1. A Fibrational Theory of First Order Differential Structures

Abstract: We develop a categorical framework for reasoning about abstract properties of differentiation, based on the theory of fibrations. Our work encompasses the first-order fragments of several existing categorical structures for differentiation, including cartesian differential categories, generalised cartesian differential categories, tangent categories, as well as the versions of these categories axiomatising reverse derivatives. We explain uniformly and concisely the requirements expressed by these structures, using sections of suitable fibrations as unifying concept. Our perspective sheds light on their similarities and differences, as well as simplifying certain constructions from the literature.

2. Failures of Compositionality: A Short Note on Cohomology, Sheafification and Lavish Presheaves

Abstract: In many sciences one often builds large systems out of smaller constituent parts. Mathematically, to study these systems, one can attach data to the component pieces via a functor F. This is of great practical use if F admits a compositional structure which is compatible with that of the system under study (i.e. if the local data defined on the pieces can be combined into global data). However, sometimes this does not occur. Thus one can ask: (1) Does F fail to be compositional? (2) If so, can this failure be quantified? and (3) Are there general tools to fix failures of compositionality? The kind of compositionality we study in this paper is one in which one never fails to combine local data into global data. This is formalized via the understudied notion of what we call a lavish presheaf: one that satisfies the existence requirement of the sheaf condition, but not uniqueness. Adapting \v{C}ech cohomology to presheaves, we show that a presheaf has trivial zeroth presheaf-\v{C}ech cohomology if and only if it is lavish. In this light, cohomology is a measure of the failure of compositionality. The key contribution of this paper is to show that, in some instances, cohomology can itself display compositional structure. Formally, we show that, given any Abelian presheaf F : C^op --> A and any Grothendieck pretopology J, if F is flasque and separated, then the zeroth cohomology functor H^0(-,F) : C^op --> A is lavish. This follows from observation that, for separated presheaves, H^0(-,F) can be written as a cokernel of the unit of the adjunction given by sheafification. This last fact is of independent interest since it shows that cohomology is a measure of ``distance'' between separated presheaves and their closest sheaves (their sheafifications). On the other hand, the fact that H^0(-,F) is a lavish presheaf has unexpected algorithmic consequences., Comment: 11 pages

3. On Quantifiers for Quantitative Reasoning

Abstract: We explore a kind of first-order predicate logic with intended semantics in the reals. Compared to other approaches in the literature, we work predominantly in the multiplicative reals $[0,\infty]$, showing they support three generations of connectives, that we call non-linear, linear additive, and linear multiplicative. Means and harmonic means emerge as natural candidates for bounded existential and universal quantifiers, and in fact we see they behave as expected in relation to the other logical connectives. We explain this fact through the well-known fact that min/max and arithmetic mean/harmonic mean sit at opposite ends of a spectrum, that of p-means. We give syntax and semantics for this quantitative predicate logic, and as example applications, we show how softmax is the quantitative semantics of argmax, and R\'enyi entropy/Hill numbers are additive/multiplicative semantics of the same formula. Indeed, the additive reals also fit into the story by exploiting the Napierian duality $-\log \dashv 1/\exp$, which highlights a formal distinction between 'additive' and 'multiplicative' quantities. Finally, we describe two attempts at a categorical semantics via enriched hyperdoctrines. 4. Organizing Physics with Open Energy-Driven Systems

Abstract: Organizing physics has been a long-standing preoccupation of applied category theory, going back at least to Lawvere. We contribute to this research thread by noticing that Hamiltonian mechanics and gradient descent depend crucially on a consistent choice of transformation -- which we call a reaction structure -- from the cotangent bundle to the tangent bundle. We then construct a compositional theory of reaction structures. Reaction-based systems offer a different perspective on composition in physics than port-Hamiltonian systems or open classical mechanics, in that reaction-based composition does not create any new constraints that must be solved for algebraically. The technical contributions of this paper are the development of symmetric monoidal categories of open energy-driven systems and open differential equations, and a functor between them, functioning as a "functorial semantics" for reaction structures. This approach echoes what has previously been done for open games and open gradient-based learners, and in fact subsumes the latter. Abstract: Categories of lenses/optics and Dialectica categories are both comprised of bidirectional morphisms of basically the same form. In this work we show how they can be considered a special case of an overarching fibrational construction, generalizing Hofstra's construction of Dialectica fibrations and Spivak's construction of generalized lenses. 8. Diegetic Representation of Feedback in Open Games

