The article adopts the correlation function method to extract the fundamental frequency features of vocal speech signals and processes this information through the cepstrum method. Then, the audio signals are corrected by linear smoothing to match the features of the students’ audio signals with the features of the musical score to determine the accuracy of the vocal music. The study also includes quantization, frame-splitting, and windowing preprocessing of the audio signals, and constructing an unwritten audio signal feature set based on correlation feature selection. The article also proposes an innovative metaphorical method for improving the teaching mode of vocal music courses in colleges and universities. It analyzes the auxiliary role of information technology in teaching vocal music courses by combining simulation experiments with the effects of practical application. The study results show that the students’ vocal singing fundamental frequency range is close to the standard, roughly 123 to 200, with a maximum error value of 24. With the assistance of information fusion technology, the average score increment of the students’ vocal singing reaches 6.088 points, proving this method’s effectiveness in improving the quality of verbal music teaching.

Objective OA is a chronic disease characterized by cartilage degeneration and inflammation, with no approved disease-modifying drugs. This study aimed to identify pathogenic genes and elucidate their mechanism in OA. Methods We systematically identified pathogenic genes combined sing-cell and bulk transcriptome profiles of cartilage tissues in OA. Adenovirus carrying the serpin peptidase inhibitor clade E member 2 (serpinE2) or exogenous serpinE2 was injected into monosodium iodoacetate (MIA)-induced OA-model rats. Histological analysis, immunohistochemistry and Alcian blue staining were performed. In vitro , immunofluorescence, quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR), ELISA and western blot assays were performed. Results serpinE2 exhibited elevated expression and hypomethylation, showing a positive association with collagen pathway activities in patients with OA. Silencing serpinE2 aggravated MIA-induced knee cartilage degeneration in OA-model rats. Conversely, the intra-articular injection of exogenous serpinE2 ameliorated articular cartilage degeneration, reduced pain-related behavioural responses and relieve synovitis in MIA-induced OA-model rats. Exogenous serpinE2 not only attenuated the elevation of NLRP3, IL-1β and caspase1 expression levels but also restored the reduction in cell viability induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in chondrocytes. Mechanistically, we found that exogenous serpinE2 inhibited LPS-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) release and NF-κB signalling activation. Conclusions serpinE2 plays a protective role in cartilage and synovium tissues, suggesting that serpinE2 gene transfer or molecules that upregulate serpinE2 expression could be therapeutic candidates for OA. Steel slag is an industrial solid waste produced during the steelmaking process. To explore the application of steel slag in the agricultural field, the present experiment was carried out to study the effect of substrates with different contents of steel slag on the growth of Hydrangea macrophylla cuttings. The conventional substrate (perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1) was used as the control (CK), and the treatments were designed as T1 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:3:3:3, v/v/v/v), T2 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:2:2:2, v/v/v/v), T3 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1:1, v/v/v/v), and T4 (steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:0:0:0, v/v/v/v). The results showed that the addition of steel slag significantly increased the substrate's bulk density, EC, and pH and improved its water retention capacity to a certain extent. There were significant differences among different treatments in morphological indicators, root growth and development, and physiological and biochemical characteristics of cutting seedlings. All traits, including plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, root length, root surface area, root volume, the number of root tips, root activity, and soluble protein content of seedlings grown in T3 were significantly higher than those in other substrates. The results indicated that the appropriate addition of steel slag is helpful to hydrangea cuttings' growth, and the optimal mixing ratio is steel slag: perlite: vermiculite: peat = 1:1:1:1 (v/v/v/v). Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine compound Baiyu powder in treating cracked nipples during lactation period, and summarized related nursing measures during treatment. Methods A total of 120 women with cracked nipples during lactation period were randomly divided into group A, group B and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The group A received external application of compound Baiyu powder, group B received external application of protective cream, and the control group received routine care during lactation period. The healing conditions of cracked nipples 5 days after intervention and breastfeeding rate were observed, and intervention effect was evaluated and compared among three groups. Results The total response rate was 97. 44%(38/39) in the group a, which was higher than 68. 42%(26/38) in group B and 40. 00% (16/40) in control group(P＜0. 05 respectively).
