El virus del Covid 19 es un síndrome respiratorio, es un patógeno mortal tal cual ha quedado en evidencia pública y notoria, este virus originario de la ciudad de Wuhan, China se ha esparcido con gran velocidad en todo el planeta originando cambios en patrones de la conducta humana, debido a estos cambios, el mundo se ha tenido que adaptar a una nueva realidad y a una nueva forma de desenvolverse, entre estos cambios está el modo en que la actividad económica ha tenido que desarrollarse para poder subsistir, esto ha traído como consecuencia que en el mundo laboral se incorporen métodos y sistemas que puedan ayudar de alguna forma en que la vida laboral se lleve a cabo sin exponer a los trabajadores a la enfermedad en comento. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es exponer acerca de las relaciones laborales en varios países de Sudamérica, las medidas adoptadas por los diferentes gobiernos en materia laboral, así como también sobre el ausentismo laboral que de forma justificada se ha implementado en uno de ellos y el trabajo a distancia, la cual es una modalidad de combatir el ausentismo laboral. La metodología utilizada para la elaboración del siguiente material didáctico fue netamente documental y bibliográfica. En cuanto a los resultados, se basaron en el análisis de las formas en que varios países de la región han manejado la pandemia del Covid 19 en materia laboral, así como también en cómo se permite el ausentismo laboral en ciertos sectores de la población y entender en qué consiste el trabajo a distancia. Como conclusión se puede denotar la poca protección que le han brindado los gobiernos y leyes laborales de varios países de la región a sus trabajadores.

In this document, a detailed analysis is made on how the implementation of an advanced city in the locality is perceived by a higher education student. This study conducted a survey based on the requirements of Mazatlan population, where the citizens expressed through the paper their necessity of improvement in different areas such as health, roads, education, urban planning, transportation, energy, services and infrastructure; claiming that these areas are required day by day due to the tourist influx and the constant population growth in the port. The perception scale was applied to a total of 302 students from different degrees belonging to public and private university entities of Mazatlan Sinaloa, during the period from February toAugust 2018. It was concluded that technology is the main factor that represents the important link between government and citizens, which helps the development of a city and facilitates decision making.

The i star modeling language is used to model business and agent-oriented approaches and goals. It focuses on the description and evaluation of alternatives and their relationships with the organizational objectives. Unfortunately, the robustness and completeness of requirements (tasks) modeling, i.e., the requirements model, needs to be enriched with the generic phases (activities) that generally appear in requirements engineering, such as elicitation, analysis, and so on. In this work, we have therefore define an algorithm to deal with the impact analysis of requirements in goal-oriented requirements engineering, specifically for application in the i star modeling language. The algorithm takes the i star model as an input, and analyzes the impact of a change, considering both FRs and NFRs, and automatically determining the correct trade-offs among NFRs. The algorithm has been implemented as an Eclipse plugin using EMF and J2EE.

Nowadays is well known the relevance of requirements engineering in software development processes. Regrettably, the correct application of the activities is living aside for some developer's teams. This study presents the priority given by software factories in Sinaloa, Mexico. A set of software factories (25 in total) in Sinaloa were interviewed in order to obtain the relevance given for requirements engineering regarding the tools and techniques they use; an analysis is presented. Software factories names are omitted due to privacy policies.

Wollamide B is a cationic antimycobacterial cyclohexapeptide that exhibits activity against Mycobacterium bovis (M. bovis) (IC50 of 3.1 μM). Aiming to define its structural activity relationship (SAR), optimizing potency and pharmacokinetic properties, libraries of analogues were synthesized following a standard Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis approach. The antimycobacterial activities of wollamide B and all the synthesized analogues were tested against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) H37Rv. Parallely, in vitro drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (ADME) profiling was done for the synthesized compounds to evaluate their drug likeness. Among the 25 synthesized wollamides five of them showed potent activities with MICs ≤ 3.1 μM and found to be nontoxic against human HepG2 cells up to 100 μM. The results of the in vitro ADME profiling revealed the remarkable plasma stability and very good aqueous solubility of the class in general while the metabolic stability was found to be moderate to low. Of particular note, compounds 7c (MIC = 1.1 μM) and 13c (0.6 μM) that exhibited good balance of antimycobacterial activity vs. optimal pharmacokinetic properties could be used as a new lead for further development.