Abstract: We improve the framework of open games with agency by showing how the players' counterfactual analysis giving rise to Nash equilibria can be described in the dynamics of the game itself (hence diegetically), getting rid of devices such as equilibrium predicates. This new approach overlaps almost completely with the way gradient-based learners are specified and trained. Indeed, we show feedback propagation in games can be seen as a form of backpropagation, with a crucial difference explaining the distinctive character of the phenomenology of non-cooperative games. 9. Seeing double through dependent optics

Abstract: Tambara modules are strong profunctors between monoidal categories. They've been defined by Tambara in the context of representation theory, but quickly found their way in applications when it was understood Tambara modules provide a useful encoding of modular data accessors known as mixed optics. To suit the needs of these applications, Tambara theory has been extended to profunctors between categories receiving an action of a monoidal category. Motivated by the generalization of optics to dependently-typed contexts, we sketch a further extension of the theory of Tambara modules in the setting of actions of double categories (thus doubly indexed categories), by defining them as horizontal natural transformations. The theorems and constructions in Pastro-Street theory relevant to profunctor representation theorem for mixed optics are reobtained in this context. This reproduces the definition of dependent optics recently put forward by Vertechi and Milewski, and hinted at by previous work of the author and his collaborators., Comment: 17 pages, 1 figure

10. Actegories for the Working Amthematician

Abstract: Actions of monoidal categories on categories, also known as actegories, have been familiar to category theorists for a long time, and yet a comprehensive overview of this topic seems to be missing from the literature. Recently, actegories have been increasingly employed in applied category theory, thereby encouraging an effort to fill this gap according to the new needs of these applications. This work started as an investigation of the notion of monoidal actegory, a compatible pair of monoidal and actegorical structures, and ended up including a sizable reference on the elementary theory of actegories. We cover basic definitions and results on actegories and biactegories, spelling out explicitly many folkloric definitions, including their tensor product and their hom-tensor adjunction. We give new definitions of actegories with monoidal, braided monoidal and symmetric monoidal structure. Abstract: Abstract Spontaneous abortion is a pregnancy complication characterized by complex and multifactorial etiology. About 5% of childbearing women are globally affected by early pregnancy loss (EPL) and most of them experience recurrence (RPL). Epigenetic mechanisms and controlled inflammation are crucial for pregnancy maintenance and genetic predispositions may increase the risk affecting the maternal–fetal crosstalk. Combined analyses of global methylation, inflammation and inherited predispositions may contribute to define pregnancy loss etiopathogenesis. LINE-1 epigenetic regulation plays crucial roles during embryo implantation, and its hypomethylation has been associated with senescence and several complex diseases. Abstract: Lenses, optics and dependent lenses (or equivalently morphisms of containers, or equivalently natural transformations of polynomial functors) are all widely used in applied category theory as models of bidirectional processes. From the definition of lenses over a finite product category, optics weaken the required structure to actions of monoidal categories, and dependent lenses make use of the additional property of finite completeness (or, in case of polynomials, even local cartesian closure). This has caused a split in the applied category theory literature between those using optics and those using dependent lenses. Abstract: Rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus type 2 (RHDV2) causes a severe systemic disease with hepatic necrosis. Differently from classic RHDV, which affects only European rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus), RHDV2 can affect many leporid species, including hares (Lepus spp.) and cottontail rabbits (Sylvilagus spp.). RHDV2 emerged in Europe in 2010 and spread worldwide. During the last 5 years, there have been multiple outbreaks in North America since the first known event in 2016 in Quebec, Canada, including several detections in British Columbia, Canada, between 2018 and 2019, Washington State and Ohio, USA, in 2018 and 2019, and New York, USA, in 2020. However, the most widespread outbreak commenced in March 2020 in the southwestern USA and Mexico. In California, RHDV2 spread widely across several southern counties between 2020 and 2021, and the aim of this study was to report and characterize these early events of viral incursion and circulation within the state. Domestic and wild lagomorphs (n = 81) collected between August 2020 and February 2021 in California with a suspicion of RHDV2 infection were tested by reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR on the liver, and histology and immunohistochemistry for pan-lagovirus were performed on liver sections. In addition, whole genome sequencing from 12 cases was performed. During this period, 33/81 lagomorphs including 24/59 domestic rabbits (O. cuniculus), 3/16 desert cottontail rabbits (Sylvilagus audubonii), and 6/6 black-tailed jackrabbits (Lepus californicus) tested positive. All RHDV2-positive animals had hepatic necrosis typical of pathogenic lagovirus infection, and the antigen was detected in sections from individuals of the three species. The 12 California sequences were closely related (98.9%-99.95%) to each other, and also very similar (99.0%-99.4%) to sequences obtained in other southwestern states during the 2020-2021 outbreak; however, they were less similar to strains obtained in New York in 2020 (96.7%-96.9%) and Quebec in 2016 (92.4%-92.6%), suggesting that those events could be related to different viral incursions. The California sequences were more similar (98.6%-98.7%) to a strain collected in British Columbia in 2018, which suggests that that event could have been related to the 2020 outbreak in the southwestern USA.

