3. Optimization of efficiently extracting procyanidins from Camellia oleifera shells by microwave-assisted deep eutectic solvent.

Abstract

The procyanidins of Camellia oleifera shells were efficiently separated by using deep eutectic solvent and microwave-assisted extraction. The eutectic solvent made of choline chloride and oxalic acid system was selected as the extraction solvent. The effects of microwave power, raw material particle size, microwave temperature, microwave time, solvent water content and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction amount of procyanidins from Camellia oleifera shells were extensively studied, and the optimal extraction process parameters were further evaluated through orthogonal optimization experiments. When using the raw material with an average particle size of 53 µm and 5% water content of solvent, the optimum technological parameters could be as follow; the material liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL), microwave power of 600 W and microwave irradiation at 35 °C for 60 min. Under these optimized conditions, the extraction amount of procyanidins from Camellia oleifera shells can achieve to 66. 89 mg/g. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Brittleness source identification is the work of finding every brittle source. The key of analysis of the brittleness of system is to build the brittle model. The chart theory can describe the direction and weigh of the brittle spread model. In this paper, bring forward the method and step of building the brittle model based on the chart theory, build a model of 7 nodes electric power system and analyze it and then obtain the hierarchy electric power system brittle model and the brittle source, and at last verify this method is valid to network system.

Abstract

In this paper, we construct core–shell structured mesoporous silica nanoparticles with spherical SiO 2 as the core and mesoporous silica as the shell, offering both large surface-area-to-volume-ratio and short channels. With this core–shell structured mesoporous silica nanoparticles as supporting medium, a chemosensor of pyrene, owing advantages of large Stokes shift, high quantum yield and excellent photostability, is grafted into the channels of the nanoparticles, aiming at a Hg(II) detector with quick response and high selectivity. The sensing performance of the resulting composite material is investigated in detail. Data suggest that the composite material is thermally stable enough for actual applications and highly selective towards Hg(II), and a linear response with detection limit of 10 −8 mol/L is finally realized, which means that it is a promising biochemo-sensing material for Hg(II) detection.

Abstract

Analyzed the evaluation of microbial enhanced oil recovery quality based on the Fuzzy AHP. Obtained the relative importance weight vector which affect the qualities (or factors) through the Fuzzy AHP. The Fuzzy AHP of microbial enhanced oil recovery in order to evaluate the quality as for example, discovered the factors of Evaluation of microbial enhanced oil recovery quality from the relative importance of factors: Under 50°C the high glial oil viscosity reduced 20%, lower the freezing point of high wax 2.2°C. This result is consistent with microbial enhanced oil recovery reservoir screening criteria proposed by the U.S. oil and energy.
