PONTIFÍCIA UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA DO RIO DE JANEIRO Os conceitos de trindade e ternariedade são fundamentais para refletir sobre o diálogo inter-religioso. A expressão relacional da trindade surge no terceiro artigo do Credo Niceno (381 d.C.). Apesar disso, o Espírito Santo ficou invisibilizado na teologia por séculos, por causa da base binitária na lógica do pensamento ocidental. Isso gerou falsa polarização entre fé e ciência, e monoteísmo e pluralismo. Ao ser revelada a ternariedade, pela filosofia de Peirce (séc. XIX) e a física quântica de Planck (séc. XX), tornou-se categoria da transdisciplinaridade. A teologia seguiu laborando pelo paradigma aristotélico – binitário, misógino e com a potência na coisa visível – e produzindo discursos monológicos eruditos, autodefensivos e solitários, numa contramarcha que provocou atrasos na reflexão teológico-filosófica do mundo ocidental, com impacto nas relações ecumênicas e inter-religiosas. O novo paradigma teológico interpela teólogos/as sobre sua responsabilidade diante da comunidade, por tocar na ética da vida e implicar na salvação. Sua incidência na América Latina é relevante pelo histórico de confronto, dominação militar, submissão cultural e imposição religiosa desta. Sob a influência das teologias da libertação, feminista, negra e indígena, as eclesialidades são chamadas a rever sua relação com a pós-modernidade, base mínima para entrar no diálogo interreligioso. E reelaborar novas bases epistemológicas para pensar o transreligioso, sem sucumbir à tentação monoteísta de constranger a realidade para ceder ao seu propósito. The concepts of trinity and ternarity are fundamental to think about the inter-religious dialogue. The relational expression of the trinity appears in the Nicene Creed s third article (381 A.D.). In spite of that, the Holy Spirit remained in theology for centuries, because of the binitary base in the western thought s logic. This fact generated a false polarization between faith and science, and monoteism and pluralism. When the ternarity was revealed for the Peirce s philosophy (19th century) and the Planck s quantum physics (20th century), it became the category of the transdisciplinarity. Theology continued working by the Aristotelian paradigm - binitary, misogynistic and with the potency in the visible thing - and producing erudite monological speeches, self defensives and solitarians, in a counter-attack that provoked arrears in the theological-philosophical reflection of the western world, with impact in the ecumenical and interreligious relationships. The new theological paradigm questions theologians about their responsibility in front of the community, because they touch life ethics and imply salvation. Its incidence in Latin America is important because the historic confrontation, military dominance, cultural submission and religious imposition of her. Under the influence of the liberation, feminist, black and indigenous theologies, the eclesialities are called to review its relationship with the postmodernity, minimum base to enter in the inter-religious dialogue. And reconstruct new epistemological bases to think the trans-religious, without succumbing to the monoteist temptation of constraining the reality to according with our purpose. Los conceptos de trinidad y ternariedad son fundamentales para pensar en el diálogo interreligioso. La expresión relacional de la trinidad aparece en el tercer artículo del Credo Niceno (381 a.C.). A pesar de eso, el espíritu santo permaneció invisible en la teología durante siglos, debido a la base binitaria de la lógica del pensamiento occidental. Este hecho generó una polarización falsa entre la fe y ciencia, y monoteísmo y pluralismo. Cuando la ternariedad se reveló en la filosofía de Peirce (siglo XIX) y en la física quántica de Planck (siglo XX), se volvió una categoría de la transdisciplinaridad. La teología continuó trabajando por el paradigma Aristotélico - binitario, misógino y con la potencia en la cosa visible - y produjo discursos monológicos, autodefensivos y solitarios, en una contramarcha que provocó atrasos en la reflexión teológico-filosófica del mundo occidental, con el impacto en las relaciones ecuménicas e interreligiosas. El nuevo paradigma teológico cuestiona a los teólogos sobre su responsabilidad delante de la comunidad, porque a ellos toca la ética de vida e implica la salvación. Su incidencia en Latinoamérica es importante por la confrontación histórica, dominación militar, sumisión cultural e imposición religiosa de ella. Bajo la influencia de las teologías de la liberación, feminista, negra e indígena, las eclesialidades son llamadas para repasar su relación con la pósmodernidad, base mínima para entrar en el diálogo interreligioso, y reconstruir la nueva base epistemológica para pensar lo transreligioso, sin sucumbir a la tentación monoteísta de constreñir la realidad a ceder a nuestro propósito.

Machining operations of cast parts usually generate considerable amounts of waste in the form of chips (usually 3–5% of the casting weight). Traditionally, swarf is sold to scrapers and remelters, but this option is quite expensive because the selling price is roughly 30% of the acquisition price of the commercial 2nd melt raw material. For most aluminium foundries that incorporate machining operations in their products, reusing aluminium chips as raw material for the melting stocks is perhaps the best option as waste management policy in what concerns to economical and technical aspects. Nevertheless, aluminium swarf is a low density product (0.25 kg/dm3) and is usually covered by a thin film of aluminium oxide and machining fluid. Melting such a product without suitable previous preparation leads to very low metal recovery rates, high energy consumption, gases and smoke generation and very low quality of the final product. During the last years, the authors have developed a high efficient and environmentally friend aluminium swarf recycling technique, using direct incorporation in aluminium melts. The influence of processing parameters, namely melt temperature and holding time, melting atmosphere, swarf briquetting pressure and melting charge composition in the metal recovery yield and dross generation was studied and characterized, and the optimal processing parameters were established. The microstructure of the final product obtained in those conditions was evaluated and is also presented. It is shown that the recycling efficiency depends on the swarf conditioning, the melting technique and the melt treatment methodology. Swarf moisture reduction, induction melting under protective atmosphere and a specially developed degassing technique were found the most important factors influencing the recycling process. By using the developed technique, cast ingots with microstructure and sanity similar to commercially available AlSi12Cu1 2nd melt raw material were successfully obtained with minimal dross formation and metal recovery rates around 90%, without using traditional salts and fluxes, FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia

During the last years a very significant effort to develop a melting crucible for induction melting of Ti based alloys at competitive cost has been carried out by many researchers, where the authors are included. Results obtained so far have shown that no material accomplishes the melting crucibles two main demands: inertness facing titanium alloys and suitable/enough thermal-shock resistance. Until now, yttrium and calcium oxides were those materials that performed best on what concerns to thermodynamic stability. However, in both cases, crucibles thermal-shock resistance was very poor, and there are references to crucibles that cracked during melting. Besides, calcium oxide reveals manipulation problems, due to its high higroscopicity. This paper concerns to the evaluation of zircon based crucibles with Y2O3 inner layer for induction melting of TiAl based alloys. A novel multi layered crucible production technique based in a centrifugally assisted slip casting process followed by a sintering operation is described, and results concerning to crucibles porosity and wall composition and morphology are presented. Crucibles obtained in different processing conditions were used to melt a Ti48Al alloy which was poured in graphite moulds. Experimental results include alloy chemical contamination with residual elements, mainly yttrium and oxygen, microhardness measurement and the presence of yttrium oxide and zircon inclusions in the cast samples. Results concerning to the crucibles behaviour are also presented with particular attention to cracks development. The Y2O3 crucible layer was found to suffer some erosion and be slightly dissolved by the molten alloy and the extent of those phenomena depends on the porosity of the layer surface, for fixed experimental melting conditions.

COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR O diálogo entre as comunidades cristãs luteranas brasileiras da atualidade e os demais atores presentes na realidade dos centros urbanos é o principal assunto desta pesquisa. A dificuldade se deve à teologia pastoral que privilegiou a identidade do grupo associada à etnia da maioria dos seus membros, ao invés da identidade que resulta dos relacionamentos das comunidades locais, como resposta ao seu testemunho do Evangelho. Essa situação se originou na atitude dos imigrantes europeus que, encantados com expansionismo mercantil alemão, agarraram-se à sua identidade étnica, em nome da sobrevivência. Mesmo herdeiras de uma eclesiologia aberta e relacional, a partir de Cristo, as comunidades julgaram que podiam viver isoladas dos centros urbanos, aceitaram o modelo eclesial trazido pelos pastores, mas a impermeabilidade não suportou o trauma da 2ª Guerra e nem o embate com a urbanidade e a atualidade. Der Dialog zwischen den christlich lutherischen brasilianischen Gemeinden der Gegenwart und den anderen Beteiligten in der Wirklichkeit der städtischen Zentren ist das Hauptthema dieser Forschungsarbeit. Die Schwierigkeit ist auf eine Pastoraltheologie zurückzuführen, die eine Gruppenidentität bevorzugte, die durch die ethnische Herkunft der Mehrzahl der Mitglieder gestiftet wird, anstatt einer Identität, die sich den Beziehungen der örtlichen Gemeinden verdankt, als Antwort auf ihr Zeugnis des Evangeliums. Diese Situation hat ihren Ursprung in der Einstellung der europäischen Einwanderer, die sich, verzaubert durch die Ausbreitung des deutschen Handels, an ihre ethnische Identität klammerten, um zu überleben. Obwohl Erbinnen einer offenen, von Christus her auf Beziehung angelegten Ekklesiologie, meinten die Gemeinden, sie könnten isoliert von den städtischen Zentren leben, übernahmen das kirchliche Modell, das die deutschen Pfarrer mitbrachten, aber die Undurchlässigkeit hielt weder dem Trauma II. Weltkrieg stand, noch dem Zusammenprall mit der Urbanität und der Aktualität. Da die Universalität für die Heilsbotschaft unverzichtbar ist, stiess ihre Verkündigung in der Kirche der Deutschen auf Ausdrucksschwierigkeiten, die sie herausfordern, die Risiken der Verkündigung anzunehmen, ihren Glauben in die brasilianische Wirklichkeit zu inkulturieren und neue pastorale Perspektiven zu entwickeln, um in den städtischen Zentren Raum zu gewinnen.

During the last years aluminium alloys have been gaining increased acceptance as structural materials in the automotive and aeronautical industries, mainly due to their light weight, good formability and corrosion resistance. However, improvement of mechanical properties is a constant in research activities, either by the development of new alloys or by microstructure manipulation. This presentation focuses a novel effective dynamic methodology to perform microstructural refinement / modification and degassing of light alloys, namely aluminium alloys, by applying acoustic energy to the melts. High intensity acoustic energy significantly improves the microstructure, therefore the mechanical properties of those alloys, avoiding the use of traditional chemically based degassing and refining techniques which are less effective and present significant environmental impact. Ultrasonic (US) vibration has proven to be extremely effective in degassing, controlling columnar dendritic structure, reducing the size of equiaxed grains and, under some conditions, producing globular grains and modifying the eutectic silicon cells in Al-Si alloys.
