The power system is closely related to people’s lives and industrial production. The stable operation of the power system is related to the normal production of the country’s industrial field and the normal life of the people. With the advent of the computer age, a large amount of power data has emerged in the power system. How to mine this valuable information has become an urgent problem for the power system. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to study the computer-aided analysis and control of power systems based on data mining technology. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current domestic power system status, this paper sorts out the key technologies for constructing a new power system, and then uses data mining technology and SOA and other advanced IT technologies to design and implement a data mining-based computer-aided system for power systems. It also describes the realization of key service modules, including the system login module, database access module and transformer load query Web service module. Finally, this paper carried out a system test experiment, introduced the test environment and test preparation, and gave the design of test cases. Experimental results show that the power system computer-aided system designed in this paper solves the traditional data mining problem based on single-node serial mining, has massive storage and calculation capabilities, and has an accuracy rate of about 87%, which provides important for the development of power systems.

The polymer flocculants and dewatering additives have been applied to separation of Red Mud for thirty years. In recent years, it is pointed out that the additives is related to the presence of other ions. The experimental results show that the effect of mud dewatering and mud compaction will affect the production capacity and purity of product. The potential of using water absorbing polymer or synthetic dispersant to change the rheological property of the slurry is also summarized in the end. The combination of these effects, with the new bio polymer to improve the primary pour into the washing bath of the overflow liquid clarity and recovery of sodium hydroxide is also researched.

In the digestion process of diasporic bauxite, due to precipitation of silicon and titanium compounds, a hard, dense mineral fouling are formed at the digestion device wall, causing heat transfer coefficient decrease. The phases of mineral fouling were analyzed by X-diffraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermal analysis. In view of mineral characteristics of Chinese high silica and hard to digest diasporic bauxite, the mineral composition and microstructure of the silicon titanium mineral fouling have been analyzed. The mineral fouling prevention and removal methods have been studied. Using bauxite slurry pre-desilication and pre-detitanation we can effectively reduce and prevent the mineral fouling formation; and application of acid leaching can soften the hard and dense silicon titanium mineral fouling, and by high pressure water washing, the mineral fouling can be easily washed away.

Indirect heating digestion process can greatly reduce the energy consumption and raise economic benefits in alumina production. In the digestion process of diaspore type bauxite, Since the silicon titanium compound precipitation, the device wall will form a hard, dense encrustation, causes the device to heat transfer coefficient decreased. In view of Chinese high silicon insoluble diaspore type bauxite mineral characteristics, the microstructure of the silicon titanium scaling and mineral composition have been analyzed. The scale prevention and removal methods have been studied. Using bauxite slurry fully predesilication and predetitanium can effectively reduce and prevent fouling formation, application of catalytic acid leaching can loose hard, dense silicon titanium scaling, and high pressure water washing, such scaling can be easily washed away.
