Background Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) /alanine aminotransferase (ALT) is a novel indicator to evaluate the prognosis of acute critical illness in recent years. At present, AST/ALT has only been reported to evaluate the prognosis of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in adults, while HLH in children has not been studied. Objective To explore the relationship between AST/ALT and clinical characteristics and its prognostic significance in children with HLH, so as to provide a theoretical basis for early clinical recognition and diagnosis of HLH in children. Methods A total of 128 hospitalized children diagnosed with HLH in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2013 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the baseline data of children were collected through the electronic medical record system. With the lack of city-level Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventories, clear evaluation criteria, and periodic feedback of evaluation indicators, it is challenging to understand well the low-carbon cities' development processes. To achieve the low-carbon cities' GHG emission reduction targets, it is necessary to pay attention to the connection between spatial planning and GHG inventory. Based on Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) GHG inventory, this article sets up a four-step evaluation system with 32 indicators. The evaluation indicators together with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods were applied to the low-carbon case study of the Chinese city of Shenzhen. Our main findings include that (1) Shenzhen's low-carbon score was 39 in 2018, 21 in 2019, and 71 in 2020. The magnitude of its low-carbon score change is very large, which emphasizes the importance of timely and periodic feedbacks of evaluation indicators; (2) based on IPCC GHG inventory, GHG emission/sink sources are clarified into point sources, line sources, and area sources. To mitigate the GHG impacts from point sources, line sources, and area sources, such spatial planning and land-use management measures as adjusting the land intensity, optimizing the land structure and land layout, and controlling the land scale can be, respectively, considered. Exploring dandelion food has been the concern in fields of the food processing and pharmaceutical industry for playing exact curative effect on high-fat-diet induced hepatic steatosis and diuretic activity. Few dandelion foods including drinks and microencapsulation were explored and unilateral dandelion wine were less carried out for its bitter flavour. In tis paper, to optimize the processing technologies of fermented compound wine from dandelion root, the orthogonal experiment design method was used to composite dandelion root powder with glutinous rice and schisandra fruit and optimize the fermenting parameters. Four factors with dandelion content, schisandra content, acidity and sugar content were discussed. The acidity factor was firstly confirmed as 7.0 g/L. The other three factors were confirmed by a series experiments as dandelion 0.55%, schisandra 0.5%, sugar 22%. With nine step processing of mixing substrate, stirring with water, cooking rice, amylase saccharification, pectinase hydrolysis, adjusting juice, fermenting with yeast, fitering, aging, sterilization, a light yellow wine with the special taste with flavour of dandelion, schisandra and rice and less bitter, few index were determined as 14.7% alcohol, 6.85 g/L acidity. A dandelion fermented compound wine with suitable flavour and sanitarian function was developed for enriching the dandelion food.

Research interests in the node cities along the Belt and Road have been increasing since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed in 2013. Most of the existing studies tend to analyze the Belt and Road Initiative qualitatively, either regard a single node city as the subject, or take one aspect of the node cities into consideration. However, we select 10 inland node cities as our study subjects and quantitatively evaluate them from 2009 to 2018, based on the definition of node cities, theory of comprehensive carrying capacity, and a set of evaluation methods. In our article, we first defined node cities and explained why the 10 inland node cities were chosen. And then we set up an evaluation index system with 5 subsystems, 25 indicators (10 unique indicators for the Belt and Road), which were estimated with the application of analytic hierarchy process method, principal component analysis method, improved entropy, and multiobjective linear weighting function method. We made some progress in the entropy method, which was not limited to calculate a single city's weight at a specific time, but 10 node cities with 10-year-time span. Finally, we analyzed the evaluation results and made some policy suggestions. Our quantitative and systematic studies can not only fill the previous global and local theoretical gaps to some degree, but also provide some valuable theories and measures for the government and practitioners in the country to solve the problems encountered by Chinese node cities during their contribution to the building of the Belt and Road. Abstract: The effect of zirconium addition on vanadium-catalyzed toluene oxidation by hydrogen peroxide in acetic acid was studied. 51V NMR, ESI-MS and DFT calculation were used to characterize the intermediate metal species formed in the reaction. Over high vanadium amount, the addition of Zr is beneficial for benzaldehyde generation and toluene conversion, and the ratio of (benzaldehyde+benzoic acid)/(benzyl alcohol+benzyl acetate) was enhanced. Dimer of vanadium may directly coordinate to zirconium to form soluble mixed zirconium–vanadium polymeric species, which inhibited the further aggregation of vanadium. The structures of these species were determined by ESI-MS and DFT calculation. The trinuclear complex (OH)(OAc)Zr(μ-O)2V(OH)(μ-O)2V(OH)(OAc) showed compatible activity to the best catalyst VO(OH)2(OAc) for benzyl peroxide dehydration. The rate-determining step of benzyl peroxide dehydration catalyzed by metal species was the abstraction of α-H of PhCH2OO ligand. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