Tutti gli anni, circa 40.000 lavoratori di Santiago del Estero si trasferiscono in altre province dell'Argentina per compiere lavori agricoli temporanei. In questo articolo si indagano alcune delle caratteristiche di questa migrazione lavorativa, che rappresenta un fenomeno di lunga durata. A tal fine, si riportano i contesti storici, demografici ed agro-ecologici. Si esaminano le condizioni lavorative dei lavoratori "rondine" (migranti stagionali) e il loro profilo sociale e culturale. Successivamente, si pongono degli interrogativi intorno alla qualitŕ di questa occupazione stagionale e in che misura questa presenti o meno le condizioni di quello che dovrebbe essere un "lavoro dignitoso". Infine, si suggerisce, partendo dai dati presentati, la formulazione di politiche e linee di azione con il proposito di migliorare la situazione lavorativa, produttiva e sociale dei lavoratori agricoli migranti temporanei.

Starting from certain concerns on the practices of a trade, this article investigates the relationships between sociology and literature, as long as both are mediated by the writing process. It is suggested that sociology can also be considered as a literary gender. In turn, literature, particularly fictional narratives, can be appreciated as a source of empirical fragments and credible metaphors about the social life. Diverse cases of use of narrative materials are mentioned in sociological analysis, in both traditional and contemporary. Although the analytic theoretical purpose of the article is to denaturalize sociological writing, it also has an instrumental intention – i.e. to postulate possible learning strategies and incorporate expressive rhetorics for sociologists, particularly young ones who want to say, to write, their own words.A partir de ciertas preocupaciones sobre las prácticas de un oficio, el artículo indaga en las relaciones de la sociología con la literatura, en tanto ambas están mediadas por el proceso de escritura. Se sugiere que la sociología también puede ser considerada como un género literario, y que la literatura, particularmente los relatos ficcionales, puede ser apreciada como un yacimiento de fragmentos empíricos y de metáforas verosímiles para ilustrar la vida social. Se mencionan diversos casos de utilización de materiales narrativos en el análisis sociológico, tanto tradicional como contemporáneo. Si bien el propósito teórico analítico del artículo es ‘desnaturalizar’ la escritura sociológica –distanciarse para objetivar las prácticas–, asimismo posee una intencionalidad, por así decir, instrumental: postular posibles estrategias de aprendizajes e incorporación de retóricas expresivas por parte de los sociólogos, particularmente jóvenes, que quieren decir, escribir, sus propias palabras.

Do levantamento de variáveis produtivas e suas evoluções recentes dentro da pecuária de corte, foram estabelecidas suas contribuições para a produtividade da pecuária de corte brasileira. Utilizando o Índice de Tornqvist, algumas dessas variáveis foram aplicadas ao princípio de Produtividade Total dos Fatores (TFP), e validadas no respectivo modelo como insumos: rações, sal mineral, medicamentos, fertilizantes, defensivos agrícolas, e sementes no período de 1973 a 1996. A taxa anual de crescimento da TPF estimada para o período de 35 anos (1970-1996) foi de 3% ao ano. Conclui-se também ser necessária a total reestruturação da base de dados da pecuária de corte brasileira, de modo a ampliá-la e adequá-la mudança nos patamareseconômicos e tecnológicos desta atividade. Recent development and tagging of productive variables in relation with beef cattle production were established. By using the Tornqvist index, contributions for the Brazilian beef cattle productivity were calculated. Some of these variables (Rations, mineral salt, medicines, fertilizers, defensive products and seeds) were used according to the Total factor productivity (TFP) principles and validated in a model considering the period of 1970 to 1996 (26 years). TPF was estimated in a level of 3% per year for beef cattle production. It was also concluded that changes in economic and technological levels of beef cattle in Brazil requires remodeling databases.