15. Use of Oral Anticoagulants in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation: Preliminary Data from the Italian Atrial Fibrillation (ITALY-AF) Registry

Abstract: Background: Atrial fibrillation (AFIB), the most frequent cardiac arrhythmia, is a major risk factor for stroke, heart failure, and death. Because of the recent advances in AFIB management and the availability of new oral anticoagulants (OACs), there is a need for a systematic and predefined collection of contemporary data regarding its management and treatment. Methods: The objective of the ongoing ITALY-AFIB registry is to evaluate the long-term morbidity and mortality in patients with AFIB and to verify the implementation of the current guidelines for stroke prevention in these patients. The registry includes consecutive in- and out-patients with first diagnosed, paroxysmal, persistent, or permanent AFIB. In patients in sinus rhythm at entry, the qualifying episode of AFIB, confirmed by ECG diagnosis, had to have occurred within 1 year before entry. The clinical record form is web-based and accessible by personal keyword. Results: Enrolment into the registry started in the year 2013. In a current cohort of 2470 patients (mean age 75 ± 11 years, males 56%), the mean CHA2DS2-VASc score was 3.7 ± 1.8, and the mean HAS-BLED was 1.6 ± 0.9. There were no significant sex differences in the AFIB subtypes. At the end of the inclusion visit and after receiving knowledge of the web-based electronic estimate of risk for stroke and bleeding, the proportion of patients discharged with OACs was 80%. After exclusion of patients with first diagnosed AFIB (n = 397), the proportion of patients with prescription of OACs rose from 66% before the visit to 82% on discharge (p < 0.0001). Prescription of aspirin or other antiplatelet drugs fell from 18% before the visit to 10% on discharge (p < 0.0001). Conclusions: A web-based management of AFIB with automated estimation of risk profiles appears to favorably affect adherence to AFIB guidelines, based on a high proportion of patients treated with OACs and a substantial decline in the use of antiplatelet drugs.

Abstract: The genus Lagovirus, belonging to the family Caliciviridae, emerged around the 1980s. It includes highly pathogenic species, rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV/GI.1) and European brown hare syndrome virus (EBHSV/GII.1), which cause fatal hepatitis, and nonpathogenic viruses with enteric tropism, rabbit calicivirus (RCV/GI.3,4) and hare calicivirus (HaCV/GII.2). Lagoviruses have evolved along two independent genetic lineages: GI (RHDV and RCV) in rabbits and GII (EBHSV and HaCV) in hares. To be emphasized is that genomes of lagoviruses, like other caliciviruses, are highly conserved at RdRp-VP60 junctions, favoring intergenotypic recombination events at this point. The recombination between an RCV (genotype GI.3), donor of non-structural (NS) genes, and an unknown virus, donor of structural (S) genes, likely led to the emergence of a new lagovirus in the European rabbit, called RHDV type 2 (GI.2), identified in Europe in 2010. New RHDV2 intergenotypic recombinants isolated in rabbits in Europe and Australia originated from similar events between RHDV2 (GI.2) and RHDV (GI.1) or RCV (GI.3,4). RHDV2 (GI.2) rapidly spread worldwide, replacing RHDV and showing several lagomorph species as secondary hosts. The recombination events in RHDV2 viruses have led to a number of viruses with very different combinations of NS and S genes. Recombinant RHDV2 with NS genes from hare lineage (GII) was recently identified in the European hare. This study investigated the first RHDV2 (GI.2) identified in Italy in European hare (RHDV2_Bg12), demonstrating that it was a new virus that originated from the recombination between RHDV2, as an S-gene donor and a hare lagovirus, not yet identified but presumably nonpathogenic, as an NS gene donor. When rabbits were inoculated with RHDV2_Bg12, neither deaths nor seroconversions were recorded, demonstrating that RHDV2_Bg12 cannot infect the rabbit. Furthermore, despite intensive and continuous field surveillance, RHDV2_Bg12 has never again been identified in either hares or rabbits in Italy or elsewhere. This result showed that the host specificity of lagoviruses can depend not only on S genes, as expected until today, but potentially also on some species-specific NS gene sequences. Therefore, because RHDV2 (GI.2) infects several lagomorphs, which in turn probably harbor several specific nonpathogenic lagoviruses, the possibility of new speciation, especially in those other than rabbits, is real. RHDV2 Bg_12 demonstrated this, although the attempt apparently failed.

