A lubricating oil additive for armored vehicle engine was synthesized by ultrasonic dispersion and physical blending with polyisobutylene and poly alpha olefin as polymer matrix, nanoBN and nanoALN as antifriction materials and polyisobutylene succinimide as surfactant. Polymer-based lubricating oil additive, hydroxyl magnesium silicate powder additive, commercial anti-wear repairing agent Goldway and commercial anti-wear protective agent Chief were dispersed into 10W-40 armored vehicle engine special lubricating oil according to a certain mass fraction. The dissolution stability of different lubricating oil additives in lubricating oil was investigated by standing test. The effects of ultrasonic time and temperature on the dispersion of different kinds of lubricating oil additives in lubricating oil are investigated by using ultrasonic disperser and particle size analyzer. The MDW-5G multifunctional end-face friction and wear tester is used to simulate the actual working process of cylinder liner-piston ring in armored vehicles during driving, and tribological tests were carried out under conventional working conditions to evaluate the tribological properties of different lubricating oil additives. Scanning electron microscope was used to measure and analyze the wear surface morphology and friction interface elements after tribological test, and the lubrication mechanism of lubricating oil additives is revealed. The results show that the polymer-based lubricating oil additive has good dissolution stability and dispersion in lubricating oil. Compared with pure lubricating oil, the average friction coefficient of lubricating oil containing 3wt% polymer-based additives is 0.085, and the friction coefficient decreases by 38.8%. During the friction process, polymer-based lubricating oil additives form a self-repairing oil film to cover the surface of the sample through a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, which reduces the friction and wear between the grinding pairs and improves the lubricating performance of lubricating oil.

Recently, the Muon g-2 experiment at Fermilab has measured the muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment (MDM), $a_\mu=(g_\mu-2)/2$, which reported that the new experimental average increases the tension between experiment and the standard model (SM) prediction to 4.2$\sigma$. In this work, we reanalyse the muon anomalous MDM at two-loop level in the $\mu$ from $\nu$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($\mu\nu$SSM) combined with the updated experimental average. The $\mu\nu$SSM can explain the current tension between the experimental measurement and the SM theoretical prediction for the muon anomalous MDM, constrained by the 125 GeV Higgs boson mass and decays, the rare decay $\bar{B}\rightarrow X_s\gamma$ and so on. We also investigate the anomalous MDM of the electron and tau lepton, $a_e=(g_e-2)/2$ and $a_\tau=(g_\tau-2)/2$, at two-loop level in the $\mu\nu$SSM. Three pairs of enantiomeric sesquiterpenoids, (∓)-syringanoid A (1a and 1b) and (±)-pinnatanoids A (2a and 2b) and B (3a and 3b), that represent an unprecedented 5/4/6 tricyclic backbone and a rare 6/7 bicyclic backbone, respectively, were isolated from the peeled stems of Syringa pinnatifolia. The structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, a modified Mosher's method, and quantum chemical calculations. A plausible biotransformation pathway for 1-3 was proposed, and their cardiomyocyte-protective and anti-inflammatory activities were evaluated.

Plant immune signaling largely relies on post-translational modifications to establish a rapid and appropriate defense response to different pathogen types and infection pressure. Specific pleiotropic drug resistance (PDR) transporters can transport secondary metabolites to contribute to pathogen invasion resistance. However, the establishment of the post-translational regulation of PDR transporters that efflux secondary metabolites is unclear. In this study, by detecting the camalexin contents on the leaf surfaces of mutants and overexpression lines, two AGC kinases, namely, OXI1 and its closest homologue AGC2-2, were found to be related to extracellular camalexin secretion. The overexpression of OXI1 or AGC2-2 resulted in an increase in camalexin contents on the leaf surface and a decrease in camalexin contents in the leaf interior. These effects increased the resistance of the transgenic lines to surface-inoculated Pseudomonas syringae and Botrytis cinerea. Through in vitro kinase assay and in vivo phosphorylation level detection, we confirmed that the two kinases were related to the phosphorylation modification of PDR6. Pull-down assays, bimolecular fluorescence complementation, and rapamycin-dependent delocalization assays indicated the existence of direct protein–protein interaction between the two kinases and PDR6. By using LC–MS/MS, we also identified the PDR6 phosphorylation sites that were modified by the two kinases in vitro. Through the expression of the dephosphorylated variants of PDR6 in the mutant background, the action site S31 of OXI1 and the action sites S33 and S827 of AGC2-2 were found to have positive effects on the efflux activity of PDR6. In addition, T832, the action site of OXI1, may contribute to the stability of PDR6 on the plasma membrane.

