Understanding the charge-formation and current-extraction dynamics of a zero-dimensional/two-dimensional (0D/2D) hybrid system remains challenging. Here, by incorporating 0D carbon quantum dots with 2D F–C functionalized graphene, we designed UV photodetectors that exhibit an outstanding photoresponsivity of 4.66 × 106 A W−1 and noise-involved detectivity of 2.7 × 1017 jones, demonstrating frequency-dependent noise suppression. Introduction: Compare the anatomical and functional outcomes, operation duration, and complication rates between standard scleral buckling (SSB) and chandelier-assisted scleral buckling (CSB) for phakic eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). Methods: PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to June 2024. The primary endpoint will be set as a final success. The secondary endpoint will be primary success, operation time, and final BCVA. Results: Our meta-analysis showed that there is no statistical difference between CSB and SSB for the final success rate (RR = 1.00, 95% CI = 0.97–1.03). For the primary success rate, there is no statistical difference between CSB and SSB (RR = 1.00, 95% CI = 0.94–1.06). For operation time, our meta-analysis showed that the CSB group is less than the SSB group (pooled MD = −15.8, 95% CI = −22.60 to −9.00). For postoperative complications, our study shows that the CSB group presented with lower pooled risk than the SSB group (RR = 0.59, 95% CI = 0.41–0.89). There is a trend that the ERM formation risk is higher in the CSB group if there is no routine suture for the sclerotomy (p = 0.08). Conclusion: CSB showcases a significantly reduced operation duration and less postoperative complication in contrast to the SSB group, maintaining comparable primary and ultimate anatomical success rates as well as final BCVA. Dual-modification strategies of conventional WO3 photoanodes are implemented to rationally modulate their photocatalytic activity under irradiation of stimulated sunlight. These are first accomplished by the uniform incorporation of β-FeOOH nanoclusters with WO3 hosts as shell/core heterostructures, followed by argon plasma treatment, which provides synergistic effects for the beneficial transmission and injection of photogenerated holes, including the dramatic increase in oxygen-vacancy mediated active sites due to the in situ formation of Fe2+/Fe3+-coexisting FeOOH facets combined with oxygen-deficient WO3 lattices, and great upward band bending at hybrid photoanode/electrolyte interfaces. Moreover, inspired by naturally existing features, such as nut/scale endowed pine-cone structures, anchoring carbon quantum dots (CQDs) on plasma-treated FeOOH/WO3 photoanodes is artificially imitated to access the band engineering of photoanode design. These multilevel structures offer an effective hole channel that facilitates the extraction of photoexcited holes and direct photovoltaic effect on CQDs, displaying a faradaic efficiency of 88.0% for oxygen generation. In addition, remarkable surface efficiency (83.3%), a substantial decrease in the open-circuit voltage (0.425 V) and interfacial charge transfer resistance (215 Ω) over those of pristine WO3 photoanodes (38.2%, 0.425 V and 2250 Ω) are observed. Advances in silicon‐based hybrid solar cells with high photovoltaic performance, low synthetic cost, and sound environmental resistance are emerged as potential candidate for solar conversion. Solution‐processed few‐layer MoS2 sheets are regarded as compelling constitutes that paves ways for tailoring the solar harvesting capability; yet the improvement on charge separation of photoexcited carriers remains demanded, and the lack of environmental stability due to intentionally grabbing electrons from adsorbed moistures constrains the scope of practical assessment. In this work, the employment of MoS2/Mo2C/carbon colloid dots (CCDs) heterostructures within PEDOT:PSS matrix is invoked, where the transfer of photoexcited electrons from MoS2 is mediated with Mo2C electron‐transport channels, which further couple out the creation of positive trions by combining with defect‐bound excitons at CCD surfaces. These features dynamically involve with slow recombination probability and further improve the photovoltaic gain. Thus, the noticeable improvement of conversion efficiency of 16.1% with 1.6 times of efficiency enhancement outperforming the bare conventional hybrid solar cells is accomplished, and further exhibits a sound long‐term stability, which opens new avenues for exploiting the photophysical bound‐carrier transition on advanced photovoltaic applications.
