Lexical innovations represent a dynamic, extensive and universal phenomenon that reflects the progress of society and the creativity of the language. Since social innovations are interdependent with lexical innovations, specialists should be aware of the inevitable explosion of renewals at the linguistic level. Knowing the inventory of neologisms, in certain periods, contributes to a better understanding of the lexical system of a given language and its evolution. In the present article we record a series of Anglicisms that have recently entered the language of the current mass media, which reflect the recent state of the dynamics of the Romanian language. We provide them with an adequate primary lexicographical treatment, namely fixing, establishing a correct way of spelling and pronouncing, placing them in certain lexical, grammatical and semantic classes, defining, integrating them into contexts appropriate to the meaning, in order to facilitate the decoding of the content.

The small rodents in various sectors of the municipality of Chisinau are represented by 10 species. In the recreational sectors of the municipality of Chisinau, a rather rich fauna of small rodents was recorded due to the existence of various types of biotopes, including natural and wetland, which denotes the presence of stable communities of rodents, favoring in turn the existence of a series of predatory vertebrates.

The inclusion of Anglicisms in the vocabulary of the Romanian language presupposes a long process: identification, frequency, necessity, adoption, adaptation, functionality. In order to be included in the new linguistic system, once accepted, the lexical innovations are subject to changes, adjustments in terms of phonetics, orthography, morphology, semantics. In the present work, we propose to follow some aspects of the integration of verbs of English origin in the Romanian morphological system. For the analysis, we used verbal formations taken from the English language, which penetration, use and frequency were favoured by the existence of the corresponding nouns in Romanian, these being previously assimilated to the respective verbs. Constituted of English neological roots by way of derivation with Romanian means of suffixation (-a, -iza, -i, -ui), being calqued, translated, developing new meanings in different fields, the anglicisms-verbs are included, without much difficulty, in specific Romanian conjugations (the 1st and the 4th).

The dynamism of a language is sustained by the flexible and receptive character at the lexico-semantic level. An important contribution to the development and enrichment of the current vocabulary is made not only by the lexemes of English origin (Anglicisms), but also by the derivatives produced from them. Integrated in the Romanian linguistic system, the newly created elements become authentic structural and functional units. In the present study, the author selected and analyzed a series of English words with extended circulation in the specialized languages and their lexical family, which they constitute/ complete in the meantime with units formed on Romanian territory. Most of the examined terms are recorded in the recent lexicographical works, but there are also words that circulate only in the mass media, in various fields of public activity and in the colloquial style, demonstrating the linguistic creativity and inventiveness of the users.

GaSxSe1−x solid solutions are layered semiconductors with a band gap between 2.0 and 2.6 eV. Their single crystals are formed by planar packings of S/Se-Ga-Ga-S/Se type, with weak polarization bonds between them, which allows obtaining, by splitting, plan-parallel lamellae with atomically smooth surfaces. By heat treatment in a normal or water vapor-enriched atmosphere, their plates are covered with a layer consisting of β–Ga2O3 nanowires/nanoribbons. In this work, the elemental and chemical composition, surface morphology, as well as optical, photoluminescent, and photoelectric properties of β–Ga2O3 layer formed on GaSxSe1−x (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) solid solutions (as substrate) are studied. The correlation is made between the composition (x) of the primary material, technological preparation conditions of the oxide-semiconducting layer, and the optical, photoelectric, and photoluminescent properties of β–Ga2O3 (nanosized layers)/GaSxSe1−x structures. From the analysis of the fundamental absorption edge, photoluminescence, and photoconductivity, the character of the optical transitions and the optical band gap in the range of 4.5–4.8 eV were determined, as well as the mechanisms behind blue-green photoluminescence and photoconductivity in the fundamental absorption band region. The photoluminescence bands in the blue-green region are characteristic of β–Ga2O3 nanowires/nanolamellae structures. The photoconductivity of β–Ga2O3 structures on GaSxSe1−x solid solution substrate is determined by their strong fundamental absorption. As synthesized structures hold promise for potential applications in UV receivers, UV-C sources, gas sensors, as well as photocatalytic decomposition of water and organic pollutants.

The Integrated Territorial Investment mechanism (ITI) was implemented in Romania to the territory of ITI Danube Delta in the 2014-2020 programming period. In this respect, the present article aims to analyze the process of implementation of the ITI mechanism on the Danube Delta territory in order to find out the impact of its implementation on the so­cio-economic development of the area and on its re­silience, as well as the main problems encountered by the responsible authorities for managing this pro­gramme and the beneficiaries of these funds. The research methodology consists of a survey conduct­ed by using two questionnaires designed by the au­thors. The study had 42 participants from the fund managers’ category and 71 participants from the beneficiaries’ group. The study revealed a positive perception among all the participants which consid­ered that ITI impacts the resilience of the Danube Delta territory to a medium extent. The most import­ant problems encountered in the implementation process were the pre-financing process, the guides’ conditions that are not adapted to the beneficiaries’ needs and the public procurement process. The re­search revealed a high degree of satisfaction from both types of respondents regarding the ITI mech­anism and a good relation between the managing institutions and beneficiaries.