In this study, the compound search was completed through SciFinder and CNKI databases, and the drug-like properties were screened in FAFdrugs4 and SEA Search Server databases. In addition, based on the target sets related to acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) searched in disease target databases such as OMIM database, GeneCards database and DrugBank, a network diagram of chemical component-target-pathway-disease was established via Cytoscape to predict the potential active components of Corydalis Herba, a traditional Tibetan herbal medicine which derived from the aerial parts of Corydalis hendersonii and C. mucronifera against AMI. A protein-protein interaction(PPI) network was constructed through the STRING database and the core targets in the network were predicted. And the enrichment analyses of core targets were completed by DAVID database and R software. Furthermore, a molecular docking method was used to verify the binding of the components with core targets using softwares such as Autodock Vina. The present results showed that there were 60 compounds related to AMI in Corydalis Herba, involving 73 potential targets. The GO functional enrichment analysis obtained 282 biological processes(BP), 49 cell components(CC) and 78 molecular functions(MF). KEGG was enriched into 85 pathways, including alcoholism pathway, endocrine resistance pathway, calcium signaling pathway, cAMP signaling pathway, vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway and adrenergic signaling transduction pathway of myocardial cells. The results of network topology analysis showed that the key components of anti-AMI of Corydalis Herba might be tetrahydropalmatine, etrahydrocolumbamine, N-trans-feruloyloctopamine, N-cis-p-coumaroyloctopamine, N-trans-p-coumaroylnoradrenline and N-trans-p-coumaroyloctopamine, and their core targets might be CDH23, SCN4 B and NFASC. The results of molecular docking showed that the key components of Corydalis Herba had stable binding activity with the core targets. This study provides reference for further elucidation of the pharmacological effects of Corydalis Herba against AMI, subsequent clinical application, and development.

The difference between the updated experimental result on the muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment and the corresponding theoretical prediction of the standard model on that is about $4.2$ standard deviations. In this work, we calculate the muon anomalous MDM at the two-loop level in the supersymmetric $B-L$ extension of the standard model. Considering the experimental constraints on the lightest Higgs boson mass, Higgs boson decay modes $h\rightarrow \gamma\gamma,\;WW,\;ZZ,\; b\bar b,\;\tau\bar\tau$, B rare decay $\bar B\rightarrow X_s\gamma$, and the transition magnetic moments of Majorana neutrinos, we analyze the theoretical predictions of the muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment in the $B-L$ supersymmetric model. Two enantiomeric humulane sesquiterpenes, namely (+)-alashanoid N (1a) and (-)-alashanoid N (1b), along with two known analogs ((2R,3R,5R)-2,3-epoxy-6,9-humuladien-5-ol-8-one (2) and (2R,3S,5R)-2,3-epoxy-6,9-humuladien-5-ol-8-one (3)), were described from the peeled stems of a folk Mongolian herbal medicine Syringa pinnatifolia. Their structures were characterized based on UV, IR, NMR, and HR-ESI-MS data analyses, and the absolute configurations were determined by data analysis of X-ray diffraction and quantum chemical calculations. (+/-)-Alashanoid N showed inhibition against NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells with IC50 values of 90.1 μM and 71.7 μM, and protective effect against oxygen-glucose deprivation injury to H9c2 cells at a concentration of 20 μM and 5 μM, respectively.

Saussurea lappa originates in India, and now mainly grow in Yunnan, Sichuan and other places in China. It is one of the commonly used traditional herbal medicines in Tibet and other minority regions, with effects in regulating qi to relieve pain and invigo-rating spleen to promote food. It has been used in clinic for gastrointestinal diseases, such as Qi stagnation syndrome of spleen and stomach, diarrhea and tenesmus. More than 200 compounds have been identified from S. lappa. Among them, sesquiterpenoids attracted much attention. In terms of the number of compounds, eudesmanetype is dominant, guaiane and germacranetypes have also been reported frequently. Pharmacological studies have involved extracts, volatile oils and monomeric components represented by dehydrocostus lactone. Anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects on digestive system have attracted great attention. However, due to the complex sources of S. lappa and widely used in clinical practice, there is few research progress on relevant chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. This paper systematically summarizes terpenes and the pharmacological effects of S. lappa, in order to provide basis for further studies and clinical applications.

