Robot path planning model based on RNN and visual quality evaluation in the context of crowds is analyzed in this paper. Mobile robot path planning is the key to robot navigation and an important field in robot research. Let the motion space of the robot be a two-dimensional plane, and the motion of the robot is regarded as a kind of motion under the virtual artificial potential field force when the artificial potential field method is used for the path planning. Compared to simple image acquisition, image acquisition in a complex crowd environment requires image pre-processing first. We mainly use OpenCV calibration tools to pre-process the acquired images. In themethodology design, the RNN-based visual quality evaluation to filter background noise is conducted. After calibration, Gaussian noise and some other redundant information affecting the subsequent operations still exist in the image. Based on RNN, a new image quality evaluation algorithm is developed, and denoising is performed on this basis. Furthermore, the novel path planning model is designed and simulated. The expeirment compared with the state-of-the-art models have shown the robustness of the model.

Scene recognition model based on the DNN and game theory with its applications in human-robot interaction is proposed in this paper. The use of deep learning methods in the field of scene recognition is still in its infancy, but has become an important trend in the future. As the innovative idea of the paper, we propose the following novelties. (1) In this paper, the image registration problem is transformed into a problem of minimum energy in Markov Random Field to finalize the image pre-processing task. Game theory is used to find the optimal. (2) We select neighboring homogeneous sample features and the neighboring heterogeneous sample features for the extracted sample features to build a triple and modify the traditional neural network to propose the novel DNN for scene understanding. (3) The robot control is well combined to guide the robot vision for multiple tasks. The experiment is then conducted to validate the overall performance.

In order to improve the precision of multi-robot SLAM multi-view target tracking process, a improved multi-robot SLAM multi-view target tracking algorithm based on panoramic vision in irregular environment was put forward, adding an correction factor to renew the existing Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) model, obtaining new coordinates X and Y after twice iterations. The paper has been accepted by Computing and Visualization in Science and this is a simplified version.

In this paper we present a new multi-scale simulation scheme for next-generation electronic design automation for nano-electronics. The scheme features a combination of the first-principles quantum mechanical calculation, semi-classical semiconductor device simulation, compact model generation and circuit simulation. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed scheme, we apply our newly developed quantum mechanics/electromagnetics method to simulate the junctionless transistors. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental measurements and provide new insights on the depletion effect of the hetero-doped gate on the drain current. Based on the calculated I-V curves, a compact model is then constructed for the junctionless transistors. The nature of the magnetism brought about by Fe adatoms on the surface of the topological insulator Bi2Se3 was examined in terms of density functional calculations. The Fe adatoms exhibit strong easy-axis magnetic anisotropy in the dilute adsorption limit due to the topological surface states (TSS). The spin exchange J between the Fe adatoms follows a Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY) behavior with substantial anisotropy, and the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction between them is quite strong with |D/J|~0.3 under the mediation by the TSS, and can be further raised to ~0.6 by an external electric field. The apparent single-ion anisotropy of a Fe adatom is indispensable in determining the spin orientation.

An approximate method based on adiabatic time dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) is presented, that allows for the description of the electron dynamics in nanoscale junctions under arbitrary time dependent external potentials. In this scheme, the density matrix of the device region is propagated according to the Liouville-von Neumann equation. The semi-infinite leads give rise to dissipative terms in the equation of motion which are calculated from first principles in the wide band limit. In contrast to earlier {\em ab-initio} implementations of this formalism, the Hamiltonian is here approximated by a density expansion in the spirit of the density functional based tight-binding (DFTB) method without introducing empirical parameters. Results are presented for two prototypical molecular devices and compared to calculations at the full TDDFT level. The issue of non-existence of a steady state under certain conditions is also briefly touched on.

Quantum phase diffusion in a small underdamped Nb/AlO$_x$/Nb junction ($\sim$ 0.4 $\mu$m$^2$) is demonstrated in a wide temperature range of 25-140 mK where macroscopic quantum tunneling (MQT) is the dominant escape mechanism. We propose a two-step transition model to describe the switching process in which the escape rate out of the potential well and the transition rate from phase diffusion to the running state are considered. The transition rate extracted from the experimental switching current distribution follows the predicted Arrhenius law in the thermal regime but is greatly enhanced when MQT becomes dominant., Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures, 1 table

The properties of phase escape in a dc SQUID at 25 mK, which is well below quantum-to-classical crossover temperature $T_{cr}$, in the presence of strong resonant ac driving have been investigated. The SQUID contains two Nb/Al-AlO$_{x} $/Nb tunnel junctions with Josephson inductance much larger than the loop inductance so it can be viewed as a single junction having adjustable critical current. We find that with increasing microwave power $W$ and at certain frequencies $\nu $ and $\nu $/2, the single primary peak in the switching current distribution, \textrm{which is the result of macroscopic quantum tunneling of the phase across the junction}, first shifts toward lower bias current $I$ and then a resonant peak develops. These results are explained by quantum resonant phase escape involving single and two photons with microwave-suppressed potential barrier. As $W$ further increases, the primary peak gradually disappears and the resonant peak grows into a single one while shifting further to lower $I$. At certain $W$, a second resonant peak appears, which can locate at very low $I$ depending on the value of $\nu $. Analysis based on the classical equation of motion shows that such resonant peak can arise from the resonant escape of the phase particle with extremely large oscillation amplitude resulting from bifurcation of the nonlinear system. Our experimental result and theoretical analysis demonstrate that at $T\ll T_{cr}$, escape of the phase particle could be dominated by classical process, such as dynamical bifurcation of nonlinear systems under strong ac driving., Comment: 10 pages, 9 figures, 1 table

Current-voltage $I-V$ curves have been carefully measured for YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-\delta}$ thin films by following different thermal or field annealing procedures. Although all data can be described quite well by the vortex-glass theory, it is found that the dissipation in a small region just above the vortex-glass transition is history dependent: the dissipation in the warming up or field-increasing process is larger than that in the cooling down or field-decreasing process. A new master equation is derived for the Janes-Cummings model., Comment: revised version

We present the results of modeling 5, 8 and 15 GHz maps of the gravitational lens MG1131+0456 using the LensClean algorithm. Two models for the mass distribution in the lens were fit: a de Vaucouleurs model and a model with the two-dimensional potential phi = b^{2-alpha}(r^2+s^2)^{alpha/2}/2alpha, both in an external shear field. The best fit de Vaucouleurs model has an effective radius of R_e = 0.83+-0.13 arcseconds, larger than that measured at optical wavelengths. The best fit ``alpha model'' has alpha=0.6+-0.2 and a core radius of s = 0.19 +- 0.07 arcseconds. An isothermal model (alpha=1) is inconsistent with the data. The best alpha model fits the 8 GHz map significantly better than the best de Vaucouleurs model. Although it is difficult to distinguish visually the original image and the reconstructions, none of the models is statistically consistent with the data. We believe the primary problem is that an external shear is an inadequate model for the angular structure of the lens galaxy. The finite core radius in the models is required by the structure of the extended ring, so we confirm that the central component in the 8 GHz map is a central, lensed image of the source rather than the lens galaxy. The model lens positions, the position angle of the shear, and the mass interior to the ring are determined very precisely by the lens models. The time delay between the compact components is predicted with an uncertainty we estimate to be at most +- 9%; the formal uncertainty is +- 4%., Comment: 47 pages.