Abstract: This study investigated the sand fly fauna of the municipality Iguatama, in the Midwest Region of Minas Gerais state, Brazil, including Leishmania infection rates and blood meal sources. Sand flies were collected during four periods over the course of a single year, encompassing both dry and rainy seasons, using CDC light traps placed in peridomiciles where dogs were seropositive for visceral leishmaniasis (VL). A total of 762 sand fly specimens, representing 12 species across seven genera, were collected. Lutzomyia longipalpis was the most abundant species, comprising 57.6% of the collected specimens, followed by Nyssomyia neivai (19.6%) and Nyssomyia whitmani (10.5%). Species richness and diversity varied among collection periods, with the highest diversity observed in January 2019. Molecular analysis detected Leishmania DNA in 12.5% of the sand fly specimens, with Le. infantum being the predominant species. Blood meal analysis revealed feeding on multiple vertebrate species, including humans, rats, dogs, and chickens. The presence of Leishmania DNA in sand flies, and the identification of human blood meals, highlight the potential role of these species in VL transmission. These findings underscore the importance of continued surveillance and control measures to prevent the spread of VL and reduce transmission risk in the region.

Abstract: Abstract Background To date, whole genome sequencing has been performed mainly for isolates of Chlamydia trachomatis, C. pneumoniae, C. psittaci and C. abortus, but only a few isolates of C. pecorum have been entirely sequenced and this makes it difficult to understand its diversity and population structure. In this study the genome of two C. pecorum strains isolated from the lung of an Alpine chamois affected with pneumonia (isolate PV7855) and the brain of a water buffalo affected with meningoencephalomyelitis (isolate PV6959), were completely sequenced with MiSeq system (Illumina) and analyzed in their most polymorphic regions. Results The genome length and GC content of the two isolates were found to be consistent with other C. pecorum isolates and the gene content of polymorphic membrane proteins and plasticity zone was found to be very similar. Some differences were observed in the phospholipase genes for both isolates and in the number of genes in the plasticity zone, such as the presence of some hypothetical proteins in PV6959, not present in any other genomes analyzed in this study. Interestingly, PV6959 possesses an extra pmp and has an incomplete tryptophan biosynthesis operon. Plasmids were detected in both isolates. Conclusions Genome sequencing of the two C. pecorum strains did not reveal differences in length and GC content despite the origin from different animal species with different clinical disease. In the plasticity zone, the differences in the genes pattern might be related to the onset of specific symptoms or infection of specific hosts. The absence of a tryptophan biosynthesis pathway in PV6959 may suggest a strict relationship between C. pecorum and its host.