To solve the μ problem and generate three tiny neutrino masses in the MSSM, the μ from ν Supersymmetric Standard Model (μνSSM) introduces three singlet right- handed neutrino superfields, which lead to the mixing of the Higgs doublets with the sneutrinos. The mixing affects the lightest Higgs boson mass and the Higgs couplings. The present observed 95% CL upper limit on signal strength of the 125 GeV Higgs boson decay h → Zγ is 6.6, which still is plenty of space to prove the existence of new physics. In this work, we investigate the signal strength of the 125 GeV Higgs boson decay channel h → Zγ in the μνSSM. Besides, we consider the two-loop electroweak corrections of muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment (MDM) in the model, which also make important contributions compared with one-loop electroweak corrections.

It is of real and direct significance for China to cope with oil price fluctuations and ensure oil security. This paper aims to quantitatively analyze the specific contribution ratios of the complex factors influencing international crude oil prices and to establish crude oil price models to forecast long-term international crude oil prices. Six explanatory influential variables, namely Dow Jones Indexes, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development oil stocks, US rotary rig count, US dollar index, total open interest, which is the total number of outstanding contracts that are held by market participants at the end of each day, and geopolitical instability are specified, and the samples, from January 1990 to August 2017, are divided into six sub-periods. Moreover, the co-integration relationship among variables shows that the contribution ratios of all the variables influencing Brent crude oil prices are in accordance with the corresponding qualitative analysis. Furthermore, from September 2017 to December 2022 outside of the sample, the Vector Autoregressive forecasts show that annually averaged Brent crude oil prices for 2017–2022 would be $53.0, $61.3, $74.4, $90.0, $105.5, and $120.7 per barrel, respectively. The Vector Error Correction forecasts show that annual average Brent crude oil prices for 2017–2022 would be $53.0, $56.5, $58.5, $60.7, $63.0 and $65.4 per barrel, respectively.

The public health and ecological impacts of volatile organic compound (VOCs) pollution have become a serious problem in China, arousing increasing attention to emissions control. In this context, this paper analyses the effectiveness of VOC reduction policies, namely pollution charges and environmental taxes at the national and industrial sector levels. It uses a computable general equilibrium model, which connects macroeconomic variables with VOC emissions inventory, to simulate the effects of policy scenarios (with 2007 as the reference year). This paper shows that VOC emissions are reduced by 2.2% when a pollution charge equal to the average cost of engineering reduction methods – the traditional approach to regulation in China – is applied. In order to achieve a similar reduction, an 8.9% indirect tax would have to be imposed. Ab initio methods based on density functional theory at B3LYP level have been applied in investigating the equilibrium geometries, growth patterns, relative stabilities, and electronic properties of Zr2-doped Si n clusters. The optimisation results shown that the lowest-energy configurations for Zr2Si n clusters do not keep the corresponding silicon framework unchanged, which reflects that the doped Zr atoms dramatically affect the most stable structures of the Si n clusters. By analysing the relative stabilities, it is found that the doping of zirconium atoms reduces the chemical stabilities of silicon host. The Zr2Si4 and Zr2Si7 clusters are the magic numbers. The natural population and natural electronic configuration analyses indicated that the Zr atoms possess positive charge for n=1–6 and negative charge for n=7–11. In addition, the chemical hardness, chemical potential, infrared, and Raman spectra are also discussed.

The discrete analogue of the Noether-type identities in eld theory is investigated by means of the di erence discrete variational principle in which the di erence is regarded as an entire geometric object. The discrete counterparts of the Noether theorems are obtained. It is proved that there exists the discrete version of the Noether conservation law in eld theory. The discretization for the nonlinear Schrodinger equation is presented to illustrate the results.

