Ciprofloxacin is a quinolone derivative with antibacterial properties. Quinolones, which share structural similarities with nalidixic acid, function as unidentate, bidentate, and bridging ligands during chelation. A key factor in increasing quinolones' biological activity is the presence of metal ions. Many transition metals, including Ni2+, Co2+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Ag2+, Au2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, and Fe2+, are often utilised as chelating agents. The ciprofloxacin silver ions was developed in the current study and then compared with two standard medications (ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin) and evaluated forin-silicoinvestigations using (PDB ID: 2XCT). It was shown that the silver metal of the ciprofloxacin Analogue (L1) had a higher docking score and glide energy when compared to two standard medications like, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin respectively. It has been demonstrated inin-silicostudies that the synthesised novel silver metal of the ciprofloxacin analogue (L1) has significant potency against a wide range of bacterial and fungal diseases, making it an essential source for new antibacterial drugs that target bacterial and fungal diseases in the future.

The pharmacognostic investigation on Gloriosa superba L. and Epimedium sagittatum is covered in this research article. Physical-chemical parameters have been analysed using fluorescence, including ash and extractive values. The various extracts have also undergone preliminary phytochemical investigation and thin layer chromatographic behaviour. Research has demonstrated the anti-inflammatory, anticancer, anti-parkinsonian, adaptogen, antipyretic, antiobesity, antibacterial, antioxidant, and hepatoprotective activities of Gloriosa superba L. and Epimedium sagittatum. Numerous other effects have also been investigated, including immunomodulation, hypolipidemia, antimicrobial activity, cardiovascular protection, sexual behaviour, tolerance, and dependence. Further research on this plant is required to validate these results and elucidate any further possible therapeutic properties in light of these extremely positive results. Clinical studies should employ Gloriosa superba L. and Epimedium sagittatum to treat a range of diseases.

In this paper, we prove some common fixed point theorems for a pair of weakly compatible mappings satisfying (ψ,α,β)-weak contractions in fuzzy metric spaces employing a control function. Our results improve and generalize several previously known relevant results of the existing literature. Some illustrative examples are also furnished to substantiate our main results.

The effect of pressure correction on the linear analysis of Kelvin-Helmholtz instability of cylindrical interface in presence of saturated porous bed structure has been carried out, considering viscous potential flow theory. In the viscous potential flow theory, viscosity enters through normal stress balance and tangential stresses are not considered. The assume fluids in the system are considered to be viscous and incompressible with different kinematic viscosities. The fluids are subjected to be uniform electric field which is acting in the axial direction. A dispersion relation that accounts for the axisymmetric waves has been obtained and stability criterion has been given in terms of relative velocity. The viscous pressure is derived by mechanical energy equation and this pressure correction applied to compute the growth rate of Kelvin-Helmholtz instability. The difference graphs have been drawn, to show the effect of various physical parameters such as porosity and permeability of medium, viscosity ratio, upper fluid fraction on the stability of the system. By the observation of the graphs, that axial electric field has stabilizing effect while porous media has destabilizing effect on the stability of the system.

The aim of this paper is to obtain some new integral type fixed point theorems for nonself weakly compatible mappings in symmetric spaces satisfying generalized $(\psi ,\phi )$ -contractive conditions employing the common limit range property. We furnish some interesting examples which support our main theorems. Our results generalize and extend some recent results contained in Imdad et al. (2013) to symmetric spaces. Consequently, a host of metrical common fixed theorems are generalized and improved. In the process, we also derive a fixed point theorem for four finite families of mappings which can be utilized to derive common fixed point theorems involving any number of finite mappings.