Hotărârea judecătorească este produsul final al activităţii judiciare îndreptate spre protejarea drepturilor încălcate sau contestate, a libertăţilor şi a intereselor legitime ale persoanei. Totodată, pentru a asigura protecţia efectivă a acestora, ea necesită a fi înzestrată cu putere de lucru judecat. În special, ne referim la consecinţele juridice care derivă din această calitate a hotărârii judecătoreşti. Totodată, în literatura de specialitate s-au conturat două concepte ale lucrului judecat. În prezentul articol sunt scoase în evidenţă criteriile de delimitare a celor două concepte, precum şi necesitatea teoretică şi practică a unei asemenea delimitări.

Foreign trade and foreign direct investments are widely considered the two main engines that fuel economic growth and development of a country. Moldovan’s situation is quiet a unique one, because even after almost 30 years of independence it still find itself in a transition type of state. The main goal of the article is to submit to the analysis the current state of the Moldovan’s exports and foreign direct investments inflows. It examines the dynamic of the two during 2002-2018 period. The methods used in this paper are, on the one hand, the Content Analysis with a focus on qualitative observation and, on the other hand, a quantitative analysis, using the correlation between the volume of exports and foreign direct investments in order to identify the link between these indicators. As a result, we notice very little to know correlation between export and foreign direct investments in case of the Republic of Moldova, which leads us to the idea that further research is, required which would implicate other factors.

The trade dynamics of the Republic of Moldova represents a topic of great interest within the current global and regional frameworks. The main purpose of the paper is to observe the Moldovan foreign trade in order to determine what major changes have taken place in the last two decades and whether they have caused any switch of directions or structures of the economy. For this, I have used the method of scientific observation and analyzed the trade balance, imports and exports. An important aspect was to identify the main trading partners and the goods that are mainly imported and exported. As a result, a brief overview of the Moldovan trade was obtained, which seems to have undergone some changes following a better trade openness, but also due to the evolution of the economic and political relations with the European Union and the Russian Federation. The poor production diversification could become an impediment for Moldova’s economic growth, but the implementation of strategic reforms in the field of justice or finance can create new opportunities in the future.

Introduction ACOSOG-Z0011(Z11) trial showed that axillary node clearance (ANC) may be omitted in women with ≤2 positive nodes undergoing breast conserving surgery (BCS) and whole breast radiotherapy (RT). A confirmatory study is needed to clarify the role of axillary treatment in women with ≤2 macrometastases undergoing BCS and groups that were not included in Z11 for example, mastectomy and those with microscopic extranodal invasion. The primary objective of POsitive Sentinel NOde: adjuvant therapy alone versus adjuvant therapy plus Clearance or axillary radiotherapy (POSNOC) is to evaluate whether for women with breast cancer and 1 or 2 macrometastases, adjuvant therapy alone is non-inferior to adjuvant therapy plus axillary treatment, in terms of 5-year axillary recurrence.Methods and analysis POSNOC is a pragmatic, multicentre, non-inferiority, international trial with participants randomised in a 1:1 ratio. Women are eligible if they have T1/T2, unifocal or multifocal invasive breast cancer, and 1 or 2 macrometastases at sentinel node biopsy, with or without extranodal extension. In the intervention group women receive adjuvant therapy alone, in the standard care group they receive ANC or axillary RT. In both groups women receive adjuvant therapy, according to local guidelines. This includes systemic therapy and, if indicated, RT to breast or chest wall. The UK Radiotherapy Trials Quality Assurance Group manages the in-built radiotherapy quality assurance programme. Primary endpoint is 5-year axillary recurrence. Secondary outcomes are arm morbidity assessed by Lymphoedema and Breast Cancer Questionnaire and QuickDASH questionnaires; quality of life and anxiety as assessed with FACT B+4 and State/Trait Anxiety Inventory questionnaires, respectively; other oncological outcomes; economic evaluation using EQ-5D-5L. Target sample size is 1900. Primary analysis is per protocol. Cercetările au fost efectuate în 4 biotopuri antropizate ale localității Bacioi a municipiului Chișinău în anii 2018-2020. În perioada de cercetare au fost semnalate 9 specii. Specia dominantă a fost A. flavicolliscu 30,9%. Pentru cercetările comportamentale au fost alese 3 specii ale genului Apodemus. Perioada de latență indică un comportament mai suspicios la specia A. flavicollis şi o adaptare mai mare la A. uralensis la noul mediu. Comport similar de orientare-cercetare este similar la speciile studiate.

The main purpose of the research is to identify the strategic options of the Republic of Moldova, whereby foreign trade and economic integration could become genuine engines for a sustainable economic development. One of the objectives of the article is to submit to the analysis the current state of the Moldovan external trade; its commercial relations with other countries and economic blocs and to identify the potential alternatives, that Moldova has for a deeper regional economic and political integration. In addition, we are looking to assess Moldova’s economic complexity, diversification and competitiveness within the regional and global frameworks. Using statistical data on trade dynamics and layout and observation as a research method, we were able to identify that, there has been a swift shift in Moldova’s strategical directions and also, small changes in economic structures that might affect its future development.

This article proposes the research of the consumption expenditures in Romania in relation to the income. Thus, with the help of the data provided by the national bases, respectively the National Institute of Statistics on the evolution of the total consumption expenses, of the food expenses and the evolution of the incomes, it was possible to determine the influence that they have on the consumption, respectively the expenses. By making two simple linear regression models it was possible to determine the equation of the function in which both total consumption expenditure and consumption food expenditure could be expressed according to the level of income.