The highly ordered and vertically oriented pure TiO2 nanotube arrays (TONTAs) are synthesized by anodic oxidation of titanium foils in fluoride-based electrolytes under different temperatures and voltages. Then TONTAs are treated at different temperatures. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns show that its structure is anatase at 500 °C with the temperature increasing to 700 °C, the most of anatase will transform to rutile, the nanotube arrays form granular titanium oxide, while at 900 °C, anatase will transform to rutile completely. The experimental results of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution show that the cobalt-manganese co-doped TONTAs have good photocatalytic degradation efficiency.

The Bi2Mn0.1V0.9O5.35-δ (BIMNVOX.10) thin films have been successfully deposited on the LaNiO3(LNO)/Si (100) substrates by chemical solution deposition process. The phases, morphology and electrical properties of samples have been studied. The BIMNVOX.10 films show a (00l)-preferred orientation and have a homogeneous distribution of grains. A low frequency dielectric dispersion observed in the films may be originated from the short distant diffusion of oxygen vacancies. The Cole-Cole plots of dielectric constant for the BIMNVOX.10 films appear semicircular arc with the center off the x-axis and deviate from the ideal mono-dispersive Debye model. The frequency dependent of ac conductivity for BIMNVOX.10 films follows the Joscher’s power law, mainly contributed to the grain resistivity and predicts the nature of an oxygen vacancies conduction process. The complex impedance spectra reveal that electrical process arises due to contribution from the grain interior and grain boundary effects.

As to the complexity data transmission and processing of web to print（W2P） system, The input and output of these data are analyzed and classified in this paper, based on the actual demand of ShangHai TongKun Digital Printing Enterprise, structure analysis method are used to construct the data model of W2P as a form of Data Flow Diagram(DFD), and then the single order’s business flow model are built with Uniform Model Language(UML). At last, both the two models are combined to illustrate the corresponding relationship in the data exchanges. This study is helpful to analyze data of W2P system and can decrease risk during software’s development.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollutant has become China's major air pollutant in key urban areas like sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. It is mainly produced from industry sectors, and engineering control is one of the most important reduction measures. During the 12th Five-Year Plan, China decides to invest 40 billion RMB to build pollution control projects in key industry sectors with annual emission reduction of 605 000 t x a(-1). It shows that China attaches a great importance to emission reduction by engineering projects and highlights the awareness of engineering reduction technologies. In this paper, a macroeconomic model, namely computable general equilibrium model, (CGE model) was employed to simulate engineering control and economic control (imposing environmental tax). We aim to compare the pros and cons of the two reduction policies. Considering the economic loss of the whole country, the environmental tax has more impacts on the economy system than engineering reduction measures. We suggest that the central government provides 7 500 RMB x t(-1) as subsidy for enterprises in industry sectors to encourage engineering reduction.

To observe the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) stimulation of "Zusanli" (ST 36) and "Kunlun" (BL 60) on serum and knee-joint IL-17 and IL-23 contents in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) rats so as to study its underlying mechanism in improving RA.Male Wistar rats were randomly allocated to normal control, RA model, EA and Prednisolone groups (n = 8 in each group). The RA model was established by intra-planta injection of incomplete Freund's adjuvant and type II collagen. EA (2 Hz/100 Hz,1-2 mA)was applied to bilateral "Zusanli"(ST 36) and "Kunlun"(BL 60) for 30 min, once daily for 10 days. The rats' ankle diameter was measured, and IL-17 and IL-23 contents in the serum and the knee-joint cavity were assayed by ELISA and Western blot, respectively.In comparison with the normal control group, the rats' ankle diameter, serum IL-17 and IL-23 contents and knee-joint IL-17 and IL-23 protein expression levels were significantly increased in the model group (P0.05). After EA and Prednisolone treatment, compared with the model group, all the rats' ankle diameter, serum IL-17 and IL-23 contents and knee-joint IL-17 and IL-23 protein expression levels were decreased remarkably (P0.05). No obvious differences were found between the EA and Prednisolone groups in the aforementioned indexes (P0.05), except IL-17 protein expression level (being markedly lower in the Prednisolone group than in the EA group).EA intervention can reduce inflammatory reaction of the ankle-joint in RA rats, which may be related to its effects in down-regulating serum and knee-joint IL-17 and IL-23 levels.

