Abstract

Active contour models have been widely used for image segmentation purposes. However, they may fail to delineate objects of interest depicted on images with intensity inhomogeneity. To resolve this issue, a novel image feature, termed as local edge entropy, is proposed in this study to reduce the negative impact of inhomogeneity on image segmentation. An active contour model is developed on the basis of this feature, where an edge entropy fitting (EEF) energy is defined with the combination of a redesigned regularization term. Minimizing the energy in a variational level set formulation can successfully drive the motion of an initial contour curve towards optimal object boundaries. Experiments on a number of test images demonstrate that the proposed model has the capability of handling intensity inhomogeneity with reasonable segmentation accuracy.

Abstract

In view of the head shape of a typical supersonic vehicle, the array pressure data of the supersonic vehicle is calculated by computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method. The real-time solution scheme for algorithm model of the flush air data sensing system based on BP neural network technique and FPGA + DSP architecture digital signal processing is designed, which flight Ma number range is from 2.0 to 4.5. The experiment of real-time calculation of the principled sample machine is done in 1.2 m × 1.2 m supersonic wind tunnel. Test results are in good agreement with the measurement results of the wind tunnel system. The system is working without any fatal error in the whole test, which can reflect the flow parameters changes, and has good robustness and agility. 37. Phase I/II Clinical Study of PRaG Regimen Combined With Intraperitoneal Infusion of PD-1 Inhibitor for Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors With Cancerous Ascites (PRaG4.0P Study)

Abstract

Objective:The prognosis of malignant tumors with peritoneal metastases and cancerous ascites has generally been poor, with limited treatment options. The PRaG regimen, which comprised of hypofractionated radiotherapy, programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor, and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), showed a survival advantage in patients with advanced solid tumors who failed at least the first line of standard systemic treatment. Intraperitoneal infusion of PD-1 inhibitors may be a novel therapeutic strategy for managing malignant ascites. Integrating the PRaG regimen with intraperitoneal perfusion of a PD-1 inhibitor might control malignant ascites and provide further survival benefits in these patients. This proposed study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of intraperitoneal infusion of serplulimab in combination with the PRaG regimen in patients with simultaneous advanced solid tumors and cancerous ascites who fail at least the first-line treatment. Methods:This proposed study is a prospective, single-arm, open-label, multicenter clinical trial. All eligible patients will receive 2 cycles of intensive treatment, a combination of PRaG regimen with an intraperitoneal infusion of PD-1 inhibitor. The patients who are beneficially treated with intensive treatment will receive consolidation treatment every 2 weeks until ascites disappear, disease progression occurs, intolerable toxicity occurs, or for up to 1 year. Phase I of this study will be conducted using a modified 3 + 3 design. The dose of intraperitoneal infusion of PD-1 inhibitor for phase II will be determined according to dose-limiting toxicity evaluation in the phase I study. Conclusion:This prospective, open-label, multicenter study will potentially lead to intraperitoneal perfusion of a PD-1 inhibitor being a new strategy for malignant ascites patients and provide a meaningful efficacy and safety of the combination of PRaG regimen with an intraperitoneal infusion of PD-1 inhibitor for these patients.

Abstract

The key technical difficulties and design flow of flush air data sensing (FADS) system design for air breathing air-to-air missile are analyzed. The aspirated air-to-air missile large slenderness than layout, high maneuverability, high angle of attack and low cost control characteristics proposed a high precision, multi-points of fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant and anti overload of fads system design method. Mainly includes the algorithm design based on strategy of pressure model, hierarchical diagnosis and multi-models of re-configurable fault-tolerant, the error source of the system control model design, high precision and anti overload pressure measurement module design and solution machine module design. According to the shape of a typical air breathing air-to-air missile, the FADS system principle prototype is designed, which is based on 9 pressure measuring points layout and flight Mach number 1.5–4.0. Prototype real-time solution test is done in 1.2 m×1.2 m supersonic wind tunnel. Test results show that: relative error of static pressure measurement is no more than 6.9%, measurement error of Mach number is no more than 0.10, the measurement errors of the angle of attack and side slip angle are no more than 1°. The measurement error of the reconstructed model is close to the baseline model error; algorithm fault diagnosis points is less than or equal to 3, the scope of fault diagnosis of P1 deviation is less than or equal to −20% or greater than or equal to 40%, P2–P9 deviation is less than or equal to −30% or greater than or equal to 30%. The algorithm has less than or equal to 2 fault tolerant ability. The measurement error level, fault diagnosis and tolerance ability of the system can meet the engineering requirements.

49. Aerodynamic configuration design of a buoyancy-lifting vehicle in the near-space.

Abstract

The aerodynamic configurations of a solar powered buoyancy-lifting vehicle in the near-space were investigated using both engineering method and Computational fluid dynamics. The optimized aerodynamic configurations with high lift to drag ratio were obtained by optimization design method respectively, and the differences between two cofigurations from the two methods were analyzed. Experiment study on the aerodynamics configuration was done by cable mounting wind tunnel testing technology, and testing methods in wind tune experiment of high aspect ratio with twofuselages configuration were developed. Aerodynamic performance of the test model in pitching and lateral were analyzed in different Reynolds number. Conclusion of this investigation showed that wind tunnel experiment results and computational results were according well one another and the configuration design methods were validated, experiment results could give technology support to solar powered buoyancy-lifting vehicle system overall design as well.
