This study provides an in-depth bibliometric analysis of the research land-scape of Geopolymer concrete using data from two of the leading scientific databases, Scopus and Web of Science. The analysis covers a time span of 2010 to 2022 and provides a comprehensive evaluation of the growth, age, impact, and collaboration of research in the field. The results show that the annual growth rate of research in Geopolymer concrete is substantial, with a 43.92% increase in the number of documents in Scopus and 15.76% in Web of Science. Furthermore, the document average age is relatively low, with 1.59 years in Scopus and 3.11 years in Web of Science, suggesting that the research in this field is recent and dynamic. The study also found that the research in Geopolymer concrete is highly cited, with an average of 11.69 ci-tations per document in Scopus and 18.69 in Web of Science.The authorship and document type analysis provides valuable insights into the research col-laboration and output in the field. The results show a high level of collabora-tion, with an average of 4.29 co-authors per document in Scopus and 3.47 in Web of Science. Additionally, the majority of the documents in the field are articles, with a smaller number of conference papers, book chapters, and re-views. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the research landscape of Geopolymer concrete and highlights the areas of strength and potential for future research. The results of the analysis can be useful for researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders in the field of Geopol-ymer concrete to understand the current state of the research, identify poten-tial gaps and opportunities, and plan future research activities.Page layout

Neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury (SCI) is a complex condition that responds poorly to usual treatments. Cell transplantation represents a promising therapy; nevertheless, the ideal cell type in terms of neurogenic potential and effectiveness against pain remains largely controversial. Here, we evaluated the ability of fetal neural stem cells (fNSC) to relieve chronic pain and, secondarily, their effects on motor recovery. Adult Wistar rats with traumatic SCI were treated, 10 days after injury, with intra-spinal injections of culture medium (sham) or fNSCs extracted from telencephalic vesicles (TV group) or the ventral medulla (VM group) of E/14 embryos. Sensory (von Frey filaments and hot plate) and motor (the Basso, Beattie, Bresnahan locomotor rating scale and inclined plane test) assessments were performed during 8 weeks. Thereafter, spinal cords were processed for immunofluorescence and transplanted cells were quantified by stereology. The results showed improvement of thermal hyperalgesia in the TV and VM groups at 4 and 5 weeks after transplantation, respectively. Moreover, mechanical allodynia improved in both the TV and VM groups at 8 weeks. No significant motor recovery was observed in the TV or VM groups compared with sham. Stereological analyses showed that ~70% of TV and VM cells differentiated into NeuN+ neurons, with a high proportion of enkephalinergic and GABAergic cells in the TV group and enkephalinergic and serotoninergic cells in the VM group. Our study suggests that neuronal precursors from TV and VM, once implanted into the injured spinal cord, maturate into different neuronal subtypes, mainly GABAergic, serotoninergic, and enkephalinergic, and all subtypes alleviate pain, despite no significant motor recovery. To evaluate the effect of In2O3 on (30-x) BaO-69B2O3-xIn2O3-1CuO (x = 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mol%) glasses are described for their spectroscopic properties as well as physical and optical qualities. Bragg’s peak-free X-ray diffractograms confirmed the samples’ non-crystalline character. The increase of In2O3mole percent in the glasses has caused non-linear fluctuations in the physical parameters such as density and molar volume. Urbach energy measurements and optical band gaps have shown modest inflections with In2O3 composition. The 2B1g → 2B2g transition is responsible for the broad distinctive absorption band seen in optical absorption spectra caused by the Cu2+ spin probe. The spin-Hamiltonian parameters’ non-linear variation with indium oxide content suggests that the ligand field strength surrounding Cu2+ ions in glass samples has changed. Bonding parameter values are determined using EPR and optical absorption spectrum data, and it is discovered that they are ionic in nature. According to FTIR tests, when the amount of indium oxide in the glass grew, a small percentage of BO3 units were converted into BO4 units. Indium oxide in these glasses appears to generate notable modifications in the electrical conduction, transparency, and semiconducting behavior, according to the behavior of their optical, physical, and spectroscopic qualities. Glasses of composition Al2O3–NaBr–B2O3 doped with copper ions prepared using melt quenching method. The effect of sodium bromide on alumino-borate glasses is investigated using various physical and spectroscopic methods. The increase in NaBr content decreased the density values of the samples nonlinearly which is attributed to replacement of relatively higher ionic radii of bromide ions (1.96 Å) in the place of lower ionic radii of oxygen ions (1.4 Å). At optical wavelengths, optical properties of the samples like band gap, Urbach energy, refractive index, etc., were evaluated and explained. Spin-Hamiltonian parameters (SHP) (gII, g⊥, AII and A⊥) were calculated from EPR spectra. The SHP values suggested the Cu2+ ion is in the ligand field surrounded by tetragonally contorted in octahedral locations with d x 2 - y 2 as lowest energy state. The bonding coefficient ( α 2 , β 2 and β 1 2 ) values were also determined using broad absorption band in UV–visible spectra and EPR. A deconvoluted spectrum is used to get exact band positions in the FTIR spectra. Residual graph is drawn to know the percentage difference in experimental and simulated curves. Glasses with the composition xK2O-(25-x) Li2O-12·5BaO-12·5MgO-48B2O3-2V2O5 (0≤x≤20) were prepared by the melt quenching method. The mixed alkali effect (MAE) has been investigated in the glass system through density, molar volume, optical absorption and EPR studies. VO2+ ions were used as the spin probes. From the optical absorption studies the values of the optical band gap (Eopt) for indirect transitions and the Urbarch energy (ΔE) were evaluated. The values of Eopt, ΔE and density exhibited nonlinear behaviour with the variation of Li2O content, which may be attributed to the mixed alkali effect. The EPR spectra have structures which are characteristic of a hyperfine interaction arising from an unpaired electron with the 51V nucleus and it builds up in intensity as x increases. The spin-Hamiltonian parameters were evaluated from the EPR spectra. For x=0 mol%, the EPR spectrum was found to be more intense and well resolved. The variation of g∥ versus A∥ and N versus 1/x as a function of Li2O content was found to be nonlinear, which may be due to the mixed alkali effect. The results obtained were explained.
