Proporciona la fundamentación básica y los aspectos generales que se deben tener en cuenta en el abordaje de personas con cáncer que experimentan síntomas. Consta de tres secciones que ofrecen una perspectiva integral frente a la atención de personas con cáncer, a la luz del contexto colombiano. La primera sección profundiza sobre la situación actual de la enfermedad oncológica y el abordaje del cáncer, las barreras para el acceso de la atención en salud el automanejo como estrategia de atención en salud, el desarrollo teórico y los modelos de enfermería dirigidos al manejo de síntomas, así como al afrontamiento, la dimensión espiritual y cultural en la persona con cáncer. La segunda hace especial énfasis en la valoración que realiza la enfermería a la persona con cáncer desde el análisis de los trece dominios NANDA. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common form of high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma. While treatment with immunochemotherapy has generally shown good outcomes, specific subgroups of patients with high-risk disease have an unfavorable prognosis. Extensive efforts have been made to improve outcomes in these patients. As such, CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has become the new standard of care for patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL after at least two prior lines of therapy. La consultation paramédicale d'annonce fait partie du nouveau dispositif d'annonce préconisé par le plan Cancer de 2005. Ce sont principalement des infirmières qui se sont impliquées dans cette innovation participant aux recompositions d'ensemble du monde hospitalier.
