbative SU(3) gluon rescattering kernel to treat the gauge link of the Boer-Mulders function, we thus obtain both TMDs at hadronic scale and then evolve them to the scale of $\mu^2=4.0$ GeV$^2$. We finally calculate the generalized Boer-Mulders shift and find it to be in agreement with the lattice prediction., Comment: 20 pages, 5 figures

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in $p\to \bar\nu K^+$ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via $p\to \bar\nu K^+$ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is $9.6 \times 10^{33}$ years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel., Comment: 14 pages, 12 figures, an author added

Low-energy scattering processes of vector meson and nucleon are an important window for studying non-perturbative QCD. The interaction of vector meson with nucleon, vector meson-nucleon scattering length $|\alpha_{VN}|$, is an important component of the study of hadronic interactions. Nowadays many scattering length values $|\alpha_{VN}|$ have been reported using the recent photoproduction experiment data or quasi data. In addition, the study of trace anomalous energy contribution to the proton mass is also a hot topic in non-perturbative QCD and hadron physics. However, it is difficult to measure proton trace anomalous energy experimentally, and the study of the trace anomaly of proton is still inconclusive. In this study, we established the relationship between the scattering length of the vector meson-proton $|\alpha_{Vp}|$ and the trace anomaly contribution of the proton mass $T_{A}$. With the scattering length values extracted by using the Vector Meson Dominance model, we obtained the trace anomaly contribution of the proton mass $T_{A}$ = (22.8$\%$ $\pm$ 1.2$\%$), which is of similar order of magnitude as the 23$\%$ given by Lattice QCD calculation. We conjecture that the trace anomaly contribution of nucleon is independent of the type of vector meson probe. In this study, we try to extract $\omega n$, $\omega p$ and $\phi$N scattering lengths from the differential cross-section data of near-threshold $\omega$ and $\phi$ photoproductions not only to the energy at threshold t$_{thr}$, but also in t to t = 0. The incoherent data of $\omega$ and $\phi$ photoproductions on deuterium target for scattering length extractions are provided by CBELSA/TAPS Collaboration and LEPS Collaboration respectively, where the deuteron is usually approximated as a weakly bound state of a quasi-free neutron plus a quasi-free proton. Under the Vector Meson Doninance model and the assumption of energy independence of the differential cross-section, we obtained the $|\alpha_{\omega n^{*}}|$ and $|\alpha_{\omega p^{*}}|$ of loosely bound neutron and proton in the deuteron to be 0.709 $\pm$ 0.078 fm and 0.621 $\pm$ 0.022 fm respectively at threshold t$_{thr}$ (1.258 $\pm$ 0.130 fm and 1.056 $\pm$ 0.032 fm respectively in t to t = 0) for the first time by fitting the near-threshold data of $\gamma$d $\rightarrow$ $\omega$n(p) and $\gamma$d $\rightarrow$ $\omega$p(n). For a comparison study, we also extracted the scattering length $|\alpha_{\omega p}|$ of the free proton from the $\omega$ photoproduction on the hydrogen target by CBELSA/TAPS Collaboration. With the near-threshold and incoherent $\phi$ photoproduction data of $\gamma$d $\rightarrow$ $\phi$pn by LEPS Collaboration, we obtained scattering length $|\alpha_{\phi N}|$ of the bound nucleon inside the deuteron to be 0.109 $\pm$ 0.008 fm at threshold t$_{thr}$ and 0.276 $\pm$ 0.010 fm in t to t = 0, respectively. The obtained $|\alpha_{\omega p}|$ and $|\alpha_{\phi N}|$ are basically in agreement with the experimental indications and the theoretical predictions within the current uncertainties., Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures

The physics potential of detecting $^8$B solar neutrinos will be exploited at the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), in a model independent manner by using three distinct channels of the charged-current (CC), neutral-current (NC) and elastic scattering (ES) interactions. Due to the largest-ever mass of $^{13}$C nuclei in the liquid-scintillator detectors and the {expected} low background level, $^8$B solar neutrinos would be observable in the CC and NC interactions on $^{13}$C for the first time. By virtue of optimized event selections and muon veto strategies, backgrounds from the accidental coincidence, muon-induced isotopes, and external backgrounds can be greatly suppressed. Excellent signal-to-background ratios can be achieved in the CC, NC and ES channels to guarantee the $^8$B solar neutrino observation. From the sensitivity studies performed in this work, we show that JUNO, with ten years of data, can reach the {1$\sigma$} precision levels of 5%, 8% and 20% for the $^8$B neutrino flux, $\sin^2\theta_{12}$, and $\Delta m^2_{21}$, respectively. It would be unique and helpful to probe the details of both solar physics and neutrino physics. We study structures of the $0^+$ states of $^{13}_\Lambda$C within the framework of $\alpha+\alpha+\alpha+\Lambda$ four-body orthogonality condition model with the Gaussian expansion method. We obtain five $0^+$ states of $^{13}_\Lambda$C and compare them with the low-lying four $0^+$ states of $^{12}$C. We find that the $0_1^+$, $0_2^+$ and $0_4^+$ states correspond to the $0_1^+$, $0_2^+$ and $0_4^+$ states of $^{12}$C, respectively. We also find that both the $0_3^+$ and $0_5^+$ states have analogous nature to the $0_3^+$ state of $^{12}$C, where the additional $\Lambda$ particle couples with $^8$Be cluster and one $\alpha$ cluster, in the $0_3^+$ state of $^{12}$C, respectively. The former is then shown to have an elongated $^9_\Lambda$Be$(0_1^+) + \alpha$ cluster structure with a higher nodal behaviour for their relative wave function, and the latter have a dilute three-body gas consisting of $2\alpha+^5_\Lambda$He clusters.