In this paper, we propose a novel steganographic method, which utilizes the sparsity and integrity of the image compressed sensing to reduce the risk of being detected by steganalysis. In the proposed algorithm, the message hiding process is integrated into the image sparse decomposition process without affecting the image perceptibility. First, the cover image is decomposed by the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm of image sparse decomposition, and the shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) is used to select the optimal atom in each decomposition iteration. Then, different quantization bits are adopted to quantify the sparse decomposition coefficients. Finally, via LSB[Formula: see text] steganographic strategy, the secret message is embedded in the least significant bits of the quantized coefficients. Experimental results show that the embedded data are invisible perceptually. Simultaneously, experiments show that the new steganography has good expandability in embedding capacity, owing to less sensitivity to the embedding bits. The security of the proposed method is also evaluated comparatively, by using four steganalyzers with rich feature, which indicates superior performance of the proposed method comparing with other steganographies conducted in sparse decomposition domain and the LSB[Formula: see text] methods used in spatial domain and DCT domain.

Run-to-Run control methods as applied in semiconductor manufacturing can greatly benefit from partitioning the observed disturbance state into separate components of tool and product disturbance states. Obtaining sufficiently accurate initial estimates of tool and product disturbance terms from historical data greatly improves the effectiveness of this method. Such an estimation method is developed in this work based on the just-in-time adaptive disturbance estimator (JADE) using random, high frequency sampling of historical data.

Researches on controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs) through macroeconomic policy from the view of cost-benefit analysis are very important for our country to improve the air environment. Based on our previous study, this paper predicted future VOCs emissions until 2020 under current policies with 2007 as reference year by using dynamic CGE model. Meanwhile, environmental tax was imposed in ten industries with high emission and the impacts of emissions and economic system were discussed. Finally, policy implementations for VOCs emission control were suggested for policy-makers. The results showed that environment tax could mitigate VOCs emission, but it also resulted in high cost. Owing to the highly related relationship between different sectors, although transport sector was not taxed, it also suffered a great economic influence. Thus, when using the tax policy for reducing VOCs, subsidy for special sector is necessary.

Using the newly developed particle swarm optimization algorithm on crystal structural prediction, we predict a new class of boron nitride with stoichiometry of NB2 at ambient pressure, which belongs to the tetragonal Im2 space group. Then, its structure, elastic properties, electronic structure, and chemical bonding are investigated by first-principles calculations with the density functional theory. The phonon calculation and elastic constants confirm that the predicted NB2 is dynamically and mechanically stable, respectively. The large bulk modulus, large shear modulus, large Young's modulus, and small Poisson's ratio show that the Im2 NB2 should be a new superhard material with a calculated theoretical Vickers hardness value of 66 GPa. Further analysis on density of states and electron localization function demonstrate that the strong B–B and B–N covalent bonds are the main reason for its high hardness in Im2 NB2.

In this paper, environmental tax was designed to control volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions. Computable general equilibrium (CGE) model was used to explore the impacts of environmental tax (in forms of indirect tax) on the macro-economy development at both national and sector levels. Different levels of tax were simulated to find out the proper tax rate. It is found out that imposing environmental tax on high emission sectors can cause the emission decreased immediately and can lead to negative impacts on macro-economy indicators, such as GDP (gross domestic products), total investment, total product and the whole consumption etc. However, only the government income increased. In addition, the higher the tax rate is, the more pollutants can be reduced and the worse economic effects can be caused. Consequently, it is suggested that, the main controlling policies of VOCs abatement should be mandatory orders, and low environmental tax can be implemented as a supplementary.

By using IPCC carbon emission calculation formula (2006 edition), economy-carbon emission dynamic model, and cement carbon emission model, a regional carbon emission calculation framework was established, and, taking Guangdong Province as a case, its energy consumption carbon emission, cement production CO2 emission, and forest carbon sink values in 2008-2050 were predicted, based on the socio-economic statistical data, energy consumption data, cement production data, and forest carbon sink data of the Province. In 2008-2050, the cement production CO2 emission in the Province would be basically stable, with an annual carbon emission being 10-15 Mt C, the energy consumption carbon emission and the total carbon emission would be in inverse U-shape, with the peaks occurred in 2035 and 2036, respectively, and the carbon emission intensity would be decreased constantly while the forest carbon sink would have a fluctuated decline. It was feasible and reasonable to use the regional carbon emission calculation framework established in this paper to calculate the carbon emission in Guangdong Province.
