The coverage of complete basic immunization is still low in the working area of Mentawai Regency, which is 59.8%. The national target achievement is 95%, indicating a gap of 35.2%. The aim of this research was to identify the factors influencing the completion of basic immunization. The research method used is analytical research with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this research consists of children aged more than 9 months until 5 years, totaling 132 respondents. The respondents were selected using simple random sampling. The analysis includes univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The findings revealed that more than half of the respondents did not complete their basic immunization (63.2%), and more than half of them had a low level of knowledge (60%). Support from father was also lacking for more than half of the respondents (63.3%), and there were concerns about inadequate sociocultural factors (57.8%). Abstract Background: Indonesia, particularly Padang City, West Sumatra, is a prone-area toward natural disasters related to geographical, geological and demographic conditions. Natural disasters give a very significant impact on physical, psychological and social. The psychological impact that most often appears in disaster cases is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). One who is prone to experiencing PTSD is adolescents. To prevent PTSD from occurring, good psychological well-being is needed. The factors that influence psychological well-being is personality. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the relationship of personality with psychological well-being toward adolescents in disaster-prone areas in padang city Methods: This study is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in three disaster-prone districts in Padang City, namely North Padang, South Padang, and Koto Tangah. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 156 adolescents who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed descriptively using univariate analysis,and bivariate analysis with chi square test. Results: The results of this study found that 85 respondents (54.5%) had low psychological well-being, and 108 respondents (69.2%) had introverted personality types. The results of the bivariate analysis found a relationship between personality toward psychological well-being with 0.010 P value. Conclusion: The results found that there was a relationship between personality toward psychological well-being adolescents in disaster-prone areas in Padang City. It is recommended for adolescents, parents and teachers to pay attention about the personality and support the students so that adolescents have high psychological well-being. Bioremediasi merupakan salah satu upaya penurunan kadar logam berat pada air yang tercemar. Penelitian terkait bioremediasi dalam penurunan kadar logam berat oleh Mikroalga, khususnya Chlorella vulgaris sudah ada, namun, masih sebatas uji penurunan kandungan logam berat skala laboratorium. Belum ada penelitian tentang penurunan kadar Logam Berat pada air lindi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi logam berat pada Air Lindi TPA Air Dingin, kapasitas penurunan konsentrasi logam berat dan akumulasi logam dalam sel Chlorella vulgaris. Metoda penelitian yang diguanakan adalah metoda ekperimental. Hasil penelitian yang diketahui bahwa Chlorella vulgaris dapat tumbuh baik didalam medium air lindi, terlihat dari pertumbuhan yang signifikan sampai fase stasioner, dan terjadi perubahan warna serta bau. Chlorella vulgaris memiliki kemampuan menurunkan kadar logam Pb (II) 80,6% dan Cu (II) 70,9% dalam medium. Konsentrasi logam Pb(II) dan Cu(II) sel Chlorella vulgaris lebih tinggi bandingkan dengan konsentrasi dalam medium kultur di akhir penelitian dengan Nilai BCF logam Pb 5.03 dan ion Cu 3.08 (BCF>1), yang artinya Chlorella vulgaris merupakan akumulator logam Pb dan Cu.