The exclusive $\eta$ and $\pi^0$ electroproduction is studied in the handbag approach based on Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) factorization. Predictions of $\pi^0$ and $\eta$ mesons are calculated for future Electron-Ion Collider of China (EicC) energy range using obtained cross sections we extract information on the transversity GPDs contributions to these processes.

In this work, we discuss the production of a tensor glueball in the proton-proton and nuclei-nuclei ultraperipheral collisions (UPCs). The cross section is calculated in the equivalent photon approximation (EPA). The total UPCs cross section is related to the matrix elements of $\gamma \gamma\to \pi^0 G_2$ process, which can be described as in terms of neutral pion and tensor glueball $G_2$'s distribution amplitudes. The predictions for the rapidity distributions of UPCs cross sections and total cross sections are presented. The theoretical uncertainty of the whole calculation is considered. We consider the decay modes of the final-state tensor glueball and estimate the corresponding number of events. We estimate that there are about 10 tensor glueball $G_2\to\phi\phi$ signal events in $PbPb$ collisions at the LHC. We also argue that the lead-lead UPC experiments at future HE-LHC and FCC experiments will provide larger opportunities to measure tensor glueballs., Comment: 16 pages, 5 figures, 2 tables. The partons model reveals the dynamical structure of nucleons (protons and neutrons). Studies related to thermodynamic quantities of nucleons are interesting and topical questions. In this work, for the first time we apply Page's theory of the studies of black hole to investigate the entropy of proton system. Inspired by the quantum entanglement entropy in black hole information theories, we establish the proton entanglement with the similar way. Based our calculations, the proton entanglement entropy has the approximate form $S = \ln m -1/2$, where $m$ represents the partons density of proton (mainly gluon and sea quark contributions) at small Bjorken $x$. For a moving heavy quark antiquark ($Q\bar{Q}$) in a quark gluon plasma (QGP), we use gauge/gravity duality to study both real and imaginary parts of the potential (Re$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ and Im$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ respectively) in a gluon condensate (GC) theory. The complex potential is derived from the Wilson loop by considering the thermal fluctuations of the worldsheet of the Nambu-Goto holographic string. We calculate Re$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ and Im$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ in both cases where the axis of the moving $Q\bar{Q}$ pair is transverse and parallel with respect to its direction of movement in the plasma. Using the renormalization scheme for the Re$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ , we find that the inclusion of GC increases the dissociation length while rapidity has the opposite effect. While for the Im$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ , we observe that by considering the effect of GC, the Im$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ is generated for larger distance thus decreasing quarkonium dissociation, while rapidity has opposite effect. In particular, as the value of GC decreases in the deconfined phase, the Im$V_{Q\bar{Q}}$ is generated for smaller distance thus enhancing quarkonium dissociation, and at high temperatures it is nearly not modified by GC, consistent with previous findings of the entropic force., Comment: 21 pages, 10 figures, references are added

In this work, we consider the muonic LiH as a new stage of the $\mu$ catalyzed fusion. We calculate the bound states of the muonic LiH and LiH$^+$ and their wave functions based on the three and four body approximation. In order to solve the Schr$\ddot{\rm o}$dinger equation, we apply the Gaussian expansion method which gives us both the eigen energies and the wave functions. The existences of the bound states in muonic LiH and LiH$^+$ are confirmed. We find the dynamical behaviors between the $^7$Li and proton in muonic LiH and LiH$^+$ are similar as the ones in dt$\mu_2$ and dt$\mu$, respectively. The $\alpha$ sticking probability in the muonic LiH$^+$ after the nuclear fusion is studied. The calculated $\alpha$ sticking probability of being captured to the ground state of He$\mu$ is 5 times smaller than the one in dt$\mu$., Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures

The exclusive $\pi^0$ electroproduction is analyzed within the handbag approach based on Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) factorization. We consider the leading-twist contribution together with the transversity effects. It is shown that the transversity, $H_T$ and $\bar E_T$ GPDs are essential in the description of $\pi^0$ cross section. Predictions for future Electron-Ion Collider of China (EicC) energy range are done. We present the detection potential for the diffuse supernova neutrino background (DSNB) at the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), using the inverse-beta-decay (IBD) detection channel on free protons. We employ the latest information on the DSNB flux predictions, and investigate in detail the background and its reduction for the DSNB search at JUNO. The atmospheric neutrino induced neutral current (NC) background turns out to be the most critical background, whose uncertainty is carefully evaluated from both the spread of model predictions and an envisaged \textit{in situ} measurement. We also make a careful study on the background suppression with the pulse shape discrimination (PSD) and triple coincidence (TC) cuts. With latest DSNB signal predictions, more realistic background evaluation and PSD efficiency optimization, and additional TC cut, JUNO can reach the significance of 3$\sigma$ for 3 years of data taking, and achieve better than 5$\sigma$ after 10 years for a reference DSNB model. In the pessimistic scenario of non-observation, JUNO would strongly improve the limits and exclude a significant region of the model parameter space., Comment: 29 pages, 11 figures, final published version in JCAP

