The aims of the paper is analyze culinary activity towards encouragement of tourism different areas development, because Albanian offers many tourism potential. Tourism potential is not only physic concept but, an environment when development tourism with whole its dimensions, among which is culinary tourism. Culinary tourism development provides developing perspectives for tourism areas due to young age of local population, quality and bio area products and admirable nature. Culinary tourism has researchers attracted attention. In this paper will handle some culinary tourism problematic focus on cheese tourism in Albania. Based on the interviews with raw materials producers, kitchen managers and leaders of local government, we have selected influencing factors in cheese tourism, which enable drafted of sectoral and development strategies in different tourism areas. Data analysis collected from terrain has enabled to identify the estimating dimensions of cheese tourism. Majority part of estimating dimensions is related to personnel job quality that are taken culinary. The development dynamic in the business organizations dictates the necessity of continuous changes of different dimensions and that mainly deal with domains such as technology, employers' qualification, the organization culture, its structure and strategies etc which are reflected with the economic progress of the business in the future. Because of its involvement rate and the expected consequences, the change is a critical moment for the organization as it spoils its status-quo and leads to another situations perspective, more advanced than the existing one. The change is important as it leads to growth and development. Thus the change acknowledgement and management is an important duty in order to achieve the set goals. The paper presents a real situation of a strategic economic sector in Albania during the transition period. It is evident that exists a relationship between supply chain management and business performance. Surveys have showed that in many cases the manager's beliefs and expectations on supply chain management do not match the reality of the business. In this context, the study of supply chain issues is particular importance and interest considering specifically the current period. The economic problems of this period are present in Albania also. The complexity of the supply chain focuses on order fulfillment. Therefore, in this paper, attention will be paid to the impact of supply chain management on business performance. The objective of the paper: "Good supply chain management, a factor for business performance" is to highlight of good supply chain management impact and importance in business performance. Our study clearly evidenced the impact of the speed of meeting customer requirements on AMAZON performance. Businesses development in competitive environment faced the managers with series of challenges. The solution requires a successful decision-making. The success of decisionmaking is also conditioned by the methods the managers uses in decision-making. This situation opens up new opportunities for managers to use advanced (analytical) methods in decision making. Analytical methods compare with intuitive methods, generally ensure success because analytical methods derive from scientific studies therefore they ensure fast, correct and reliable solutions. Accuracy level is not the same in the different analytical methods of decision-making. In this context, managerial abilities should aim finding analytical method more efficacy for economic problem on the focus of decision-making. Through the questionnaire enabled the perceptions measuring of managers in three regional countries (Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro) for decision-making methods. The values, norms and beliefs are characteristics of the culture of organization that identify the business. The culture of organizational plays an important role which characterizes the business and support managers to choose decision making methods. The organizational culture classifies in centralized culture and collective culture. Based on theory a model is proposed in this paper, which combines some variables to explain the behavior of decision - making managers on decision -making methods focused to do a good decisions. This paper explores about the relationship between the organizational culture and the decision -making methods. This research is the first one and offers the literature review on organizational culture and the impact of organizational culture in decision making methods. To perform this study analyzed data collected from 167 businesses operating in the food industry of the region's countries Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro. The data are processed via SPSS and SEM. Paper achievements make us to understand that the influence of the organization culture in decision making methods is considerable. But this contribution does not stop here.