Abstract: Until the early 1980s, it was totally unknown that lagomorphs were the hosts of several caliciviruses, which were included in the genus Lagovirus by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) in 2000. In those years, two new diseases appeared, with very similar clinical and pathological profiles and associated high mortality rates: rabbit haemorrhagic disease (RHD) in rabbits and European Brown Hare Syndrome (EBHS) in European brown hares. It took a few years to ascertain that both diseases, actually acute and fatal forms of hepatitis, were caused by two genetically related caliciviruses, but they were finally classified by ICTV into two distinct viral species on the basis of their molecular characterisation and epidemiological data: RHDV in rabbit and EBHSV in brown hare. RHD has had a devastating effect on rabbit farms, causing great economic damage, especially in China, where RHD was first noticed around 1982, and in Europe. RHD has also severely affected wild rabbit populations, whose drastic decline has caused serious ecological imbalances in territories such as Spain, where rabbits are a central link in the wildlife food chain. Since the early 1990s, with the increased availability on the market of RHDV vaccines effective in protecting rabbits from RHD, the impact of the disease on rabbit farms has been significantly reduced. In the following years, also considering that RHDV is an endemic virus that cannot be eradicated, farmers learned how to manage the continuous use of RHDV vaccine in relation to the epidemiological situation, the type of breeding farm and the costs of vaccination prophylaxis. Although precarious, management of the RHD risk for rabbit farmers reached an acceptable equilibrium, which was, however, completely upset starting from 2010 by the emergence of another lagovirus also causing RHD. The genome of the newly emerged virus shows limited differences from that of RHDV, but the phenotypic traits of the two viruses are distinctive in at least three main respects: 1) The antigenic profile of the virus (the “face” of the virus recognised by the antibodies) is largely different from that of RHDV. 2) Newborn rabbits only a couple of weeks old die of RHD when infected with the new virus, while RHDV infections run asymptomatic until 7-8 wk of age. 3) The new virus, which started in Europe, has spread over the years to several continents, affecting wild and/or domestic rabbit populations. During this worldwide distribution, the new virus infected several lagomorph species and was shown to cause RHD in most of them. Considering these marked differences and the fact that the new virus is not a variant of RHDV, we proposed the name RHDV type 2 (RHDV2). All these main distinctive traits that differentiate RHDV from RHDV2 have the following consequences in practice: 1) The antigenic difference between RHDV and RHDV2 (their ‘faces’) is so great that we need “new” specific vaccines to control RHDV2 (i.e. RHDV2 is a new serotype). 2) In the event of an RHDV2 infection in suckling rabbits, the presence of maternal antibodies to RHDV2 in the blood is the only way to prevent RHD. In contrast, newborns are naturally resistant to RHD if infected with RHDV and therefore, in terms of protection, the presence of maternal antibodies is useless. 3) When RHD outbreaks occur in territories where rabbits live in sympatry with populations of other lagomorphs, viral contamination in the environment reaches sufficiently high levels to facilitate the transmission of RHDV2 to other lagomorphs, including those with a lower susceptibility to infection than the rabbit. Taken together, these phenotypic traits characteristic of RHDV2 are the reason for its rapid spread across the territory and the concomitant disappearance of RHDV. Probably the most striking example of the epidemiological consequences related to the peculiar features of RHDV2 is its rapid spread in the USA and Mexico, where it is now practically endemic. There, despite repeated isolated outbreaks of RHD caused by RHDV from 2000 onwards in small rabbit farms, RHDV has never been able to become endemic.

30. Ten‐year progression of obesity‐related complications in a population with overweight and obesity in the UK: A retrospective open cohort study.