Main goal of the JUNO experiment is to determine the neutrino mass ordering using a 20kt liquid-scintillator detector. Its key feature is an excellent energy resolution of at least 3 % at 1 MeV, for which its instruments need to meet a certain quality and thus have to be fully characterized. More than 20,000 20-inch PMTs have been received and assessed by JUNO after a detailed testing program which began in 2017 and elapsed for about four years. Based on this mass characterization and a set of specific requirements, a good quality of all accepted PMTs could be ascertained. This paper presents the performed testing procedure with the designed testing systems as well as the statistical characteristics of all 20-inch PMTs intended to be used in the JUNO experiment, covering more than fifteen performance parameters including the photocathode uniformity. This constitutes the largest sample of 20-inch PMTs ever produced and studied in detail to date, i.e. 15,000 of the newly developed 20-inch MCP-PMTs from Northern Night Vision Technology Co. (NNVT) and 5,000 of dynode PMTs from Hamamatsu Photonics K. K.(HPK).

We study the leading-twist time-reversal even transverse momentum dependent parton distribution functions (TMDs) of light and heavy vector mesons, i.e., the $\rho$, $J/\psi$ and $\Upsilon$. We employ the leading Fock-state light front wave functions (LF-LFWFs) of $\rho$ and $J/\psi$ from our recent study, and supplement with $\Upsilon$'s LF-LFWFs. These LF-LFWFs are extracted from dynamically solved Bethe-Salpeter wave functions. The vector meson TMDs are then studied with the light front overlap representation at leading Fock-state. All the obtained TMDs are non-vanishing and evolve with current quark mass, in particular the tensor polarized TMDs $f_{1LT}$ and $f_{1TT}$ which undergo a sign flip. The $\rho$ TMDs are compared with other model studies and agreement is found, aside from $f_{1LT}$ and $f_{1TT}$. Finally, the collinear PDFs of vector mesons are studied. The $\rho$'s valence PDFs $f_{1,v}(x)$ and $g_{1L,v}(x)$ are evolved to the scale of 2.4 GeV, with their first three moments compared to lattice QCD prediction. The qualitative behavior of tensor polarized PDF $f_{1LL}(x)$ in $\rho$ at large $x$ is also discussed., Comment: 11 pages, 11 figures

Exclusive vector meson production is an excellent probe for describing the structure of proton. In this paper, based on dipole model, the differential cross sections, total cross sections and the ratios of the longitudinal to transverse cross sections of $J/\psi$ and $\rho^0$ productions are calculated with the analytical solution of Balitsky-Kovchegov (BK) equation. In addition, we also consider the influences of two meson wave function models on the results. Our predictions, which are little sensitive to meson wave functions, agree with the experimental data. JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of China. This publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the $\Delta m^2_{31}$, $\Delta m^2_{21}$, $\sin^2 \theta_{12}$, and $\sin^2 \theta_{13}$ oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos, which is one of the primary physics goals of the experiment. The sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site, the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond, the detector response uncertainties, and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite detector. It is found that the $\Delta m^2_{31}$, $\Delta m^2_{21}$, and $\sin^2 \theta_{12}$ oscillation parameters will be determined to better than 0.5% precision in six years of data collection, which represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints., Comment: 29 pages, 10 figures, submitted to Chinese Physics C

We calculate the valence quark distribution functions of the $\pi$ meson using the non-relativistic chiral constituent quark model. The $\pi$ wave function is obtained by solving the two-body Schr\"odinger equation within the framework of constituent quark model. We transform the $\pi$ wave function from the rest frame to the light cone or infinite momentum frame based on the Lorentz boost. The valence quark distributions at the initial evolution scale are obtained. The QCD evolution are given with the DGLAP equations with parton-parton recombination corrections. With tuning the valence up (down) quark mass to 70 MeV, the calculated valence up quark distributions at $Q^2=20$ GeV$^2$ are in good agreement with the E615 experimental data. The structure functions $\rm{F}_2^\pi(x,Q^2)$ of pion are also calculated which consist with the H1 experimental data. As a lot of studies have declared, the proton structure function $F_2$ explicitly satisfies a power-law mathematical formation. We describe the behavior of proton structure function $F_2$ at small-$x$ as well as large $Q^2$ using the analytical solution of the Balitsky-Kovchegov equation. We obtain the effective slope value $\lambda$ of the structure function with $Q^2$. Our results come from fitting the HERA experimental data at low $Q^2$ region and we also give the prediction for the effective slope of $F_2$ at the high $Q^2$ region., Comment: 15 pages,3 figures,3 tables