Abstract: Aim: To assess the prevalence of individual obesity‐related complications (ORCs) and multimorbidity (≥ 1, ≥ 2 and ≥ 3 ORCs), and multimorbidity‐associated healthcare costs, over 10 years. Methods: This retrospective open cohort study used Discover, a UK database of linked primary and secondary electronic health records. Adults were stratified by body mass index (BMI; overweight: 25‐< 30 kg/m2; obesity class I: 30‐< 35 kg/m2; obesity class II: 35‐< 40 kg/m2; obesity class III: ≥ 40 kg/m2). Outcomes by year since baseline were assessed for serial cross sections across the study period (1 January 2004 to 31 December 2019; the index date was the date of first eligible BMI measurement). Results: Across 1 410 146 individuals (overweight: 1 008 101; obesity class I: 278 782; obesity class II: 80 621; obesity class III: 42 642), ORC prevalence was higher in successive BMI groups, and increases over time were generally greater for obesity relative to overweight. In those with ORC multimorbidity, both higher BMI and the presence of more ORCs were associated with higher annual per‐person healthcare costs. Costs increased over time in those individuals with obesity and one or more ORC, as well as in those with obesity and two or more ORCs. Conclusions: Higher BMI was associated with higher baseline ORC prevalence and a greater increase in ORC prevalence over time, and with higher healthcare costs in those with multimorbidity. To reduce the burden of overweight and obesity on patients and healthcare systems, the presence, number and type of ORCs should be considered in developing effective, targeted prevention and management care pathways. Abstract: Aims: To estimate healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) and healthcare costs by body mass index (BMI) in a UK cohort and to explore how this varied by defined BMI strata. Materials and Methods: This retrospective open cohort study used Discover, a linked primary and secondary electronic health records database covering 2.7 million individuals. Adults were stratified by BMI as: overweight (25–<30 kg/m2); obesity class I (30–<35 kg/m2); obesity class II (35–<40 kg/m2); or obesity class III (≥40 kg/m2). Cost data, comprising primary care, secondary care (inpatient admissions, outpatient appointments and emergency room visits) and prescriptions, were reported for 2015–2019. Results: Overall, 1 008 101 individuals were overweight, 278 782 had obesity class I; 80 621 had obesity class II, and 42 642 had obesity class III. Healthcare costs and HCRU events per person per year increased over time (2015: £851–£1321 and 10.6–13.4 events; 2019: £1143–£1871 and 11.4–14.9 events), and were higher for each successive BMI group. Groups with chronic kidney disease or cardiovascular disease incurred particularly high costs. In 270 493 individuals with obesity in 2019, more than 72% of total healthcare costs were incurred by the highest cost quintile, which had a higher mean age and more obesity‐related complications (ORCs) than lower cost quintiles. Abstract: In the northernmost German federal state Schleswig-Holstein, populations of European brown hares (Lepus europaeus Pallas, 1778) show diverse densities and varying courses over the years. To examine differences in pathomorphological findings and infectious diseases as possible reasons for varying population dynamics, we assessed 155 hunted hares from three locations in Schleswig-Holstein from 2016 to 2020. We investigated the association of location, year, age, and sex of animals to certain pathomorphological findings and infectious diseases. Frequent pathomorphological findings were intestinal parasites (63.9%), hepatitis (55.5%), nephritis (31.0%), steatitis (23.2%), enteritis (13.5%), and pneumonia (5.2%). Body condition differed significantly between locations, and the prevalence of pneumonia was significantly higher in females. Enteritis was not detected in 2019, when much more juveniles were sampled. Hepatitis and nephritis occurred significantly more often in 2016 and among adults. Additionally, more adults showed hepatitis with concurrent serotitre for European brown hare syndrome virus (EBHSV), while intestinal parasitosis as well as high excretion rates of coccidia were more common in juveniles. Sampled animals showed high infection rates with Eimeria spp. (96.1%), Trichostrongylus spp. (52.0%), Graphidium strigosum (41.2%), and a high seroprevalence (90.9%) for EBHSV, without severe symptoms. This study revealed a low prevalence of infectious pathogens, but a high prevalence of chronic inflammations of unknown origin in the tested brown hare populations. Overall, our results indicate a rather minor importance of infectious diseases for observed population dynamics of analysed hare populations in Schleswig-Holstein.

The standard technique for CVP measurement is invasive, requiring the insertion of a catheter into a jugular vein, with potential complications. On the other hand, the current non-invasive methods, mainly based on ultrasounds, remain operator-dependent and are unsuitable for use in the home environment. In this paper, we will introduce a novel, non-invasive device for the hospital, office and home assessment of CVP.Methods: After describing the measurement concept, we will report a preliminary experimental study enrolling 5 voluntary healthy subjects to evaluate the VenCoM measurements’ repeatability, and the system’s capability in measuring small elicited venous pressure variations (2 mmHg), as well as an induced venous hypertension within a pathological range (12÷ 20 mmHg).Results: The experimental measurements showed a repeatability of ± 1mmHg. The VenCoM device was able to reliably detect the elicited venous pressure variations and the simulated congestive status.Discussion and Conclusion: The proposed non-invasive VenCoM device is able to provide a fast and repeatable CVP estimate, having a wide spectrum of potential clinical applications, including the monitoring of venous congestion in heart failure patients and in subjects with renal and hepatic dysfunction, as well as pulmonary hypertension (PH) that can be extended to pneumonia COVID-19 patients even after recovery.
